movieposting continued: unfortunately tfone wasn't as good as I was hoping it would be based on tf mutuals posting about it. some design aspects were cool but the dialogue writing made me want to throw up in my mouth a little bit. kind of a "he's right behind me isn't he" deal all the way through where everything feels very canned and characters are saying exactly what they mean constantly

I feel like you could Really fucking get into it with the whole 'not stooping to his level' thing and the racialized aspect #of megatron being played by a black actor #but whatever. I digress.#it's a reoccurring problem in transformers media's plot that the decepticon ideology is literally correct but framed in the most #90s mccarthyism 'COMMUNISTS ARE BABY-KILLING WAR MONGERERS' sense imaginable #anyway one of the only parts I thought was cool was when megatron ripped that guy in half. yay!
