Y'all do not reinvent Brad Bird Pixar discourse again I can't I just cant
#hes an objectivist thats why pixar movies are Like That#bringing this up b/c the notes on that last post had some people being like#'there's some ~weird vibes~ to pixar movies when you think about it'#and theyre not wrong but also its not some conspiracy#brad bird (director of a lot of classic pixar) just put his beliefs in his films (like all artists)#it just so happens that his beliefs are objectivist#please notice it but also cracked.com was writing articles about it back when it was good#we have seriously just lost an entire generation of analysis do to the transient nature of the internet#and i hate it i hate that we have to rehash these arguments ten years later hate hate hate
