Back extensions are an essential part in every Pilates routine. Engage your abs , scoop your belly and in prone position gently push your pelvis on to the mat. Doing bridges think to create a long line from shoulders to knees. Le estensioni della colonna sono essenziali in ogni routine di Pilates. Attiva l’addome, porta l’ombelico verso la colonna e nella posizione prona spingi gentilmente le ossa del bacino sul tappetino. Nel bridge pensa a creare una lunga linea che va dalle spalle alle ginocchia.
