Ak, do you always do fancam at soshi concert? Like record it all the time. I got confused, I attend phantasia back then and I only record some songs, but now I regret I didn't record the whole concert. At the other side, I remember exactly how annoying it was to look soshi from my screen while they were right in front of me. I'd like to hear (read) your views on how to enjoy the concert and still have clear memory and euphoria from it?? Thanks :)
I don’t really do fancams unless I’m in a really good position to do so. It depends on the situation present at the concert itself. It also depends on how many times I’ve seen the concert already.
If I do fancam, it is usually the talk segment (cos that’s the unique part that differs in every show) or a certain song/stage that I really like and want to have a personal copy of.
At any rate, I definitely won’t fancam the entire concert. Personally, I think the enjoyment level is much higher when I’m fully present at the concert, mind and body.
As for the clear memory and euphoria...I think it differs from person to person. The very first soshi concert I went to is Girls & Peace in Seoul. To be honest, I had a hard time seeing the stage cos I was on the floor area and everyone was standing the entire time. But when the girls came to the extended stage, they were really close and my deepest impression of the whole thing is Yuri’s thighs (HAHAHA).
I suppose there’s no need to try super hard to fancam cos SM will eventually release a DVD or in the case of Phantasia, a blu-ray even. Even though it’s a very long wait since they want to milk it for all it’s worth at the Surround Viewing in COEX.
