Nothing is more horrifying to me than something abnormally large and incomprehensibly fast.

In this AU, Brud and OWAKCX are a couple featured in a subplot in chapter one. I consider it a little sad because ONE'S NOT COMING OUT ALIVE.

Waking up in his bed unknowingly with mild to severe brain damage and his "wife" missing, Gray is shocked to see the sky red, the clouds stalking and the land faltering. Scrambling in a panic he goes looking for ANYONE for reassurance of what he's seeing. Finding only the "sheriff" Tunner, he confirms that what he is seeing is in fact real. They both embark on wellness checks of all the locals in the forest, raddy just so happens to be the first.

Raddy, the "rude" partially unknown shut-in who rarely leaves the house is found alive in his own home. He's aware of the change but he didn't care.

Knowing gray by just a fraction

Raddy agrees to assist them both with the wellness checks, ONLY because Gray is being affected he's worried about Mr Sun. they're then both deputized starting the chapter and its story.
