I've often thought that I should do yoga (I know people say it's good for both anxiety and strength/flexibility), and I never have, so I don't understand almost any of the words you're using lol, but I am very impressed that you can do any of that!
I always recommend yoga! I've had a practice off and on for about twelve years, but I've been very committed to it for the last two and a half (I do three yoga classes a + two pilates classes a week and swim on an ad hoc basis), and while I love what it does for my body, I really do it for my mental health. The difference it makes to my anxiety and periods of depression honestly can't be understated, I feel like it just drops me back into myself in the best possible way.
I do think a part of that is where I go though too - I used to go to a boutique yoga studio, which was fine, but I was swimming at my local council gym and just really loved the vibe there as it was so inclusive (across the board too - they run classes for people with profound disabilities, as well as host an annual swimming program for trans and gender non-conforming people who may feel self-conscious in swimsuits to encourage body acceptance, exercise and community). I ended up doing a few of their yoga classes and just loved the energy and that feeling of positivity, connection and community there that I quit the boutique studio and haven't looked back.
So yeah, finding a place that speaks to you too I think can be pretty special. :-)
