Fishkeeping is hard.. not because water perimeters is too hard or keeping plants alive or any of that. But because I only ever learn about a common problem a fish has when I'm googling symptoms.

It's so hard to imagine little fishes as a cog in the capitalistic machine that doesn't care about the health of those fish when they are just little guys. They are just so little..

But honestly I’m very happy with this new scape. It’s the first scape that turned out this well and I’m really proud of it. I decided to add some repens, crypts, cardinal plant(s), and changed up the hardscape some but besides that i kept everything else. There are also a couple of caves/hidden places for my pregnant shrimp to go hide in too. I think it’ll grow in pretty well, and everyone has been loving it so far so i hope that stays the same.
