Old coyote Folly & her life companion Peabrain. One's filled with mange, the other is going through her seasonal molt. They share -3 braincells when they are together (but Peabrain possesses a strong 2 when she's alone !).

This is a new version of this character! Folly was the first character I designed for Wildstories, back in 2020, before we even knew how we wanted the art style to look like. Not that we've - I've - settled on anything definitive yet, but I wanted to make her design a bit more readable ; give more the impression of brittle fur and molt vestiges ; and approximate coyote markings (especially in the reddish brown legs and ears). I've also done more research on mange, so I wanted to target the right areas and thing about where it originated from.

Between her naked spots, various bite marks, and disheveled fur, her design remains a bit more complex than what @louaseau does for his own characters, but I'm super happy on how she turned out and she's very fun to draw c:
