i was VERYYYYY very close to calling her púca. púca!!!! because first of all it sounds cute, second, it’s literal irish meaning is ‘ghost/spirit’ which is just very cool and excactly my vibe, and it’s also a creature in celtic folklore that’s small and furry and grants good or bad luck, like a black cat, so it just fits

toothless was also an option. obviously. and then bilbo was a suggestion, and from bilbo i thought of other tolkien names, and when i thought of pippin it was like a lightbulb went off bc its so cute and perfect
