In May 2013, Regie was also a three-time Gold Medalist in the Asian Powerlifting Championships in Ahwaz Iran, breaking the record in all the categories he won in. I'm trying to encourage more Filipinas ...

to try powerlifting or at least try lifting weights.  <...> Every time I compete, I see to it that nandun pa rin yung tatak ng pagka-kikay ko, at the same time ng pagka-Pilipino ko.
