Spicy Tobanjan Tonkatsu Ramen (P280) Bes maliit siya... Comparing to the other Ramen Joints in the metro the serving size felt small... The broth was flavorful but there wasnt anything remarkable about it... it was even borderline salt infused...also as seen in the video... tinipid din ang toppings... Sad that this happened to the Ikkoryu brand... Is this a case of bad filipino adaptation? Horseylog aka Horse Tapa... At first afraidy aguilar akong itry... i couldnt imagine what the taste would be like... but it was a revelation... Gabe's was able to execute the dish flawlessly... When opposite attracts... The pahealthy marinara sauce combined with the very flavorful meat balls was one of the highlights of my Charlies food trip. It was awesome because the sauce had an italian twist to it and you can taste the extra kick of spicyness... The pasta was al dente and the flavor of the meatballs will explode in your mouth... Ang ganda ng pangalan ng burger, ang ganda din presentation... but it stops there ⛔ I think the charlies burger era is coming to an end... the patty was juicy but in terms of flavor there was no differentiation from the other up and coming burger joints in the metro... it claimed to be angus beef but trully it is yet to be proven. The dining experience was also unsatisfactory... because of the poorly maintained interiors and the bubble gum scent of the carwash outside. Sadly hindi sasarap ang buhay mo kapag kinain mo ang dish na ito... as the best seller dish of the restaurant... the bacolod chicken inasal experience is really below expectations...
