demon slayer hcs: the hashiras reacting to your confession
wc: 830>
second post of the day? sí
Mitsuri
you'd do it after eating at her favourite restaurant
her eyes would definitely widen in shock as she wasn't expecting this at all, especially from you
before she could respond, you tell her how she's the most beautiful and gorgeous woman you've ever laid your eyes upon
i feel like she'd giggle and squeal and give you a ton of thank yous
you'd leave her in a hot blush as she happily accepts your confession and tells her how she feels too
the both of you go home, hand in hand
Muichiro
would happen while the both of you are strolling through the woods
"huh?" is the most he'd say
hes never got a thing for love, but he had cherished the relationship he's had with you for a long time
he may come off as sarcastic saying like "what am i supposed to say??" but genuinely he does NOT know what to say
you didn't know how to reply to him but you told him its up to how he feels
his clueless ass is just gonna say "sure"
after that he'll try to awkwardly hold your hand as he walks faster, trying to hide his sudden blush
Kyojuro
will happen while the both of you are eating alone together
he was just about to put a spoonful of food in his mouth when he halted at those sudden words
he'd probably say "is that so, y/n?"
he'll just randomly start smiling and laughing
he'll tell you that he was surprised that you had feelings for a man like him
hes not a man of love but i guess he'll make an exception for you
"well if that's your choice... i guess i'll happily be yours!" he smiled warmly, rubbing his hand on yours
the rest of the evening was filled with happy chatter
Sanemi
you were having a friendly duel with him when you managed to pin him down
oh god he looked so good when you were on top of him
when you finally said it, he looked at you in confusion at first but suddenly reversed his positions with yours
next thing you know, he was on top of you
"say what?" he sneered, a grin forming at the corners of his lips
"i-i like you," your hands quivered as you were scared that he wouldn't take it seriously
then suddenly he just pressed his lips on yours as he locked his hands with yours, leaving you in shock
i don't need to explain what the both of you did afterwards
god damn bro this guy is so down bad for you
Shinobu
you were watching her experimenting on stuff when it just came out
"what?" she looked at you innocently, stopping whatever she was doing
you dropped your head down in embarrassment but she knew you were blushing real hard
she tilted your jaw so it faced hers and inched close to your lips
"is that so?" she muttered under her breath but you could hear it as clear as day
before you knew it, she placed a kiss on your lips before letting go and whispering into your ear "i wanna be yours too, darling,"
the butterflies in your stomach suddenly disappeared as you knew you had the real butterfly to yourself now
Iguro
the both of you were walking when you felt that it was the perfect moment to express your feelings for him
he looked at you for a split second before turning back, his expression still constant
"y/n, i don't know how to feel about this,"
just like muichiro, he was inexperienced at feeling emotions, let alone love
you assured him that it was alright if he didn't return the feelings, but you just wanted to let him know that you appreciated him more than anyone else did
those words managed to slither to the depths of his heart as he locked eye contact with you
he slowly held your hand as he placed a clothed kiss on it
you returned the touch by caressing the scars through his mask with your fingers, telling him how gorgeous he was
"thank you y/n. i-" his breath hitched halfway. "i like you too,"
that was all you needed to hear as the both of you spent the rest of the night together
Giyu
he was walking you back to the dorm when you suddenly leaned into his ear and said it
his eyes widened ever so slightly as he rubbed his ear to make sure he heard that correctly
"i see," this man can't express himself LMFAOOO
"well, you're quite- ahem- attractive too," he tried to muster up whatever words he could say before turning red
you took that as a yes as you dived in for a kiss on his cheek but you were suddenly stopped as his hands gently held your jaw
"i deserve it," he said before leaning in to kiss you himself
he definitely went in your dorm with you

Hmmm wat about slayer hcs where the Hashiras react to their S/O saying "I love you" ?
demon slayer hcs // hashiras reacting to you saying “i love you”
ty anon for this rq!
wc: 600>
Tengen
he was probably shocked when u said that
laughs like a buffoon because it was so sudden
then smugly praises himself for being the most perfect man ever
returns his affection to you through small kisses & hugs, holding u close and never letting go
Muichiro
was eating his Sakura mochi when u suddenly blabbered that out
looks at you for a split second then continues eating as if he just forgot whatever you said
he wasn’t used to compliments, let alone being in a relationship with you
he replies with an awkward thanks as he gives you a bite of his food
while you smiled at the tastiness, he smiled back in warmth without you noticing
Shinobu
she was experimenting on antidotes in the room when you just shouted it from the other end
she nearly dropped the glass beaker she was holding as her eyes slightly widened
you were the first person who ever said that besides her family
she was planning to go to you, but you’d already skedaddled to her on your mesh chair
she plants a kiss on your lips, expressing her gratitude for you
she goes on to continue her work, leaving you in a hot mess
Kyojuro
you were admiring him gobbling up his bento that you made for him when you said it
he already had a pleasant expression on his face before, so that made him even happier
he returns the compliment loudly but you quickly covered his mouth as you were scared people heard
“let them acknowledge my fervent affection for you, y/n. my eternal flame.”
those words of his made you blush even more as you buried your face into his neck
he smiled as he ran his fingers through your delicate waves of hair
Giyu
nearly choked on his water, and when i say nearly, i meant he was REALLY flabbergasted by those sudden words
he instantly looked away, though you couldn’t see his face, you could sense a blush sprawling over his features
he was too stunned to speak as he downed his waves of emotions with water
a stuttery “thanks” was all he could say as he forced a smile out of his usual monotone face
“don’t need to take it personal darling,” you smiled as you ruffled your fingers through his hair
that left him even more head over heels for you
Mitsuri
the both of you were admiring cherry blossom trees when you just said it
a squeal instantly came out of her as she quickly hid her blushed cheeks with her hands
you couldn’t help but laugh as you inched closer to her
“i love you ten thousand times more, y/n!” she giggled cheerfully, cupping your pink cheeks
“if i were dared to shout to the world how much i loved you, i would simply whisper it in your ear,” you said, gently removing her hands and pressing your lips on hers
the rest of the morning was history
Sanemi
you guys had just finished your daily training when you said it
he shot you with a confused glance at first; you could tell this took him by surprise
“yeah, no shit you do.” he gave you a sarcastic response, but you could tell that deep down he was touched by your sudden words
he suddenly came closer to you and grazed your nape as you pulled his refined body to yours
“’nemi.. we’re in public-” your breath hitched as he held you by the waist
needless to say, you were ignored
Iguro
the both of you had just taken down a powerful demon when you started sobbing in pride and said it without noticing
his eyes widened ever so slightly; nobody ever told him that. not even his own family
he couldn't even bear to call them 'family' anymore. after the horrendous things they'd done to him
he teared up a little at the thought, but quickly rubbed it away with the hems of his haori as he didn't want you to portray him as someone weak.
unfortunately for him, you had noticed him reminiscing in his own sad thoughts all this while
you wiped away your own tears of joy and headed to him, burying his head in your arms as you comforted him with headpats
"thank you, y/n. i could not have asked for someone better than you."

Hashiras anddd their fav things?? 👀
hashira povs: their favourite things
note: i like how you put this in my rqs right before my exams 💀
w/c: 1k>
Kyojuro
fav food: tempura bento 100%. youd definitely make his day if you manage to cook up a hefty meal like this for him
fav hobby: probably watching television. like sumo wrestling - or anything as long as youre there to accompany him ^^
fav season: contrary to his fiery nature, i feel like he'll absolutely love winter because everything about it is just so chilly and snug and he'd love to embrace/cuddle you with his warmth if you get cold
fav green flag in a person: charismatic nature - i think he'd adore someone with similar traits to him, and also someone keen to impress; im sure he'd love to see someone playin it cool with an energetic personality
fav animal: probably a ferocious animal like a lion or a cheetah, because they represent bravery and strength just like himself
Tengen
fav food: something high-class, fancy, flashy and expensive af like sashimi
fav hobby: spending time with you, ofc. but he does has a thing for hot springs, im sure he loves to go there and take a dip with you
fav season: given his extravagant personality, it has to be spring cause it aligns with his character so much, and he loves to see the newly bloomed cherry blossoms because its scent reminds him of you
fav green flag in a person: it would probably be their confidence n those who embrace their insecurities and aren't afraid to show their uniqueness to others ^^ he would definitely adore a person with a positive self image and an exuberant personality just like him
fav animal: peacock cause it resembles him sososososo much - like its flamboyance and majesticness and theyre both really flashy LOL
Mitsuri
fav food: sakura mochi; it suits her persona so well. you noticed when she eats this, her smile would never disappear because it just tastes so good (even better if you made it)
fav hobby: in the trivia, she raises bees for honey - so she definitely has a thing for animals and something that suits her aesthetic nature, or maybe like japanese card games which suit her really well
fav green flag in a person: affection and quality time - she loves it when youre always there no matter what she does, and eating together is such a turn on for her. she loves when youre around and constantly making her blush with those affectionate words of yours
fav animal: obv cats LMAO her breathing styles are literally named after it, and it just suits her graceful nature (im pretty sure she has a pet cat already)
Sanemi
fav food: ohagi (sweet rice balls) for sure, even giyu stated it in the manga LOL. i think his usual rough attitude will melt when he takes a bite out of that chunky rice ball
fav hobby: probably does some crazy shit like beetle fighting or just dragging someone into dueling with him - but nothing compares when he does things with you, it just makes him feel 10x better
fav green flag in a person: it has to be their openness, honesty and their resilience. you obv have to be someone tuff like him (not necessarily in physical appearance) to gain his respect and oh my days words cant express when youre flirtatious with him - that's literally his biggest weakness hes gonna curl up into a ball and hide in the corner of a room out of embarrassment
fav animal: in the manga he does have a beetle, but i think his comfort animal would be dogs because his whole personality just swaps when he interacts with one - and he loves feeding them. its practically the only time you see him smile wholeheartedly
Iguro
fav food: nah bro this guy probably doesn't have a preference for food - he'll just eat whatever you eat, as long as it makes you happy
fav hobby: hear me out bro hes probably interested in some uncommon things like poetry or sculpting but hes such a quiet and reserved man its impossible to figure out what he likes or doesn't like - but whatever it is, he'll do anything if it meant being by your side
fav green flag in a person: i lowk feel bad for this guy; i think he dislikes women because his upbringing in the past but it was love at first sight when he saw you - he likes when people are commited and loyal, and someone who he can open about to without being scared of getting judged by them. but nevertheless, your wholesome personality just makes up for everything that he seeks in a person
fav animal: its pretty obvious (snakes)
Shinobu
fav food: due to her petite appearance, i feel like her appetite would be petite and to just a tiny adequate amount, don't judge me for this but i think she loves fruits (or mochi like mitsuri)
fav hobby: this woman is the literal embodiment of "don't judge a book by its cover" i feel like she has a thing for horror stories or she'll just whip out some scary shit to scare you but generally she just spends most of her time experimenting in things but she'll definitely go out of her way to entertain you
fav green flag in a person: someone who exhibits kindness & compassion - she'll definitely value someone empathetic and those who show genuine care towards others; it makes her happy when she sees good people in the world
fav animal: its either butterflies or her pet goldfish, but generally i think she'll treat any animal the same because shes such a sweetheart
Muichiro
fav food: i feel like this guy doesn't care about what he eats (maybe that's why he doesn't get along w tengen) but if i had to pick i feel like it would be radish sided with some sauce, just something plain yk
fav hobby: other than spending time with you, i think he'd do some papercraft or some peaceful activities when youre not around (he prefers being alone ig). by the time you come home there'll be like 10000 paper cranes folded by your bedside
fav green flag in a person: he really doesn't believe in green flagor red flags, just someone that can keep up with his forgetfulness and someone who isn't weak-minded and likes doing challenges with him
fav animal: i mean he cant really own one or his crow would get jealous, so i guess its his crow LMAO
Giyu
fav food: either cold soba or salmon daikon (simmered salmon with radish). you notice when he eats these foods, a rare smile emerges on his face and it makes you feel happy as well
fav hobby: i feel like he would kill time by doing some stupidly weird riddles and solving puzzles LOL cause hes quite a composed person so i dont think he would be into outdoor activities. he just enjoys being by your side
fav green flag in a person: due to his stoic nature he cant express much, but he deeply appreciates a person with a good sense of righteousness and integrity. he has immense respect for someone who'd stand up for something wrong no matter how difficult the situation may be
fav animal: i don't think he has the time to handle an animal, but it would be like a panther or a wolf cuz of their stoic demeanor before attacking but i rlly don't know

bella ragazza
summary: you lazily refuse to attend your extra classes along with Wednesday, so she takes a more bolder approach to make you tag along.
Eyes glued to the screen, you watched as your character get struck by a blue spiked turtle shell followed by a grunt of frustration that escaped your mouth. Your thumb twirled around the joystick as you tried to get back on track as soon as possible.
You were so immersed in your game that you didn't even acknowledge the door swinging open and your wondrous girlfriend walking in as she stared sternly at the device that you were holding.
"y/n, we have to go for extra classes," She snapped her fingers at your face which caused you to hurl in shock and drop your precious Nintendo switch that you bought with your own sweat and tears.
"But-" You tried to convinced Wednesday to simply let you skip the class like she always did, and she somehow managed to forge a different excuse every time.
"Now. No excuses from you," She locked her gaze with your expressions sternly, doe-eyed as you continued with your game.
"Please," You begged, not even looking up at her as your fingers pitifully jammed on the controls. You were so desperate to win this as to not ruin your beautiful game career.
"Do not make me, y/n," Wednesday scorned, walking over to you as she gripped her hand on the Switch, trying to lock eye contact with you but failing to do so again.
"Make you what?" You simply asked as you laughed, not actually knowing what she was trying to imply. You had been dating the ravenette for months now, but sometimes you still couldn't decipher every piece of puzzle in her mind.
She pulled your chair back as she suddenly threw her legs onto your lap, tugging on the hem of your collar, causing you to lose focus immediately and drop whatever you were holding because my oh my, this gorgeous girl of yours was sitting on your lap right now.
Color tainted your cheeks as you looked away in embarrassment, but she turned your jaw so you faced her instead.
"Uhh.." You bit your lips in surprise as you tried to rest your chin on your palm, but it was pinned to the armrest by the raven.
"This is the only way I can gain your attention, hm? I guess we need to practice more, bella ragazza," She stared up at you as she tilted your jaw to get a better view of your flustered face. Wednesday was never the one to initiate intimate things like this, but looks like it was her turn today - and you absolutely loved how she portrayed it.
After this, you totally went to the class with her. If it was like this, you would definitely try to be more addicted to your Switch so that Wednesday could totally own you whenever she wanted to.

bloody mary
summary: wednesday checks you out at the rave’n dance, and she falls in love with you at a dangerous pace
You sat alone at the white clothed table, taking a sip of your misty yeti-tini as you watched everyone having the time of their lives, while your date had unexpectedly got into an inevitable accident and had to take leave for the rest of the month. You couldn’t put this beautiful white dress you had newly purchased to waste, so you just came for the sake of enjoying the free food and drinks.
But what you didn’t know was that you had caught someone’s eye. The girl slowly approached you; your mind still not noticing her as your consciousness wandered somewhere else.
“Boo,” She jumped out right in front of you, your poor soul leaving your body for a split second. “Oh, shit- you gave me a jumpscare, Wednesday,” you gasped in shock, squeezing your eyes close to relax.
“It’s a pity I didn’t give you a heart attack,” the ravenette mocked, taking a seat beside you. “Why are you here? I thought you have a date to entertain,” you chuckled, taking a sip of the blue-colored drink.
“Those shoes were made for dancing with someone else, y/n. I can’t help but feel bad for it,” Wednesday glanced down at your meticulously crafted rhinestone heels, once which used to belong to your grandmother.
“But-” Wednesday took no responses from you as she took your hand and walked you to the dance floor. “I ditched him to dance with this gorgeous person in this gorgeous outfit. You better make it worthwhile, bella ragazza,” the girl looked at you from head to toe, placing her hand on your shoulder.
Your mind was too slow to process what was happening. Was she flirting with you, or did she come to you because her date ditched her instead? So many things were running through your train of thoughts; it was impossible for someone like her to fall in love with some lowly individual like you.
Or was it possible?
You didn’t care. You placed your hand on her waist, your other hand clasping with hers as you waltz danced the night away. You twirled her into your arm as your face leaned inches away from hers, like a kiss scene was about to happen.
You and her never really talked when she first arrived in Nevermore, but now words couldn’t describe how infatuated you were with her divine beauty. Wednesday was like the remaining enemy on the chessboard, and she was surrounded by all the white chess pieces in the ballroom.
The ravenette unexpectedly leaned up without warning, so her lips gently pecked against yours before your reflexes kicked in. Your eyes widened as you covered your face to contain the blush that was emerging on your cheeks, your nose holding in the bleed that came from kissing the infamous girl that was playing hard to get.
Wednesday smirked at your overwhelmed behavior as she hung her arms over your shoulders, tip-toeing to meet your gaze. “No paper no pen but you still draw my attention, y/n,” She inched closer to you, pulling your hands down to see your flustered face (wednesday unspoken rizz???)
You were left speechless by how desperate Wednesday wanted you for her own. “This ain’t smooth but I’m sure my lips are,” you laughed, tugging the girl closer. You were sure that your previous date would despise you for this, but you couldn’t care less.
“We’ll see about that,” She placed a heartfelt kiss on your lips, the music fainting out in the background as all you saw were her eyes that reflected the disco lights that hung over your head, and her lips on yours.
You could feel all eyes on you, but you really couldn’t give a shit nonetheless.

summary: you accidentally crash into Enid in a rush to your dorm, but it unveils into something more intriguing
Oh shit. Your legs were carrying you as fast as they could in an attempt to give a gift your roommate before they left for the holidays. If it weren't for your worrying obsession with books, you wouldn't have dozed off at the library at a secluded spot where the librarian couldn't even find you; you wouldn't have been in this frantic position at all.
Your goal shined so vibrantly in your mind until the presence of your crush and her best friend went unnoticed. In the blink of an eye, you crashed into Enid, causing her pile of books to fall all over her foot as Wednesday whipped around to see who did it.
Had you known this would've happened, you would never have done it in the first place. Enid wasn't really a human, and those werewolf instincts had you ending up with three claw grazes across your arm. Seething pain added on to those feelings of guilt and regret as you came tumbling on the stone-cold floor a few inches away from the ravenette.
After the most agonizing minute of your life, you heaved your back off the floor as you clutched the stained fabric of your school uniform. Sweat drooped down your eyelids as you saw Enid standing up with the assistance of Wednesday; the pile of books neatly stacked on the floor beside her.
The ravenette made her way to you, kneeling down as her expression softened the very moment she looked into your eyes. Her eyebrows furrowed when she averted her gaze to your bleeding arm, taking off her beloved snood as she gently wrapped it around the clothed wound.
"Come to our dorm, y/n, I'lI get you cleaned up," Wednesday extended her hand as you weakly grabbed it with your non-disabled arm. You could hear sniffles from Enid as she picked up the stack of books and headed in your direction.
-
The journey to their dorm was a short one, filled with apologies from both you and Enid as you explained to them that it was a total accident, and how you ended up dozing off in a small hidden cubby of the library while being so immersed in a novel.
And here you were, seated comfortably on Wednesday's bed as she gently cleaned up your wound, your stained blazer and vest lying on somewhere on the wooden floor.
You tried to put your rose-tinted cheeks out of view as Wednesday bandaged your cuts, but Enid noticed it and grinned with her eyebrows quirked up. "I'm gonna go grab something from Yoko, see you both in class!" Enid giggled as she headed out the door, shooting you a mischievous look without the ravenette noticing.
The thrilling tension between you and Wednesday, only increased dramatically as the door shut behind the both of you. This was the closest you've been with her, and you were honestly feeling the urge to spill out your fragile feelings to her at this moment of time.
"Sorry for taking up your time, Addams," you sheepishly muttered as you watched her put the first aid tools back in the case. "It's not a big deal," She replied, placing the case back in the cabinet where it belonged.
"But do that one more time, and I will rip off your arm," She paced back at you; your head nearly levelled with hers even though you were sitting down.
"You look rather appealing with your rolled up sleeves," you slightly smirked, standing up to loom over her.
"You're getting too comfortable."
It was hard to hide the tinted blush that plastered across her freckles as you bit your tongue to hide the grin that arched across your face. The rain gently pattered outside the balcony as you took a step closer to Wednesday.
"You're pathetic to even like me, y/n. And don't think I return the feelings," She looked up at you, her eyelashes fluttering as the blush on her face became even more noticeable.
"Your softened expression just now tells me otherwise. If I was someone else, you would've butchered me in an instant," you chuckled, tucking her hair behind her ear.
The ravenette broke eye contact with you as she gazed over to the balcony, but you were still focused on her flawless beauty.
"I would be wrong if I said that wasn't true," Wednesday muttered under her breath, her gaze switching back to yours as her pupils only reflected the colourless beauty of the raindrops that slid down the window.
Abandoning all your thoughts surrounding you, the ravenette pulled you in by your necktie by surprise as your lips met with hers.
Dozing off in the library was probably the best thing that happened to you, after all.

when tempations collide
summary: you steal Wednesday’s nail polish as a risky dare from your friends but it leads to something even more unimaginable
You screamed internally until your brain hurt as your friends laughed hysterically at the dare that was just presented to you. No, a big fat no. Stealing one of Wednesday Addams’ belongings in exchange for a dish of truffle fries that you had longed crave but couldn’t afford, on the house?
How could you possibly refuse?
Your thoughts conflicted in your mind. Surely you couldn’t turn down the irresistible, juicy, aromatic offer of truffle fries, but you had to remember that Wednesday wasn’t just your friend – she was your crush. And doing something like this could put you into big trouble with her, but you just couldn’t make up your mind.
-
You carefully peeked around the corridors of Ophelia Hall, looking out for anyone that could possibly rat you out and get you into trouble – especially since you were skipping class just for a stupid deal. You gently pushed the door open, glancing around to see if Enid or Wednesday was there, but you heaved a sigh of relief when you saw no one.
You slowly crept to Wednesday’s table, in which she had her typewriter on, and carefully rummaged through her things, hoping to find something that meant the least to her and something that she’d probably forget about soon enough. You face beamed in a smile from your protruding sweat when you found her nail polish – not like she would care anywa-
The restroom opened in a blink, and your unremarkable instincts could only run to the door like it was your only escape from your death. As fast as your unprepared legs could carry you, you made a sloppy run to the stairs as you heard light footsteps barely inches away from you.
You were incredibly foolish. What were you thinking, stealing in broad daylight?
One thing led to another, and now you found yourself panting and screaming internally in the forest with the same pair of footsteps trailing behind you, not losing pace. You continued to sprint as fast as you could, but you couldn’t see the tiny stone that jutted out of the ground that ended your fate right here and right now.
You crashed to the ground with a thud as the auburn leaves fluttered below you, but you felt something heavy as you tried to get up.
It was Wednesday, who had also crashed, but did it on top of you. Some specks of dirt dusted her array of freckles as the both of you locked eye contact in confusion.
‘I-It’s my fault- my friends dared me to do this,” You tried to shrug it off as you placed the nail polish on the side, but the ravenette wasn’t just letting you go like this. She pinned your hand to the ground that you wanted to try to pinch your nose with to stop it from bleeding from the level of hotness Wednesday was giving out right now, but it just flowed out so simply.
“Why are you bleeding, y/n?” Her eyebrows furrowed as she brushed the thick drop of blood from your nose; and she looked like she didn’t give a single care in the world about the nail polish anymore.
“When I look at you- I,” Your breath halted shakily as the both of your hands inched closer to comfort. Your insides were churning with adrenaline from her hand that was placed on your face, but Wednesday probably hated to admit it that she was feeling the same way too.
“What? I didn’t quite hear that well,” Wednesday said as she leaned her ear closer to your face, her hand rubbing your nape gently. “Don’t need to hear anything,” you softly muttered under your breath but the ravenette clearly heard it. Your lips inched closer to her ear before whispering the lamest confession ever and pecking a kiss on her flustered earlobe, and heaving your back off the ground so you could get a better view of her flawless face.
Wednesday cupped her hands around your jaw. Oh god, the tension between the two of you was sending sparks up your spine and you felt like you would combust if you didn’t kiss her right now.
“I know the temptation is killing you,” The ravenette slightly smirked as she pulled you to her lips.
You gave in with no fail, because who were you to refuse?

burrito
summary: 🌯
You could hear a faint knocking of your dorm's timber door. It had somehow awoken you from your no-longer-peaceful slumber, as you ruffled your scraggy hair while glancing over at your roommates empty bed.
"Coome in," you dragged your voice, though you swore it was a whisper as your throat was coarse from the lack of hydration. Your fazed mind tried to think of an individual who cared enough to pay you a visit, let alone do it in the late hours of the academy.
The door swiped open; you could barely recognise the person through her loosely tied braids. You squinted at the silhouette, only for them to stare back at you with a pair of familiar eyes. A sigh of relief came from your mouth.
"Jesus, Wednesday. Don't scare me like that," You spouted, curling back into a furball of exhaustion.
"Why are you complaining? At least I knocked," Wednesday replied with no change of emotion, watching your hand slowly gesture to your forehead.
"Shit, fevers back," you grunted, frustrated. At this point, you were too fatigued to even ask why Wednesday was standing right beside you.
You tried to get off of your cozy bed, but you just couldn't do so. You felt like you would combust out of embarrassment if you still couldn't heave your ass off the bed.
"Stay. I'll go get the wet towel," Wednesday ordered out of the blue, leaving you in utter awe. The once cold and dark Wednesday was finally a sweetheart? Good thing Enid helped her manifest a heart of gold.
When Wednesday came back with the amenities, you had already (pretended to) dozed off. Carefully, she wrung the towel and gently placed it on your scorching forehead. The refreshing sensation of the coldness on your skin had the corner of your lips slightly curl up in happiness, which was fortunately left unnoticed by the raven.
Wednesday dampened the other towel around your colorless limbs, and you swore she muttered what seemed like a chant under her breath.
This feeling of being taken cared by the most unexpected person to do it had you taken aback. But to be honest, it was enjoyable seeing a different side of her that was never exposed to anyone before.
"Did you come here just to take care of me?" you turned your head weakly; your brown eyes locking with hers.
"You had missing multiple classes. And even if you hadn't, you looked as though you might as well be dead," Wednesday coldly sputtered those words with no remorse. "So I decided to check on you on my own, since your roommate kept her mouth shut when I tried to question her about it,"
Knowing that Wednesday acted on her own accord, a crooked smile beamed on your pale face.
"But why?" You couldn't help but ask out of curiosity. Knowing her, you had never seen Wednesday do something soft for anyone, let alone for you - she barely had conversations with you ever since you attended this academy.
"Why what?" Wednesday answered dryly, wrenching the towel again before squeezing your warm fingers with it.
"Why go out of your ways... just to take care of someone you barely even know?" You were fully awake at this point; if it meant getting closer to this infamous goth girl, you were more than intrigued.
"Enough. Just go back to sleep. I don't want your roommate to catch me here," Wednesday completely avoided your question, taking the moist towel from your forehead to fetch some more cold water from the bathroom.
You had carefully picked and matched words to form this once-in-a-lifetime question. Your heart was thrumming in adrenaline as the heat spooked up to your fingertips.
"Do you... like me, Addams?" You gulped, praying so desperately to avoid your downfall of your heart getting macheted by Wednesday.
You could hear the ravenette seethe in some sort of frustration.
"Just go to sleep."
She wouldn't show it, but you knew she was blushing based on how she was avoiding your gaze constantly after you said that. You giggled silently, lying on your side, feeling butterflies in your stomach. She didn't need to express it, but she was growing soft towards you minute by minute.
Perhaps if you weren't this bold, this wouldn't have happened.
"Just one last favour, Wednesday," Bases on your calculations, you came to a conclusion that she would accept this request.
"What?" She was like a tired mom taking care of a hyperactive toddler, and she loathed it so much.
"Can you wrap me in a burrito?" You played with your fingers, awaiting her response.
With no response coming from her, she walked towards your bed, a murderous intent boiling in her veins. She tugged at the hems of your blanket vigorously, and you gladly rolled over as she flipped it over you.
Warmth enveloped your body as you smiled snugly into the sheets, knowing that a soft spot for you had bloomed in Wednesday's black heart.

beneath the stars
summary: you and your classmates go on a camping trip but there werent enough tents so you had to sleep with someone on particular
“y/n, y/n!” A cheery voice squealed outside your dorm door as you shrugged your body off the bed to go see who was disturbing your needed solitary time. You swung the door open following a loud creak, and a familiar blonde girl stood right in front of you. “Oh, it’s you,” you widened your tired eyes in surprise, as if you weren’t exhausted enough to willingly faint in front of her.
“This is for you, it’s a class camping trip!” It was her turn to widen her eyes, giggling as she handed you an invitation card. You hesitantly took it, your mood lightening up ever so slightly. You couldn’t help but be grateful for this spontaneous invitation, as you finally obtained a chance to escape the sickening reality of extra classes that you had been attending as a result of skipping lessons due to totally unforeseen reasons.
“Thanks,” you mumbled before closing the door and examining the printed letter carefully. The venue was a forest which you had been to before with your roommate to hunt some venison (for fun). As you lay on your bed, you could not help but wonder if Wednesday was going to be there. Knowing her, she would never give in to these kinds of unnecessary events, but if Enid was the organizer, then surely, she should tag along somehow.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
By the time twilight came, you were already there, dressed in your vintage sweatshirt and trackpants as the weather was unusually chilly today. You could already see people preparing a huge campfire with tents surrounding it.
“y/n?” A deep voice sounded in your ears, and you turned around and saw Xavier standing there. “Hey, Xavier. You came too?” you asked, not failing to notice the big bag of marshmallows and sticks beside him. “Yeah, I’m surprised to see you here, I thought you’d never come like Enid said you would,” he replied, slicking his hair back before it fell again. “I just needed to attend some extra classes,” you blatantly lied; instead, you were too lazy to get up so you just hung out around the library the entire day.
“Well, since we didn’t anticipate your arrival, we didn’t prepare a tent for you. I mean, each of us are supposed to sleep in pairs, so you have to go find yours. But I wouldn’t mind if you slept in my tent,” Xavier chuckled, his eyes breaking free from yours.
“She can stay in mine,” a familiar monotone voice interjected. The both of you turned your heads to see Wednesday standing there, relentlessly stabbing a few marshmallows onto a stick as her contagious gaze met yours. “But if I stay with you then what about Eni-” you asked, but was cut off. “She has her own partner. Now, do I need to elaborate further?” Wednesday said bluntly, pulling your hand towards her as she walked towards the raging campfire.
“Here,” she said as she placed the stick of marshmallows in your hand. Whether Wednesday cared or not, you were loving this assertive behavior of hers. The two of you were inseparable before, but ever since extra classes got into your way, your relationship with her was nothing but shattered glass.
As you and Wednesday toasted the marshmallows over the fire, you took a glance at her usual gloomy face. “Sorry, Addams. I haven’t been able to talk to you lately. It’s just- I’ve been really busy,” you blurted, but no response came from the ravenette. She looked at you briefly then took bit a chunk out of her roasted marshmallow. “I didn’t expect you to come here,” was the only she said before taking another bite. “Your marshmallow’s getting burnt, y/n.”
You had never seen Wednesday so fragile before. You’d think that she wouldn’t be bothered with your absence, but turns out she was more than buggered about it.
And vowed to make it up to her later on.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
The bitter taste of burnt marshmallows burned down your throat as you and Wednesday listened to lame stories told by your classmates. By the time everyone had said goodnight, you were already lying in her tent, staring at nothing but the orange fabric. You shared an awkward glance at her, before looking back at the top of the tent again. You wanted to console her somehow, but you had no clue how.
Taking a gulp, you slowly placed your arm around her side, feeling a sense of nostalgia as you did so. Wednesday turned her body to look at you, adjusting your arm on her waist. “We’ve done this before. Why are you nervous?” she asked curiously, your arms trembling at the touch of her waist.
“I just need to get the hang of it again,” you smiled, your arm extending down to her back before you pulled her even closer to you (w rizz). “I would give you the world if I could, cara mia,” Wednesday said as she turned to lie on her back, causing your hand to lay flat on her stomach. You could feel her heart pound through every inch of her body as you inched closer to her, wrapping your other arm around her shoulder.
“Gracias, Addams,” you gratefully muttered under your breath as light snores came from the ravenette.
You embraced her snugly, not ever letting go.

the knife i turn inside myself
summary: you get seriously injured when pursuing the hyde together with wednesday, and the aftermath of it takes a turn for the worse
Throat tight, heart racing against time, you were carrying your legs, desperately trying to get out of the vast forest which seemed never-ending. You clutched your wounded rib tightly, blood staining your torso and hand as the gash continued to overflow. It felt like your soul was slowly being sucked out of existence, and you were hopeless about it. Sweat enveloped your face as your tongue absorbed the taste, your mind slowly but effectively losing consciousness.
Before you knew, you had tumbled to the ground, completely knocked out.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
“y/n,”
“y/n,”
“y/n,”
Your eyes slowly fluttered open to the call of your name. Mind foggy, eyes blurry, you painfully lifted up your head to see a cleanly stitched line along your rib area. When you averted your gaze to the girl who was right in front of you, your heart couldn’t help but thrum in anger.
“You should rest, your wound is beyond worse,” Wednesday said, packing up the med kit that she had entirely used on you.
“And expect me not to complain?” you scoffed at her, fingers gripping at the mattress beneath you. “I could’ve fucken died, Addams. If it weren’t for your sheer foolery, I wouldn’t be here right now, with a bloody horrendous wound on my ribs that would take a painstakingly long time to heal,” you ranted, tears filling your eyes. You didn’t completely hate Wednesday, you just loathed that she didn’t have the compassion to simply give a damn about others before going somewhere threatening.
The ravenette opened her mouth, but no words spilled out of it. “I-” she gulped, “I’m sorry, y/n. But you should know that this came with the purpose of finding out more about the Hyde, and you accepted the risks,” she said, not even showing a sign of pity for you.
“I didn’t know these ‘risks’ included getting gashed by a goddamn creature,” you answered, fury boiling in your veins. “Everything is always about you, Addams. You don’t care about anyone, or, in fact, anything at all. Had you known the actual ‘risks’, you wouldn’t have even brought me along, would you?” you seethed angrily, wincing as you tried to get off the bed.
“Don’t.” Even with rage twirling inside you, that command felt like a powerful wave as you sat back down on the bed for a split second before getting back on your exhausted feet. “Huh. So you actually do care after all,” you muttered bitterly, heading towards the door. You glanced at Wednesday. “I’m sorry we didn’t work out, Addams. I always thought that no matter what happens, I’ll go back to you, and you’ll go back to me. We were like opposite poles, Wednesday. But I can’t let this slip so easily,” you threw those meaningless words at her before heading out the door.
But deep down, you knew you meant it.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
As the door shut behind her, Wednesday took a glance at her bed which was always overflowing with your presence. But now, her heart felt empty, as if something was missing from it. Her feelings were like a box, but now with your absence, the box had started leaking. If she had known finding more about the Hyde came with consequences like this, she wouldn’t have done it. Not for anything else in the world.
You were the light to her abyss.
You were the spring to her steps.
You were the hole in her head, you were the space in her bed, you were the silence between what she thought and what she said, you were her night time fear, you were the moments when it was clear.
She should’ve been the one with the wound, as she could never accept to lose you.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Back at your dorm, you plummeted down on your bed, tears flowing out uncontrollably onto the sheets. Now with Wednesday gone and your roommate heading back to her homeland, you had no one to catch your tears. You wallowed in regret and roughly kicked your bedframe, but that caused your neatly stitched wound to tear up slightly. You screeched in agony but was too exhausted to do anything about it.
Drowning in your own tears, you fell asleep, surely hating yourself tomorrow.
The sun shone into your puffy eyes as you jolted up, looking under your back to see a small pool of blood. You couldn’t help but be thankful that Wednesday was good at suturing wounds, or else your entire bed would’ve been a crime scene.
As you headed to the toilet, you noticed a piece of paper under the door through the corner of your eye. You carefully picked it up, and it was a sealed letter with the initials of W.A.
And you instantly knew who it was.
Y/n,
You and I are the prime love story destiny has ever scripted. When our gazes intertwine together, that is how our universes collide.
I will always treasure you, mon étoile.
I’m truly sorry.
Yours,
Wednesday Addams
You instantly teared up at this magnificent letter the ravenette wrote. With no hesitation, you ran to Wednesday’s dorm, ignoring the aching pain in your ribs. Once you saw the familiar figure standing outside her dorm, you leaned into her, wrapping your arms around her with no warning.
Her first instinct was to push you away, but knowing that it was actually you, she embraced you even tighter. Before you could utter anything, Wednesday apologized again, meeting your gaze.
“It’s my fault, Addams. I shouldn’t have said those things,” you swallowed, regret already building up in your gut.
“It’s fine, y/n. I just wanted to make sure we’d come back to each other,” she replied, muffling into your tear-stained shirt.
You embraced her even more tightly, and everything felt right in this moment of time.

what he has that i don't
summary: wednesday gets jealous for the first time when she sees you with xavier
Enviosity had engulfed Wednesday's heart as she peeked around the pillar to see you and him talking - again. She seethed in her own silence as she stormed off to the next class; initially planning to invite you but all those hopes were shattered she saw you just standing there chatting with Xavier.
She was entirely new to this feeling that she was experiencing. She's never been so fully possessive or jealous, but that's until you and her both fell for each other. Somehow, Wednesday had loathed it whenever you talked to Xavier, as if she didn't have something he had.
-
"Aw, Addams, why have you been so grumpy lately?" you teased playfully, walking over to the girl who was immensely typing away at her new novel.
"You tell me why," The ravenette kept a straight face as she continued typing, only more aggressive this time as the thought of you and Xavier bubbled in her mind once again.
Your playful expression slowly sunk as you tried to figure out why. When she didn't give you an Addams-qualified reply, you knew something was off about her. You sighed as your mind clicked at the only possible answer.
"Wednesday, is this about Xavier? Again?" You asked, folding your arms as the raven turned her attention to you.
"That was some lightning-speed thinking," She scoffed as she pulled the paper harshly from the typewriter as she gave it to Thing, who was only enjoying the free drama show.
"Look- We're just friends, nothing more than that," You whined in frustration, but that just made a graver look emerge on Wednesday's face. "Is that so? Then why do you keep talking to him like he's your new partner?" she spouted those words bitterly, and you had enough of it.
"Listen, Addams, I don't fully understand why you're so infatuated with my relationship with Xavier, but you just crossed the line. Why are you so jealous when I talk to him? If I had that same relationship with a girl, you wouldn't give a shit, would you?" you uttered, fury beginning to reflect on your pupils as you stormed to the door, taking a quick glance at the perplexed raven before stepping out.
Wednesday had never intended for this to happen, she really didn't. She wanted to answer you as badly as you hated her at that moment, but the words halted in her throat when you walked through the door. You had always thought that she was too busy investigating about the Hyde or her novel, but when she was with you, you weren't really there.
But she couldn't ever afford to lose you. Ever since she's become more immersed in the Hyde, your relationship with her had started drifting apart like a raft from an island. She slowly sat on her bed, trying to hold back a guilty tear that filled her eye to the brim.
Maybe you were just friends with Xavier, after all. Perhaps she had been wrong, for the first time in her life - but no, she shouldn't have let you slip away from her heart so quickly.
If she had a rewind button, she'd push it as many times to make things right with you. As long as you were by her side, she felt like a complete puzzle. But now a piece of that had been removed, and she felt as empty as ever.
She went to the balcony, looking at the moon as she wondered if you were thinking of her too.

it's all just a burning memory
summary: your unexpected death leaves a huge scar on wednesday
tw: mentions of death
No, no. This can't be happening. Wednesday shook your pale body with so much force that if you were alive you would be thrown to the other side of the grass. Your lifeless, pale eyes could only stare up ahead at the cluster of stars that hung in the blood sky as the raven continued her desperate attempt to resuscitate you, but to no avail.
Mose people crowded around your unconscious body, watching Wednesday Fighting a cold war with the heavens to bring your ass back to life. Bianca and the other sirens tried to achieve the same feat the ravenette was trying to, but they all couldn't accept the fact that you were dead.
"I'm sorry, Addams. They're gone," Bianca swallowed thickly, tears starting to fill her siren eyes. "No. No you're not gone, y/n. If you die, I vow to pull you back from the flames of hell and murder you with my own bare hands," Even Wednesday shuddered in fear, her heart aching from the thought of losing you forever.
If she was given infinite lives, she would choose to spend it all with you by her side.
She was given one life and she spent it with you.
But it wasn't long enough.
Tears fell to the ground one after another. She clutched the fabric of your shirt, not wanting to let go.
But even she had to accept the fact that you were gone.
"Rest, y/n," Bianca shut your eyes, shedding a tear as she did so. The battle with Crackstone was already tiring enough for them, but your death just made it even more devastating for the school.
"Let's go, Wednesday," Enid extended an arm to the grieving raven who tried to hold back her tears but failed. The silence was so deep that the police and ambulance sirens could be heard from miles away.
Back at her dorm, tears streamed down both of the girl's faces as Enid pulled Wednesday into a gentle hug.
The goth girl didn't even bother to pull away, your death was the only thing clouding her thoughts right now. "I'm sorry, Wednesday," Enid sobbed uncontrollably onto her sweater, devastated that you were gone.
Both of them couldn't sleep a wink that night.
Few days ago
"y/n. I saw it in a vision. Crackstone's coming soon, and we need to be prepared, " Wednesday said, walking towards your bed.
"Can we fight alongside each other?" you pleaded, a smile beaming on your face.
"No, cara mia. I can't afford to lose you to a ridiculous fight, " She refused, despite knowing how invested you were in finding about the Hyde.
"But I can't risk losing you either, Wed. You mean everything to me, and I don't know what I'd do without you, " you said, looking at her with scrunched eyebrows.
Wednesday never replied you. On the day of the fight, you had unexpectedly pounced on Crackstone but was gashed by his magic and flung to the corridor walls, completely obliterating it.
"Ad...dams..." you mumbled at the raven who was at death's doors, your face bloodied as you lost consciousness.
Wednesday jolted up from the nightmare, her face plastered in sweat.
If only she was stronger, she could've saved you.
But if you weren't there, she could've been the one dead instead.
She wouldn't have minded at all. The sunshine from her life faded out when you were gone.
And she knew that she would never, ever find someone like you again.
Wednesday headed to the balcony and looked down with no fear, wanting to join you so desperately.
"Hey, Addams, " you suddenly said one night, the raven's attention turning to you.
"I'm somehow gone, or whatever, dead, promise me you won't cry, please. I don't want those fragile tears to ruin your pretty face. Just live on without me, " you said, tucking her hair behind her ear.
Wednesday didn't really take it seriously, but now with your presence gone, she finally understood how it felt.
She glanced at the chair in which she played the cello on, portraying the times you would laugh at how you miserably failed to get the hang of the instrument.
Her gaze shifted to the blanket of stars that resembled your embodiment, wondering if tomorrow would ever come.

mio caro
summary: you and wednesday head to a club to stalk Tyler in beliefs that he’s the Hyde but the both of you ended up getting carried away by each other
The slow music pounded in your eardrums as you glanced at your partner in crime, who was checking her surroundings before redirecting her gaze at the tall figure meters away from where you were standing.
“When you told me we were stalking Tyler, I didn’t know we were supposed to be in a bar,” You bit your lip, inching closer to the ravenette who was crowded by dozens of people having the time of their lives on the dance floor.
“Quit complaining. You were the one who agreed to do this,” Wednesday replied, tucking her hair behind her ear before readjusting her black lace dress that left her with her back bare, and you had to hold you gawk when you first saw her in it.
You took a seat at the counter, handing a martini to Wednesday, who took a sip before making a sour face and handing the glass back to you. The strong taste of the gin burned down your throat before you placed the glass back on the countertop, coughing as you did so.
“You weren’t supposed to drink it like that,” The ravenette’s eyelids fluttered, putting the empty glass away from you.
“You seriously think I’m gonna eat the orange ski-” Your words were cut off by a harsh tug from Wednesday, who pulled you off your seat and onto the dance floor. You glance around frantically – and that’s when you saw Tyler, unaware of your presence but was still heading your way.
“We have to blend in, y/n. It’s the only way to leave us unnoticed,” The ravenette said, leaving your eyes widening in shock.
“Don’t tell me we have to dance,” you pinched your lip, looking around anxiously as Wednesday walked up even closer to you, and the tension between the two of you was hanging by a fine thread. She was just your roommate, after all, but even if you did love her, would she return the feelings?
“It’s the only way, don’t wanna get caught,” Wednesday muttered, placing her hand on your shoulder as you placed your slightly trembling hand on her waist. Fuck. You didn’t want to do this, but who knew what would happen to you if you refused? Curse words of embarrassment rambled around in your head as your feet synced in rhythm with hers, your hand moving closer to her neck with every passing second nervous sweat embroidered your face.
The tension sparked even brighter as Wednesday twirled and leaned on your hand, and the eye contact was something you could never leave with the girl in your arms. The ravenette sprung back upward as she forcefully walked you to the edge of the room, where the lights shone ever so dimly on the both of your silhouettes.
And here you were, pinned against the wall as Wednesday gently tugged down your lower lip. With your nose barely millimeters from hers, the tangy scent of the lemon martini lingered from her mouth as you looked even more deeply into her eyes.
You leaned in for an awkward kiss, but she stopped you midway as she pressed her finger on your lips which took you aback in confusion.
“I-I’m in love with you, y/n, but I’m scared of falling in love,” Her breath hitched as the dim verdant light reflected in her dark pupils, her hand gripping your shoulder tightly.
Your throat hanged. This was the first time you’ve heard Wednesday say she’s scared, despite being her roommate for over a year now. You leaned back into her, your hair intertwining with hers.
“Destiny will never seal us apart, Wednesday. You are safe in my heart, mio caro,” You whispered into her ear, planting a kiss on her cheek which tinted her face pink.
With her heart racing through her sternum, she kissed back even more passionately, and everything felt right at this moment of time.

another year around the sun (with u)
summary: it was wednesday's birthday and you decided to take the surprise up a notch.
Just like escaping from a horror movie, you stealthily tiptoed towards the illuminated corridors of Ophelia Hall at the brink of dawn. You knew it was Wednesday's birthday today, and you had carefully studied her body clock a few days prior - which led to your tired body tiptoeing to her door.
You opened the door with the gentlest force that wouldn't hurt a fly, as you didn't want to disturb Wednesday nor Enid as you knew the latter would get really cranky if she was woken up at this hour.
You slowly made your way to the ravenette's bedside, hoping not to make a creak in the floorboard as you knew she was an extremely light sleeper.
"Happy birthday, mon amour," you smiled warmly, pecking her face with a kiss. Unbeknownst to you, Wednesday was already wide awake and you almost crashed into her shelf when you saw her pale eyes.
"Holy- I could never get used to your jumpscares," you sighed in relief, kneeling down besides her. "It's a shame that it hasn't been able to put you in cardiac arrest," Wednesday replied, still as monotone as ever, even on her birthday.
"Sorry, I didn't mean to wake you," you scratched the back of your head, knowing your plan was busted the moment you looked into her eyes. "I could already sense your presence the moment your fingers came in contact with the door handle," she said, her hand slowly inching towards yours.
"Yeah... let's not talk about that.. but happy birthday, mon chérie," you giggled, waiting for her response. "I appreciate your horrendous usage of french words, y/n, but birthdays are just a day to remind us that we are a year closer to death's cold embrace," Wednesday said coldly, rubbing her thumb over your fingers.
"Well, at least you get gifts from your loved ones," you chuckled nervously, leaning your head into the raven's bed. "I'm not accepting it if it doesn't contain live specimen," Wednesday muttered, tilting her head to get a better look of your messy face.
"You look tired, y/n. Please go back to sleep, you've done enough," The raven urged, gently lifting your buggered head up. "Could I," your breath hitched. "Could I sleep with you?" your eyes slightly widened in fear of the thought of your idea being rejected.
Wednesday narrowed her eyes at you before hesitantly giving in. You crawled onto her bed, hugging her snugly like a bolster. "I'm not your pillow, y/n," she mumbled into the bed, trying to move your hand away but miserably failing. You couldnt do anything but smile as she continued to place your arm away, but that just resulted in you wrapping her even tighter.
"Consider this an early present," you giggled, kissing her flustered earlobe.
"It's the worst present ever," the ravenette muttered, but deep down you knew she loved it.

joy to my world
summary: wednesday is oblivious that you're trying to steal a kiss from her under the mistletoe that you've hung on her door
You could hear bells chime in your ears as the clock struck at 12 midnight. You happily tossed and turned in your bed before getting up and dragging your lazy feet to the door, grabbing the newly purchased mistletoe ornament before heading out. You ran as quiet as you could, to Wednesday’s dorm with the intention of hanging it there and trying to steal a kiss from her.
Once you arrived, you couldn’t help but hear the faint typing coming from her dorm. Oh shit, you thought. This was never part of your plan – you expected Wednesday to be soundly asleep by now, but looks like she stayed up for the happiest time of the year. Not for her, at least. She was probably too indulged in her typewriter to be bothered by the fact that it was Christmas day.
You tried to be as silent as a rat on the chase, as you hooked the ornament on her dorm door. You knew one tiny misstep and you might as well be dead, so you tried to make as little sound as possible – but all your dreams shriveled away just as you were finished.
A certain area in the floorboard had creaked just as you tried to step away. More creaks came when you tried to run away – oh, you were so done for. Not even 5 seconds in and you could hear the door swing open and the ravenette looking through the corridors of Ophelia Hall just to narrowly see your oversized pajamas duck behind a wall.
“y/n, come out. There’s no point in hiding from my plane of vision,” Wednesday said, as curt as ever. You headed to her obediently, blowing a quiet raspberry as you knew you had been caught red-handed. “Sorry” was all that came out of your mouth as you hanged your head down, refusing to make eye contact with the raven.
“y/n, I know that we’re each other’s, but what exactly are you trying to pull off this time?” she sighed, following your gaze up to the mistletoe that hung on her door.
“What ev-” you interrupted Wednesday’s question by pulling her to you by the middle of her striped cardigan, but her highly sensible reflexes had her pull away when her lips were inches before yours. Although you were way taller than her, she somehow managed to avoid your attempted kiss.
You saw many people kiss under the mistletoe whether it was in shows or in real life, and you wanted to so desperately try it on your partner.
“y/n? Are you alright, mi amor? Are you quenching so much for my attention that your little furball of emotions tried to pull me into lip-to-lip contact? Is that what you’ve been craving so bad?” Wednesday lifted her head to look at your flustered expression.
“No, it’s just that- nevermind, you can figure it out yourself,” you broke free from the eye contact, color still dusted across your cheeks. You were sad that Wednesday rejected your kiss, let alone not know what all this was all about.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The next few days continued with Wednesday being oblivious as ever; whenever you said goodbye to her at her dorm, you would always try to lean your face into hers, but always to no avail. Fortunately, Wednesday has been noticing you jumping around in some sort of frustration whenever she gently nudged you away from the attempts.
And she was determined to find out why.
“Enid, what’s so special about a mistletoe?” The ravenette asked the blonde girl sitting across her on the bed.
“You’re so silly, Wednesday. y/n has been complaining to me about you not being able to take a hint, like seriously? You don’t know what it’s all about?” Enid giggled, pulling out her phone to search for something.
“I think you missed the part where you’re supposed to enlighten me,” Wednesday threw her sarcasm at Enid, who completely ignored it and showed her a scene on her phone. There was a couple and a mistletoe hanging right above their heads, identical to the one you hung on their dorm.
After throwing some lovey-dovey words at each other, the couple pulled into a passionate kiss, the mistletoe yet to disappear.
Wednesday squinted harder at the small screen and had a eureka moment.
All this while, you were just trying to show your undying love for her – but only for her to fail to realise it.
That same evening, she patiently waited for you to come to her dorm. At this point, it has become a habit, and you refused to give up, not until Wednesday understood. When you arrived in your fleece jacket and black skinny jeans, she was already eyeing on your gorgeous lips, like a predator waiting to pounce on its prey.
Now it was Wednesday’s turn to pull you in by your gold necklace, which took you by surprise. It was also her turn to blush, a shade of pink splattered across her freckled features. “I’m glad I finally understood. Merry Christmas, y/n.” She placed a chaste kiss on your lips, smiling warmly.
“Merry Christmas, Wednesday,” your once hopeless eyes had lit up in happiness as your body overflowed with joy.
You’ve never felt more happier with her by your side.
happy new year guys thank you for all the support :))

W gaming
summary: wednesday tries an fps game
"Heal me, heal me! you screamed into your mic as you raised your fist to slam the table in rage, but then you remembered it was Wednesday's. The door whipped open, and Wednesday stood there holding a tray of lemonade as she furrowed her eyebrows at whatever you were yelling at.
"Sorry," your fuming expression quelled when the raven looked you in the eye curiously. When you came to her house, you did not expect her to have a full setup as you thought the Addams household loathed technology. "I hope you're not installing bacteria in my computer," she said, placing the tray down on the table. "It's called a virus, Wednesday. And no, I'm not, I promise," you chuckled as you minimized the tab, taking a glass from the tray.
"Then why were you frantically screaming just now? Even Pugsley's tutor downstairs was worried about you," she asked, leaning down to see what you were playing. "You could still consider me sane. Some people smash their keyboard and flip their monitors when they lose a game," you explained as you reopened the tab. "This is an FPS game. It stands for first person shooter, it's where you obtain guns or other melee weapons to kill your enemy," you elaborated, moving your mouse around to give her a clearer view.
"Guns? I'd rather use my own medieval assortment of melee weapons to finish them off," she answered, her eyes slightly widening as she stared at the screen. In the game, you held a AK47, and she looked at your nimble fingers dance on the keyboard as you smoothly shot an enemy in the head. "That's impressive," she muttered, eyes glued to the screen as she watched you get killed by some rocket launcher.
You grunted in frustration, throwing yourself on the bed as Wednesday spectated your teammate. "Since when did gun games have rocket launchers?" she couldn't help but ask, sitting down on her chair as she moved the mouse around.
"That's what makes the game special, Addams. It would be plain boring if it was just guns," you mumbled into the pillow on the bed, sitting up to watch the ravenette play. "I doubt you can get a kill," you said, watching her mess around with the keybinds. "You're pathetic, y/n. Who has a fancy butterfly hair-comb as their melee?" she scowled as she slowly crept up behind the remaining enemy and stabbed him in the back "That's kinda hot," you gawked in surprise, ignoring her question.
The both of you continued the game, with you controlling the keys and her controlling the mouse while simultaneously explaining it to her. You had no choice but to restrain your frustration (and laughter) whenever she died to a turret, a molly or even fall damage.
"You're pretty decent for a first timer," you chuckled, plastering a fake smile across your face as you shook her hand vigorously. "We'll make a good duo," you added, but the smile dropped when you saw how much you lost when the main screen came up.
Wednesday was already an ethereal being on her own, but when she gamed?
It just made her even hotter.
