#TO BE CLEAR i'm not talking about like#the general concept of eating a balanced diet or whatever#in alignment with one's personal food/nutrition goals/health needs#i mean#whatever 'vegetables and low-calorie meals are holy' mutation#that has occurred as a result of diet culture#i like vegetables! when i can eat them!#brought to you by:#picky-eater autistic discovers the new pre-made meal company#their college is using has mostly Not Easily Visually Identifiable Safe Components#and looks very Health Food Craze-like#having parents who go through that cycle on occasion#im. distressed. and i dont trust it#also mostly vegetarian options which is GREAT for those who seek out vegetarian options!#Not Great for me who needs to remember to eat protein on occasion whose Safe Protein-Inclusive Options have just shrunk further#i dont have time for the dining hall a lot of the time this semester!#this is what is goijg to drive me to learn to cook actually#my burning need to control what touches my mouth
