Brand new goober alert Been very very hyperfixated on them since figuring out their design. Thanks to some encouragement/bugging from my partner I wanted to have a character that could be paired with Plume again.~ They're from the same realm Jango is and finds out about Plume through him first

His name is Luc d'Louve (just Luc or Lou for short), goes equally by he/him & they/them, an the voiceclaim that's hardcore stuck has been Sterling Holloway Aka Cheshire Cat or The Stork from old disney shorts like Lambert hLFKJSDH Also I have a disgusting amount of unposted sketches that I wanna take a weekend and just dump out in some compilations on here an tumblr. (Cara isn't all that great for large piles of stuff) Def go slower with it because of running things through glaze but I also miss sharing alotta these also also random baby pictures below the keep reading

TW: Car Accident

Was debating when/if to share this at all, but I feel more ready to than I did on the weekend. The TL;DR I am okay, but did want to put something out for my own self to acknowledge it.

Last Friday me and my grandmother were hit by a car. Her arm was broken and I came out with bruising across the waist, but we're otherwise okay. I've only been regularly driving for a few years- so I'd been overworried I was at fault with the accident from misjudging a turn, but got the news yesterday that confirmed the other driver was responsible.

I'm so so thankful to somehow be okay- it still feels dreamlike that it even happened, an anxiety's been a hot mess for trying to rest or to breathe, but recovery has been the best that it can be. <3

Needless to say any kinda art posts will be slow, an no idea if I'll do any pieces for Artfight now like I'd wanted, but I miss drawing like crazy so y'never know~

Currently got all my past stuff open an available, so illustration, pixel art, animation, an pngtubers (veadotube & pngtuber+) are all on the table Wouldn't even mind trying live2d vtubers as an experimental price to learn the software again, but depends how much interest there'd be for that :P

Any suggestions of what to do and/or what type of art you'd like the chance at getting if I diD do a giveaway thingy, let me know! Was personally thinking to offer some animated pixel art since that's the most easily viable for me to work on energy-wise, but could also see doing a 'draw this in your style' type event like I've seen folks do on instagram. :> Main stipulation for prob being eligible if I do do this would be to reblog the post & be an actual follower, but nothing excessive beyond that tbh!

oOH I could also stream working on the potential winning piece, since I've been debating finally getting back to art streaming again on picarto like I did way back when~ Would be a really good simple excuse of a project to work on if I did that hahA Been wanting to do some lil freebie doodle things in general for a while of spontaneous sketch request stufffff. Life had been a hot mess up and down from last fall until now, but with things finally leveling out I'd love to interact with folk a little more again that've enjoyed my work over the years~ Edit: Realized I could offer doing an animated icon with all the fixings too, so could be a piece like either one of these if's involving animation work~

Made it onto the blueblorp app if any folks who also have it wanna follow~ Not gonna be all that active since's mostly gonna be for business I think like what my twitter became before- eeeverything lately x,D An been feeling comfier mostly posting to just here or insta right now, but either way still nice to have as backup's sake haha~ Also kinda stealth news but got a new full time job for the season! Very much why art suddenly had to slow down cause physical energy in the wrists' all being used to keep up with work for the mo. Still really like the idea of a giveaway thing if I ever somehow hit 2k but not gonna overstress on that too much til I have more freetime again haha!

Definitely been strugglebugging a little with trying to balance how many platforms I'm "active" on for posting works on specifically just to share, both for what any one website accepts for file types, and also for touching base with y'all here or folks that follow me just on other platforms but I want to still keep up with haha~ Insta has been my ""main"" for being able to post most of my works on an getting the most activity, but the formatting still s t i n k s. I do still like tumblr for the flexibility of what can be posted an love getting comments from y'all since I've been popping things on here again, but its still on the quieter side~

An then my bluesky account is just kind of 'there' if I happen to have a static picture done hSKFJ

Been thinking about trying PostyBirb just to make cross posting a little bit easier to balance, specially when I get a full time job going again and likely go into hibernation again haha.

Will figure it out in time I guess! The more art platforms f o r the art community that pop up though, the better~

found out with the new post editor you can actually disable post reblogs which've honestly always wanted oN tumblr? That was the biggest thing making me antsy about the platform in the past is having things reblogged and tagged with labels I didn't consent to- but I also didn't want to make things fully private, so I may well be a bit active here again with a middle ground like that haha~ Especially not being active on twitter or dA, only really sharing stuff via discord, I like the idea of somewhere to just casually chuck sketches an multimedia thingies- since on instagram its a lot more of a hassle to get anything animated posted pffpt Likewise artfol I keep really liking the idea oF the platform an support it, but I just can't get myself to be active on there much as I wanted to hahA
