Fishkeeping is hard.. not because water perimeters is too hard or keeping plants alive or any of that. But because I only ever learn about a common problem a fish has when I'm googling symptoms.

I've been dreaming about a dwarf gourami for 3 years and just now I find out that 70% of them in the market die from a virus they are susceptible to?

It's so hard to imagine little fishes as a cog in the capitalistic machine that doesn't care about the health of those fish when they are just little guys. They are just so little..

Where do the fish people of tumblr get your information from?

That's not my neighbor community missing out on the concept of the doorman being a doppleganger.

Originally, you went through training in order to slip by the D.D.D's radar, I mean, even if someone finds out, who's gonna believe them? At first you actively did plan to kill these people, but then you see the...lackluster performances of your fellow doppelgangers and turn them away, not out of any moral standing but because you feel your intelligence has been personally insulted by the fact they thought that would fool anyone.

I bought 2 new plants and some floaters. The scape is still messy but I want it to have an overgrown forested look. I still need to add a hide or two somewhere in there. Ignore the photobombing barbs

#fish tank #aquarium #i never post my escapades into fishkeeping but i've been trying to git gud at it for like 3 years.#i haven't found a fish that i really like like yet.. i tried barbs last year and i still have some barbs left but--#but i didn't like their personality much. they were not as fun to watch as the platties were and my barbs--#my barbs tended to overeat and messs up their ability to swim until they digested their food --#((which i know is overeating but at the time i had cories so i wanted to make sure they got to eat))#i had platties before the barbs and while i liked platties they started getting tumors because of the incest (i think)#so i'm kinda turned off from any livebearers for the moment ..#i wanted a honey gourami for a while so i'll try that next
