yeah im kinda starting to get back into writing their story. ive been legitimately so bored lately, so fleshing out the stories makes me feel a bit more entertained and gives me hope about actually making a webcomic someday. not that i have the motivation to right now, but im getting there. just need to keep myself from going insane

ANOTHER SEGMENT OF THE SORBETTE STORY

this isnt part two. its just a segment later on in the story that i chose to draw, which is Sorbette's first time meeting the Crimson Collars, Raño and Skerret.

Again, feel free to give criticisms where it's needed. or ask. id be happy if u did :) also there's no blood here, so anyone can read, i guess.

skerret and raño arent officially called the Crimson Collars yet. its why Skerret isnt wearing the iconic "collar" thingy. the idea of naming and making a group comes maybe a chapter or two after this.

A COMIC ABOUT ONE OF MY OC'S (VERY MUCH A WIP)

i wanted to try making a comic, because i really want to see what my ideas might look like when i put them to the test. and because im so incredibly hyperfixated on making a story out of Sorbette but whateverrr. click on the thing if you wanna see, just be warned, there is blood, and probably sad corny speech. idk

please feel free to give advice, criticisms, or pointers. helps me see what i mightve done wrong or what i could improve on if i were to keep going with this.

i have to finalize things because i, myself, am confused by what Sorbette's designs are.

Phase 1 refers to Sorbette's design for when she was living a regular life before anything tragic happened to her. She wears a fancy(?) purple coat to beat the cold winter weather up in the mountains. Being the daughter of the village chief, her clothing was made with care and comfort in mind.

The "Transition" Phase refers to immediately after she lost her village and mother. It's not Phase 2 because this design only lasts for a day or two. It's the result of her clothes getting discarded or ripped during her escape from the mountains into the forest. She does get the skull mask in this phase but I decided to leave it out until Phase 2.

Phase 2 is when Sorbette is finally accepted into Raño and Skerret's group. Raño made her a new coat and fixed her pants so she could feel included, and it ended up being a size too large, but she still loved it.

Another Winter Aconite comic segment.

Sorbette faces the effects of her actions through the face of the one who brought so much light into her life in her darkest moments. When Skerret refused to participate in Sorbette's search for revenge of the death of her mother, she decided to take Raño with her instead. When Sorbette encountered the clan responsible for her mother's death, she attacked them without proper planning, dragging Raño into the action with her. Safe to say, they should have planned the attack out a bit more.

Content Warning: There is blood again.

Raño is due to make a full recovery, but mentally, he will never be the same.

i was a tad bored at school, so i gave another go at modifying some of their designs

while im here, why dont i jib and jab abt them a bit? Click the thing if you wanna see me just talking about their designs and junk- sorry if you wanted story deets.

i call them the Crimson Collars, mostly cause the things around their necks (which idk the actual name of btw), and because they each have bright red stripes and patterns across their bodies.

Raño was an oc i designed for last Halloween, as like- a Spookysona or whatever, but I liked his design way more than I thought I would, so I decided to flesh out a story for him, and give him some more partners, which is when I created Sorbette (Originally just Bette), and Skerret.

Skerret was originally a cat, because I just wanted to give him BIG ears, but then I eventually made him a bat, cause bats have big ears too, yknow. And cats just feel too... overused imo. The idea of a cat actually came from the time i drew someone else's oc, and I accidentally made it too different from the original design, so I redid it, but saved the first design for later.

Sorbette's face is revealed here... because it really doesn't matter whether I hide it or not, cause nobody cares in the end, but Sorbette is a yeti, or at least my interpretation of a yeti. When I designed Sorbette, I kinda wanted her to be a bit different than the other two. She was almost a bear(?), but good thing the sketch sucked ass, so I scrapped it. Then, I created the design with her wearing an animal skull, and I likey, so I keepy. Another fact about her, when I made her story, I made her like one of my most tragic ocs, since I thought I needed a reason to make her hide her face with a mask, so I fricken TRAUMATIZED that girl. you know how it goes.

I'll eventually talk about their stories, but knowing myself, that's like- a couple years of waiting. Sorryyyyyyyyy
