Cole: He is on the Ace Spectrum, love Ace/aro Cole too and he's a trans man, also may be gay.

Zane: Demisexual/panromantic, I don't really see him with anyone but Pix or Cole, also identifies as nonbinary (he/they)

Pixal: Demisexual, I don't see her with anyone but Zane and genderfluid (she/they)

Nya: Bisexual queen, possibly a trans girl, I don't need an explanation.

Jay: Omnisexual, tried date with everyone on the team when they all first started being ninja, identifies as a demi-boy (he/him and xem/xe)

Kai: Maybe Pansexual? Honestly, he is the only one I see being Cishet!

Lloyd: Bisexual, maybe, also ace/aro and agender!

Sensei Wu is funny because I always hc him as an agender person (he + neos) but it was aroace because i dont see him in relationships... now I just find it funny if xe was a manwhore so he's probably demiromantic pansexual.

Some headcanons!

Some of these fluctuate, because I have a lot of different ideas!

Zane’s relationship with love is complicated but he’s got a lot of it and is at least panromantic

Dr. Julien is ace-aro or gay ace

Jay is the most flamboyantly straight trans man

I used to headcanon Lou as gay but I feel like canon might contradict me now, but if it doesn’t? Cole’s mom is a lesbian, they worked things out later in life and parted on good terms.

Nya, as befitting her bob, is bi

Cole is gay, he was sorta uh, thrown off by the idea of Nya liking him and didn’t know what to do. Like okay?? Maybe this is. A thing. Nya sure is a girl. He’d never really thought about the part where he was supposed to be attracted to girls??

Miss Také is a trans lesbian (except if she’s gross and evil later in the series then I take it back because I wouldn’t want like the only one to be her :( in that case)

Tentative addition under the cut only because it isn’t QUITE my solid “headcanon” so much as a concept:

Pixal and Zane are confronted with some gender stuff they’d never really considered when they start existing in the same body and, like, thoughtspace. They both try on some new pronouns privately between the two of them, Zane trying out “she” and Pixal trying out several neopronouns- conclude this concept however you like!
