_______________
this is disheartening to me!! you can see the trail off when I started my new job in July...works out to just one and a half books a month. I don't even have the excuse of an annual doorstopper or something mega dense to really cut my teeth on, like the past couple of years (magic mountain - moby dick, I guess). I told myself a year ago 2023 would be the year of ART but ended up being "year of financial worries & bizarre work drama/year of getting onboarded physically and emotionally at new, economically viable job" so I could tell myself Fair Enough! but I yearn for more.

Human traces of steel, concrete & synthetic material have a formative influence on the alpine landscape. Some accrued for use, some others left thoughtless.
Refused they contrast the frontier to stone, ice and the alpine flora.

Recently i had the pleasure to join photographer Tony Schuller & make-up artist Isabell Klause on a  photoshooting with model Melanie Näser.
It was my first time ever to follow an in studio photoshoot.
I focused on illustrating the process itself and leading the beholder step by step to the final photo. The intension was to stay in the same aesthetic as the final photo.
This video marks the beginning of series we shot together. Looking forward to expose the upcoming clips.

Just like life. Skateboarding happens to go vertical. The difference is you can choose to attend. Still in both realms you have to land it. Land it by yourself. This one is landed. It’s a make.

There is always treasures hidden to be found. Andi and Bobby literarily turned every rock around at their natural Habitat. What they showed us was a abandoned leftover hideout from world war 1.

Looking forward to enter the period of the year where the sun is closer to us. Camping, exploring, mushroom hunting. Soon to be more outside then inside of the walls.

Had the chance to take a little snapshot of Elias Elhardt the past weekend at the Hintertux Opening. When it comes to Motivation nobody will ever beat him. Let's do it again, again and again just for the fun of it! Digital photo by Peter Rossner.

Pretty proud that i had the chance to design @danbrisse's Pro Model boot for @deeluxeboots. Inspired by his approach of snowboarding i illustrated the tools he uses preparing his streetspots and made a patern out of it. A little yellow for the contrast and a two tone grey to fit the concrete. #deeluxebrisse

The most popular achievement's mankind knows is to plant a tree, build a home and have a family. I agree with all of these great goals in life. Still I must say that building a ramp plays in the same league.
