Summary: Squid Game characters with Pink Haired!Fem!Reader <3
Characters: Thanos x Reader, Se-Mi x Reader, Kang Dae-Ho x Reader, Cho Hyun Ju x Reader, Hwang Jun-Ho x Reader.
Warning: typical squid game violence, problematic language, mentions of homophobia and transphobia, slutshaming (none of the characters to reader!), slight angst, drug usage (not the reader),
Thanos (Choi Su-bong)
![Tumblr media](https://64.media.tumblr.com/49973ab2d7463fd33525b2487d2f5d9b/26320152d35f08bf-46/s540x810/7feca5c47834c522bdda5ff89fb7fb1eb7f1ba88.jpg)
- You immediately caught his attention, you two stand out the most amongst the other players for your vibrant choice of hair.
- The older players find you slightly intimidating because you don’t fit into their fragile default settings, he don’t gaf though.
- forces everyone else in his group to swear themselves off you.
- Approaches you during the rush to the carousel during mingle, “Oi Señorita!” He says whilst pushing his way through the crowd, he gives you a smug look before speaking again “Join me princess, I’ll protect you.” You visibly cringed at his words, but joined him anyway.
- He does keep his promise, he grabs you and takes you into the room with him. But you’re met with relentless pet names.
- “You good Wifey?” He’d ask while you’re frantically checking the slot hole to check if Se-Mi is okay after he abandoned her on the carousel.
- (YALL KNOW THIS AUDIO) He’s super high once and you check up on him he said “Woah..angels have pink hair..I had no idea.”
- Rambles on about all the places he’s gonna take you to when you get out of here, has to persuade you to vote “O” first; regardless of your choice he would still hit on you non stop.
- You eventually give in to yourself and flirt back, your heart racing a bit; having no idea what would become of you both a few hours later.
Se-Mi (very delulu on this one, SHE’S ALIVE)
I say as they drag me away to the mental asylum.
![Tumblr media](https://64.media.tumblr.com/3add7bbde2427aef50f362c6ab97c515/26320152d35f08bf-6f/s540x810/f4ea8985c9cf09c3af766c50debbf5eec9abe5be.jpg)
- You’re immediately drawn to one another because you both stand out amidst the crowd. Thanos initially flirts with both of you; and you bond over it making the same eye rolling motion every time he flirts with one of the two of you.
- You two bond instantly, which starts your trio with yourself, Min-su and her. Nam-gyu finds it nauseating, Thanos just feels left out but leaves you two to it.
- You know that trend on Tik Tok where it’s like “Our friend group with all girls and 1 boy” yeah that’s you two and Min-su.
- When you sneak off to the bathroom to get away from the boys, she follows you. Checks up on you and then nervously shoots her shot, she leans in and gives you a long kiss which you reciprocated, whilst you hold her face. She tells you to stick with her next game. The threat of death really causes people to come closer in such short time.
- When the number 4 is called in Mingle, you watch as Min-su betrays her; however you shove past him and you immediately grab her hand and start searching for a new group, ignoring Thanos calling out to you saying “Hey Señorita! get back here!”
- You run in front of her, hand in hand, frantically searching for a group. Time seems to slow down until you’re grabbed into a room by Players 388 and 390. All you can do is desperately hug and cling to each other whilst thanking the two others who grabbed you again and again.
- You both vote to leave after that, your former teammate Nam-gyu comes at her with a fork, you don’t hesitate to defend her, you’re able to grab a nearby piece of glass that Min-su had thrown and swiftly stab him from behind, guilt immediately consumes you when seeing how he sunk to the floor; but your newly girlfriend’s life was on the line! so you let him sink to his knees and bleed out, as he sweared unspeakable words at you both.
- You’re glued to her side as the rebellion starts, never wanting to let go; only hoping for the best.
Kang Dae-Ho (featuring wing-man Jung Bae)
![Tumblr media](https://64.media.tumblr.com/6e5d05f5b726bc3593b7b2bbaa98c3e6/26320152d35f08bf-06/s540x810/1dccc8f0de846d3434bcccee17ebd46f1b8978be.jpg)
- Takes notice of you but pretends he hasn’t. It’s not just your breathtaking hair, but your incredible confidence.
- You stick out from the crowd and all the old dickheads in the game make degenerate or gross assumptions about you because of your hair colour and style.
- But it’s your calm and neutral tone which catches him by surprise as player 100 made assumptions about you; which of course fell into the “slut” category, you however just replied with a nonchalant “you know nothing about me.” With the emphasis on ‘nothing’, you walked away from the old bastard, who couldn’t be more than wrong about you.
- But the old prick walks after you shouting at you to ‘look at him when he’s talking to you.’ Dae-Ho, who can sense your social battery dying as you stare back at the man with annoyance, steps between the two of you, before things got nasty. “Don’t speak to a lady that way.” He says and you grin in amusement, hiding the smirk on your face, enjoying this slightly but also somewhat worried for him. Your worry eases when player 001 steps between the two and defuses the situation, you look back to the strange man and mouth a ‘thank you’ to player 388.
- You noticed him and a friend of his struggling to find a 3rd player in Mingle, so you drag him and player 390 into a room with you last minute, he decides wants to thank you on the way down from the stairs, but he has to hide the fact he’s attracted to you as to not scare you. And the obvious fact that this is your first actual interaction.
“Hey.”
“Hi.”
“Thanks back there..” he says whilst gesturing to player 390 behind him.
“It’s no trouble.” You smile back.
Silence dawns on you both, but you keep on walking.
“Uh.. so I’ve noticed you around-“
“I know.” You replied knowingly, your tone teasing and flirty.
- Jung Bae watches this interaction knowingly, whilst Dae-Ho slaps himself in the face as you prance away, ‘if you didn’t like me before, you definitely don’t now’ he thinks to himself.
- Wonders how he can be so dumb until he sees his chance to redeem himself when the circle guards start handing out dinner. He pulls you aside and tells you what player 456 told him, there might be riots in the night, and you should stick by him. You smirked out of pure entertainment.
- “You gonna keep me safe?” You teased. You giggled but saw the disappointment on his face. Is he crushing on you? “Sorry..,thank you handsome! I’ll be there.” You replied and walked back to your bunk.
- A riot does in fact break out, after you voted “X”, so you curl under one of the bunks with him when the screams start. You two (not so) unexpectedly joined hands tightly, for each others benefit and your own as well.
- A brutal series of death matches probably isn’t the best place to find yourself a boyfriend, but you can’t help but wanna kiss him good luck when he goes off with the rest of the group to rebel, so you do, smashing your lips against his before he leaves. Wishing he wouldn’t go.
Cho Hyun-Ju
![Tumblr media](https://64.media.tumblr.com/512cec2b8d430e7d90ca89b5068db8d3/26320152d35f08bf-c9/s540x810/3db1a667d9a0283c753a38664440a2b6e7723450.jpg)
- You team up with her and another girl when “6 players” is announced on the 2nd game, she sees you immediately, you’re a bit had to miss as your vibrant hair sticks out. You’re immensely drawn to her strong sense of leadership and ambition; just what you loved in women!
- You make flirty remarks at her, she blushes and unknowing of how to react and just says a short “Thank you.” The sweet old woman in your group is pleasantly confused, “Two girls in love?”, she asks questions like that, until her son remarks to her about how “People can love who they want now ma!” And she lets out a confused but supportive “ah.” She means well, she has so many questions on why you ‘did that to your hair?’ But you she’s just being curious, so you answer all her questions.
- is hesitant to try anything romantic with you, she knows you’d face a lot of challenges in the outside world, with her being transgender and you both being a sapphic couple. But how can she plant these seeds of doubt within herself when you’re so sure and persistent.
- She can’t ignore how her heart flutters when you flirt with her, reminding her how perfect she is.
- You’re practically glued together during the start of the rebellion after having lost Young-Mi, you gush at her when she explains how to use the gun to the fellow players.
- You follow after her, ready to step up and go with her to fight. But she pulls you aside back to 007 and 149 and tells you to stay behind, you’re worried and annoyed but she tells you something which changes how you’re feeling. “You’re the last person I want to lose now.” She declared as she placed her hands on your shoulders. “When all this is over, I’ll buy you dinner.” You remarked whilst twirling your hair and she played a sad and also such a happy smile at you, “I’d like that.”
Hwang Jun-Ho

- Let’s say you’re already dating, he notices people glance at you because of your alternative style; but it doesn’t matter that much to him, youve been through heaven and hell with him so he doesn’t care how you choose to express yourself.
- You supported him during his quest of finding his brother, but noting happens to explain why he came back barely alive with a bullet lodged in his shoulder. You’re rightfully pissed off, of course you are.
- His mother adores you, she was unsure of you at first; your hair colour is unique, in a good way. You make her son happy so at the end of the day she doesn’t care.
- All the other police at the station recognise you immediately upon entrance, since you like picking him up after work or to get lunch, the fellow officers and receptionist referred to you as his wife; since you’re wearing a promise ring he’d bought you, they don’t know you haven’t tied the knot yet, but you don’t really mind.
- His mother does a lot of asking of when you’re gonna give her grandchildren, you avert your eyes and almost spat out your water the first time you got asked this question.
- He tells you he’s going on another search for the island, this time with help. You’re rightfully annoyed, last time he got shot?! So you make him swear that this will be the last time, and when he comes back you must try and be a normal family, and never speak of this again. He agrees (not that it took much convincing, he’s been waiting to wife you up tbh.)
- So now here you are waiting for his return, anxiously playing with your fingers.

summary - you weren't expecting much from your evening in a shitty bar, but then you saw a pretty woman sitting next to you.
pairing: cho hyun-ju x fem. reader
word count: 1.2k
contains: wlw, angst w/ comfort, fluff, a bit transphobia, pre squid game au
a/n: hyun-ju was my fav this season and i literally love her so much - she deserves the world and more😔💕
the request.
You looked bored at your drink while you caressed its round surface with your index finger. Your friends had finally managed to drag you to one of their favorite bars and, you didn't really enjoy being here, as you had expected since it was pretty, well - straight.
You were fine with it at first, when you all sat down at a table and just talked and laughed together. However, after a while a group of men sat down at your table - with everyone's permission, of course, but you still weren't the biggest fan of that decision. The only reason you didn't mind was that your friends seemed to be having a genuinely good time with the guys and that they weren't too bad. You still excused yourself from the table after a while, because one of them wouldn't stop subtly flirting with you even when did not hide your lack of interest. Sitting lonely at the bar counter wasn't too bad, you guessed.
I'll just finish my drink and then leave. You thought to yourself, still bored, and glanced subtly at the woman next to you after noticing how she seemed to be moving around quite nervously for a while. “Hey, are you alright?” you whispered to her in a soft voice after you moved closer to her side.
She returned your gaze slightly surprised and seemed to try to make herself even smaller after your attention was focused on her. “Ah, yes everything is fine. there is nothing to worry about…”
A few guys a little further away from you suddenly started to cackle ugly after she finished talking and you didn't miss how the woman next to you turned her eyes back to the counter - obviously feeling uncomfortable by what they were saying.
“Did you hear that voice? It's even deeper than yours!” he said to his friend, who only agreed with a shocked look on his face as he pointed his hand in your direction. “Come on man, that's not fair! Have you even seen how rugged that dude is? I mean you do realize that's not a real - you know…”
You took an annoyed breath as you looked across the room and bit your tongue to keep you from spitting in their hideous faces. Though, it was pretty hard to restrain yourself since you really wanted to. "Assholes.” you just uttered while staring at their heads with a hateful look, imagining them exploding.
“Just ignore them…” said the woman next to you with a gentle voice after noticing your reaction. “What they say doesn't bother me anyway.”
And even though she said that you knew it did because it always did. You returned your attention back to her and introduced yourself to her after taking the last sip of your drink. “And what's your name, pretty?”
She seemed to be caught off guard a little when she heard you say that. “Oh, ehm…” she stumbled a little over her words. “It's ehm Hyun-ju. My name is Hyun-ju.”
You smiled. “Pretty like you. It suits you.” you complimented her and noticed how the weird guys from the corner were still watching you. “Hey, do you want to get out of here?” you asked and were glad when she nodded. “Well, come with me, I know a good spot,” you told her and took her hand in yours.
You gently pulled her off the chair with you and led her out of the stuffy bar, feeling like you could breathe again when your nose met the fresh air. “I was really close to beating those guys up,” you told her as you walked hand in hand with her. Hyun-ju giggled lightly, as if it was hard for her to imagine you doing something like that. You looked at her in disbelief. “What, you don't believe me? I'm totally serious, really!”
She tried to hide her smile, but barely managed it. “No, I believe you.” she replied, but you weren't really convinced by her answer. You just hummed when you finally noticed the store. “Look there! I hope you're hungry, because this place makes the best japchea.” you told her happily while holding the door open for her because a long time had passed since you last went to this little restaurant.
Luckily, there weren't many people here at this time of day, so you managed to get a good seat for two. “Sorry, I didn't even ask if you wanted to eat japchea. They also have lots of other things if you want, my treat.” you winked at her and Hyun-ju noticed how you cuddled your hands against your cheeks, as if they were still warm from the alcohol.
“Thank you, but japchea is fine. I will trust your recommendation,” she replied shyly and watched as you shouted your order with two fingers in the air to the chef, who gave you an all-clear with his thumb. “They don't have a waiter here, so…” you explained, automatically putting your hand back on hers without really noticing.
Well, you didn't until Hyun-ju's eyes turned to it and it was only then that you realized you were probably being a little too handsy. “Oh, I'm sorry about that.” you quickly apologized when you quickly pulled your hand back. “I really didn't mean to make you feel uncomfortable or anything, you're probably not even into other women?” you let the question hang in the air, while you simultaneously cursed yourself for even asking that.
Hyun-ju blinked slightly in surprise while she played nervously with her hair. You knew at that moment that you had fucked up and prevented yourself from showing your disappointment. Unknown to you, she was thinking about something entirely else right now. So she was flirting with me the whole time? I didn't even realize, how embarrassing. “Are…are you?” she asked tensely, almost slapping her hand over her face at her stupid question. Of course she is, she just said it.
You laughed lightly with one eyebrow raised. “Do I like women? Hell yeah.” you just said, finding it a little funny how she acted right now. cute.
Hyun-ju was used to attracting the attention of girls before starting her transition. She even had a few relationships with them and liked it, but dating was one of the many things that became more than just difficult for her after she officially came out. “I'm a trans woman,” she finally said, even though she knew that you knew.
You just leaned forward with a grin. She hadn't turned you down, that's all you cared about. “I know,” you said, watching how she shyly avoided your gaze while crossing her arms in front of her. “You don't have to hide. I meant it when i said that you're very pretty.”
Hyun-ju slowly met your gaze and this time it was her who initiated physical contact with you. She held your hand softly. “I think you're really pretty too,” she said, and at that moment, you were both pretty glad that you went to that shitty bar today, even if you'd never go there again.

Squid Game season 2 characters x reader who struggles with sh
Featuring: Thanos / Player 230, Se-mi / Player 380, Cho Hyun-ju / Player 120, Nam-gyu / Player 124, Kang Dae-ho / Player 388, Park Min-su / Player 125, Kim Jun-hee / Player 222
(Trigger) Warnings: Mention/Talk about sh, depression, and things of this nature, this is comfort/angst, not proof read (english isn't my first language)
Summary: Basically what the ask says
A/N: hey! I hope this is what you imagined, sorry if some of these are ooc😞🙏
![Tumblr media](https://64.media.tumblr.com/369e2583fa3d0b6f6e11b4e19c7a9ba2/868784ef5bb1934f-3f/s540x810/cd5503a7b9652a744de4913dd2d9fbc8b4427907.jpg)
Thanos / Player 230
જ⁀➴ Before he really knew, he'd constantly make your life a living hell, basically making fun of your shyness. He'd make certain comments to which he knew you wouldn't react to or would try to persuade you to vote in favor of the game containing.
જ⁀➴ You'd constantly tell him off and to leave you alone. It didn't really help, though. Thanos would just sit down next to you and talk your ear off about what he wanted to do with that prize money.
જ⁀➴ When you stood up to leave, rollung your eyes at him, he grabbed you by your wrist.
"Hey, where do you think you're going?" Thanos blurted out, giving you an offended glare. "You know, it's really rude to just leave a conversation like that." When you tried to get out of his grip, your sleeves rode up your arm, revealing scars you weren't proud of or wanted him to see. When you realized it, he did too, immediately letting go of you.
જ⁀➴ Since Thanos knew what it meant to struggle with mental health he did actually leave you alone for now. But, after the next game, he approached you again and sat down next to you. "I'm sorry about yesterday." he said, patting you on the back.
જ⁀➴ He related to you in a way, but didn't want to ask you about what went on in your private life. Now you just appreciated that he seemingly didn't overstep any boundaries anymore and even checked up from you every now and then.
Se-mi / Player 380
જ⁀➴ You and her had been a duo ever since she came up to you and complimented your looks. Even if you denied it or not, she'd repeat it multiple times, winning you over with her charm quickly.
જ⁀➴ You two had the same mindset on a lot of things, originally voting 'O', thinking you were able to survive one more lousy game. That game was a death scare. Nothing about it was funny anymore. You appreciated your life too much these days to die like this.
જ⁀➴ When the second favor didn't go your way, both Se-mi and you now voting 'X', you felt helpless. One night, the two of you were sitting on her bed, just talking about your past and how you got to this point in the first place. While Se-mi was more secluded, only telling you that 'there are so much worse things she had to face when she got out' you trusted her enough to tell her about a sensitive time in your life.
"I'm not really secretive about this anymore," you pushed your sleeves up, revealing faded scars along your forearm, "but yeah. It was all pretty fucked up. The whole debt thing didn't make it any better." Se-mi looked at you with raised eyebrows, her fingers tracing the lines on your wrists. "I knew you were strong. Don't worry, we'll get out of here."
જ⁀➴ She put in double the work to protect you — She just wanted you to start a better life with that money and be happy, free from debt and all of it.
Cho Hyun-ju / Player 120
જ⁀➴ Hyun-ju noticed from the start that you were more secluded, more prone to cry, panicked easily. It was clear to her that you were struggling with this situation, perhaps even more than that. She made it her task to help you as much as she could, comfort you and keep you close to her and her group.
જ⁀➴ You'd often rant to her and tell her what bothered you after she reassured her she'd take care of anything possible. Hyun-ju was the anker you needed in this shithole and you just appreciated her very much. Everything she did seemed to be out of genuine interest and not just to gain your trust and abuse it.
જ⁀➴ Accidentally, Hyun-ju did catch a glimpse of the scars you were so desperate to hide. She didn't mention it, feeling like it wasn't her place to comment on it. Her heart did break for you, though.
જ⁀➴ From then on, she made sure to speak softer to you and distract you from all the horror around you.
Hyun-ju hugged you tightly against her chest, her arms engulfing your figure. "Tonight things could get a bit scary," she mumbled into your hair while she rested her face against your head, "I just want you to know now rather than find out later. I'll keep you safe, you know that." You just nodded, reciprocating the hug after a few moments.
Nam-gyu / Player 124
જ⁀➴ When he found out, as you didn't make the effort to hide them or anything, he did refrain from provoking you in any way. Nam-gyu related, as he considered his drug use not to be the best thing he could do to his body.
જ⁀➴ Both of you hung around in the same group, since Thanos really wanted you on his team, constantly giving you compliments and flirting with you. It annoyed him to a degree, scoffing everytime Thanos tried to talk to him about how pretty you were, how much he wanted you, give you the world. In Nam-gyu's opinion, he didn't get you.. didn't get what you went through, at all.
જ⁀➴ One evening before lights out, the two of you were teasing each other about something and laughed together — something that rarely occured amongst the other players.
"Want me to show you something?" Nam-gyu asked you, leaning a bit closer. Chuckling, you replied with a 'mhm' and watched him pull up the sleeve of his jacket, revealing skin tracks along the inside of his elbow. You raised an eyebrow: "Oh?" You took his arm to get a closer look, tracing his skin with your fingertips. "Well, we all have our stories, huh?" The man nodded at your wrists, making you look at them too, like you didn't already know what he meant.
જ⁀➴ The both of you grew close to each other, much to his amuse. He was a junkie, you were depressed.. it's like a disaster in the making. But, you didn't care. He was sweet and weirdly kind to you — Not in the way Thanos was. You made sure to hug Nam-gyu a few times more after that, in case it could be the last timd you'd get to do that.
Kang Dae-ho / Player 388
જ⁀➴ You were glad to be on Gi-hun's team from the start, since Dae-ho and you got along really well. As a former Marine, which he was super proud of obviously, he declared he'd protect you immediately after you met, making you laugh.
જ⁀➴ He was kind, strong and funny, but maybe a bit oblivious at times.
During the six-legged pentathlon, you two sat next to each other, cheering the current active team on. Yelling and screaming filled the area as they crossed the finish lind just in time, making everyone erupt in cheers. Dae-ho immediately hugged you with joy, excited to see the five live another day, at least. After pulling back witha laugh, you gave him a small high five with your sleeve rolled back. When noticing scars along your wrist and forearm, the former marine gasped pretty loudly. "What?" you asked with genuine concerning, fearing something was wrong with you. "Oh, I'm so sorry," Dae-ho pulled your sleeve back over your arm. "Dude," he looked at you with wide eyes "it's fine." You needed to hold back a laugh.
જ⁀➴ Dae-ho felt so bad to havs accidentally seen something you've been struggling with, that he couldn't help but apologize profusely. You repeated to him that it wasn't a big deal for you and that you were working on this problem, but he didn't stop nonetheless.
જ⁀➴ You thought it was cute how much he seemed to care for you and how often he came up to you just to tell you that he appreciated you. And Dae-ho did, he didn't just say that to make you feel better.
Park Min-su / Player 125
જ⁀➴ Min-su is just shy over all. When he noticed it, he wouldn't say a thing. He'd be dead silent, maybe even a bit scared to talk to you. He was just scared he'd make it awkward, somehow hinting that he knew about your scars. Min-su was just someone who overthought a lot and even you noticed it.
જ⁀➴ After a bit, it annoyed you — The sudden lack of his presence next to you, the fact that he wouldn't properly talk to you anymore, it was all just weird and confusing. So, you decided to ask him directly.
"Did I do something wrong?" your voice wasn't stern, but Min-su could tell that you were kind of upset. "Ah, no-" he quickly replied back, shaking his head, "it's really not you!" He looked at you with his typical innocent face, making it hard for you to keep pressing him about this matter. "Then what is it, seriously?"
જ⁀➴ He explained what he saw and said that he just felt so sorry. Well, at least he didn't speak to you because he didn't want to hurt or upset you, which was really thoughtful.
જ⁀➴ You'd expect that he would now be the one to comfort you or something, but no it was the complete opposite. Min-su seemed to worried about you and kept asking you how you were feeling or if anything bothered you. You had to keep reassuring him that those times were in the past and that he didn't have to be so worried.
જ⁀➴ It was really cute though, so you let it slide.
Kim Jun-hee / Player 222 (implied fem!reader)
જ⁀➴ Since Jun-hee and you were pretty close in age, you two had found each other right away. You kept telling her that she needed more protection, or at least an ally like you, on her side sincs she was pregnant. You weren't really serious about that, just chuckling when bringing it up, but ut definitely made Jun-hee trust you a lot more. It was a critical situation she was in and she was glad to have you by her side.
જ⁀➴ You even banged on the door in the middle of the night to make the guards take her to the bathroom when she was to shy to do it herself.
As ths pink guard brought you to the womens bathroom, Jun-hee held onto you, clearly being in pain. A few minutes later, you were washing your hands and tried to fix yourself up, looking a bit disgusted in the mirror. "What is it?" Jun-hee emerged from one of the stalls, chuckling. "Man, I look like a damn zombie. Look what this place has done to us." Instead of getting a reply, you noticed that she was staring at your arms, at your scars. You had taken your jacket off for convenience and kind of forgot about them. "Oh, I'm sor-" Jun-hee interrupted you, "No! No, I'm sorry, I shouldn't have stared like that!"
જ⁀➴ Obviously everyone had their struggles, but now her own kind of seemed insignificant next to yours. You were doing so much for her and she didn't even know that you were struggling. She should've thought of that.
જ⁀➴ When voicing that thought to you, you felt bad that you made her feel like that. With a hug, it was all sorted out. Jun-hee cared deeply for you and she could tell that you cared for her like that, too. It was nice to know that someone had your back in a place like this.

ೃ⁀➷ ultraviolence ˗ˏˋ꒰ 🦢 ꒱
╰┈➤ hwang in-ho x player!reader imagine
a/n: i would like to give a special thank you to @lumillsie for the layout of this post and for the filter used on the header! there is also a part one to this imagine, playing dangerous, and a part two, do you think you’d kill for me, one day? i hope you enjoy reading! 🤍
˚ ༘♡ choosing to take up arms and align yourself with player 456’s desperate plan was not so much a choice as it was an ultimatum. to do nothing, continue playing by their sadistic rules, meant walking the same path to inevitable death. but this? this rebellion, this gamble to strike at the heart of the operation. a blaze of defiance instead of the slow suffocation of compliance.
˚ ༘♡ the gunfire came fast and relentless, each crack like lightning splitting the air around you. the deafening staccato of bullets ricocheted off the metal structures, sharp and unforgiving. you pressed yourself hard against the crimson barrier, your heart a violent drumbeat in your chest. each near miss tore at your nerves, leaving behind the bitter taste of survival.
˚ ༘♡ the red structures were impractical shelter, offering only the facade of safety. around you, the others fought back with what little ammunition and courage they had. some fired blindly, their hands shaking, others aimed with accuracy, faces set with the resilience of people who knew they may never see another day.
˚ ༘♡ the air reeked of gunpowder and sweat, and your own breath came in short, uneven bursts as you tried to steady your hands. the ground beneath you was littered with shell casings and splintered debris, each piece a fragment of the chaos you had willingly stepped into. a thought crossed your mind, whether this was bravery or madness. but the thought vanished as quickly as it came, drowned out by the next thunderous racket of gunfire.
˚ ༘♡ you don’t have time to think, only to act. your fingers find the magazine release instinctively, pressing it hard. the spent magazine drops to the ground, clattering louder than you’d like. your other hand is already reaching for a fresh one, fumbling for a second before finding it.
˚ ༘♡ the cool metal feels heavy in your palm as you slot it into the magazine well. you shove it upward until it clicks into place, a sound that’s both satisfying and urgent. your hand moves to the slide, gripping the serrated edges. you pull it back sharply, feeling the resistance, and let it snap forward with a crisp, metallic clank.
˚ ༘♡ your heart is racing, but your hands are steady. you flick the safety off with your thumb without even thinking about it. the gun is ready again, its weight familiar in your grip. you take a breath that doesn’t seem deep enough, your focus narrowing as you lift the weapon and prepare to fire at the masked men who stand across in another block structure.
˚ ༘♡ player 001 had insisted you stay behind. his voice was grounded, almost gentle, as he took your hand, his rough fingers a stark contrast to the warmth in his tone. “this plan is reckless,” he said, his expression unreadable except for the glint of concern in his dark eyes. “we have enough people. you don’t need to put yourself in danger.” but his attempt at reassurance only fueled your resolve.
˚ ༘♡ “if you’re not staying behind, neither am i,” you replied, your voice firm, though your heart pounded like a war drum. his face darkened with vexation, but he didn’t argue further, young-il knew he could not change your mind.
˚ ༘♡ crouched behind the unforgiving cover of the red structure, your hands trembled as you clutched the empty weapon. “i’m out of ammo,” you called, your voice barely cutting through the raucous chaos around you.
˚ ༘♡ gi-hun and jung-bae had disappeared minutes ago, slipping into the chaos to infiltrate the control room. every second they were gone stretching unbearably thin. around you, the others were panicking. shouts rose above the gunfire, “almost out!” player 246 hollered, “running low!” player 120 yelled out, desperation laced every shout.
˚ ༘♡ young-il’s radio crackled to life, gi-hun’s strained voice breaking through. “we’re running out of ammo here. there are more magazines on the guards, someone has to get them. hurry!”
˚ ༘♡ the moment the line went dead, young-il turned to the group. unlike the others, he was calm, his face as still as stone, his composure a striking contrast to the pandemonium. his eyes swept over each of you, calculating, deliberate. “four of us will move to back them up,” he said, his voice even, “but someone has to retrieve the magazines from the guards.”
˚ ༘♡ you felt the weight of his gaze settle on you for a moment longer than the others. your stomach tightened. the bodies of the masked men were out there, sprawled in the open, exposed under relentless gunfire. retrieving the magazines meant running into certain danger.
˚ ༘♡ “i’ll go!” dae-ho shouted, his voice quivering. his hands shook as he clutched his weapon, his knuckles white against the grip. before anyone could argue, he pushed himself to his feet and sprinted into the open, his silhouette a vulnerable target in the chaos. bullets ricocheted off nearby walls, sparks flying like tiny explosions. player 120 darted after him, crouching low and firing in short bursts to cover his reckless charge.
˚ ༘♡ young-il, player 047, and player 015 began moving toward the exit. you didn’t hesitate to follow, the worn soles of your shoes crunching against the debris-strewn ground. before you could take more than a few steps, young-il stopped abruptly, turning to face you. his stern gaze locked onto yours, “stay here,” he said, his voice low.
˚ ༘♡ your chest tightened with frustration, and you met his command with a sharp glare. “i can’t stay out here,” you hissed, your voice barely louder than the chaos around you. “how can i stand by knowing you’ll be in danger while i sit here, doing nothing? i can help.”
˚ ༘♡ his expression darkened, his face hardening as his jaw tightened. the faint lines around his eyes deepened into sharp creases, the wear of age etched into his skin. you could see the conflict inside him, his instinct to protect you clashing with the knowledge that he couldn’t stop you. his shoulders sagged ever so slightly, a reluctant surrender.
˚ ༘♡ he didn’t argue further. instead, he turned sharply and continued toward the exit, his steps heavier than before. you followed close behind, the cold air biting at your face and your hands shaking.
˚ ༘♡ once inside, the oppressive silence of the corridors was shattered by the sharp crack of gunfire echoing through the narrow passageways. your boots slid against the blood-slick floors, the dark streaks smearing across the ground like grotesque markers guiding your way. shattered shell casings crunched underfoot, their metallic edges catching the dim light as you moved in tight formation behind the others.
˚ ༘♡ the sounds grew louder with every turn, each burst of gunfire sending a jolt through your chest. when you reached the source, your heart sank. gi-hun and jung-bae were pinned down behind a stack of crates, their weapons barking in quick bursts as masked men returned fire from the opposite end of the hall. “the control room is there!” gi-hun shouted, his voice strained as he gestured toward a guarded staircase. the veins in his neck stood out with the effort.
˚ ༘♡ young-il’s gaze darted between the staircase and gi-hun, his expression grim. “i’m nearly out of ammo,” he said, his voice undisturbed despite the chaos around him.
˚ ༘♡ gi-hun didn’t hesitate. he reached into his pocket, retrieving a magazine with shaky fingers. “here,” he said, extending it toward young-il. “it’s my last one.”
˚ ༘♡ young-il’s eyes flicked to the magazine, a flicker of hesitation crossing his face. “are you sure?” he asked, his tone measured, though the tension in his voice was unmistakable.
˚ ༘♡ gi-hun nodded. “dae-ho will be back with more. now go!”
˚ ༘♡ young-il looked as though he might argue, yet with a reluctant nod, he took the magazine. sliding it into his weapon, he jerked his head toward the opposite direction. “this way,” he commanded.
˚ ༘♡ you fell in step beside him, your shoulder brushing his as you moved. the air felt thick, you couldn’t help but glance at young-il, his face a mask of stable focus.
˚ ༘♡ arriving at another stairwell, the tension in the air felt suffocating, every step heavy with the weight of what might come next. player 047 and player 015 moved quickly, their rifles poised as they positioned themselves near the walls, peering toward the masked guards above.
˚ ༘♡ you and young-il lingered behind them. he reloaded his rifle with the magazine gi-hun had given him. your hands tightening around your weapon. the cold metal felt heavier than ever, slick with the sweat of your palms. you tried to calm your breathing, to ready yourself for the chaos that was certain to erupt. beside you, young-il raised his gun, his posture steady and unshaken. you followed his lead, preparing for the onslaught, waiting for the inevitable storm of bullets. the shots rang out, but they weren’t aimed at the guards.
˚ ༘♡ the first sharp crack reverberated through the stairwell, a deafening sound that seemed to shatter the air. player 047 jerked forward, his body crumpling to the ground like a discarded puppet. his rifle clattered away, the life drained from him in an instant.
˚ ༘♡ before the echo of the first shot faded, another followed, sharp and final. player 015 collapsed, his body writhing as blood began to trickle beneath him. he let out a guttural, choked gasp, his hands clawing weakly at the ground as he struggled to breathe. his voice, broken and trembling, was barely audible as he begged for mercy, his words dissolving into wet, rasping breaths.
˚ ༘♡ you stood paralyzed, the scene before you unspooling in a sickening blur. player 047’s body lay still, his eyes vacant, while player 015 twitched helplessly, his life draining away with each agonized second.
˚ ༘♡ your eyes went to young-il, who remained motionless, his gun still raised. his expression was cold, unreadable, as if the weight of what he had done didn’t touch him at all. there was no hesitation in his actions, no flicker of remorse in his eyes.
˚ ༘♡ the distant echoes of gunfire and screams drowned out by the discordant pounding of your own heartbeat. your mind raced, grasping for something, anything, to make sense of what was happening, but your body refused to move. your breath caught in your throat as young-il turned toward you, his weapon still raised, the barrel gleaming under the light.
˚ ༘♡ time seemed to stretch as the frigid metal pressed against your forehead, the faint scrape of the barrel against your skin sending a chill down your spine. his eyes, once a source of reassurance, now bore into you with an intensity that felt almost inhuman. they weren’t angry, but calculating. you opened your mouth to speak, to plead, to demand answers, but no sound came. the words were trapped, strangled by a fear that gripped your chest.
˚ ༘♡ for a vanishing moment, hope sparked when he lowered the gun. relief struck you so abruptly it nearly made your knees give out. that hope shattered as quickly as it came. he aimed the gun not at your chest, but lower. you barely registered what was happening before the deafening crack of the shot filled the air.
˚ ༘♡ the agony radiating from your shattered knee. it was as if every nerve in your body had been set ablaze, the pain so consuming it blurred your vision and stole the breath from your lungs. blood gushed from the wound, pooling rapidly beneath you.
˚ ༘♡ you clawed at the ground, desperate for anything to anchor you as your body convulsed with the shock of the injury. tears streamed down your face, hot and uncontrollable, as a strangled cry escaped your lips. the cold floor beneath you seemed to pull the heat from your body, leaving you trembling and vulnerable.
˚ ༘♡ through the haze of agony, you forced your gaze upward, meeting his cold, unflinching eyes. “why?” you rasped, your voice barely audible over the pounding in your ears. the word was a broken plea, filled with pain and betrayal, though deep down, you already knew no answer could justify what he had done.
˚ ༘♡ young-il stalked over to player 047’s lifeless body, his demeanor disturbingly composed despite the carnage surrounding you both. crouching beside the corpse, he grabbed the sleeve of the dead man’s jacket, his fingers curling around the fabric. with a deliberate pull, he tore a strip from the bloodied material.
˚ ༘♡ you writhed where you lay, the searing pain in your knee refusing to relent. blood continued to seep from the wound, its warmth pooling beneath you in thick, sticky smears. your breathing came in short, erratic gasps
˚ ༘♡ he returned to you, the strip of fabric clutched in his hand like a twisted tool of control. his presence loomed over you, suffocating in its quiet intensity. you flinched as he knelt beside you, the smell of blood and sweat clinging to him, a grotesque reminder of what he’d done.
˚ ༘♡ without warning, his hand shot out, his grip firm as he seized your chin. the sudden pressure forced your head off the cold, blood-slick floor, and you gasped, your lips trembling as you struggled to focus through the pain clouding your vision. his touch was rigid, his fingers digging into the tender flesh of your jaw.
˚ ༘♡ young-il worked methodically, winding the fabric around your mouth. you tried to jerk your head away, but his grip tightened, holding you in place as he secured the knot at the back of your head. the coarse material bit into the corners of your mouth, the taste of grime and death filling your senses as your cries were reduced to stifled, pitiful sounds.
˚ ༘♡ when he finally let go of your chin, your head hit the floor with a thud that seemed to echo inside your skull. the pain was sharp, but it paled in comparison to the turmoil raging within you. confusion clawed at your thoughts, tangled with disbelief so heavy it was suffocating. this was young-il, the man who had stood beside you, risked his life for you. you couldn’t reconcile the murderous figure before you with the person who had once seemed so kind, so loyal. why? the question screamed in your mind, louder than the agony in your leg or the blood pounding in your ears.
˚ ༘♡ he pulled the portable radio from his pocket, the cold efficiency of his actions cutting deeper than any bullet could. he walked over to where player 015 lay, choking on his own blood, the pitiful sound barely audible between gurgling gasps. kneeling down beside him, young-il’s voice changed, slipping into a grotesque mockery of grief and desperation.
˚ ༘♡ “i’m sorry, gi-hun,” he said, his voice uneven, laced with feigned exhaustion. “it’s over.”
˚ ༘♡ your eyes widened as the meaning of his words sank in. you thrashed against the bindings around your mouth, your muffled screams raw and desperate as you tried to drown out his lie. gi-hun needed to hear the truth, that young-il betrayed them, but the gag stifled every sound.
˚ ༘♡ young-il pressed the radio closer to player 015, holding it just inches from the man’s face. the wet, ragged gasps of the dying player filled the channel. you watched in horror as young-il’s hand rested on the radio. it was cruel, calculated, a performance designed to destroy any hope gi-hun might have left.
˚ ༘♡ with a flick of his finger, he silenced the radio. the stairwell was suddenly quiet except for your muted weeping and the faint rasp of player 015’s fading breaths. young-il stood over him, his gun raised once more. there was no hesitation, no emotion as he pulled the trigger. the crack of the shot was deafening, the sound of it reverberating off the concrete walls and leaving an emptiness in its wake.
˚ ༘♡ the silence that followed was unbearable. it pressed down on you, crushing your chest, as the weight of his betrayal settled fully in your mind. young-il turned, his face as calm as ever, and you felt your stomach twist. “i’m sorry,” young-il murmured. your heart sank as you convinced yourself this was it. he was going to kill you, finish what he started and tie up loose ends.
˚ ༘♡ instead, he turned and walked away, his footsteps unhurried. the sound of them faded into the distance. confusion churned in your chest, mingling with the pain that consumed your body. why leave you in such a pathetic state? surely, even he wouldn’t be so brutal as to condemn you to bleed out slowly, to suffer alone in agony until death finally claimed you.
˚ ༘♡ time became meaningless as you lay there. blood seeped from your shattered knee in hot, pulsing waves, the sticky warmth swarming beneath you, soaking into your clothes. the air grew colder, or maybe it was you, the life draining from your body, inch by inch. you couldn’t tell if a minute had passed or an hour.
˚ ༘♡ somewhere far away, gunshots cracked. a scream came, a piercing, gut-wrenching sound that sent a shiver crawling up your spine despite your weakening state, unmistakably gi-hun. you refused to consider what might have happened, it was far too devastating.
˚ ༘♡ and then, footsteps.
˚ ༘♡ as the figure emerged into view, a dreadful realization set in. it wasn’t anyone you recognized.
˚ ༘♡ tall and imposing, the stranger was clad in sleek black from head to toe. the fabric of their attire shimmered faintly under the dim light, perfectly fitted, without a single crease or flaw. their face was concealed by an angular black mask, its pristine surface reflecting nothing, revealing nothing, not even a hint of the eyes beneath.
˚ ༘♡ your mind, dulled by pain and blood loss, struggled to comprehend the sight. fear should have seized you, but your body was too weak, your thoughts too fractured to muster a response. when the figure crouched beside you, their movements swift and efficient, you didn’t resist as they ripped the gag from your mouth.
˚ ༘♡ “who… who are you?” you managed to slur, your voice barely audible.
˚ ༘♡ the figure didn’t answer. they didn’t hesitate. one gloved hand cradled the back of your head, tilting it upward with unsettling care, while the other hand brought a cloth to your face. the sharp, chemical scent hit you instantly, chloroform.
˚ ༘♡ panic flared, yet it was short-lived. the edges of your vision blurred, your body growing heavier, like you were sinking into a dark, bottomless pit. the last thing you saw was the smooth, featureless mask staring down at you, icy and unfeeling, before the world faded into black.

HCs on Squid Game Women Eating You Out
Featuring: No-Eul (Guard 011), Se-Mi (Player 380), Kang Sae-Byeok (Player 067), Ji-Yeong (Player 240), Hyun-Ju (Player 120).
Warnings: Smut [Obviously] A/N: Hey guys! I’m finally back :)
┗━✦❘༻༺❘✦━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━✦❘༻༺❘✦━┛
No-Eul:
-This may be an unpopular opinion, but I’m at the firm belief that—despite her fierce-some looks—No-Eul is actually very inexperienced at eating pussy.
-In a world like North Korea, the poor woman’s only sexual experience was probably with her late husband.
-And, after she escaped, she had way bigger things to worry about than exploring her sexual orientation.
-However, while No-Eul doesn’t have much experience, that doesn’t mean she is terrible at eating you out.
-She is a fast learner, after all.
-In the beginning, she’ll slowly nibble your neck as her hands trail down your stomach.
-Of course, you whine, jutting your hips upward in a vain attempt to get her to speed up.
-She only slows down.
-No-Eul loves teasing you, loves watching you grow wetter and wetter as her hot mouth comes closer and closer to where you need her most.
-When her face gets to your clothed cunt, she’ll hesitate for just a moment before kissing your pussy. As you buck into her touch, No-Eul will drag down your underwear with her teeth.
-She’ll plant hot, wet kisses around your inner thighs, getting so close to your pussy but always avoiding it at the last minute.
-The teasing drives you insane.
-“P…please, No-Eul,” You’d beg, hands desperately gripped onto her hair.
-She only hums in response, and you can feel her smirk into your skin.
-When No-Eul finally pities you, she’ll latch onto your poor, swollen clit and start sucking and licking it eagerly.
-She’ll listen to your cues, stopping a few times to make sure you’re okay before she continues.
-No-Eul will run her tongue along your wet folds, collecting up your juices and savoring in your sweet little moans.
-She’s fucking good at using her mouth.
-As the two of you get intimate more and more frequently, No-Eul will always be attentive.
-She’ll take note of the little movements you make when you’re just about to cum so she can slow down and edge you.
-Oh, and she’s mean about it too.
-She’ll growl about how utterly needy and desperate you are for her, and revel in how much you just can’t function without her.
-It feeds into that obsessive side of her, that want to have you depend on her entirely.
-When you eventually cum, she’ll switch gears and overstimulate you instead, drawing orgasm after orgasm from you until you’re nothing but a pathetic, sobbing mess.
-“Please, no more!” You wail, drool dripping from your lips as No-Eul tongue fucks you silly.
-“Oh? Weren’t you just begging me to give you a release, baby?”
-No-Eul will demand that you cum on her face.
-She’s addicted to your taste and gets off of the fact that she’s the only one who is allowed to touch you this way.
-No-Eul will completely ruin your thighs, covering them with rough, bruising bites that you both know won’t heal for days.
-Of course, she won’t shrink on the aftercare. -After she becomes content or notices the slight sag in your shoulders, No-Eul will gently halt to a stop and scoop you up into her arms.
-She’s attentive, always asking you how well you enjoyed it and if she was ever too rough. If you’re up for it, No-Eul won’t mind running you a bath to soothe your aching muscles.
-If you’re too tired, then your girlfriend will give your forehead a few pecks and comb through your hair, letting you fall asleep in her arms.
-You will always feel her press light, feathery kisses on the marks she gives you.
-No-Eul loves you so fucking much.
Kang Sae-Byeok:
-As another North Korean defector, Sae-Byeok is also a little inexperienced in the beginning of your relationship.
-At first, she’s even a little hesitant as she doesn’t want to accidentally hurt you.
-Of course, once you get it through her head that she won't, Sae-Byeok is all over you.
- She takes her time, preferring to savor the feeling of you writhing under her touch.
-But, like No-Eul, she is quick to learn your body cues.
-And well…all that pent up sexual urges and frustrations needed to be released somewhere.
-In fact, eating you out is one of the few times where she really feels at peace
-Each hickey she leaves on you is a mark of possession. You’re her girlfriend, and Sae-Byeok isn’t shy in letting that fact be known.
-You're one of her few precious joys she still has.
-In a way, eating you out grounds Sae-Byeok, as it reminds her that you’re still here, alive and safe in her arms.
-Sae-Byeok wants to make you feel loved, wants to let you know how much she fucking cherishes you, and the sex reflects that.
-She’s hyper focused on your pleasure and slurps up your juices eagerly.
-The taste of your cum drives her insane.
-Whenever you orgasm, her strong hands will press your thighs together, pinning your sex right up against her face.
-Sae-Byeok loves it when you cum on her face.
-She absolutely adores how you just turn into puddy in her hands.
-When Sae-Byeok has her fill, she'll pat your head and make sure you're okay.
-There’s a 50/50 chance that she’ll flip the position so that her hips rest over your neck, her cunt just inches away from your face.
-Sae-Byeok won't wipe her smirk off her face as she rides your mouth.
-It’s only fair that you return the favor, after all.
Se-Mi:
-You can’t look at me and say Se-Mi doesn’t know how to eat pussy.
-She’s a fucking expert at it.
-Se-Mi likes to take her time, preferring to slowly take her time dragging her tongue to your swollen clit.
-She’s a little bit of a sadist; of course she loves watching you squirm.
-But, just because she prefers to go slow doesn’t mean the girl can’t bring you to an orgasm in mere minutes.
-If you’re being especially bratty and tease Se-Mi while you’re out in public—Be prepared.
-The second you two get home she’s going to shove you against the nearest wall and slide her fingers into your soaked cunt.
“Such a dirty brat,” She’d sneer, tongue glancing at your pink ears. “Did you really think I’d let you get away with that?”
-Se-Mi would force you onto your knees and bend you over so that she could see how utterly wet you were for her.
-She’ll skip the foreplay—not like you needed any to begin with—and start tongue fucking your pretty little hole.
-Se-Mi will alternate between swirling her tongue around your folds and licking your clit, making you cum over and over again.
-Unless you yell out your safe word, she won’t stop until your cheeks are wet with tears and your throat is hoarse from screaming her name.
“Stop complaining, you little slut. Isn’t this what you wanted?”
-The piercing on her tongue makes her tongue fucking even more mind numbing.
-Sometimes, she’ll purposefully rub the piercing against your hole, just to heat you whimper.
-When she has had her fun, Se-Mi will finally pull away and pick you up, carrying you over to your shared bed.
-Se-Mi will get you water, a warm towel, snacks, and anything else you might need. If you try to get up from the bed, she’ll be quick to stop you.
“Shhh, my Princess deserves to be spoiled. Lay back down, sweetheart.”
-You’ll pretend to pout, but you and Se-Mi both know you love being pampered.
-And as you lay there in the sleep, waiting for sleep to take you, you’ll see a brief glimpse of Se-Mi licking off the last bits of your juices from her face.
-“Fuck, baby, you taste delicious.”
Ji-Yeong
-After Ji-Yeong had been released from jail, she went through a brief relapse period where she would enter random college parties to have sex with the first girl she’s see.
-She was so desperate to feel something, anything that she would jump on the opportunity to feel pleasure.
-And, what better Fuck You would it be to her POS father’s memory than to go around drinking in frat houses with an arm slung around a girl?
-So, when you and her fuck, she's more than capable in bringing you over the edge.
-Ji-Yeong is playful. Her lips will quirk up whenever you moan as she licks at just that spot. Sometimes, she'll chuckle, the vibrations buzzing your wet core.
-It is not uncommon for her to briefly stop her ministrations to quip at you cheekily.
-Of course, she ducks back between your legs before you can whack her head.
-Ji-Yeong will more than make up for it by latching her skilled mouth onto your clit.
Hyun-Ju
-Oh this poor, poor girl.
-Prior to her transition Hyun-Ju never had sex with other women.
-It didn't feel right to her, as if she was somehow lying to them with her mere presence.
-Even after her transition, she would still distance herself from other women.
-But then, she met you.
-The first time she went down on you, she was nervous, terrified that she would disappoint you or that you would see her naked body and change your mind last minute.
-But, she would slowly ease into it and her nerves would eventually settle.
-Hyun-Ju prefers to use her fingers, but when she eats you out, she’s very gentle.
-In a way, she almost worships your pussy.
-Hyun-Ju loves lapping up your juices. She loves the taste of you.
-She’s well aware of the callouses on her hands and enjoys using her fingers to pump her fingers in and out while her tongue explores your labia.
-If you grab her hair, that’s a sure fire way to get her to go faster.
-(She loves her head being crushed by your thighs. It’s her dirty little secret).

Can we please get a smut from player 120? I know she's gentle but like she got jealous or something that she's not so gentle that day:D thank you if you want ofc
Hi!! Thank you! I'm so glad you love my writings🥰 I hope you don't mind that it's fem reader, I could change it too if you want! Js dm or ask again :)
Title = The Game is Changing
Warnings = smut🔞 (badly written), possessive behaviour, kinda dark?, jealousy, rough(er) sex
Pairing = Hyun Ju (Player 120) x fem! reader
Summary = Player 120, usually calm and in control, starts acting strangely jealous when you get closer to Gi-hun. Her behavior shifts from subtle glances to intense, unsettling stares, making the reader feel uneasy and unsure of what's going on with her.
Word count = 1.6k
You’d always thought that Player 120 was the kind of person who would never lose control. The kind of person who was always calm, always calculated, always in charge. Yet tonight, everything felt different. There was a shift in her, subtle at first, but enough for you to feel it. You could tell something was off, something had changed, but you couldn’t place a finger on it.
The night had started like any other, the two of you huddled in the same space, avoiding the chaos going on outside. But as time passed, the mood shifted. You noticed how she kept her eyes locked on you, her gaze far more intense than usual. She wasn’t the type to show jealousy, at least, not outwardly. Yet the way she watched you now… it kinda scared you a bit.
It started when you’d brushed past another player. A simple, harmless touch, yet the way her body stiffened was unmistakable. Her hands clenched into fists at her sides, her eyes narrowing just enough for you to notice.
Then it got worse when you started to get closer to Gi-hun. You mostly spoke to him about the games and asked for advice on surviving them. Gi-hun was friendly, always calm, and seemed like someone who had experience navigating this world. You found comfort in his words, but each time you spoke to him, you noticed Player 120’s gaze growing heavier on you.
You tried to shake it off at first, telling yourself you were overthinking things. But the way her body language shifted each time you and Gi-hun shared a laugh or exchanged words didn’t go unnoticed. There was a tension in the air, something that made you uneasy, and it was getting harder to ignore.
The subtle glances turned into full-on stares, and her usually calm demeanor began to crack. When you caught her watching you, she quickly averted her gaze, but you could tell it wasn’t because she was embarrassed. No, it was more like she was hiding something, maybe something darker. You weren’t sure what was going through her mind, but the idea that you might have pushed a button you didn’t even know existed started to gnaw at you.
For the first time, Player 120 didn’t seem like the unshakable person you had come to rely on. She was different tonight. And no matter how hard you tried to focus on Gi-hun, you couldn’t escape the unsettling feeling that Player 120 was watching you, waiting for something.
You barely had time to react before she spoke, her voice low, almost hushed, but with an edge to it.
“Stay close,” she said.
You raised an eyebrow, confused but following her command without hesitation. The tension between you both was thick, something unspoken hanging in the air. What was going on with her? You couldn’t quite put your finger on it, but you knew one thing for sure. Player 120 wasn’t her usual self tonight.
You sat together on the edge of the room, both silent, your breathing slightly quicker than normal. She seemed more aware of your presence than ever before, her gaze flickering over you every few seconds as though she was waiting for something. You tried to ignore the tension, but it was hard.
Then, without warning, she was standing in front of you, her hand gripping your wrist with a force that startled you. The calm, collected player you knew was now someone else entirely. Her eyes locked onto yours, a mixture of heat and something darker in them.
“You’re mine tonight,” she murmured, her voice laced with something possessive, something that sent a chill down your spine. The change was so abrupt, so intense, that it left you breathless.
Before you could speak, suddenly her lips were on yours. The kiss was hard, urgent. It’s like she was trying to devour you. There was no softness, no gentleness that you used to get from her. It was all hunger and desire, and the way she held you close, pressing you into her body, made your head spin. It was as if she couldn’t get enough of you, as if your closeness, your touch, was the only thing that mattered. Her hands roamed over your body, exploring with an intensity that made your heart race.
You didn’t resist. How could you? She had always been there, the one constant in the chaos around you. But now, in this moment, it was like you were hers, and she wasn’t about to let anyone else take you from her.
Her hands slipped underneath your shirt and with one swift motion, she lifted the shirt off of you, revealing you. Her hands explored your body as she peppered you with kisses that trailed from your neck down. She explored you longer, hands slowly moving their way to your bra. And suddenly, without warning, she unclasped it and revealed your plush breasts.
“Mmmh! Slow– down Hyun Ju…” you moan.
She didn’t say anything, and just looked back at you with a deathly glare. Was she mad at you?
Her kisses grew rougher, more unrelenting, looks like you’re in for a long night. Her breath was now breaking up into small pants, chest rising and falling with her every breath. She was now greedy, hungry… and it was… for you.
Your head started to spin as she continued, her movements deliberate and slow, sending a wave of heat through your body. The room felt like it was closing in on you, but you couldn’t bring yourself to look away. Every time she touched you, the world seemed to tilt, and each breath you took felt heavier than the last.
Her fingers brushed against your skin with a practiced ease, the sensation sparking electric pulses all over your body. The air around you grew thick with tension, each moment intensifying. You could feel the dopamine coursing through your veins, increasing everything, the way her fingertips teased your pulse, the way your chest rose with every shallow breath.
"You’re so responsive," she murmured, her voice a sultry whisper that seemed to vibrate through your entire being. The sound of it sent a shiver down your spine, and the warmth in your stomach twisted into something deeper, something darker.
Your hands trembled slightly as you reached for her, the need to pull her closer overwhelming. But she was always just out of reach, teasing you with that knowing smile that made your heart race. Each time she looked at you, you could see the spark of something darker, something that hinted at the control she held over you. It was intoxicating.
Her touch was light, almost experimental, as if she was savoring each reaction. The pleasure she gave wasn’t just physical, it was a full-body experience, one that made your head spin and your mind cloud over. Each movement sent more and more pleasure into you, making you crave more. Your body reacted on instinct, chasing after the sensations, the pleasure, like it was the only thing that mattered.
As she continued, you could feel the growing tension between you, the silent promises in her eyes that made your body ache for release. Your heartbeat in your throat, and every nerve seemed to come alive with the desire for more. It wasn’t just about the physical—though that was intense enough on its own… but the way she had you hanging on every word, every touch, as though your very existence depended on her.
“You look so beautiful…” she whispered, her lips brushing against your ear. The words, soft but loaded with meaning, sent another shudder through you, and before you knew it, you were responding without thinking, your body arching closer to hers, desperate for the next touch. “You’re mine only. Mine.”
Your head continued to spin, your thoughts scattered as the intensity built. You weren’t sure how much longer you could hold on, but at that moment, you didn’t want to. You wanted to give in completely, to drown in the sensations she was pulling from you with ease. The dopamine, the pleasure… it was all consuming, and you were ready to surrender yourself to it.
Her right hand slowly travelled down… and down… and now she was in your pants. She started by rubbing your folds, giving you time to ease into the feeling, before quickening her pace rapidly. You needed the friction from her, the heat gradually increasing between your legs. The sensation was becoming unbearable, now you wanted her to go faster, rougher.
Then, she slipped a finger in, evoking a small moan out of you. Every move she made produced a squelching sound from your wetness, her fingers were going so fast you couldn’t even comprehend it. The sounds echoed through the room.
Each touch made your heart race faster, anticipation building up as dopamine surged through your veins. “Ha-ah! M-more!”
“Mmm… more huh?” she says, and she slips another 2 fingers in. Your tight walls clenched around her, maximizing her movement, but also pulling her in even more.
“I-I’m so close– ah!… please…” you beg her.
It didn’t take long for you to come undone all over her fingers, releasing all your fluids onto her fingers. And you relaxed, letting your body lean against her. Well that was until, she says… “Wait– we’re not done yet.”

▸ we love to see a cute height difference in a relationship. hyun-ju's tall, 6ft-ish. she towers over you, you find it intimidating but she finds it funny, how you look so tiny from her perspective.
▸ she treats you like a princess. i believe her love language is acts of service & quality time. she loves being around you and loves spending time with you.
▸ i don't think the height difference would make a huge change in the relationship, but it definitely shows subtly.
▸ like how you have to go on your tippy-toes when you kiss her, how you're usually the small spoon during cuddles, and when hyun-ju's the small spoon your legs hang a little.
▸ it's cute for sure. since she's taller she'll appear more dominant, through her actions you could totally see that.
▸ how she rushes to open doors for you, she'll spoil you with whatever you want; flowers, matching necklaces, rings, or just anything you bat an eye at, hyun-ju gets it immediately. she lends you her coat when you're cold, even if it's oversized on you, she thinks it's adorable.
▸ you of course repay it, in your own way. giving her kisses while cupping cheeks, her hands holding your waist, giving you support as you try to get to her height— kissing her until your lipstick stains her face.
▸ since your clothes are smaller than hers, you share your jewelry or items with her. your purse with the keychain she gave you, a necklace with a pretty butterfly, anything!
▸ if you see her like a specific item— "you wanna keep it? looks really good on you, hyun. so pretty."
▸ most of the sweaters you wear are hers, it's scented like her and it's engraved in your head. it gives you warmth and comfort.
▸ hugs with her are the best. it can cure you like medicine.
▸ when cuddling, she'll let you lay on her chest, hearing her heartbeat while you both stay in comfortable silence. it's one of her favorite moments during the night, just peaceful quiet with the occasional soft whispers from you.
▸ after a long day, she loves to lay her head on yours. and you'd lay your head on her shoulder. it makes for a sweet and genuine moment.
▸ she basically treasures you. that's how all relationships should make you feel, treasured.
▸ if you ever get picked on for your height, i'll say it again— hyun-ju can be really intimidating. like really, really, really intimidating.
▸ ouhhhh, AND SHE'S STRONG. sorry, i just had to mention that. you've basically hit the jackpot.
▸ that also means she can carry you anywhere, regardless of your height or weight. this is what i mean when i say she treats you like a princess. she'll literally pick you up just to tease you, she knows how flustered you can get.
▸ you know how to pick up as well, as in "pick up lines". you're quick with it too. oh and, hyun-ju blushes from her ears. it's just a tiny thing to notice, but it's so cute.
▸ you two would just be the sweetest duo. with the multiple vases full of fresh flowers in your home, framed photos of each other, the 0.5 pictures hyun-ju has saved of you on her phone (she has a whole album for it), the surprised dates. she'd just be so lovely and fun.

ft. in-ho (frontman) ‧ hyun-ju (120) ‧ nam-gyu (124) ‧ su-bong (230) ‧ se-mi (380) ‧ dae-ho (388)
a/n — pov: you’re a player in the game
HWANG IN-HO (황인호) / FRONTMAN
in-ho notices before you even say anything. in-ho isn’t one for emotional conversations, but he’s super observant. he picks up on the way your shoulders tense, how you’ve gone quiet. he won’t call it out immediately, but he clocks it.
he doesn’t dance around it. the moment he notices something’s off, he tells you. “you look upset.” not a question, just an observation.
gives you space to talk but doesn’t pry. if you want to tell him, you will. in-ho won’t ask unnecessary questions or pressure you for details. just a quiet, expectant pause, as if he already knows you’ll answer.
doesn’t hover, doesn’t fuss. just stays close enough to remind you that you’re not alone.
his version of comfort is practical, no empty reassurances. if there’s something to be done, he’ll do it. if not, he makes it clear that whatever it is, he’ll handle it for you.
if you haven’t eaten, he’ll make sure you do. sets a warm drink beside you without a word. adjusts the thermostat if it’s too cold. finds small ways to ease your discomfort.
physical comfort is rare but meaningful. maybe a firm hand on your shoulder, a slow squeeze before pulling away. he isn’t overly affectionate, but if you lean into him, he doesn’t pull away.
CHO HYUN-JU (조현주) / PLAYER 120
sits down next to you and takes your hand. just reaches over and laces her fingers with yours, thumb brushing against your knuckles. warm, solid. she’s not letting go unless you do first.
leans in a little, tilts her head toward you, brows slightly furrowed. “talk to me.” not a really a demand, just an open door. if you shake your head, she won’t press, just squeezes your hand lightly.
pep talks like it’s second nature. if you start spiraling, hyun-ju is quick to counter it. “okay, listen. you’re not a failure, you’re not a burden, and whatever your brain is telling you? it’s wrong.” her voice is firm, but there’s a softness to it. “you’ve got this. i know you do. and i’m here if you ever need me.”
reminds you of your strength. “you’ve survived worse,” she says, squeezing your fingers. “you always pull through. and even if you don’t believe in yourself right now, i do.”
stays until you’re okay. whether it’s five minutes or an hour, she’s not going anywhere.
NAM-GYU (남규) / PLAYER 124
at first, nam-gyu just observes—eyes flicking over your face, noting the way you’re withdrawn. he doesn’t ask what’s wrong right away, just sits nearby, waiting.
he’s not naturally comforting, but he knows how to play the part. if he wants to keep you close, he has to. so he tilts his head, widens his eyes a little, makes his voice soft. “you okay?”
“i don’t like seeing you like this,” he murmurs, tucking his hands into his sleeves like paws, like he’s the one who’s hurt.
he touches you more when you’re upset. a hesitant pat on your back, a nudge of his knee against yours.
if you lean into him, he doesn’t pull away. might even rest a hand on your head for a second before clearing his throat and acting like he didn’t.
CHOI SU-BONG (최수봉) / PLAYER 230
his version of concern is kinda abrasive. “you look like shit,” he says instead of asking what’s wrong. he’s not trying to be mean (for once), just stating the obvious. it’s his way of getting you to talk.
gets uncharacteristically serious if it’s bad. if he realizes this isn’t just a bad mood, his usual joking stops.
weirdly loyal in moments like this. for all his loudmouth tendencies, he doesn’t go blabbing about your problems to anyone else. if you trust him with something, he keeps it to himself.
his version of comfort is physical. a hard pat on the back, an arm slung around your shoulders. if you’re really down, he might—might—go as far as ruffling your hair like you’re an annoying little sibling.
doesn’t do deep talks. if you try to open up, he’ll listen—kind of—but don’t expect much in the way of emotional wisdom. “yeah, life kinda sucks. what else is new?” it sounds dismissive, but he’s actually just bad at handling this stuff. still, he stays, which says more than his words ever could.
if someone upset you, he’s taking names. next thing you know, that person is “accidentally” getting shoved in the food line or tripped up during a game.
deflects with humor. his go-to method for cheering you up is cracking jokes or roasting someone else to make you laugh.
tries to distract you. if talking about feelings isn’t your thing, he’ll change the subject. starts rambling about something random, or nudges you into a conversation about literally anything else.
if you cry, he freezes for a second. but he recovers quickly, sighs, pulls you into a loose hug. “shh, shh. don’t cry, it’s ugly.”
not good at expressing sincerity, but he tries. if he sees you sulking too long, he gets fidgety. taps his fingers, rolls his shoulders, then finally mumbles, “look, just don’t—don’t let this shit eat you up, alright?” he won’t say more than that, but the concern is genuine.
SE-MI (세미) / PLAYER 380
she notices immediately. she won’t say anything at first, just side-eyes you now and then, gauging your mood. she’s not the type to ask, “are you okay?”—she knows if you want to talk, you will.
gives you space, but not too much. she’ll stay nearby, maybe leaning against a wall, arms crossed. not hovering, just making it clear that she’s there if you need her.
eventually, she’ll make a passing comment like, “you’re quiet today.” not prying, not pushing—just an opening if you want to take it.
subtle gestures. she’s not physically affectionate, but if she knows you need comfort, she might nudge your shoulder lightly, hand you an extra piece of her food, or offer to hold your hand without saying anything.
if someone upset you, she’ll remember. she won’t make a scene, won’t go after them like thanos or nam-gyu, but she’ll keep a mental note. next time there’s a chance to put them in their place (verbally), she will.
makes sure you’re okay without making it obvious. later, when things have calmed down, she’ll casually check in. “feeling better?” short, simple, but it means she cares.
KANG DAE-HO (강대호) / PLAYER 388
doesn’t push. if you’re not in the mood to talk, dae-ho respects that. he just plops down beside you next to you, close but not crowding, letting his presence do the comforting. sometimes, that’s all you need.
knows when to joke and when to stay quiet. if he senses you need a distraction, he’ll say something lighthearted. if you just need silence, he respects that too. he grew up with four sisters—he knows when to shut up and when to just be there.
gives you a reassuring squeeze on the shoulder or a light pat on the back.
super empathetic. if you do open up, he listens without interrupts, just nodding along, occasionally humming in agreement. he won’t try to fix things with empty words—just validates how you feel.
gets protective of you in an almost brotherly way.
dae-ho never makes you feel like a burden. no frustration—just patience, warmth, and support.

blood on your hands
kang dae ho x f!reader
in which you commit an act so unforgivable, yet reasonable
warnings: murder, death, nsfw!! 18+, minors please dni. smut with plot. oral (dh receiving). switch!daeho. switch!reader. praise. no PinV. VERY long chapter. dark chapter. original plot changes. y/n is used. reader is player 099. reader is the murderer. established relationship with dae-ho before the games. this takes place after the mingle games. the original character in this fic is player 123. I am not responsible for the content you choose to read after you hit, "keep reading"
4.6k words
the bathroom is a mess of bodies and tension.
the air thick with sweat, fear, disgusting body waste, and the sharp buzz of the overhead fluorescent lights. the guards stand at the entrance, their rifles slung carelessly over their shoulders, barely paying attention.
they know no one is dumb enough to try anything here, not after the mingle game.
a game in which you barely survived too.
anyways, you should be focusing on keeping jun-hee safe, making sure she gets in and out of here without trouble, but your mind keeps circling back to dae-ho.
your man.
the love of your life.
the marine’s voice is still fresh in your ears.
"stay safe, no heroics."
all of the women were assigned to all go to the bathroom before lights out. you had smiled at him, something small, something just for him.
"i’ll be okay,"
you had promised, squeezing his hand.
"i'll stay with jun-hee the whole time."
he hadn't liked it. you could tell by the way his jaw clenched, by the flicker of hesitation in his eyes, like he wanted to argue but knew it would only make things harder. he is super protective about you, even before the games back at home.
in the end, he let you go, but not before tucking a loose strand of hair behind your ear, his touch lingering like he was trying to memorize you.
"come back to me."
you had nodded. you always would.
the two of you had been together for years. your relationship wasn’t new, wasn’t fragile. it was something built, something strong, something that had withstood everything life had thrown at you before the games.
this?
this was different.
this was a nightmare neither of you had ever prepared for.
when you first locked eyes after red light, green light, it felt like the world had cracked open. neither of you had known the other would be here.
neither of you had imagined, in your worst nightmares, that this was how you’d meet again after not seeing each other for days.
after meeting the salesman, the both of you had a plan to pay off each other's debts. unaware that the other had the same exact plan too.
the first game, dae-ho had stormed across the bloodstained ground, past the trembling bodies of the survivors, past the bodies that would never move again, and grabbed you like you were slipping through his fingers.
“why are you here?"
his voice had been raw, panicked.
"how…why…"
"why are you here?"
you had shot back, just as desperate, just as lost.
you both had kept your struggles quieter than you should have, thinking you could handle them alone. thinking you didn’t have to drag each other down.
it didn’t matter now.
now, all that mattered was surviving. together.
which was what led you here…standing in a sea of exhausted, wary women, pushing into the bathroom with jun-hee behind you and hyun-ju in front, keeping them close, like a shield.
you aren’t the only one on edge. hyun-ju’s beautiful eyes are scanning, assessing. she turns around and catches the way your fingers twitch at your sides, the way your shoulders stay stiff.
"you okay?" her voice is low, careful.
you force a small nod.
"just need to pee badly."
it’s a lie.
hyun-ju knows. she reads people too well…probably from whatever special forces training she’s had.
she doesn’t press, just gives you a look before shifting her attention elsewhere.
it’s not the bathroom that has you tense.
it’s her.
player 123.
she’s already ahead, pushing through the group like she owns the place along with her goon’s, loud and grating. she hasn’t stopped talking since mingle. hasn’t stopped running her mouth.
"you see that one triangle guard earlier?"
she crows to no one in particular, shoving her elbow into the woman next to her.
"dude was practically asleep. i bet i could’ve grabbed his gun…boom, game over."
the woman beside her gives a nervous laugh, stepping away. no one outside of her dickriding goons wants to be near her…she’s too reckless, too unpredictable.
your fingers curl into a fist at your side.
you don’t trust her. not after what happened in the six-legged penalathon.
you and player 123 had almost killed each other.
it had been an accident, but that didn’t matter. the two of you had made a mistake, a single misstep, a moment of hesitation that had nearly sent both of you crashing to your deaths. and she blamed you.
the audacity.
when jun-hee came to your group, asking to join. you gave up your spot for the woman. dae-ho protested, but you told him that the pregnant woman needs to live, so being with men will help her.
dae-ho intensely watched you as you approached 123 and her group of 4. player 123 said you could join, since she needed another woman who looked, “as fit as you.”
however, that was a mistake.. since you both nearly tripped when you were running to the finish line.
since then, she hated you..
you weren’t exactly fond of her either.
you keep jun-hee behind you as the crowd shifts into the cramped bathroom. it’s a tight space, bodies pressing in on all sides. no privacy, no safety.
you aren’t the only one feeling it…jun-hee shifts uncomfortably, pressing a protective hand over her stomach. you glance at her, lowering your voice.
"we’ll be quick. i won’t let anything happen."
she nods, trusting.
too trusting.
you can feel player 123's presence, her laughter cutting through the thick air like a blade. she’s talking again, louder now, complaining about everything.
"this is ridiculous," she groans, kicking the bottom of a stall.
"they’re treating us like animals. like we’re not even people."
you bite back the urge to snap.
because that’s the thing...she’s not wrong.
that doesn’t make you hate her any less.
hyun-ju watches you carefully from the side, tracking the way your body tenses, the way your fingers tap against your leg like you’re holding yourself back from something.
"she’s not worth it," hyun-ju mutters under her breath.
you exhale sharply, steadying yourself.
"i know."
that doesn’t stop you from keeping an eye on player 123. doesn’t stop the weight of her presence from pressing into you.
because in a place like this, grudges can get you killed.
the guards stand lazily outside of the entrance, their rifles hanging at their sides, not paying attention.
they don’t care about the many players inside one hot room.
but you do.
you keep jun-hee close, guiding her toward the stalls. she looks miserable, her hand resting over the curve of her belly, shoulders tight with exhaustion.
"y/n, i just need to sit for a second."
jun-hee pulls you towards the first stall.
she goes into one of the stalls, locking it behind her, and you let out a slow breath. your heart is still racing. not because of the guards, not because of the way the other women keep their eyes peeled for weakness…but because of player 123.
you hear her voice somewhere off to the side, barking out a laugh, too loud, too confident.
"these stalls are disgusting, i swear to god. like what do they want us to do? piss outside?"
she’s talking to no one in particular, but the woman next to her lets out a forced chuckle, clearly too nervous to ignore her.
“she is so fucking annoying!”
you think.
your jaw clenches, fingers twitching at your side.
you don’t trust her. you never have.
so when jun-hee comes out of her stall, you decide to go in after her. not because you need to pee, but because you don’t want to have to go later, when things could be worse.
“i’ll be quick," you murmur, passing by hyun-ju, who is by the sinks, watching everything like a hawk.
"stay alert," she tells you.
you nod, stepping inside the stall, locking it behind you.
you sit, but your mind is elsewhere, lost in the horrors of the game.
everything blurs together…the blood, the screams, the crack of bones snapping under pressure. you squeeze your eyes shut, pressing your palms into your thighs, trying to push the thoughts away, trying to remind yourself that you're still here. still breathing. still alive.
BANG.
your entire body jolts at the sudden impact against the stall door.
"can you hurry the fuck up?"
that voice.
your blood runs cold.
player 123.
you don’t say anything, don’t react, hoping she’ll just move on, but then
she crawls under the stall.
your breath catches in your throat, horror spiking through your veins as her hands and knees scrape against the filthy tile, her face appearing under the gap before she pulls herself inside, into your space.
"are you fucking stupid?"
you snap, scrambling to pull your joggers up as you stagger to your feet.
she just laughs.
loud, grating, obnoxious.
"oh? oh, look at that." she grins, rocking back on her heels.
"it’s the stupid bitch who almost got us killed!"
your fists clench.
"get the fuck out,"
you hiss, pushing past her to unlock the door.
she follows you.
you storm toward the sinks, your entire body thrumming with rage. she’s right on your heels, her voice sharp and mocking as she keeps egging you on.
"what’s wrong, 099? mad i called you out? mad that you’re such a weak bitch who made it this far? "
you ignore her, stepping toward the sinks where hyun-ju and jun-hee are.
she doesn’t stop.
"you think you’re some big hero? sticking with your little group like you’re different from the rest of us? newsflash, sweetheart…nobody here is safe."
your hands shake. you grip the edge of the sink, trying to steady yourself.
then she says it.
"you know... i started to notice how close you and player 388 are. are you guys together?"
123’s tone shifts, turning cruel, taunting.
you stare at her through the mirror, hoping she shuts the fuck up.
"wait, awee you guys are together! you know.. he’s such a charm. i cannot wait to steal him when you die during the next game!"
that’s it.
before you can even think, your body moves on its own.
you turn, your fist flying through the air, and the impact is satisfying to your mind and knuckles.
CRACK.
your knuckles collide with her face, sending her stumbling backward, her body hitting the ground with a hard thud.
someone gasps.
her goons rush forward, helping her up.
hyun-ju steps toward you, eyes sharp, but before she can say anything—
all hell breaks loose.
somewhere in the room, another fight erupts.
two randome women claw at each other, snarling like wild animals, hair being pulled, screams echoing off the tile.
and then, like a chain reaction, everyone starts fighting.
jun-hee stumbles back against the wall, hiding, pressing her hands over her stomach, panic flashing across her face. she knows she doesn’t stand a chance in this chaos.
hyun-ju moves quickly, diving into the mess, trying to break up fights before they get worse.
you…you don’t get the chance.
because player 123 tackles you.
you slam into the sink counter, pain exploding through your ribs.
"you wanna fucking hit me, huh?"
she seethes, grabbing onto your shirt.
"you bitch! you think you’re tough?"
you fight back, gripping her by the shoulders, trying to throw her off. but she’s strong, fueled by anger, by adrenaline.
you both go crashing to the ground.
she’s on top of you, fists flying.
one punch.
two.
three.
your face is bruised, bloodied.
your vision goes blurry, the taste of iron thick in your mouth as blood pools around your molar teeth.
you gasp, hands scrambling for anything.
you grip 123’s neck, trying to choke her, trying to stop her punches, but she just snarls, yanking at your hair, slamming your head back against the tile.
someone—se-mi—tries to pull her off.
but it’s not working.
you’re losing.
then
something presses against your thigh.
your metal fork.
the one from earlier’s meal. the one you saved, just in case something like this happened
your fingers close around it inside of your pocket.
without thinking..without hesitating..
you move your right hand quickly and plunge it into her neck.
she freezes.
123’s brown eyes go wide.
her hands, her fists, stop.
she limps, her body crumbling.
however, that was not enough.
something inside you snaps.
you stab.
again.
again.
again.
again.
again.
over and over and over until..
"STOP!"
arms pull you back… hyun-ju.
your breath is ragged, your chest heaving.
player 123 is dead.
her body is still.
her blood is everywhere.
you don’t realize what you’ve done…not really…until hyun-ju drags you into the hallway, pushing you against the wall beside a guard.
you’re hyperventilating. those pink lungs of yours cannot seem to catch a breath.
hyun-ju doesn’t yell at you. doesn’t scold you for murder since that would be hypocritical of her. she just takes the bloody fork from your hands, wipes at the blood on your face…though your 099 shirt is already soaked in red.
"breathe," she orders.
you can’t.
"what did i do?"
jun-hee stands nearby, eyes wide, face pale.
she looks at you, then at the bodies inside.
"nothing. since nothing will be mentioned to the others,"
she says quietly.
you nod.
silent.
back to the dorms.. you can barely walk.
your legs feel like they don’t belong to you, and the weight of what you just did claws at your chest, sinking deep into your ribs, making it hard to breathe.
hyun-ju keeps her arm wrapped tightly around you, holding you up, making sure you don’t collapse under your own exhaustion. your shirt is soaked in blood..
some yours, most of it hers.
player 123 is dead.
you did that.
you killed her.
yet, in this moment, all you can focus on is putting one foot in front of the other as you and the remaining women shuffle back into the dorms.
the second the doors open, the tension inside the dorm shifts.
the men had heard everything.
the screams.
the fighting.
the pounding of bodies slamming against the walls, the stalls, the sinks.
the killings.
it was a nightmare.
and dae-ho almost ran after you.
he had almost lost his mind when the first screams from multiple women echoed through the halls, his entire body lurching forward, ready to run, to fight, to protect you, before jung bae grabbed him.
"don’t." jung bae had hissed, forcing him to stay put.
"we don’t know what’s happening yet."
"it’s a fucking massacre, that’s what," young-il had muttered under his breath, his face pale as they all listened.
dae-ho couldn’t stay calm.
he was barely breathing, his hands clenching and unclenching, his mind running a thousand miles a minute.
you had told him you’d be okay.
you had promised.
but then why did the screaming keep going?
why did it sound like hell itself had broken loose in there?
at one point, it sounded like you were screaming.
it was, it was when you were repeatedly stabbing 123 over and over again.
back in the dorms, dae-ho kept trying to reason with himself.
you don’t start fights.
you aren’t reckless.
then he remembered the way you and 123 had argued after your group barely survived the six-legged penalathon…by four fucking seconds.
he remembered 123 cursing you out, yelling about how you should’ve died instead of her almost falling.
he remembered the way you just flicked her off, walking away.
she was a loose cannon.
123 was like thanos and namgyu smashed into one woman.
what if—
the doors open.
the women return.
and it’s worse than he imagined.
the ones who come back look horrible.
some are bloody. some have fresh bruises. some have torn shirts, missing shoes, swollen faces.
but not as many women return as there were when they left.
dae-ho’s stomach drops.
he scans the group frantically.
the marine’s heart hammers.
his eyes land on hyun-ju and jun-hee first…both fine, exhausted but fine.
then he sees you and his blood runs cold.
his baby. his love.
you look destroyed. your face is bloodied. your right eye is swollen. there’s a deep cut above your eyebrow, blood trailing down your cheek, dripping onto your already soaked shirt.
your lips are busted.
your knuckles are bruised and your hands are shaking.
"what the fuck happened?"
dae-ho’s voice is sharp, broken.
hyun-ju doesn’t answer right away.
instead, she tightens her grip on you, like she’s trying to shield you from his panic.
it’s too late.
he pushes forward, prying you out of hyun-ju’s arms, cradling you in his own.
his hands hover over your face, your wounds, your bruises, like he doesn’t know where to touch, where to fix, where to start.
"baby, oh my god, what did they do to you?" his voice breaks.
he lifts you into his arms, carrying you straight to his bed, settling you down gently, as if you might shatter if he moves too fast.
you don’t say anything.
you can’t.
because if you open your mouth, if you speak, you might just say what you did.
so instead, you stare at the ceiling, your breath shallow, your fingers gripping the sheets beneath you.
hyun-ju and jun-hee exchange a look.
they don’t tell him.
they don’t say what really happened.
that is your place, not theirs.
they don’t tell him that you killed player 123 in a fit of survival and rage, stabbing her over and over again until her body was lifeless.
instead, hyun-ju lies.
"a fight broke out. everyone was attacking each other."
dae-ho’s jaw tightens, his eyes flicking over every bruise, every wound, every drop of blood.
"and she was attacked?"
jun-hee nods.
"we barely made it out."
dae-ho exhales sharply, his hands trembling as he tears a piece of his 388 shirt, dipping it into some cup of water (belonging to gi-hun) before gently pressing it against your wounds.
"fuck, i should’ve been there," he mutters.
"i should’ve protected you."
you swallow.
dae-ho’s words make your chest ache in a way you can’t explain.
he doesn’t know.
he doesn’t know what you did.
he doesn’t know that you aren’t just hurt.
you are a killer now.
across the room, young-il/001/the frontman undercover watches you carefully as he sits beside a worried gi-hun and jung-bae.
his eyes linger.
he knows.
he doesn’t say anything, doesn’t make a scene, but you catch the way he scans the room, the way he takes note of who came back..and who didn’t.
123 isn’t here
he knows.
you don’t look at dae-ho.
you can’t
because then you’d have to acknowledge it. and right now, you just want to pretend.
pretend you didn’t just take a life.
pretend you’re still you.
the speaker comes on and the room freezes as everyone listens. suddenly, the names of the eliminated players in the women’s bathroom echo through the dorms.
"player 037. eliminated."
"player 272. eliminated."
"player 081. eliminated."
"player 410. eliminated."
"player 008. eliminated."
"player 072. eliminated."
and then..
"player 123. eliminated."
the second her number is called, the room shifts in your perspective.
your stomach twists.
dae-ho’s eyes snap to you.
then to hyun-ju.
hyun-ju turns away.
you tense.
but he doesn’t know.
not yet. not yet.
because lights out is coming.
during lights out, you wake up to dae-ho who is looking up at the ceiling. the ceiling where the gold pig sits with all of the money. the money from the dead players.
“baby, is everything alright?”
you ask lightly, putting your hand on his upper thigh as he looks over at you.
the man smiles lightly, brushing a piece of hair off of your forehead as you close your eyes.. taking in his touch.
“i should be asking you that.”
dae-ho responds.
of course you are still thinking about the murder you committed. however, you know that there will not be any legal consequences. the guards and this whole game is illegal itself!
however, you wonder how dae-ho will look at you.
he used to talk to you about a murder that he committed while he was in the marines. the one thing that started his PTSD while serving. however, he was forced to do that.
you were not forced.
well, that is debatable.
since you were acting in self-defense.
you brought your sore lips over dae-ho’s and started kissing him soflty, moving his hands to your ass while you sat your clothed core on top of his bulge.
“y/n.”
he groans through your lips.
“hm.”
you smirk.
“is this alright? i don’t want you to feel uncom–”
“we need a distraction, dae-ho.”
two minutes later, your lips around around his fat tip. the marine’s head laid back against the hard wall, his pants pulled down to his ankles as you took his whole length inside of your throat.
you were distracting yourself. your focus is fully on your lover’s scent, his big dick in your throat, your hands massaging his balls, and the way your lashes batted up at his eyes while you sucked his dick.
this is the only way you can distract yourself from earlier. the murder. the murder you commited.
dae-ho wrapped your hair in a ponytail with his hands while you continued to do your work. you concentrated your tongue on a particular vein on his shaft while arching your back in the process.
"fuck, you're sucking me off so perfectly."
your boyfriend of five years reaches over to massage your clothed ass, groaning softly as you deepthroated his cock.
obviously, sucking his cock during lights out, where a player can easily see you, was not ideal for most people. however, you refused to pull dae-ho into a bathroom and do it. not where you killed 123.
dae-ho’s cock twitched inside of your throat and you hummed, feeling his white load spill inside of your mouth and throat.
the man puts a pillow over his head, so the pillow can block out his loud pornographic moan he spoke out.
you were always so good at sucking his dick, oh how much he missed it while the games were happening.
you helped your boyfriend pull his boxers and pants back on. the man flipped you over and kissed all over your neck, but you cringed.
not because of dae-ho, not at all. you were so desperate for his tongue on your clit but somehow.. you started smelling the metallic blood from earlier.
123’s blood.
tears fill your eyes almost immediately.
when dae-ho realized that you were crying out of fear instead of pleasure, he stopped instantly. he pulled you into his arms as you stained his shirt with your tears.
you started to hyperventilate again.
dae-ho keeps you in his arms, but pulls your head off of his chest in order to help yourself breathe.
“baby, please breathe.”
dae-ho panics, nearly having tears in his eyes too.
“dae-ho, i-i-ca-can’t. i’m ah-a monster.”
you coughed out.
dae-ho frowns.
“no you’re not!”
he mumbles confidently, truthfully.
“you’re my angel.”
you cry more, shaking your head with a frown.
“angels don't kill people, dae-ho.”
you sob, wiping your nose with your blood stained jacket.
“what?”
dae-ho’s eyes widened.
“sh-sh-she was so close to killing me i-in there!”
you start shaking, dae-ho holds your hands as you try to recall the memory.
your lips turn pale. dae-ho holds the back of your head with his large hands as more tears fall down your face.
“dae-ho, i killed 123!!! the fork i-i ha-had when we ate the bibimbap to-together! she almost beat me to death so i stabbed her.”
your hands started shaking to the point where dae-ho had to hold them.
not only was the memory so traumatic, but you were started to think that dae-ho would leave you.
scared that he would not want someone who is a murderer.
dae-ho’s eyes are widened, he cannot say anything.
“puh-pl-please say something! i swear it was in self-defense!! she did this to me-”
you pointed at the bruises and cuts on your face.
“i-i couldn’t breathe before i felt the fork in my pocket. i had to, i am so sorry! please forgive me for being a monster!”
you forced your hands out of dae-ho’s and covered your face, ashamed of yourself.
dae-ho is everything good in this world. even here, in this twisted, merciless game, he treats you like you’re made of glass…like you’re still the same person he fell in love with before all of this.
you’re scared.. now you believe that he knows that the girl he’s holding, the girl he’s protecting so fiercely, is not the girl he fell in love with.
you’re a monster. a murderer.
the blood on your hands isn’t just yours…it’s 123s.
dae-ho holds you again.. and doesn’t let go of you. not even for a second.
the marine’s arms stay firmly around you, grounding you as your entire body shakes, as your chest heaves, struggling to pull in air. your lungs burn, your throat closes, and your vision blurs with the overwhelming flood of emotions crashing down on you all at once.
you can’t stop crying.
you can’t stop the guilt, the fear, the shame from clawing at your insides, making you feel like you’re being ripped apart from the inside out.
"i'm a monster,"
you choke out between uneven breaths.
"i don’t deserve you, dae-ho. i don’t.."
"stop."
dae-ho’s voice is gentle, but firm. the man’s hands cup your face, thumbs wiping away the hot tears streaming down your cheeks, even though they just keep coming.
"baby, listen to me. i understand."
dae-ho’s voice is steady, warm, full of something so deep and unwavering.. it only makes you cry harder.
"i know. it was self-defense."
you shake your head, gripping onto his wrists like he’s the only thing keeping you from falling apart completely in this hellhole.
"but i still did it," you whisper, voice breaking.
"i still killed her."
dae-ho doesn’t flinch.
his grip doesn’t loosen.
his expression doesn’t change.
"and it would have been you killed if you hadn’t."
his words hit hard, slicing through the noise in your head.
you inhale sharply, shuddering.
"this game… it’s bringing out the worst in all of us." his voice softens, his forehead pressing against yours.
"this isn’t your fault, baby. you were protecting yourself."
you sob, shaking your head violently.
"no–"
"yes." he pulls back just enough to look at you, really look at you, his dark eyes full of nothing but love.
"you’re not a monster. you’re still my girl… my angel."
dae-ho’svoice breaks on those last words, but he keeps going.
he wants to cry with you.
"when we get out of here, i’ll get us help." he promises.
"therapy, whatever you need, i’ll be right there with you. we’ll get through this. together."
your face crumples, your hands tightening in the fabric of his 388 shirt.
"how can you still love me after this?"
dae-ho lets out a soft, shaky breath, like he can’t believe you’d even ask that.
"how can i not? you’re the love of my life. bad or good."
your chest shakes as another sob wracks through you, but this time, it’s different.
it’s not just grief, it’s relief.
because he’s not leaving.
he’s not disgusted.
he’s not giving up on you.
"i’m not mad, baby. i’m not mad at you." his lips press against your temple, lingering.
"and we’re okay. i’m still with you. i’m still going to protect you."
"we’re okay?" you whisper, almost afraid to believe it.
he nods, pulling you closer, holding you like he never wants to let go.
"we’re okay."

Player 450
The robotic voice order, with your scope you looked for the poor soul, shooting without a second thought. When looking at the rest of the players, a familiar face was recognized by your orbs.
You knew that profile like the palm of your hand, you’ve spent way too many hours looking at it that it was burnt into your memory like your life depended on it. You had to be dreaming, licking your lips after a shaky sigh made the only sound in the small room you focused again on the woman. The number 120 was distinguishable on the back of her sweater as you made sure to memorize it, she was covering people behind her and a small sour smile painted on your lips, Hyunju didn’t change.
Your mind couldn’t concentrate anymore, what was she doing there? You’ve asked her time to get the money she needed, did you take too long? Did the salesman find her after you left? You were sure that was the case, if you knew she had been invited you’d done everything in your power to stop her from participating. A last gunshot was heard, you were quick to look over your scope; your heart stopped for a moment when you saw blood staining Hyunju’s face, but when your eyes concentrated on her and the kill was confirmed to be another player, you allowed yourself to relax a little bit.
Soldiers who have completed your mission, please line up outside the sniper rooms.
As if your own hearts were able to feel the presence of the other blindly, while you were putting away the gun given to you, your body began to tremble just like Hyunju was down at the play arena. Both scared for the woman’s life now, you didn’t know what to do moving forward.
You thought back to when the Masked Officer had recruited you offering a generous sum of money that could solve all your problems if you did a couple of tasks and your first thought was your girlfriend, on the future that could be forged for the two of you after receiving the money, you had imagined the two of you living a quiet life in Thailand as per request from Hyunju, you didn’t care what the job could be about or if it meant blotch your hands in blood. You’ve done it before, you were a very well trained defense guard who was struggling to find a stable job, most people didn’t care about your time in the korean military force or if you were one of the best snipers from your battalion they all ‘needed a man for the job’. You couldn’t rely on Hyunju either as she had been facing unemployment too for quite some time now, you had reassured her that you’d take care of the bills however you could.
“I’ll go back to being a guard for clubs if I have to,” you said to the woman while preparing dinner, a small sigh was heard from her that made you turn. You walked over to where she was sitting and took her face in your warm hands thanks to the fire of the stove. “It’s okay, Hyune, I got this. We’ll make it out of here, trust me.”
One of her hands looked to rest on your wrist, a sad grimace painted on her face. “You shouldn’t have to do this alone. I should be able to help you, to help myself… I want to contribute too.”
Your lips left a small kiss on her forehead. “We’ll be fine, my love, I promise.”
The mere memory made your heart ache with anguish, you had to get her out of there, you had to make sure she wins these games. You had to… You had to let her know you were there, didn't you? Maybe in that way she could feel more protected… Or maybe she would hate you for being there, maybe she’d break up with you, call you a monster, question how could you do that to innocent people?
“Hey, twenty-three, can you believe what eleven is doing?” a distorted voice asked behind you.
“Couldn’t care less,” you said back, your voice sounded completely different too. After leaving the briefcase you were carrying back into place and taking a different gun you walked over the entrance. “I’m not part of the business and I don’t care what happens with it, I told you.”
‘I have more important things to worry about’ you thought to yourself while following one of the square soldiers and accommodating the strap of the gun on your shoulders.
You saw all the players grouped at the back of the big bedroom, you thanked the gods you were wearing a mask as your eyes looked desperately for Hyunju while the soldier was speaking, you didn’t care what was being discussed at all. Even when the so famous player 456 was talking you couldn’t force yourself to pay attention until a specific line that came from his mouth caught your thoughts.
“Let us take our vote right now.” your eyes looked at the man with hope, your heart filled with gratitude, at least someone was sane enough.
Without turning your head upwards, you saw the prize being announced and a sigh left your mouth, your full attention was now on the room and each player as well as your superior.
You were asked to be beside the podium, you walked a little too quick for your taste. You positioned yourself while looking forward at each player and counting on your head the x’s, hoping they would win. And then Hyunju was called over, when you noticed your hands shaking you held tighter to your gun, you noticed she doubted for a second and then voted the circle. Your eyes shut and a shaky breath came out your mouth, you had to stay composed, you couldn’t break down there.
And when the circles won the poll, the players were told they needed to rest and feast for tomorrow’s games. The group walked out leaving a couple of triangles and the circle soldiers who were handing the food. After being instructed to leave for the night, you walked over to your small room and allowed yourself to break down once the door closed behind you. Leaning against the door you let your tears roll down on your face, how could life be so cruel to you? You just wanted to make your girlfriend happy and now she was condemned to die on an island away from home, you wouldn’t be able to even take her home with you.
No, you couldn’t think like that, you wouldn’t release that energy into the universe, you had to take care of her now. It didn’t matter if it cost you your own life, you would ensure Hyunju won the games. You would be like a hawk, watching over her as much as you could. The officer was more than pleased to see you ask for more responsibility, you tried to be where the players were at all times. Behind the triangle mask you were constantly watching Hyunju, following her discreetly on the six-legs game arena and cursing people who looked at her bad under your breath. You found yourself almost celebrating your girlfriend’s win with her group, thankfully you stopped before. After seeing Hyunju win, hope began to occupy your heart fully, convincing yourself there was a chance she could win this games, that she would be free.
At night you stayed to cover for a little, after all, you weren’t that sleepy now. Leaning your back on the wall you saw your colleague deny a permission to go to the bathroom and at first you weren’t against it, you knew the rules too, but when the older woman began to ramble about her bladder issues, you stood up again.
“I got this, I’ll take them.” you said to your company before they opened the door, a small thank you was said from the other guard.
When the door was opened and you saw the woman smile a giggle almost escaped your mouth, but any trace of a smile faded when Hyunju let herself show asking to go too. Your breath got stuck on your lungs as you watched closer now, forcing yourself to guide them to the bathroom, that was your time, you had to talk to her now.
You stayed outside for a few minutes to allow them to do their business and after a couple of minutes you turned to look everywhere hoping not to see anyone approaching, you knew the bathrooms didn’t have cameras so you took advantage of it to walk in.
Hyunju was watching her own reflection, it made your heart pound hard against your chest, she was as beautiful as ever. Brown eyes turned to look at you with a confused frown on her.
“Do we need to-” she began to speak, being interrupted by your distorted voice.
“At ease, sergeant.” you said making her freeze on the spot, blinking a couple of times, she couldn’t believe what she was hearing.
You two had met back when she was in the military forces, before she came out as the Hyunju you’ve been loving for some time now. At first you were just really good friends, but as time passed you couldn’t help falling in love with each other. You were there for her at every step, inviting her to live with you when everything was just going from bad to worse for her, losing her job, gaining debts one after the other, having everyone turn on her… But you, oh you were her rock, her place to rest from the crude world and now there you were, in a pink suit with that horrible symbol on your face that has been taunting her dreams for the last couple of nights.
Your name fell from her lips on a small whisper that could almost go unnoticed if you weren’t paying your full attention to her, you released your gun and took the mask from your face, tears wetting your cheeks and she held the bathroom sink tighter under her hands.
“Hyunju…” you whispered back, breathing in deep to calm yourself.
“What are you doing here?” the two of you asked at the same time, she shook her head. “You shouldn’t be here, you shouldn’t be in that suit… What are you doing?”
“Trying to get the money to flee this shitty place.” you answered, taking a step towards her that she took back. “Hyunju, please.”
“Why would you accept to do this?” she asked now, you bit your lower lip for a moment.
“Because I want you to be happy, I want us to start from zero, to have the life we deserve.” you started to answer, walking slowly her way to not scare her away. “We deserve to be happy, don’t you think, my love?”
“You shouldn’t have come here, you shouldn’t have accepted it, we shouldn’t be here.” she began to speak a little faster and when you let your hands rest on her face she looked directly into your eyes.
Warm hands thanks to the gloves you were required to use made her feel at ease, made her feel like home. Troubled eyes were looking at each other, but you can sense the love and strong connection in them. Even in such a dangerous place with death itself roaming in every room, the love Hyunju and you shared had such power that could make any other emotion drown.
A silent discussion was held and not even a second later, your lips met each other with such hunger like you’ve been starving for so long, like you were far from the other for years. Without distancing from Hyunju you pushed the gun to your back so you could get as close as humanly possible with her, your right hand pulled her closer by the neck making Hyunju whimper for a small second, you smiled over her lips.
Aching hands looked to sneak under her shirt while her own hands clumsily tried to undo your suit, it was the sound of a flushing toilet that made the both of you jump and stopped grudgingly. Hungry eyes just looked at her as she was composing herself, Hyunju left a small sigh sound before looking again your way.
“We have to get out of here,” she whispered, now Hyunju was the one holding your face in her own hands, you closed your eyes for a moment. “The two of us, safe and sound.”
“You need to win the games.” you said back, opening your eyes again. “Do you remember our signal?”
Hyunju thought for a moment before taking away one of her hands to show you the sign you two had come up with back in your military days, you giggled and nodded.
“I’ll be in every game watching over you, okay? When you see a guard doing it, know it’s me.” you whispered, she nodded too and stole another kiss from you. “We need to go back before the other guard comes to check, tell them, I’ll wait outside.”
The woman nodded again and as you were rearranging your suit, Hyunju pulled you in for a last kiss making you giggle like a teenager, almost giving in, but lastly stepping away and pulling your mask back on. You didn’t know how you’d make her win, but you had to go back home with her alive, you’ll figure it out in the way, but for now the only thing you could do was protect her.

Cho Hyun-ju was no stranger to the cruel intimacy of loss. It clung to her like a shadow, its touch cold and unrelenting. She had lost so many she had once dared to love, the echoes of their departures a constant ache in her chest. Friends, companions, confidants—each had slipped through her grasp the moment she chose to trust them, her vulnerability rewarded with betrayal as sharp and merciless as any blade. Yet, as she knelt there now, cradling the almost lifeless body of the only soul who had never faltered in their belief in her, she realized she had never truly understood pain. Not like this.
“Hyun-ju...” Their voice was weak, little more than a whisper. She leaned closer, her tears falling onto their face as she brushed a strand of hair from their blood-streaked forehead.
“I’m here,” she choked out, her voice cracking. “I’m here. You’re going to be okay. Just...stay with me.”
A faint smile tugged at their lips, so familiar yet so fragile it made her chest ache. “Liar,” they murmured, their words tinged with bittersweet amusement. “We both know...I’m not making it out of this.”
“Don’t say that!” Hyun-ju snapped, her hands pressing desperately against the wound in their chest. “You’re not leaving me. You promised! You said we’d survive this together!”
Their hand, slick with blood, reached up to cup her cheek. The gesture was weak, trembling, but the tenderness in their touch was unmistakable. “Hyun-ju,” they said, their gaze locking onto hers with a heartbreaking intensity. “Just...hold me.”
Her breath hitched. “No, I can stop the bleeding, I—”
“Please,” they interrupted, their voice so soft it broke her. “There’s no time. I don’t want to die alone... Just...let me feel safe. One last time.”
Hyun-ju’s vision blurred with tears, but she obeyed, gathering them closer against her chest. She buried her face in their hair, her sobs muffled as she clung to them like a lifeline. “You’re not alone,” she whispered, her words trembling with the weight of her grief. “I’m here. I’ll stay with you. Always.”
“Thank you,” they murmured, their voice barely audible now. “You...made it all worth it. Even this.”
“No,” Hyun-ju cried, her tears falling faster. “Don’t talk like that. Don’t leave me. Please...”
But their breathing slowed, each ragged inhale weaker than the last. Their hand fell from her cheek, limp at their side.
“I love you,” they whispered, the words so faint she barely caught them. And then, silence.
Hyun-ju’s world shattered.
Her beloved’s blood soaked through her fingers, warm and sticky, as if it carried the remnants of the life now slipping away. Hyun-ju's arms tightened around them as if she could hold their spirit in place, refusing to let death take what was hers. But their chest no longer rose with breath, and their once-bright eyes had dulled, staring blankly at a sky that offered no solace.
Hyun-ju's mind screamed at her to do something—anything—but her body was paralyzed, shackled by despair. The memory of a promise whispered in the tender quiet of midnight played cruelly in her head: We’ll face this together. Forever. That word mocked her now, hanging heavy with unfulfilled dreams, as eternity dissolved into a fleeting, fragile moment that ended too soon.
This was her fault.
The realization hit like a tidal wave, threatening to drag her under. Every choice she had made, every desperate gamble to survive, had led to this. She had believed she was fighting for their future—for their chance to escape the grasp of the brutal games that reduced human lives to fodder for the amusement of the elite. But instead, her choices had forged the very blade that now severed their shared hopes and dreams.
Her thoughts spiraled back to the first moment she saw them, standing on the shoreline, now just the pieces of a faint memory. The sea had stretched endlessly behind them, a restless expanse of possibility. Their smile had been like sunlight breaking through storm clouds, offering her something she had almost forgotten—hope. For the first time in years, she had felt seen, understood, as if their very presence whispered, you belong.
In the games, that hope had been her anchor. They had stood by her through every blood-streaked challenge, every moment of terror when the line between life and death blurred. They had trusted her when no one else would, had defended her when she didn’t deserve it.
And now they were gone.
That fleeting sense of belonging had been torn from her, ripped apart by the blood-soaked machinery of the games. She wanted to blame them—the faceless architects of this hell—but deep down, she knew it was her own hand that had led them here. Stay for one more game, she had told herself, clinging to the illusion that they could endure just a little longer, that she could outwit the odds. And now...now, that decision had cost her everything.
The weight of her grief pressed down on her chest, suffocating. Her vision blurred with tears, but she didn’t bother to wipe them away. What did it matter now? The world was a cruel, hollow place, and mourning was all she had left.
Her hands shook as she pressed them to the wound in their chest, futilely trying to stem the flow of blood. But it was pointless. The games didn’t allow for miracles.
The loudspeaker crackled to life above her, the voice cutting through her despair like a blade.
“Contestant 024 eliminated. Remaining contestants, return to the starting line for the next round.”
Hyun-ju’s breath hitched. The next round. It never ended. The games didn’t stop for grief, didn’t pause for the dead. They demanded obedience, demanded survival at any cost.
But what was the point of surviving now?
Her gaze shifted to the others still standing at the edge of the arena, their faces pale, their eyes averted. They had seen what happened, knew it could just as easily have been them. The games had robbed them all of their humanity, turning them into hollow shells, desperate only to live another day. Sympathy was a luxury the games didn’t allow.
“What was the point?” she choked out, her voice raw and broken. The words fell into the stillness around her, unanswered, as if the universe itself had turned its back on her suffering.
She looked down at her beloved’s face, tracing every line and feature with trembling fingers. How often had those lips spoken words of reassurance, promises that they’d make it through together? How often had those eyes met hers with unwavering faith, even when the world seemed intent on breaking them both?
Now, they were gone. And she remained. A cruel joke, an empty punishment for sins she could never atone for.
Hyun-ju pressed her forehead to theirs, her tears mingling with the blood between them. “I’m sorry,” she whispered, her voice shaking with the weight of a thousand unspoken apologies. “I’m so, so sorry.”
But the silence that greeted her was deafening, a reminder that forgiveness would never come.
The night stretched on, oppressive and eternal, as she sat there in the crimson pool of her regret, mourning not just the love she had lost but the pieces of herself that had died with them.

Warning this is the first time I write fanfic since I was 12 writing on Wattpad… so please let me know how I do! I wanna bring mine and people wanted fanfics to life because they ain’t any for baddie hyunju.
⎯ ⎯ ⎯ ⎯ ⎯ ⎯ ⎯ ⎯ ⎯ ⎯ ⎯ ⎯ ⎯ ⎯ ⎯ ⎯ ⎯ ⎯
She was beyond lost, her family, friends, and all her loved ones turned their back on her once she finally started being who she felt like who she should be. Maybe she did something bad in her past life to deserve this. Or maybe she was mentally ill like they said.
All those thoughts keep pounding into her head as she just sits. Sits all alone feeling more alone then she see looks.
“Excuse me ma’am?” Hyunju jumps out of thoughts but multiple keep coming at her at that word ‘ma’am’. It’s like the missing piece finally met the puzzle. It makes her feel better about herself. Makes her feel like she was right about her feelings.
“Um…would you like more coffee?” The waitress asks. Finally Hyunju looks up and finally answers “oh my yes. Sorry I have a lot going through my head I guess I tuned you out. I’m so sorry” she was nervous with the reply. She finally gets a glimpse of the waitress name ‘y/n’ she must say it’s a pretty name for a good looking girl.
“Oh that’s fine! That happens to me a lot!” y/n said with a joyful smile. But hyunju feels safe in that smile. Like all her worries can just disappear.
Wait no she has to snap out of this. She just barely met her for crying out loud. More importantly you haven’t even told her your name she just had wandering eyes. But she would love to know you.
“Um..this may sound totally odd but can I have your number? You just seem like a really nice person that I wanna know.” Hyunju put her big girl pants on and finally shot the answer. Though her palms are so sweaty with the need for your answer.
Most people look at her with disgust and say nasty things to her face. But not you. You have the look of kindness something she hasn’t seen or felt in awhile.
“Oh..s-sure? Sorry I don’t get asked for my number as often” she noticed you nervous movements. Maybe it was a bad idea to ask. Maybe you feel pressured. Maybe she came off as threatening. Maybe you hate who she is. Maybe you—
“Here, please text me or call me. I’m y/n by the way and your name?” Her thoughts were cut off when you gave her a paper from your notepad with your number, name and a heart?!?! A heart! She started feeling flustered, but remembered your question.
“C-cho Hyunju..” she answered very timidly. “Well then by the looking of it your Hyunju unnie, right?”you said hoping to not just have guessed wrong.
But the word keeping racing though her head ‘unnie’ a name she thought someone will never call her but someone did and she hopes she can continue to cherish this moment and that person.
She just nods, but you smile “Well I hope you see that text from you unnie, if not I will not give you any more sugar for your coffee.” Hyunju fakes gasps “So what if I don’t text but I call instead will I still get the sugar?” she try’s to hide the little smirk forming on her face.
“Hmm nope, you will actually have to buy me coffee instead if you call” you say with blush hoping to not come off as pushy. “Well then I suppose I will call because that’s a better deal than just some sugar.”
⎯ ⎯ ⎯ ⎯ ⎯ ⎯ ⎯ ⎯ ⎯ ⎯ ⎯ ⎯ ⎯ ⎯ ⎯ ⎯ ⎯ ⎯
Ahh let me know if this was good and maybe if I should make it a series! I will also try different characters and plot lines

Lesbian here, could you write Hyun-Ju x Chubby f!reader where Hyun-Ju is really into chubby girls but is afraid to fully express that to the reader until they have a conversation about it?
That conversation then results in lesbian sex where Hyun-Ju is a bit more submissive to her chubby girlfriend (like, having reader sit on her face, riding, body-worship)
And then they cuddle afterwards because Hyun-Ju deserves cuddles and love >:3

AFAB!Fem!Reader x Cho Hyun-Ju
WARNING: BODY INSECURITY, A BIT OF GENDER DYSPHORIA, SMUT, FACE RIDING, SESBIAN LEX, HURT COMFORT, SWEARING, MINORS DNI
(Thank you for the request! I have been wanting to write for her because I adore her so much! I hope you enjoy it!)
Word count: 2638
Hyun-ju woke to a bright stream of light shining through the opening of the cream colored curtains that covered the bedroom window. The smell of food cooking came from outside the room. Hyun-ju sat up with a sigh and a stretch. She wore a thin silk nightgown that her girlfriend bought for her when she saw how she eyed it. Hyun-ju never thought she could comfortably wear this for a while until Y/n came around.
Hyun-ju slipped out of the bed and made her way to the bathroom, using it and washing her hands and face before going to the kitchen. The smell of the food only got stronger. She turns the corner, taking in the sight of Y/n setting some plates with egg dumplings with some rice. She admires the way her partner swiftly moved.
As Y/n sets the plates she sneaks up behind her, arms snaking around her waist and hands resting on her belly. Hyun-ju takes notice of the way Y/n tenses when her hands go to her stomach. Hyun-ju furrows her eyebrows before speaking, “Good morning.” Her voice remains soft, worried that maybe she startled Y/n.
“Good morning.” Y/n’s voice seemed almost forced as she suddenly was out of Hyun-ju’s arms and moving to the table with the plates. She sets one at each of the seats. Pulling out a chair, Y/n takes a seat, one arm around her stomach at the other is used to eat. Hyun-ju walks over and pulls out the chair next to her, sitting as well. She glances at Y/n worriedly as she eats slowly.
She goes to talk but Y/n beats her to it. “Can you not stare today?” Hyun-ju’s eyebrows knit together in slight confusion. Y/n’s tone was not mean or anything of the sort. More upset than anything.
“I…” Hyun-ju was a little lost as to what was going on but just nods and looks down at the food in front of her. “Alright.” Her voice was small. She rubs her arm nervously, unsure what this is about. Hyun-ju couldn’t help but wonder if it was something she did. Or maybe her partner was feeling unsure about this relationship suddenly? Her mind filled with dread at the idea of it. Y/n had always been supportive and accepting but Hyun-ju can’t think of a time she reacted like this to her affection. Hyun-ju can’t help but worry that maybe something has changed?
~~~
After that the two were a little tense for the rest of the day. Y/n went out to the shops after that. Alone. They always went together. Hyun-ju sat and watched the tv, the interaction this morning playing over in her head. She was just so confused. She sits up quickly when she sees the front door open and Y/n walks in. Y/n doesn’t even acknowledge Hyun-ju as she shuts the door and carries the groceries to the kitchen, looking quite upset about something.
Hyun-ju gets up and follows Y/n to the kitchen. She stands in the archway, watching as Y/n busies herself by putting away the groceries. Hyun-ju had a frown on her face, crossing her arms.
“What's wrong?” She breaks the silence with a worried voice.
Y/n looks up at her girlfriend and laughs a bit but it sounded more sad than anything. “Nothing.” Her voice was not certain.
“Something is wrong. You have been weird all day.” Hyun-ju walks over to Y/n, trying to figure her out like a puzzle.
“No. Nope.” Y/n shakes her head and goes back to putting the groceries away. Hyun-ju sighs, trying not to push.
“Let me put these away.” She takes the bag from Y/n. Y/n looks up at her. It was in her eyes. She would break any moment. Whatever it was, she was not having a good day. “Go relax.” Hyun-ju insists.
Y/n goes to argue but then lets out a defeated huff and nods, walking from the kitchen to the bedroom. Hyun-ju takes over, putting away the groceries in their shared home. She furrows her brows as she thinks about how off Y/n has been today. She knows she has off mental days. Maybe that’s what this is. She decides after putting groceries away that she will check.
She puts the last few things away and then heads to their shared bedroom. She sees the door was left open and turns the corner to see Y/n standing in the body length mirror, eyeing herself in it. She was only in her bra and underwear, judgement clouding her eyes. Hyun-ju feels her heart shatter as she realizes the reason Y/n was acting so strange today.
She takes a deep breath before walking into the room. “Honey…” Her voice was gentle. Y/n looks at her through the mirror with tear filled eyes. “Talk to me.” She says, gently rubbing her girlfriends bare arms as she stands behind her.
“I…” Y/n chokes but looks down at her feet, sniffling before trying again. “I just hate how I look today. And then some asshole on the street was laughing with his friend at me. I just… Wish I didn’t look like this.”
“Like what? All I see is perfection.” Hyun-ju says, feeling sad from how her lover talked about herself. And angry at the careless people in public.
“But how?” Y/n sniffles again as she looks at herself.
“Because being plus-size doesn’t make you not perfect. I quite like it actually.” Hyun-ju says, her hands caressing along Y/n’s sides.
“You do?” Y/n asks, eyebrows furrowed a bit, voice a little strained.
“Of course. I mean, look at you. Probably one of the most beautiful people I have laid eyes on. Including your body. You have the body of a goddess. A body worth worshipping.” Hyun-ju’s eyes travel over each inch of Y/n’s body. Y/n lifts her head to look back at her. Hyun-ju returns her eyes to focus on Y/n’s eyes.
“You really feel that way?” Y/n asks, slowly turning in her girlfriend's arms so she was facing her.
“Yes.” Hyun-ju nods before leaning down to capture Y/n’s lips in a soft, loving kiss for a few seconds. “You are so sexy.” Hyun-ju chuckles and places soft kisses on her partner's neck. Y/n giggles and her arms go around Hyun-ju’s neck.
“Well, so are you.” Y/n smiles as she pulls Hyun-ju towards their bed, turning as they reach it to push Hyun-ju to sit in front of her. She cups her face and caresses her cheeks gently. Hyun-ju’s hands find their way to Y/n’s hips, hands rubbing along her stomach and waist. Y/n’s skin was smooth under her touch aside from rising goosebumps occasionally. “Hyun-ju…” her name falls off Y/n’s lips like a little prayer.
Hyun-ju looks up at her lover, pupils dilating as she takes in every detail. Y/n pushes Hyun-ju onto her back, kissing her again as she climbs onto the bed and settles on top of Hyun-ju, legs on either side of her hips. Hyun-ju can’t help but let out a soft gasp of surprise, hands finding Y/n’s waist.
Y/n trails her hands over Hyun-ju’s chest, gently cupping her breasts into her hands. Hyun-ju arches her chest into Y/n’s hands with a soft moan. Y/n chuckles softly before moving her hands down to the hem of Hyun-ju’s shirt. She glides her hands over her soft skin as she lifts the shirt. Y/n gives Hyun-ju’s breasts a gentle squeeze before breaking the kiss. The two work together to swiftly lift her shirt off her body, Hyun-ju sitting up a bit to make it easy.
She falls back onto the bed again after the shirt is off and is abandoned to the floor. Y/n sits up, still straddling Hyun-ju, admiring the woman below her. She stares at her flushed face as her messy hair is fanned out behind her head. Hyun-ju’s hands run up and down over Y/n’s sides as she watches her eyes take her in. She bites her lower lip a bit, feeling a bit nervous under her partner's stare.
It was normal for Hyun-ju to feel like that sometimes. She was still in the process of her surgeries so she was hesitant at times. Y/n was pretty attentive and understanding, never pushing her past her limits.
Y/n leans down placing gentle, loving kisses to her girlfriends chest, down in between her breasts as her hands cup the underside of each. She kisses the sides, her lips trailing over her skin. Y/n worshipped Hyun-ju just as much as Hyun-ju worshipped Y/n. Y/n’s hands trail down her stomach reaching the band of her pants, tips of her fingers slipping just under the band. The muscles under Y/n’s fingers tense and Hyun-ju lets out a gasp as she is pulled from her bliss and her mind is reminding her of those insecurities she carried.
Y/n immediately noticed the change and lifted her head up to check on Hyun-ju. She saw it in her eyes. She knew that look. She quickly sits up, hands pulling away from Hyun-ju’s pants and getting off top of her, sitting beside her instead. Hyun-ju lets out a sigh. She’s not sure if it is in relief or disappointment of herself. She runs a hand over her face before looking over at Y/n.
“Sorry.” Y/n says as she crosses her legs. She didn’t take offence to it. Not one bit. She knew things like this were hard for Hyun-ju at times. She was always like this. Hyun-ju couldn’t be happier that she had such a respectful partner.
“No, you don’t have to apologize.” Hyun-ju shakes her head. “I want to… I do. I just…”
“We both are having one of those days, it’s okay.” Y/n takes her girlfriend's hand and kisses it softly.
“We still can. Just… maybe we keep the pants on? I think I’ll be okay with that.” Hyun-ju props up on her elbows.
“You sure?” Y/n asks and Hyun-ju nods eagerly. She did want to please Y/n. Like really bad. Y/n thinks for a moment before nodding and leans forward, kissing Hyun-ju again. Her hand comes up to hold her cheek. Y/n leans forward, nipping softly at Hyun-ju’s bottom lip.
“Sit on my face.” Hyun-ju’s words fan across Y/n’s lips and send a rush of excitement straight to her core.
“You-you sure? I don’t want to hurt you?” Y/n pulls back to meet her lover's eyes. Hyun-ju nods like the answer is obvious.
“You won’t hurt me.” She says. Y/n takes a deep breath before nodding and slipping off her panties. At the same time, Hyun-ju is reaching behind Y/n’s back and unhooking her bra. Both articles of clothing are tossed to the floor and immediately Hyun-ju’s face is buried between Y/n’s breasts. Kissing the skin beneath her lips and cupping them, massaging them softly. Hyun-ju wraps her arms securely around Y/n and pulls her over and on top of her. Y/n lets out a gasp at the way Hyun-ju easily pulls her onto her.
She sits up and inhales deeply before releasing her breath and crawling up, straddling Hyun-ju’s face. Hyun-ju closes her eyes as she takes in the musky scent of her girlfriend that drove her crazy. Her arms loop around Y/n’s thighs and grip them with her hands, pulling her down further. Y/n looks down at Hyun-ju below her, seeing her closed eyes before gasping as Hyun-ju’s tongue darts out to taste her.
Y/n’s hands find Hyun-ju’s hair quickly and hold it almost as a way to have control. She grinds her hips down, clit rubbing on Hyun-ju’s nose. Y/n lets out a whine of pleasure as Hyun-ju’s tongue laps at the wetness gathered between her folds at the same time. Y/n’s head rolls back as she moans before rolling it forward again to get another look at the woman below her.
Fuck, that was hot. “Good girl.” Y/n got a burst of confidence seeing how much Hyun-ju was into it. Those two words sent jolts of pleasure through Hyun-ju easily. Hyun-ju leans her chin up, latching onto Y/n’s swollen clit. “Ah!” Y/n gasps out and grips Hyun-ju’s hair tighter. She holds her head in place and grinds on her tongue.
Hyun-ju can just make out soft moans and grunts with her face buried in between Y/n’s thighs. She would happily die here, like this. If there was one thing Hyun-ju loved doing, it was giving her girlfriend head. She wasn’t always up for receiving as of right now, while still waiting to finish her surgeries. Occasionally she would but not all the time. But giving was her specialty. She had no care if she got off. But getting Y/n off? Oh, she would do it a million times over.
“That’s it, pretty girl.” Y/n groans, arching her back. Hyun-ju opens her eyes, staring up at Y/n as she uses her mouth to please herself. Hyun-ju’s hands move up and cup her stomach, caressing the skin lovingly. Y/n shudders a little under Hyun-ju’s touch, almost wanting to pull away but when she looks down and sees the admiration in Hyun-ju’s eyes she felt a swell in her heart.
Y/n moans increase in pleasure, clit throbbing in Hyun-ju’s mouth as she sucks on it while Y/n grinds her hips back and forth. Hyun-ju knew she was close. All the telltale signs were there. So, she doubles her efforts, pulling Y/n down further onto her mouth.
“Hyun-ju!” Y/n grips her hair tighter in an attempt to steady herself as she falls forward on the bed, feeling her body tip over the edge and release onto Hyun-ju’s face. Hyun-ju doesn’t stop as she makes sure to ride Y/n out through her orgasm.
Y/n shudders as she comes down and her lowered whimpers tell Hyun-ju she is done. Hyun-ju pulls her mouth away and stares up at Y/n’s shaking form, rubbing her stomach back to her thighs in a comforting gesture. Y/n’s chest heaves as she catches her breath.
“You alright?” Hyun-ju asks gently. Y/n nods and slowly removes herself off Hyun-ju’s face, going to just plop back on the bed from exhaustion. Hyun-ju is quick to catch her, hands resting on Y/n’s back and gently lowers her onto the mattress. As Y/n catches her breath, Hyun-ju gets up and goes into their connected bathroom. She returns with a small cup of water and a damp washcloth.
She takes a seat back on the bed. She gently cleans Y/n up from her orgasm and then helps her sit up enough to sip some water. “There you go.” She whispers, setting the cup on the nightstand as Y/n lies back down. Hyun-ju slips out of her sweatpants before laying with Y/n, pulling her against her, wanting to offer as much skin to skin contact after that as she can.
Y/n was appreciative of it as she rested her head against the top of Hyun-ju’s breasts. Hyun-ju strokes her hair, pushing it out of her face gently, admiring her love. She places a soft kiss to Y/n’s head whispering, “I love you.”
Y/n gives a tired smile. “I love you more.” Hyun-ju rolls her eyes. Normally she’d argue, playfully of course, but seeing how sleepy she was she let it go this time. However, she would probably bring it up in the morning.
