Kimiko and Frenchie absolutely adore you. They love taking you out to the spa or for picnics, and find it so fun just to see you relax and be yourself. Frenchie already has experience introducing Kimiko to the rest of the world, so he really does work to get you caught up. 

Like Kimiko, you find yourself loving the glitz and glamour of musicals. These are the movies Homelander didn’t show you, and you find yourself enjoying the clear emotions and simple plots, a complete lack of discussion of modern supe politics or action scenes. It’s calming to focus on something that completely lacks violence.

Kimiko loves acting out scenes with you, especially when you transform into the main characters. She usually finds herself twirled around and laughing heartily through the excitement and Frenchie’s laughter. She loves hearing your singing voice, even if it isn’t all that good and even if you aren’t great at mimicking voices yet.

Frenchie loves watching you and Kimiko get along. It warms his heart seeing the love of his life and someone he views like a sibling get along, especially because the two of you are really opening up and getting to know each other, exposing a side of you not often seen. There’s just something about having someone who really gets your experiences that makes you beam in excitement. 

Frenchie probably gives a huge, impassioned speech, all about how it doesn’t matter who you used to be; all that matters to him is how you wish to define yourself now. He helps you figure out your values and wants and likes and dislikes, building a personality from the ground up.

Every day, Homelander feels like he sees you less and less, really setting off that paternalistic anxiety. He knows what Kimiko and Frenchie are capable of, and the longer you’re spending time with them, the higher the likelihood of him attacking them without a care as to the P.R nightmare. It helps if he can label them terrorists and tell everyone they took advantage of a young, naive supe who didn’t know any better.

You’ll have to face off against Homelander for the first time, making it clear you’re willing to fight him for the safety of your friends. Don’t give up and don’t give in. Transforming and showing how you now view him as this towering, imposing, angry figure will stop him in his tracks, causing him to flee.

Don’t worry, he knows you’re being manipulated. 🙂
