As a Scientist/Product Developer in our Pizza Division, you will join a team of talented associates and have the opportunity to make a difference from day one, both in innovating new products and in improving existing products. While working in our state-of-the-art labs and pilot plant, you will interact with Rich’s marketing and sales associates, as well as our key customers. Team members have the opportunity to not just commercialize their own new products, but, as their careers progress, to also have an impact on many of our other food categories.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or a master's in food science
6+ years of product development experience in bakery, dough or processed grains
Solid verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency with presentations
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong passion for innovation
Please note: The candidate’s experience should include a solid record of accomplishment, demonstrated in areas such as products/processes/experimental design.
This position requires travel (up to 30% of the time) to Rich’s manufacturing plants, with the amount of travel typically determined by project.
