After seeing @tvickiesims’s post with phoenix_phaerie’s Manor House trees made seasonal I realised I still had to finish my own project with their hedges and topiaries from the same set so I finally put myself to it. Also their policy does not exactly allow this, but they’ve been inactive for over 12 years now so I think that’s long enough to be considered retired.

They are not exactly made seasonal, but they finally have proper winter states now. If you look at the pictures you can see what I mean by that. I have put the two base game’s own hedges left in the picture so you can see the difference. They are now fully covered in snow in winter instead of having a little, little layer of snow on top of them (seriously, just look at the tower topiaries, it makes me laugh everytime I try to spot the snow).

They are (like the originals) repositoried to the base game’s Boxy Lady (that’s the smallest hedge).

I’ve also made some other small modifications. They are now all visible from neighborhood view (not all of them were for some reason?) and I’ve made it so that the big shrubs only use one GUID (instead of 4) per piece now. This does mean that they are considered a new object by the game, so if you already had these pieces and you install mine you have to manually replace the big topiary ball, cone and oval in your game. The others are replaced without problem. They use the same GUIDs as the originals so keep only one of them in your game.

They were all cloned from Gwenke33’s Seasonal hydrangea bush so that I could make sure they would not overgrow and would not need trimming like the originals.

6 September Way - 5bed 3bath Manor - w/ CC

Hello again! I am continuing my VintageHomePlan series but hitting the random button on their page and building what comes up! (Well using the builds as inspiration, definitely not building replicas or anything lmao.) This time I got this house, which is way bigger than most houses I play but I had fun building it!

This is on a 3x3 (?) lot and costs around $49k as is, Tesla not included! I just wanted to show the invisible driveway recolor fits perfectly here.

Phoenix_Phaerie Manor House Trees Retextured And Made Seasonal

I present to you another batch of seasonal trees. They come from The Manor House: Garden collection by Phoenix_Phaerie.

These trees look very nice but I always thought the bark was too dark for oaks so I retextured them using real-life oak bark texture. I also modified the colors of the leaves a bit and changed the price of the tall hardwood tree.

All credit for these trees goes to Phoenix_Phaerie. The snow overlay on bark comes from this set by @an-elegant-simblr​ just like in my previous sets of trees.

Everything is compressed and clearly labelled.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is perfect for the family of 4. Upon entering this property, you will find that it has tons of charm, plentiful character and adequate square footage to truly make this house a home for a close knit family looking to spend quality time together. Your sims will be greeted with a great view of the gazebo which can be easily accessed by crossing a bridge over the driveway onto the pier.

Additionally, there are extended pathways on both sides of the home surrounded by flowers, trees and various terrains hopefully making the family feel one with nature. Feel free to edit this house as you please as I left the interior quite empty for a reason! Upon entering the home, sims will walk into a foyer which is open to the stairwell, living room and dining room; all of which are empty; this way you can put personal style based on your sims' lives, personalities and characteristics. The floor plan might seem rather inconvenient at first, but it is based on homes built in the early-mid 1900s. This house doesn't have the modern day open concept or a "powder room" on the first floor, but hey... it wasn't designed for modern convenience! 

The living room is oversized with plenty of room to include a small study or space for sims to practice and touch up on their skills and hobbies. Off the living room is a small patio space for additional hobbies/crafts/eating area.

Leading off the kitchen is a spacious backyard completed with a grilling area, lounging/sitting areas, a pool, access to the garage, beautiful garden and outdoor eat-in patio surrounded by private fencing to really give each space separation.

Upstairs are two bedrooms with their own bathrooms (one with a closet for changing wardrobes), along with a family/art room with a very unique balcony leading off room that is open to do what you'd like with! (Telescope/Chess/Painting/Etc.)

I hope both you and your sims appreciate living in this home! I put a lot of time and effort into this build and I would absolutely LOVE if you guys would post pictures of your sims living in it. It makes my heart so happy when I see my fellow simmers not only downloading my creations, but posting pictures of their sims living in and enjoying them.

Down The Turlet Hole

I recently discovered the usefulness of the Maxis Toilet Stall to use in cramped spaces where I don’t want to construct full bathrooms gated off by walls and doors to maintain privacy. However the stall is ugly, so there needed to be something. That brought me to the idea of privacy screens…and the game has them, but just as deco. Lightbulb went off and here we are.

I have made 12 Stall Toilets that look a little less claustrophobic and in some cases completely unhindered from view. Because there’s simply no real privacy in some situations.

All the stalls with any sort of “frame” has been slaved to BB Niches. Anything with a curtain comes in 7 colors each.

Comes in a variety of styles that hopefully fit a few eras or situations:

Two styles of Walled Stalls, one set with curtains and the others with a door. Each also comes in box toilet or modern toilet form. Curtains also come with a Ragged recolor. Disclaimer: Sims just walk through the curtain, it’s not animated. Door versions are fully animated.

Curtain Privacy Screen Toilet Stalls are next, made to be placed against a wall, but they work just as well the first two of a box toilet and a modern toilet’

A chamber pot and victorian style.

Also some randos. A double curtain screen box toilet, and then open stalls made to look like a stone well, rusty bucket on a tire, and a wooden seat over a wooden bucket.

Decided to enlighten my simblr by doing a delicate baroque manor; Herlot Manor.  I love it, I just don’t know what to do with it! My friend suggested that I put it up for download, but I wish I would’ve thought about that before I started furnishing! I think I’ll package it, then move a sim in and out to empty it, repackage it empty, and put it up. (Plus saving me the horrors of CC crediting) UPDATE: Here is the unfurnished lot! Hey! Thank you so much for the compliment! :D And not a problem! The stove is part of the Manor House collection by phoenix_phaerie which you can find on MTS. Here is the link to her creator page because this set was actually quite large, it had bathroom and kitchen components. Looks like there are two uploads that have appliances but I think the second is extra recolours for everything and options for different expansion pack versions of appliances - mostly Seasons and Freetime options for fridges I think. Just read them carefully to make sure you get the right versions for your game, although I don’t think for stoves it makes any difference. :)

What about phoenix pharie? Was the manor wondows set, kitchen set, and the window addons done in pirate woods and yeti colors? Do you know or does anyone?

phoenix_phaerie’s meshes don’t work very well with wood grains so there are just the Georgian Build set masters and this pediment door as far as I know.
