Oh and also there are several medications that cause weight gain like I know the anti-depressant I am on dose so there is always that factor but it shouldn't cause so much weight gain to be obese but you can gain like 7-10 pounds from it (which really sucks haha)

really sucky way to bring it back around me and i'm really sorry, but yeah i have asthma and the medication i took for 6 years made me gain a shit load of weight. i used that as an excuse. then i slipped into the habit of using it as an excuse for all the destructive eating habits i developed. and since i've been through that and come out of that and i've learnt i just get angry when other people refuse to learn too. i guess just my way of expressing things is found rather sharp and maybe even comes across as rude too, i guess...
