Introduction post <3

Hey, I'm Nick and any pronoun's good for me. I'm a minor, biromantic and asexual, and I'm an Indonesian living in Australia which is pretty neato. My favourite colour is Red, and my main playlist on Spotify is (currently) 45 hours long.

My account will really just me be posting/talking about things that I don't get to talk about often, like fandoms I'm in or music I really like. I'll also be drawing fan art/writing fan fiction so if you're interested there'll be a lot of that.

I'm very very new to Tumblr, like stupid new, I barely know how to format a post so please bare with me.

Instruments I play:

Bass guitar, electric guitar, saxophone, clarinet, trumpet, piano, ukulele and recorder. Honestly, I fully believe I play recorder and ukulele the best, I absolutely shred.

I love history, I love it to pieces. I'm a history girly in the sense that I can, will and happily talk about the history of make up in varying cultures and it's evolution, or the French Revolution and Napoleon, or historical art movements, or Ancient Greece and Rome, Henry and his Wives, Lady Jane Grey, so on and so forth, but also I'm a modern history boy and I will talk about tanks and planes and warfare and trenches and planes again I really really like planes. I LOVE Eastern world history, specifically different types of asian history, and if you do too then you're cool as hell. I enjoy historical and current politics (fat red flag), psychology (woah there's another one), and also I love love love transportation, specifically boats and planes and trains, but planes are my favourite. Also bikes.

If any of these things interest you, I would ABSOLUTELY be interested in talking about any of them! I plan to be as active as possible on here, but I'm still in school so I'll probably be a bit spotty. Feel free to interact, ask questions or completely dunk on me, I'd love to gain some mutuals <3

I had this huge, ambitious plan two weeks ago that I am going to create designs for genderbend versions of Nightmare's Gang (+Cross), was halfway through Killer's then I just forgot I had the ambition in the first place LMAO im sorry

Anyway, forget I have plans. Here are small concept doodles of Fem Horror and Fem Dust.

My focus is actually asking the question "If they were girls, what would they wear?" And then answering them. Simply to avoid having to draw ecto bodies. (And to avoid using the 'simply add boobs to genderbend a character' hack)

Bonuses, since, well, I did drew headshots for these two, these kinda date back to a month ago though (I actually hate the designs rn, either way...)

Help Lizzie get a car for work!

Hi everyone! Due to recent events, I will be losing access to the vehicle I use to commute to work at the end of February, so I will need to somehow get a new (used) one by then. I am a Kindergarten aide, and I love my job! Working with kids is rewarding, (but it doesn't pay very much) and I couldn't imagine doing anything else. Public transportation or walking/biking isn't an option for me as I live in a rural community, too far to walk to anything and without public transportation services. My dad has been working remote for some time and until now, I've been using his car to commute, but he's a federal employee and will now be mandated to cease remote work and return to the office in person by the end of February. This means that I will be needing a new vehicle as soon as possible. I'm a broke teacher's aide, and this expense is quite sudden and unexpected. I will quite literally lose my job and be unable to get another one if I can't get to work so I really need a car, ideally a reliable one, but I'll settle for what I can afford. This fundraiser is intended to go towards my vehicle, but if by some miracle it exceeds my goal, the rest will go to my little brother, who also needs a car to get to school. At the end of s1 Jayce gave his chair to Viktor to sit in, which caused him to be slightly further away from Mel, ergo the protective dome couldn't have reached him. This is the protected area:

And this is where I assumed everyone would have been at the time of explosion:

And then I wanted to find out how close exactly Viktor was to the dome (comparing to s1 finale) and, uh

Apparently Viktor would have been entirely covered by the dome? And out of the three of them Jayce would have been the one closest to its center.

From here I see two routes:

Mel moved towards Jayce before the worst hit (they did wake up lying close together)

Mel wasn't the source of the dome (Jayce was??)

In both cases there's the question of Viktor moving out of the safe zone, which I'm betting on it being caused by the knockback of the explosion (in scenario 1. Mel could also be pushed to the side by this same force. maybe?)

The jump btwn the second to last and last always surprise me whenever I make one of these because I always forget to take snapshots after I start painting. It's always like: oh yeah heres the lineart with some colors- BOOM fully finished✨️

What he's holding are the Austrian imperial scepter and orb, seen below:

I was going to draw the crown too but decided I don't hate myself that much(maybe some other day), and gave him a golden laurel crown, bcs I'm obsessed with that as a motif, and also its very remincient of the boy king statue that started this whole thing!

There's some symbolism of this, both intentionally but also just historically. I love that the orb represents that the monarch is holding the world in their hand, basically every old monarchy has one of those, and I think it's very cool for symbolism. But also bcs of that, I was forced to basically draw catholic fanart so, you win some you lose some. The star halo above him head is both to reference those religious statues with star crowns(I saw them a lot in Europe and they imprinted onto my brain), as well as: his four championships of course!

Hiiii I come bearing another OC design WIP, this time it’s YA BOY, the one and only protag boy (from this post!)

He’s a darkness/dragon elemental, the black on his hands and arms is permanent and happened due to an incident in his childhood. He was a bit self conscious of the way his arms looked at first but now he’s totally chill with it (and. When he uses his powers dragons scales sprout on his arms and glow and it’s sick as hell.) He is everything to me and I would die for him and he doesn’t even have a name. WHICH IS WHY I’m letting you guys pick since I’m settled on an “N” name but I’m indecisive <3

So I had this dream based on this TikTok I watched posted by another Toon Patrol fan named Weaselstan2005 (WeaselNerd, it's your role model! YAAAAY!!! 🤩), and I was having lunch with Stu.

That's right. I had lunch with our baby boi in my sleep 😍👶! For some reason, we were eating at McDonald's and we were having a great time. Stu was stuffing his face in chicken McNugget goodies (GASP! Cannibalism! 😱), I was enjoying my drink while trying not to die from how adorable he was. And I failed 😂

We were chatting and goofing off...until I accidentally mentioned something about one of my chapters. And Stu, the sweetest and cutest McDonald's chicken nugget in the world, yells at me while slamming the table, "WHERE'S. CHAPTER. 11?! 😠"

Yes, this dream was based on that meme "Where's my food you need to be patient" 😂😆😄😂😆😄🤣😂😆🤣😄

It was pretty funny, but I felt really bad for making him and you guys wait for so long ����

Soon, we had a conversation about it.

"Stu, sweetie," I said gently, setting my drink down to pat his hand comfortingly, "I know I've been neglectful, and I'm sorry. But you gotta understand that now I'm back on my schedule, I gotta provide a balance between work and fun. It takes time and energy to edit and post a chapter. I can't just multitask between so many separate things all at once, it's not good. It's not even health-"

And this was Stu's response.

Oh. My. God. He did not just give me the puppy eyes. Not the puppy eyes! MY ONLY WEAKNESS!!! 😭😭😭

*sighs* Welp, I guess since it's the start of the month, I gotta post Chapter 11 early this week. You know what? Screw it, I'll post it tomorrow morning at 8:00. You've all waited long enough 😅
