I'M TAKING MY HOME BACK! 🐹🐰🐭💣🔫 I love my #familyhome with my #historicOak and caring for it on just disability isn't an easy task but I make it. I can't shop and pick up what I want when I want but I make do. This pic was taken 4 years ago. The last 3 years my gardens have declined. #weeds UNCONTROLLABLE 😠 #chipmunks have holes everywhere #pilesofdirt up against my house. My #flagstone in my backyard? They're digging under it. My #old Oak ❓❓ They've dug holes into the base on my tree. I've done EVERYTHING I can naturally. But there's more & more damage. I've had a "few" #arborist over One of them just to visit my #bigoak He was amazed to see such an old one in a residential setting and said it's the biggest he's seen except the #arboretum Every single professional said trapping would cost me $$ I don't have and with the holes in the base of the Oak it could and WILL eventually hollow out and my Oak will fall! ON MY HOME! See...people that feed wildlife when your up against a #waterway and a #woods IS A BAD IDEA Ecspecially when your neighbor (me)has #flagstonehedges #bigtrees multiple #perineal #flowergargens 99% of my bulbs GONE My #flagstone is filled with stinking mud. I can't open my bedroom windows because of the smell! And my joy in #gardening my only #hobby is gone. Now it's just back breaking work and loads if #bugbites I can't afford financially or physically to redo all my gardens. It will take me a few years. The #advice from every arborist and #organiclawnservice #naturelover was to build a #chickenwirecage at the base on my Oak and use #poison It breaks my heart 💔 I'm #notthebadguy here.. Between the creek, #wildflowers and even my gardens these animals were happy and healthy. My backyard is its own #wormfarm too so birds were well fed. Now it's come to let #wildlife dig into my tree? My #hugeoak die and fall on my house? No fresh air? No company and no more #bonfires over because of #bugs and #birdpoop I can't keep up with? Also lost most of my #citrushops I USED to sell for a little extra cash I need. They've tunnels and ripped up the rooting system. My dad's last legacy in the gardens...dying. Today.. #poison
