I’ve been thinking and I think I will need to make a career change this year or next year at the latest because after chatting#with some friends at work there’s no room for professional or even financial growth after a few years#as much as I like the people I work with (I’m so supported it’s wild) I do not have trust in the higher ups at all#I’ve never changed jobs before it’s scary ahhhh!!! I have a vague idea of what I would like to have a career in but I don’t feel qualified#probably imposter syndrome 🤔#sunday scaries!!
