“Ned I don’t know if this is such a good idea to go to this party. We aren’t even popular.” Peter told his best friend.
“Peter, come on, this is going to be great. Maybe you’ll finally get your chance to ask Y/n out.” Ned reminded him.
“Yeah yeah yeah, you’re right.” Peter nodded, turning forward to the entrance of the enormous house.
Peter and Ned walked in seeing a bunch of their classmates and a bunch of other people they hardly knew. Amongst the crowd, Peter spotted the one person he was looking forward to seeing tonight. You were with your group of friends laughing about something that had happened during school.
“Hey Y/n.” Peter approached you slowly, looking between you and your friends.
“Oh hey Peter, you came!” You smiled at him.
“Yeah, I thought I could use a break from all the books.” He laughed nervously.
“Well, I’m glad.” You said.
“Me too.” He smiled.
You and Peter turned to look at your friends who were snickering.
“What’s so funny guys?” You let out a halfhearted laugh. You knew very well what they were laughing about. Peter. Sure he was shy and didn’t get out much but that’s what made him so unique and different. That’s what made you like him so much.
Your friends on the other hand, considered Peter to be a dork, an outcast. They didn’t even bother to give him a second glance. So when you heard them laughing you knew right then and there who their main source was to cause their fits of laughter.
“Nothing Y/N. We just remembered something, that's all.” One of your friends shrugged.
“If it’s nothing then what is it?” You shrugged as well.
“Listen we have to go refill our drinks but we’ll tell you later, okay?” Your friends scurried off elsewhere.
“Sorry about that.” Peter said, avoiding your gaze.
“What’re you sorry about?” You stared at him confused.
“Your friends don’t seem to like me.” He muttered.
“They just don’t know you.” You placed your arm on his shoulder.
“I guess…”
“Hey cheer up, we're at a party after all!” You playfully pushed him.
“Okay.” He breathed out.
“I’m going to go get us some drinks so stay here alright.” You told him.
“I’ll be waiting right here.” He smiled.
You gave him a smile and headed towards the kitchen. Peter watched you with a feeling he couldn’t describe.
“So how does someone like you get Y/n L/n’s attention?” A voice spoke behind him. Peter turned around to be face to face with none other than Flash Thompson himself.
“What do you want, Flash?” Peter groaned
“Your homework. No seriously Peter, what's your secret?” Flash looked at him with a serious expression.
“Secret? What secret, there’s no secret. I don’t have a secret!” Peter stuttered.
“Well, you obviously have something if it gets Y/n to notice you.”
“Notice me-Y/n’s just a friend.” Peter grew timid.
“But you clearly have feelings for her.” Flash pointed out.
“Whatever.” Peter stood up from his seat and shoved past Flash.
-
You looked around the kitchen trying to locate where the red solo cups were. As much as you liked to party, you didn't drink alcohol. So the best way to blend in was to use the red cups and pour a suitable drink.
You finished pouring Peter’s soda and retreated back to where he was waiting for you. You didn’t see him sitting down thinking he had wandered somewhere else. You looked over the living room and spotted those luscious curls of his. He was standing next to some girl by the stairs. You thought nothing of it and walked up to him.
“Here is one non-toxic beverage.” You laughed handing him his drink. He looked up at you with a confused expression. He looked at the blonde he was talking to then at you. “This is the part where you say thank you…” You gestured with your hand.
“I’m sorry love, do I know you?” Peter said with an English accent.
Okay ouch, that stung. You thought.
“Very funny Peter, you got me, now what’s with the stupid fake accent?” You said, amused.
“Peter? I don’t know what’d ya mean by a fake accent love, my name is Tom.”
You took in his words. Did Peter change while you were gone? No, he couldn’t have? This Tom guy was dressed very differently. He wore a much different attire than what Peter would usually wear.
“Would you excuse me for a moment.” You nervously laughed and ran off to another part of the house.
You were so deep in your thoughts you didn’t notice a figure in front of you. You stumbled into them losing your balance, they caught you and held you upright.
“Y/n, you okay?” You looked up at Peter. He was wearing his nerdy white t-shirt and his flannel on top.
“Peter? but you were just over there, how did you get here?”
“What do you mean I was looking for you but you never showed up with my drink.”
“Oh good, it’s really you this time. I think I’m losing it!” You hugged his waist.
“This time? What are you talking about? Where’s my drink?” He asked.
“Just come with me.” You pulled him with you to where you last saw this Tom guy.
“But I didn’t get my drink.” He complained.
You rolled your eyes and gazed over the living room again trying to find him. You finally spotted him on a chair talking to a guy with blondish hair. Peter must’ve noticed where you were looking because his eyes widened. You walked closer to them.
“Hey, Tom was it?” You asked curiously. You were freaking out.
“Yeah-” He cut his sentence off looking behind you.
“Oh, bloody hell mate he looks just like you!” Harrison exclaimed.
“You look just like me…” Peter mumbled.
“No, you look just like me!” Tom said back.
“No you both look the exact same!” You stepped in. Both heads turned towards you. “You could be twins!”
“This is so cool!” Peter said excitedly.
“Absolutely man.” Tom agreed.
“Peter Parker.” Peter stuck out his hand.
“Tom Holland.” Tom nodded and smiled.
“And I’m Y/n L/n.” You smiled. They looked at you with raised eyebrows. “What? This is the coolest thing that’s happened to me today!” You shrugged.

part 1
Tumblr media
After the dinner, Peter was a mess, and to make matters worse, Y/N wasn’t acknowledging him. It’s as if he’s invisible to her and it’s making him lose his mind. When they got into the elevator, Peter was about to press the button for the ground floor but Y/N pressed the one for the underground parking lot.
“We’re taking my car” Y/N’s voice was stern and dismissive, leaving no room for Peter’s response. Peter was thankful that she was finally acknowledging him but her coldness wasn’t really helping his palpitating heart. (both from his earlier ejaculation under the table and from nervousness due to her dismissive behavior)
When the elevator door opened, Peter waited for her to step out but she remained in her position. He turned to look at her and he was greeted by empty eyes which made him gulp in anticipation. She nodded at him to start walking and so he did.
Peter scanned the silent parking lot and spotted Y/N’s car at the far end of the lot. He started walking towards her car, hearing her footsteps following behind him.
When they were just three steps away from her car, Peter let out a sigh before turning around and touching her arms. “I—” Peter’s eyes widened in shock when she slapped his hands away and fisted his collar before pushing him until his back was against the side of her car.
She leans up to his face, eyes glaring at him while Peter fights an internal battle with himself because his cock is starting to feel lively again.
Peter’s hands went to grab hers that was fisting his shirt but she pushed him harder against the car and he let her. “You don’t get to touch me tonight, Peter” she leans in closer to take his bottom lip between her teeth before tugging on it. Peter became flustered at the action and let out a quiet whimper.
Y/N lets Peter go before stepping back and watching him with an amused smirk. She tilts her head before chuckling. “You’re enjoying this, aren’t you?” she takes a step forward before palming his cock through his pants, grinning when she feels him shiver under her touch. “Geez… How can you be this hard already when I just fucked you under the table not even a few minutes ago?” her tone was mocking him and it only made his cheeks and ears grow a tint of red.
“Don’t be rude, baby. Answer my question.” she squeezes him through his pants and he lets out another whimper. “Who’s making you this hard?” she leans into his face to press a soft kiss on his lips before moving over to his ear, sucking on the space under it. “Y-you are.” Peter stutters, biting his lower lip to stop himself from moaning out loud.
“Hmm?” she hums against his ear, asking him to make his words clearer.
“You are. You’re making me hard, Y/N” Peter lets out a gasp when she abruptly opens his pants before shoving them down. Peter watches her as she rubs him through his briefs, continuing on biting his lower lip.
Y/N kisses him hungrily, tongue brushing the roof of his mouth before sucking on his bottom lip and pulling away. “Don’t bite your lips, baby. Only I am allowed to do that” Peter watches her as she pulls his briefs down, his head tilting backward when she licked the slit on the top of his cock.
Peter was breathing heavily when she started twirling her tongue around his girth, never going lower than that. Peter can feel that he was about to cum just from her sucking on his tip and he was doing his best to stop himself from cumming. She must have noticed because she hummed around his cock, sending vibrations to his cock and making him groan in pleasure. “Don’t hold back” she whispers before going back to sucking his tip.
Peter obeys her and not a few seconds later, he cums inside her mouth. He watches her as she easily swallows every drop but then his eyes widened in terror when she started sucking again, going deeper this time around. His hands went to grasp her head but she pulled away from his cock before glaring at her. “What did I say about not touching me?” she hisses. Peter drops his hands and moans out loud when she gags around his cock when it hits the back of her throat.
“Oh god,” Peter’s eyes were shut tightly when she continued gagging on his cock as he continued to hit the back of her throat again and again. Peter was about to cum again and she encouraged him by playing with his balls and squeezing them teasingly.
Not soon after that, Peter cums in her mouth once again and she drank it up like last time. Peter was gasping for breath, his back leaning against the car for support while she pulled his briefs and pants up.
She helped him get into the passenger’s seat before walking to the driver’s side and getting in. She watches him with a smile when she sees him catching up on his breath.
“I hope you’re not tired yet. I wanna see how long your peter tingle can last” she chuckles when she watches his eyes widened in horror before starting the car and driving out of the parking lot.

For the Better - Part 1[Peter Parker x Stark!Reader]
Requested by @daneel-the-sister-of-castiel
Word count: 6000+
"Moving?" you asked, appalled. You were sitting on your father's workbench as he worked in chaos around you.
"That's what I said," he confirmed, sifting through his hologram junk. "Avengers tower isn't exactly a beacon of hope anymore, but don't worry I've got a place for you I know you'll love because it was designed by yours truly." he said making sure to point to himself so you wouldn't mistake who he was talking about ."But in the meantime you're going somewhere else so we can get it all spruced up for you." He frowned at his work then looked over to you. Will ya' get off the diagram I'm using to put this together." You slid off the table in annoyance.
"But Avengers Tower isn't for me so why don't I just stay in one of your resorts like the last time you had to go away for work?" You reasoned. He pulled up a large screen where you were sitting that stood in between you two.
"Because, last time we left you alone, you reprogrammed Butterfinger to play checkers with you, and now look at him." You looked over at the robot which was still moving it's arm as if it was playing the game.
"I thought you didn't like Butterfinger," you mumbled.
"Yeah he's a real pain. Which, I guess, is what makes you two such good friends," he said. With a few quick swipes you lowered the screen in between both of you.
"This isn't your idea," you guessed.
He pulled the screen back up. "No, it was your mother's," he confirmed.
As if on queue Pepper walked in. You made your way over to her. "Mom, I can stay in one of the Stark resorts, right? I won't reprogram Butterfinger again," you promised.
Pepper scoffed, and looked over at Tony. "You're worried about that piece of junk?" she said in disbelief.  "I've already made up my mind, Y/N. You need to have some friends your own age who aren't robots, and you staying cooped up in a resort home isn't going to help you," she said. "Now let your dad work, and go pack your things."
You looked over at your dad, but he was too buried in his work to look back. You didn't notice at first, but it looked like he was designing a suit. A suit you actually recognized. You had found something similar to it when you were digging through his files. You wanted to ask him about it, but then he would know you were looking at his old work...again. So you left him to work on it, and went to your room to start packing.
You didn't know what you should pack so you filled your suit case up with bare necessities. You were looking around to see if there was anything else you would need when your mom walked in to see how it was going. Before she could say anything you spoke up.
"Yes I have all my outfits, though I don't know how long I'm staying. I have my toiletries, my electronics, and anything miscellaneous I could think of." You started zipping up your suitcase.
"Y/N, you're staying for the whole semester," she said. You froze.
"Semester?" you repeated. Surely she wasn't talking about a school semester. After a few years of high school your dad decided that you were ahead and had taken out of school so he could teach you what he knew about robotics. You never missed going there, and your dad letting you in his lab to work had brought the two of you closer together.
Pepper rolled her eyes. "He didn't tell you did he?" she questioned. "Y/N, you're going to school in Queens."
"School?" you asked. "In Queens?"
Pepper crossed her arms. "Did he tell you anything?" You unzipped your suitcase and flung it open.
"Apparently not!" you yelled over your shoulder as you dug in your closet for another suitcase. Without another word Pepper went downstairs, to talk to Tony no doubt. You put the other suitcase on your bed and ran your hand through your hair. This was going to be a long day.
The car ride to Queens wasn't enjoyable at all. It was mostly your dad explaining where you would be, and how you could contact him.
"I know you don't wanna go to school, kid," he was saying. "And we both know you don't need it after inheriting my genius. But your mother wanted it, and there is nothing on this earth that scares me more than your mother when she's angry."
"You could at least tell me why Midtown High," you said.
"Why Midtown High?" he said. "Why? Because it was the first one I saw that had a robotics lab, your welcome, and I'm busy and didn't have time to find another." You could tell that he was dodging the question.
"Is it because of that suit you were making?" you questioned. Before he could give his answer you continued. "Because I saw that you were remaking  an old design, and it looked too small to be yours."
"Have you been digging through my stuff again?" he accused. "You've gotta stop doing that. Y/N, you're going to this school because your mother and I picked it out. End of discussion." You slumped in your chair and looked out the window until the half hour it took for you to get to Queens was up.
You stood at the entrance of Midtown High School. Your dad rolled down the window to the car and tossed you a key.
"You trash the house, and you can stay here for the summer cleaning it up," he called to you.
You rolled your eyes. "Love you too," you said.
He revved the engine. "Can't wait to hear about your first day!" He rolled up the window and started to drive off.
"The day's almost over!" you shouted as he drove away. You looked around the school grounds. Kids were already looking at you like you were fresh meat. You sighed and hauled your bags inside. You had already sent most of them in another vehicle to where you would be staying, but you still had a decent number of them on your person.
There were kids roaming the halls and the sounds of lockers opening and closing rang through your ears. You tried to push your way through the human traffic, but you found it difficult with all the bags you were carrying. You were told there was a storage area where you could keep your bags until school was out, but you were having trouble finding it through the crowd. A locker slammed right in front of your face dragging your attention away from the signs you were reading.
"I am so sorry," the owner of the locker said. "I had no idea you were there."
"It's fine," you assured him. "I didn't see you there either." But you definitely saw him there now. He had dark brown hair that matched his eyes, and he had a sweet smile that made him immediately likable.
"I'm Peter," he said. A heavier set kid standing next to Peter (who you assumed to be his friend) pointedly cleared his throat. "Oh, and this is Ned."
"Hi," he said as he stretched his hand out to you. You adjusted the bag you were holding so you could shake his hand.
"I'm Y/N," you introduced yourself. "I'm just visiting for the semester."
"Do you need to drop those off?" Peter asked referring to the bags you were holding. "Because, you already passed the storage area." You turned around expecting to see it right behind you.
"You just need to take a left down that hallway," he continued. "I can--" Ned cleared his throat again. "I mean we can take you. You know if you want."
You nodded gratefully "Yes, please that would be great." Peter grabbed the handle of the suitcase next to your feet.
"Great just, uh, follow us." He nodded awkwardly to the other bag at your feet.
"Oh," you heard Ned whisper as he grabbed it and followed Peter. You smiled and followed the two. You dropped all your luggage off and the worker handed you your schedule.
"That's not a lot of luggage for a semester," Ned commented. You shrugged.
"Well, I already sent most of it home. I mean who knows," you said with a small smile. "I might need to stay the summer too."
"That's cool," he replied. "Well technically it's the opposite of cool. 'Cause you know, it's summer. I mean I could've said 'That's hot', but it's just an expression so it doesn't really matter."
"Right, it doesn't matter. We got it, Ned." Peter interrupted. Ned smiled, proud he could successfully explain that to you. "Do you know where you're going next?" he asked you.
You looked down at the schedule in your hand. "History," you answered. "I missed the whole day." Secretly you were relieved. You didn't even need to be here, it was just to keep you busy for a few months.
"Well if you haven't missed chemistry, you haven't missed anything yet," Ned remarked.
"I did miss chemistry," you said.
"I know. It's just one time, Peter was trying to perfect a recipe he had been working on, and he almost blew his eyebrows off."
Peter laughed nervously. "Yeah, well I didn't. I had everything completely under control."
"He set off the fire alarm and 4 sprinklers," Ned finished.
"Ok, well that was a long time ago," Peter half whispered.
Ned look at him confusedly. "That was last week." The bell rang right after Ned had finished.
"We're gonna be late for class if we don't get going," Peter squeaked.
Ned nodded. "Right let's get going." He started leading you down the hallways which were easier to navigate with the students in their correct rooms.
You wanted to talked to Peter as you walked, but you felt flustered. Every thing you thought of sounded stupid or awkward, but there was one sure fire thing you could say.
"Thanks," you said. "To you and Ned for helping me with my bags."
"Oh, yeah, you're welcome," Peter responded. "The signs were probably really confusing. They've been backwards for a year."
You furrowed your brow. "That does explain a lot."
There was a moment of silence before Peter spoke up again. "So, are you from Queens?" he asked.
"No, I'm actually from Manhattan," you said, relieved he had broken the silence.
Peter perked up a bit. "Oh, I--well, I know...someone from Manhattan," he stuttered.
"Oh, anyone I'd know?" you asked jokingly.
Peter fidgeted his hands and looked at the ground. "No, probably, definitely not. He's just a guy...who works on cars." He looked up when he realized you were outside of History. "We can talk after class."
"Yeah Peter and I were going to hang out at his place later tonight," Ned chimed in. "I don't know if you like Legos, but I got an awesome new set to build."
You look apologetically at them. "I'm sorry, I can't. I have to unpack."
Peter opened the door. "Maybe some other time then," he said.
"Yeah," you said. "Another time." With that you sat down at your desk, which was behind Peter, and tried to listen to the lecture. It was difficult to do when Peter kept looking at the clock or fidgeting in his desk. He obviously wanted school to end, but you couldn't imagine him wanting that more than you. But, you must have imagined wrong, because Peter lept from his desk and hurried out the door at the first sound of the bell.
"He's in a hurry to be somewhere," you commented as you shouldered your backpack.
"Peter's always running off to go do something," Ned explained.
You looked at the door as the rest of the students left for the day. "I better go too," you said. "I haven't even seen where I'm staying."
"Wow, ok, that's weird," he said. "See you tomorrow."
"Yep," you sighed. "And the day after that, and the day after that." You followed the stream of students out the door. "Unfortunately, I'm not going anywhere."
They say that you haven't had the New York experience until you've ridden the subway. You wouldn't be surprised if you were the first to prove that theory wrong. When you boarded the train the first thing that hit you was the smell. You might as well have been standing in between two sweaty middle aged men with bad taste in cologne. And while standing was on your mind you also noticed there was no decent place to sit down. Unless, of course, you wanted to sit on a seat with a mysterious wet spot. But when you grabbed onto the sweaty railing, you noticed the worst thing might have been the people. There were people yelling, snoring, whining, and, your personal favorite, singing horrible karaoke to songs you used to love.
Overall the best part about the subway was when you could finally get off. You gathered your bags (which didn't help your subway experience) and quickly exited the train. Now all you had to do was walk to your home, and you could finally start some work.
When you walked in the door, you ditched your bags and shoes in the middle of the floor. The rest of your luggage was tucked neatly against the wall with a note from your dad. You left it all where it was, dug your laptop out of your carry-on, and landed on the couch. You opened up your laptop only to realize you weren't connected to the internet, and didn't know the password. You tapped your fingers on the keys for a second considering if you needed the internet  for what you wanted to do.
You sighed, got up from the couch, and walked over to the note on your suitcases. You unfolded it hoping he left, at least, the wi-fi password in it, but there was only one sentence scribbled out in pencil,
Don't forget about your homework - Dad
You pursed your lips and stared at the scratchy handwriting. Of course. After a solid minute of staring that the note you decided you could work off of wi-fi for the night. You opened the files you downloaded from your dad's work folder and starting looking for the one you wanted. That suit he was designing had been in your mind all day, and you were going to figure out what it was for. You hoped it was for you, but you knew better than to assume what your dad had in mind as it was always starkly different than what you thought.
It took long time, sorting through everything, but you did come across a few things you found interesting; including an old file stating that Tony's original name for Friday was Emily. Finally you found one labeled "Spiderling MK 1" and tried to open it up, but it blocked you out saying you needed to connect to a network. You closed the laptop in frustration. You glanced over at your phone and considered calling your dad, but you quickly decided you would rather die. Instead you unpacked some of your things, grudgingly did your homework, and went to bed. Tomorrow you would open that file and find out what he was hiding.
A loud and grating beeping woke you from your sleep. You covered your ears and tried to sit up which was hard to accomplish doing both at once. Eventually you resorted to rolling out onto the floor still covered in your blankets.
"Shut up!" you yelled to nothing. And just like that the alarm stopped. You uncovered your ears and looked around room.
"Goodmorning." The voice scared you half to death and you bolted to your feet. "It's good to see that you're awake." You breathed a sigh of relief when you realized it was just Friday.
"I don't know how I couldn't be," you grumbled in a tired voice. "Don't ever wake me up like that again."
"I'm sorry," the computer said. "Mr. Stark informed me that you would want this alarm."
"Of course he did," you said as you got dressed. "Just change it to something calmer please."
"Right away," Friday replied. After you sorted out the alarm problem you went downstairs and packed your laptop into your backpack. "I have an incoming call from Tony Stark. Would you like me to answer it on speaker?" You grabbed a quick breakfast from the kitchen and headed for the door.
"No," you said. "Send him to voicemail with a message: I've got a train to catch." With that you locked up the house and headed for the subway.
When you got to school you basically just went through the motions. You jotted down a few notes, here and there but nothing was eventful. The only that caught your attention was Peter and Ned whispering all the time. You were in the middle of chemistry when Ned moved his chair over to Peter's and started talking in a hushed voice. You knew it shouldn't be bothered by it, but you hated it when people kept secrets from you. Admittedly you tried to eavesdrop a few times, but every time you would get close enough to hear they stopped talking. You swore it was like Peter had a sixth sense or something.
Annoyed that you couldn't figure out what they were talking about, you stayed in the locker room during PE and opened your laptop. If you couldn't figure their secret out you'd figure out your dad's. You connected to the school wi-fi and tried to open the file. No luck. You tried again, but this time a warning message popped up saying you couldn't open the file on a public network service. You closed the laptop in frustration and started to head out of the locker room. A bunch of girls swarmed through the door so you waited for them to pass.
"Did you hear what that dork kid said?" one of the girls said to you as she walked by.
You played along, wanting the gossip almost as much as she wanted to tell it. "I didn't," you said with exaggerated interest.
"He was pretending that Peter knows Spider-man," she laughed.
"Spider-man?" you genuinely asked. Did this have something to do with the Spiderling File?
"I know right?," she continued. "If I had to guess that one of the students secretly knew Spider-man he would be my last choice." She walked away leaving you with a lot of questions. You were starting to think that Tony chose this school for a reason. Not that you had ever really believed otherwise. You grabbed your laptop and backpack and left to find Peter.
When the school bell rang you just barely had enough time to get to Peter before he left the school grounds.
"Oh, hey, Y/N," he said as he realized you were trying to get his attention.
"Hey," you said. Before you asked him about Spider-man, you had to figure out who Spider-man was. "Is it okay if I come over to your place for a little bit? The wi-fi has been shut off at my house, and I can't do my project."
Peter glanced at Ned with a panicked look, and Ned reflected it back at him. "Uh, like today?" he asked.
"Yeah, if I can," you said.
Ned started tapping Peter's arm. "Well, actually we've got a thing..to do. It's boys--men only," he explained.
"What?" Peter asked.
"Because we're men," Ned looked wide-eyed at Peter.
"I wont be any trouble," you promised. "Honest, I just need a place to sit and work on my laptop."
They looked at each other making strange facial expressions and hand motions until Peter turned to you. "You can come over," he decided. "But, uh, like Ned said, we are going to be busy."
You smiled. Finally you were going to figure it all out. "Thanks, Peter."
"Yeah, sure thing," he whispered with a smile. On the way to Peter's home you noticed they were both fidgeting and whispering. They were definitely hiding something, but you were too caught up in your thoughts to care. You wanted to find out who or what Spider-man was. You made small talk on the way, and soon enough you were at Peter's apartment.
"May!" Peter called when he opened the door. A tall, thin woman walked into the living room while drying her hands on a towel.
"Hey, Peter," she said. Her eyes met yours. "Who's this?"
Peter looked confused. "It's Ned." You looked at the carpet, trying to hide the smile on your face.
May bit her lip trying to keep back a smile of her own. "So, you think I might be talking about the strange girl I've never seen before or--"
"Oh yeah, obviously, sorry," Peter said and pointed to you. "This is Y/N. She's here to work on her project."
"Hi," you said with a small wave.
May nodded slowly. "Alright," she said. "I'll be in the kitchen."
Peter turned to you. "Ned and I will be in my room," he said. "You can sit anywhere you want, but if you need to talk to us just... make sure you knock."
"Okay?" you said. With that Ned and Peter rushed off. You raised a brow and chuckled softly. After taking your laptop out of your bag and sat down on their couch, and tried to connect to the internet. Of course, a password was needed. "Miss Parker," you called. "What's the password to your network?"
Her head popped into the living room. "Oh, that's always too long for me to remember. Peter!" she yelled down the hall. You heard Peter answer from his room.
"What's the wi-fi password?" May asked.
Peter's door opened and he stuck his head out. "May, how many times; It's Emily." Emily? The name rattled around in your head as you tried to recall where you had heard that recently.
"Oh right, it's 'Enter Magic Internet Link Yottabyte'," she said and returned to the kitchen. Your fingers hovered over the keyboard. It was from your dad's files. That's where you had heard about Emily.
"You got that?" You heard May's voice echo from the kitchen, but you weren't sure you completely got it. Surely that  couldn't be a coincidence. The acronyms were slightly different, but it was still uncanny.
"Yeah, I got it," you said as you typed in the password. You would look into that later, but you had been waiting all day to find our about the Spiderling/Spider-man.
It took hours for you to get by all the protocols that your dad had put in place. And while the computer was running decryptions you couldn't help but think about what Peter was doing. You heard practically nothing from him and Ned the whole time. Once in a while, they would leave the room for a snack, but that's all you saw them. And yet even that short time seeing Peter made you blush. You couldn't explain why you would get so nervous when you saw him. You were pretty sure you hadn't decided that you liked him, but then again, maybe it wasn't your choice.
The computer alerting you it was done, brought your attention back to the task at hand. You searched in the files for Spider-man and got plenty more results than when you had searched for Spiderling. They were all mostly suits or ways to upgrade the suits. Nothing all that telling; however when you searched the web, you found a video of the hero wearing the exact same suit that Tony designed. You also learned that he had an encounter with bank robbers just last night in Queens. You took a second to piece together the information.
A new hero appeared after the Avengers split, and your dad has been helping him by giving him a suit upgrade. He was working in Queens and the next day Peter claims he knows him? You smiled knowing what was up. Somehow Peter knew Spider-man and you were going to find out how.
You got off the couch and headed for Peter's room. Disregarding their no knocking rule, you swung the door open, and you almost couldn't believe what was in front of you. There was Ned, sitting on Peter's bed wearing Tony Stark's own Spider-man mask. Peter stood petrified next to him and they both looked at you, horrified.
"It's not what it looks like!" Peter squeaked. He looked at Ned desperately.
Ned slipped the mask off his head and nodded quickly. "He's right. This is just a misunderstanding."
"Big misunderstanding," Peter confirmed. Ned was Spider-man? That couldn't have been right. He was a completely different build from the Spider-man in the video you saw. Without another word you closed their door and went to find May. Surely she would know something about this. Peter ran out of his room and stepped in front of you. "Wait, it's just a costume."
You nodded sarcastically. "Oh yeah, that makes perfect sense," you said. "You were trying to keep me out of your room, because you didn't want me to know you had a costume." You raised your brow as you waited for him to respond.
"Yes?" Peter said. Ned walked out of the room with the mask in hand. "Dude!" Peter yelled as he snatched it from Ned, and threw it back into his room. "Can we talk in my room?" You looked him in the eyes, and saw that he was legitimately worried. You slowly walked back into his room, and they followed shutting the door behind them.
"It's fine, Peter." Ned said. "We should tell her the truth."
Peter shook his head and kept mouthing "no" to his friend.
"Yes," Ned turned to you. "It's a souvenir from the Stark Internship." Did you hear him right? The "Stark internship"? You bit your tongue as you held back a laugh.
"Yes!" Peter said picking up his act. "You know, everyone who was part of the Stark Internship they, uh, they all got a fake Spider-man mask. T-thats how I got it."
"The Stark Internship." you repeated. They both nodded. "Ok, here's the problem. I know you're lying; and I don't care that you're Spider-man, Ned, I just care that the secret of Spider-man is in the hand of the two worst liars in the world."
"Ned's not Spider-man. I was just letting him try on the mask," Peter explained.
"So, you're Spider-man," you said to Peter.
"No, I got that from the Stark Internship--"
"No, you didn't, Peter."
"I did. I swear." he said in all seriousness.
Ok, now this was just getting sad. You figured you should tell him the truth before he got too desperate to make you believe him. "Peter, there's no such thing as the Stark Internship."
"There is! I applied to it--"
"There's no such thing as the Stark Internship--"
"How do you know? Have you--"
"Because I'm Tony Stark's daughter!" Everyone went silent.
Peter stared at you with wide eyes. "You're Y/N Stark..."
"Yeah, and you're Spider-man." you answered.
"Mr. Stark told you?" he asked.
You laughed. "No, you're just really obvious. Plus, your wi-fi password is my dad's original name for his computer system."
"Mr. Stark set that up for us so the internet was more secure," Peter said.
You looked over at Ned who had been quiet for a while. "How did you find out?"
"I saw him crawling on the ceiling," Ned said with a smile.
Your attention whipped back to Peter. "You can crawl on the ceiling?" you asked excitedly.
"Shhh!" Peter looked at the door anxiously. "Listen I know you think it's really obvious that I'm Spider-man, but my aunt doesn't know so please don't tell her." You couldn't imagine May not knowing, but you promised not to tell and Peter sighed in relief.
Ned looked at you jokingly. "I wouldn't get too excited; I was asking him earlier today, and he can't do anything cool, like spit venom or lay eggs."
Peter opened his mouth to defend himself, but his faced dropped before he could get a word out. "The tracker!" he whispered.
"What tracker?" you queried.
"I put a tracker on this guy who's selling dangerous weapons," Peter explained.
"We've tracked him as far as Maryland, but we can't get there," Ned added. He turned to Peter. "Sorry, Peter."
"No, there's gotta be a way to get there in time," Peter said as he paced the room.
"I have lots of contacts, if you can pack up and leave," you offered.
"Awesome," Ned whispered, but Peter shook his head.
"No, May would never let me go...unless..." Peter looked over at the wall where a poster for the school's decathlon hung. "Maryland isn't too far from DC."
The next day you, Ned, and Peter stood outside a decathlon bus that was headed for DC. You were surprised they let you there at all since you hadn't been studying with them, but they tested you, you answered correctly so there you were. Of course you were only a backup, but it didn't matter. You just needed a ride.
You all boarded the bus and found seats as far back as they would allow. Now it was just a waiting game. They set up a review for everyone to do, but you and Peter were mostly talking to each other.
"You know," Peter was saying. "The Decathlon is actually pretty fun when you're not using it to track down bad guys." "Are you kidding?" You laughed. "I can do school anytime, but I never get to do anything like this."
Peter turned in his seat toward you. "But you're Y/N Stark. I mean you probably know the rest of Avengers or something."
You sighed. "Yeah, but knowing the Avengers and working with them are two different things," you said as you brushed your hair behind your ear. "The most action I've seen is my dad testing his suits. It's embarrassing."
"No, no, even that's cool!" Peter assured you. "I mean I'm just a neighborhood Spider-man, you know? Well I did steal Captain America's shield once; that was pretty awesome, but I mostly stay in Queens."
"Still bigger than a basement," you mumbled. "It's cool that you look after your town though. The Avengers are so caught up with the big threats, they forget about the little things."
"Yeah, I mean the only other person, besides you and Ned, who knows about the guys we're tracking is Mr. Stark," Peter said.
"If my dad knows about this, and finds out that I'm headed straight for it, I'm in big trouble," You said almost to yourself. Your thoughts were interrupted when Peter's phone rang.
"I gotta take this," he said and excused himself further back in the bus.
While he was gone, you thought about what you had said earlier. You were taking a big risk following Peter to DC. Your dad always made sure you were far away from danger, and if he found out that you were waltzing right toward men armed with lethal, alien tech, you might as well kiss Midtown High goodbye. A few days ago you would've been happy about that, but now you weren't so sure. It was laughable how quickly you changed your mind, and for what? Different surroundings, a bit of adventure, or maybe a boy you couldn't stop thinking about who was right there with you from your first day. He couldn't even hear you and you were blushing. You looked out the window hoping to take your mind off your warm cheeks. All you were saying was, maybe going to Midtown High could be for the better.
Peter started walking back to you, while stuffing his phone in his pocket. "That was Happy Hogan," he explained to you and Ned. "There's a tracker in my suit, and who knows what they'll do if they see that I'm in Maryland instead of DC."
You opened your mouth to say something, but your phone rang before you got the chance. You looked at the others worriedly and showed them the caller ID. "Happy Hogan," you said.
"No way," Ned whispered. This time it was your turn to step to the back of the bus.
"Yeah?" you said as casually as you could.
"I just got a notification here that you left New York?" Happy said.
"Yes, it's for the decathlon at school," you started. "But, Happy, why and how are you tracking me?"
You heard him snort out a breath. "Are you kidding? You're swimming in your dad's technology how could I not track you," he replied.
"Ok...but still, tracking me is wrong and just plain--"
"Did you say it was for the decathlon?" Happy interrupted.
You bit your tongue before responding. "Yes."
"Your dad didn't sign you up for that."
"Well, I don't need him to sign me up for everything I'm going to be doing," you said. "Get off my back...and my computer...and my phone." You hung up and hurried back to where you were sitting.
"What's wrong?" Peter asked. You started rummaging through your bags for every piece of online electronic you had with you.
"My dad's tracking me too," you explained. You quickly and thoroughly shut down each device you had found. "I'll just have to be gadget free for a while."
You spent the rest of the bus ride talking, answering review questions, or thinking to yourselves. Despite the feeling that someone was watching your every move, it was actually enjoyable. When you made it to Washington DC, you didn't exactly have time to stretch. The three of you went to Peter and Ned's hotel room and immediately started working on the tracker in Peter's suit.
"I don't know exactly where the tracker would be, but from what I remember it's around here," you said as you circled a part of the suit.
"Right ok, so, how do we open it up?" Peter asked. You all stared at the suit, hoping it would magically open. No such luck.
After half an hour of trying to open the suit without ruining it, you located the wiring, and successfully removed it from the suit. In the process, however, Ned had also found a system called "Training wheels protocol" that was blocking the suits abilities. It took some convincing, but Ned disabled it and soon you were ready to be on your way.
"Ok, I gotta go," Peter said as he zipped his coat up over his suit.
"What do you mean you have to go," you questioned. "We have to go. I'm coming too."
"What? No, you need to stay here," Peter insisted. "Mr. Stark wouldn't want you to come with me."
"'Mr. Stark' wouldn't want you to go at all. There's no reason for me to stay here."
"There's no reason for you to go either. It just puts you in danger."
"I'm sick and tired of everyone trying to keep me out of danger! I want to help!"
"Guys!" Ned interrupted. "We aren't getting anywhere standing around arguing."
"I agree," You said. "Let's go, Peter."
"Y/N," Peter stood in front of you and looked at you pleadingly. "I know what it's like to want to help, but if something happened to you, I couldn't live with that. Not only because Mr. Stark would probably kill me," he added with a chuckle "But also because I don't want anything to happen to my friends. Please stay here with Ned."
After a moment of looking into his eyes you folded. "Fine," you breathed.
Peter sighed in relief. "Thank you! I'll be back soon!" he yelled before jumping out the door. Ned tried to talk to you, but you weren't in the mood. You gathered your things, said goodnight to Ned, and went to your room. Hopefully Peter would still be alive by morning.
***
"I'm so stupid! I should've gone with him!," you grumbled as you and Ned your anxiously waited for the decathlon to start. "Peter should have been here by now."
"I know," Ned agreed. "It would be so not cool if he died last night.
You raised your brow. "No kidding." The decathlon was about to start and one of your teachers tried to get you to replace him. You got out of it by lying that you were sick, but now your stomach was housing a kaleidoscope of butterflies that made it less of a lie. What if something had happened to Peter? For all you knew he could be dead in an alley, and it would be your fault for not going with him.
The decathlon started and ended before you knew it. Ned told you that their team had won, but there was still no sign of Peter. Your whole group was heading towards the Washington Monument to celebrate, and you made your way over to Ned.
"How is Peter going to know where we are?" you whispered.
"Oh," Ned said as he reached in his pocket. "I'll send him a text." You stared at the phone in his hand and then at him.
"You could've called him the whole time?" you said through gritted teeth.
"Oh yeeaah," Ned replied.
You snatched the phone away from him, but right before you could dial anything Peter called.
You answered as quickly as you could. "Peter?" you said.
"Y/N?" Peter sounded out of breath and you heard wind rushing by the phone. "Please give the phone to Ned, it's an emergency!"
"What happened?" you asked worriedly.
"I'll explain everything later, just give the phone to Ned!"
You grudgingly gave the phone to Ned, who was passing by the security search in the monument. You tried to hear what he was saying put you were pushed back as the students formed a single file line. When you made it by security you met up with Ned, but he wasn't on the phone.
"What did he say?" you questioned.
"He was just worried I forgot something at the room," Ned answered.
"He said it was an emergency," you said.
Ned shrugged. "He hung up after the security sweep. Listen I'm sure he's fine. He's at least alive. Let's just enjoy the tour." Ned walked off leaving you anxious and confused.
The same teacher who had tried to make you take Peter's place walked up to you. "Feeling better?"
You angrily grabbed your stuff off the security conveyor. "Hardly." You followed Ned into the elevator with the rest of the students.
The slow incline of the elevator made you more worried the higher you went. You fidgeted and tried to listen to the tour guide, but your mind was somewhere else. You just couldn't help but feel that something was wrong. Unfortunately, you discovered your suspicions were correct when a laser-like light  penetrated through Ned's backpack and the elevator ceiling causing severe damage to the shaft. You looked in horror at Ned who immediately dropped his backpack on the ground. After a moment of silence, the tour guide tried to assure you that you would all be fine, but it didn't take a genius to know that wasn't true. The students around you were in panic, and frankly, you were too. Your mind was so focused on Peter that you couldn't think about your situation until it was life or death, and now you were freaking out.
Some security guards had come to get as many people out as possible, but you could feel the elevator shifting every time someone moved. You felt like you couldn't breath, as you watched each student carefully make their way out. The elevator was emptying and your breath slowly came back to you. It was Ned's turn to leave, but before he could even make it through the hatch the elevator plummeted.
Everything that happened was a blur. You remember the the feeling of falling, and the screams of the other students, but you were just petrified. You didn't scream, and you didn't dare move. You shivered thinking about it again. You now stood safely on the ground looking up at the Washington Monument. Peter was there. It only just hit you. The reason everyone had made it out alive was because Peter had caught the falling elevator long enough to get everyone out.  You looked around, but you didn't see him anywhere. However, as you were looking for Peter, you did see someone else walking toward you; and as he got closer you realized exactly who it was. Tony Stark: your dad.

How to Mend a Heart (HBH Part 2) || p.p
Summary: In which you learns how to move on from someone who meant so much to you
 Words: 1913
Warnings: sad, angst, you know, the usual
Comments: I KNOW THIS IS SO LATE BUT I WAS SOOO BUSY BUT HERE IT IS, I HOPE IT’S NOT A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. I also want to thank you for all the support you’ve all given me on the first part. It mean so much to me and I couldn’t be more thankful. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU
Part 1
************
Step One: Understand you can’t turn back time
He doesn’t know how to feel.
He’s been alone in the dark for months, staring at a picture of black and red; of gray promises and empty words that still echoed through your head. Taunting you, taunting him until you were both trapped in the cage he made. It stains his eyelids, presses against his neck, cuts out his words and thoughts until they’re laying limp in his hands.
He’s suffocating, dying, disappearing into nothing but smokey whisps with your lips still on his and your skin still leaving goosebumps everywhere. You’re everywhere he goes, everywhere he turns.
It was just supposed to be a game. It was supposed to be done.
He can’t help but think it was never-ending, watching his own heart die in his hands.
~~
You haven’t been the same.
You still remember his touch, you still remember his goddamn skin; every bump you’d run your fingers over, lips ghosting over his, eyes shut as you both drown in each other’s presence.
You had to remember it was all a game. Some kind of sick mission he calculated his brain. You were an equation, a problem that he had to solve before the time ran out and you’d rip his throat out if it didn’t hurt so much thinking about it.
You didn’t want to remember. You didn’t want to dive into what you felt for this - this bastard. You want to take it all back, you want to take back the screams that left your throat hoarse and dry. You could feel his presence inside your stomach, twisting, breaking, scratching at your skin - let me out, let me out.
You wanted to turn back time, you wanted to leave this body that he somehow stained with his blood - your blood - you wanted to rip yourself apart and put yourself back together just so he wouldn’t recognize you. Just so maybe, maybe you wouldn’t recognize him either because your brain would be so numb - so dead - that you couldn’t understand the blurring shapes in front of you.
You wanted out. You wanted to leave your mind just as easily as he left your life.
You learned soon enough that the body he consumed couldn’t go back. That you couldn’t erase the past.
Step Two: Realize it wasn’t your fault
He thinks he understands now.
He sees it in his eyes, your eyes. His skin is grey, ripping apart, mouth tipped up into a smirk that twisted his words black and spat poison into your veins. He sees his teeth, razor sharp, hands clawing for your skin. He sees his reflection crawling towards him, screaming, screeching, smiling.
Looks like the little prince isn’t so safe now.
He pulls at his hair, slamming his body against the wall and falling to his knees. No, I didn’t mean to. No, I didn’t want this, I didn’t want this.
He sees the monster he’s become, feeling it curve against his spine, whispering into his ear.
What kind of prince eats girls hearts for dinner?
~~
You’ve seen his gaze linger on you.
He’s there at every corner, every sidewalk, every goddamn cafe and you’re not sure if he’s following you or if it’s your imagination, but you turn back all the same. Your heart still screams, loud, uncontrolled in your head, eyes squeezing shut just to find peace in the darkness that consumes your dreams every night.
Was it my fault?
Was it my fault for loving him?
Was it my fault for never running?
Was it my fault for staying?
You fight against your thoughts, staring straight at the image of a girl who’s eyes were dark, unreflecting. You didn’t recognize yourself – no, not anymore.
He ruined you. He broke you. He controlled you like one of his fucking game consoles, tossing you aside just as a new one was plastered against news ads and tv screens.
He did this.
He was the one who played you; he’s the one who broke your heart.
He’s the one who’s going to pay for it.
Step Three: Have forgiveness, never weakness
“Peter… did you ever say sorry?”
His eyelids lift up to the voice, disheveled hair covering his face. His eyes go wide for just a second, watching as a concerned Ned stares down at him. He hasn’t talked to him since sophomore year. Since he found girl’s hearts more fun to play with than a fucking lego death star; since Ned didn’t feed his hunger to play and toy with people who didn’t deserve it.
“What?” He manages to keep his voice steady, standing to his feet and eyeing the shorter boy with as much vile as he could muster.
Ned didn’t falter under his gaze, only watching as the pain swam alone in Peter’s eyes, glowing red from yet another day he drowned himself in his reflection.
The prince isn’t so handsome now.
“You didn’t even bother to apologize, even after all the shit you did to her. You’re a fucking asshole, Peter. At least find it in your fucking, goddamn self-loathing brain to say sorry. No one’s worried about how you’re feeling. You don’t deserve that; only she does.”
His words stick onto Peter’s skin like smoke, lingering up into his nostrils and dying him in a smell he couldn’t get rid of. How was he supposed to apologize? How was he supposed to face you.
You would laugh, venom lacing you voice and grabbing him by the collar, close enough that his nose touched yours. Why are you so scared to face your mess, Parker?
He knew it was true. He knew he didn’t need to feel bad. He did this to you, not vice versa. He let you swallow him whole, delving in his touch - his love - what remorse should he have if only for the victory he grabbed away from an unsuspecting girl.
Oh, but that girl took something much more important, much more vulnerable. He doesn’t know if he wants it back or not.
Is this what comes with the price of falling in love?
~~
He’s on your doorstep for the second time in the last five months.
He doesn’t look the same. The first time you saw him, your eyes glowed red, your heart ached watching the boy you once loved smirk down at you, no hint of pain or guilt painting his skin. But this time - this time you don’t recognize the boy in front of you.
His hair is longer, messier, shadowing over his dark eyes. I remember those eyes, I remember him.
But you don’t. Because you see his lip quiver under your gaze, his body scrunching up from your presence being so close. So close to touch, so close to feel, so close to -
“P-Peter?”
You try to shield your eyes, clamping your mouth shut and moving your body away, knowing the last time you said his name like that you were vulnerable. You were disregarded, casted away. The last time you said his name like that, was the last time you loved him.
He doesn’t know what to say now and neither do you. You try to focus your vision, not able to look past this feeble boy that resembles one of a dark demon. You can’t forget the hunger in his eyes, the lips that were attached to another with no regard for your body watching from only a mere few feet away.
Part of you knows you don’t love you the boy sat stood in front of you anymore.
Another knows you hate him.
“I’m sorry. I hurt you and I’m an asshole and I don’t deserve your forgiveness, but please. I’m sorry for hurting you. I’m sorry for taking your heart away from you.”
You want to laugh. You want to hurl your fists into his chest, to slam them against his skin till he too dies like you were  - like you are. You want to scream - you don’t get to feel sorry - you want to slam the door, you want to kick him, hurt him. You want to let the anger still flowing in your blood to burst out and stain him like he did you.
But -
But something stopped you. Maybe it was your conscience, maybe it was your heart, maybe it was the universe telling you he wasn’t worth it. Whatever it was, you couldn’t bring yourself to break him.
You were a human. And, despite what you believed, somewhere under the claws and venom and shards, Peter had a heart too.
You can’t be a monster; no, not like him.
“I forgive you, Peter.” You don’t meet his eyes - you don’t even face him. He doesn’t get to read you anymore.
“Y-you do?”
“Yeah, I guess so.” Something in you wills your body to face his, looking up into the tears that now stained his skin. “But… but you can’t come back here. You can’t come back into my life, for both of our sakes. You’re still fucking poison to me Peter, and it seems to yourself too. You can’t just do this. You can’t just hurt girls like it’s some kind of reward for you. I forgive you, I do. Just do us both a favour and never come back here the same boy.”
You shut the door before he can say anything else.
Step Four: Understand not everything lasts, but everything does mend itself eventually
Peter couldn’t sleep after that. He was too caught up in his thoughts, too caught up in you, too caught up in the monster that he saw in the mirror. It was still screeching, grinning, watching the boy in the blue sweater stain himself in tears.
Peter changed that day.
He promised himself, promised you he wouldn’t come back the same boy. He had no taste for girl’s hearts; to feel their hearts beating against his, to see their eyes fall when he showed up with another poison in his grasp. He promised he wouldn’t step foot onto your doorstep thereafter.
He would change.
But he knew you’d always see him as the monster who was back for a meal; and he couldn’t do that to you.
Not to the only girl he ever loved.
~~
The night Peter showed up at your doorstep was the last you heard from him.
He didn’t come back; he didn’t call or text or talk. He simply disappeared, no trace of where he was, where he’d been, where’d he’d go. You supposed it was for the best - you knew you couldn’t have someone so toxic and manipulative in your life. His voice was still in your head, but your whole body fought against the words engraved into your skull. He was still there, but you got rid of him with your own voice.
With your own happiness.
So maybe you were still heartbroken. Maybe he took apart of you when he left - maybe you both stole something from each other that left a gaping hole with nothing but thinned tissues and whispered words to fill them. It was a lesson in the end.
You were meant to love the wrong boy.
And he was meant to break the right girl.
Love surely doesn’t take, but it sure does give. Grieving and heartbreak and affection and adortion. It was a package of surprises, and you don’t know if you want to give it back.
Because, sure you were heartbroken.
But you won’t always be.

Deep Red and Crimson [Peter Parker x Reader Soulmate AU] (Please read A/N)
Hey guys! This is something I had in mind for a long time but couldn’t done it because I didn’t have real plot….
Anyway, this is stupid beyond your imagination. I warned ya!!
This is a Soulmate AU where people know they have one but can’t identify them.
Some people are born with special ability to see it (red strings tied at the pinky finger) and help others to find their soulmate. These people can see one’s soulmate by touching it and if they are willing to, they can cut it and connect it with someone else’s, using a specific scissor.
Reader is someone born with this ability and just transferred to Midtown High school
Tumblr media
-
[Name] closed her locker of her new school. She sighed, hoping she could survive this year. She turned around after taking a deep breath and she saw them. Red strings flying around everywhere, all tied to someone’s pinky finger. Some couples were walking by, threads not connected to each other. She sighed. She could see it already, breaking up, getting hurt, what was the point? She tried her best not to touch them as she hurried off to her class.
She told herself to keep her mouth shut this year. She had suffered enough because of this ability so she kept on telling herself to shut her mouth. She raised her hand to check her own pinky finger. Still none. She had this ability since she was born but never was she able to see her thread. She wondered whether it was because her soulmate wasn’t born yet or dead but she learned that when soulmate die it goes transparent from her father’s death.
She entered her first period and sat at the very back of the class, not trying to draw any attention. Luckily for her, no one did. Except for the last person who came into class and had no choice but to sit next to her.
“Hey, I haven’t seen you around before. What’s your name?” he asked.
She eyed the thread tied on his finger, wondering where it was going, “Uh, [Name]. [Name] [Last Name].”
“Nice to meet you, I’m Ned. Ned Leeds.” He said with goofy smile and offered to show her around school. Inside she wanted to decline, not wanting to have this kind kid into this mess.
“Thank you.” She said in the end, part of her who wanted friend won.
“Great! I will introduce you to my friend. He’s a nice guy.”
And she met Peter Parker for the first time in her life, at lunch. He seemed nice enough.
“Hi, I’m Peter Parker. Nice to meet you.” He beamed when he saw [Name]. She smiled back at him and sat between the two boys. Peter was beautiful. He had soft brown hair she wanted to touch, warm brown eyes, fair skin, and quiet muscular as well. She had to tell herself not to think of actually having a chance with him. Still, he was attractive.
They told her about the school, who to be careful, which teacher was good or bad and lots of other things that probably everyone at Midtown knew. She tried to pay attention to them but her eyes kept went to Peter’s finger. The color was different than other’s thread. Normally there were deep red –like the color of blood- thread tied, like Ned’s, but Peter’s was crimson. She’d never seen that color before. So bizarre and beautiful. Her mouth tickled, wanting to ask Peter about his soulmate but she kept her mouth shut.
“Hey, [Name]. Why did you move here? I’m not saying that this is a bad place but just wondering why would someone come here during the middle of semester.” Peter asked.
She won’t tell them the truth, “Uh my mother had to move because of her job.” That was the best thing she could thought up.
“Oh. You must miss your old friends.”
“Yeah…” She faked a smile and tried her best to befriend them.
And they were probably the best friends she had ever made. She became part of their life; eating lunch together, doing homework together, sometimes spending time at Ned’s or Peter’s to watch movie, play video games and occasional sleepovers. She loved her new life. It was like a dream she never wanted to wake up from. She kept telling herself try not to see the thread. Especially Peter’s. As much as it was tempting to see it, she shouldn’t. And for a different reason.
About 2 months later, when she was arguing with Ned about Star Wars characters Peter called her.
“Hey [Name]! Can you come over here?” [Name] and Ned stood up and went to Peter, who was in her room.
She gasped, seeing what Peter was holding. It was her scissor. Scissor specifically made to cut thread of soulmates.
“That looks like something from a film based on Victorian.” Ned commented as Peter handed the scissor to Ned. And indeed it was. It was made of bronze, had wide holes –handles whatever- and very thin blades with elaborate pattern carved in. She remembered as a child she wanted it to be beautiful and it truly was.
“I…” She thought she had hidden it well. But not good enough to hide it from her friends.
“Is that yours?” Peter asked, obviously curious about it. She nodded. Inside her head was a chaos, how should she explain this to them?
“This doesn’t look like something should cut paper with.”
“It’s not for that.” [Name] said, trying to get it back from Ned, who handed it to her. She carefully covered the scissor with silk cloth and put it back in the drawer.
“[Name], are you hiding something from us?” Peter asked. He didn’t look mad, just worried. And she was glad for that.
“C’mon, we are your friends. If you have anything in your mind, just tell us man.” Ned said. [Name] didn’t know what to say as she sat on the floor, looking up at her friends.
“This, this is a secret. You will not tell anyone about this. Can you promise me that?” she felt her body shaking as they said ‘yes’ in unison.
“You know about soulmates.”
“Yeah of course.”
“And there are few people who can identify them.”
Both boys nodded. And Ned gasped. Peter blinked and his eyes widened as well.
“You- you can do that?” Peter asked. [Name] nodded, burying her face into her knees.
“That is so cool! Why didn’t you tell us?” Ned asked.
“I, I got into trouble because of that before moving here.” She said, not looking up.
“What trouble?”
“People asked me to identify their soulmates and change them, things like that. Back then I liked getting attention… I shouldn’t have messed with fate but I did and one of my classmates, no more than that paid a price. I didn’t want to do that anymore but people demanded to do it. I, I ran away. I had to.” She said.
“What happened to them?” Ned asked after a gulp.
“Their threads turned transparent. That means their soulmates are gone.” She closed her eyes tightly and added, “And one of those soulmates was my classmate.”
The boys were silent. Her eyes stung as she looked up. Peter was right in front of her.
“You know what? I have a secret too.” He whispered. Ned sat next to him.
Peter reached out for his backpack and showed [Name] what was in the bag, Spiderman suit. [Name] blinked, not knowing what was going on. She just stared at the suit and then Peter, then the suit, then at Peter.
“You….!”
“Yeah, I’m Spiderman. [Name], you are like me. We both have abilities, we can use this to help people out but if we don’t use them in right way, we can hurt others. [Name], you may have used them in wrong way in the past but now you can use them for better.” Peter’s kind voice was like a hot spring water that made her relax. But.
“But you are different Peter. You are a hero! I’m not. I honestly don’t see the point of this ability. All they do is to block my view during class or sometimes see things I don’t want to. And they also got me and my old classmates into mess.” She looked like she was almost going to cry.
Peter hugged her. “Shh… It’s okay. It is….” Ned sat down next to her and comforted her as well. After a while she calmed down and they all promised to keep the secret.
“So am I the only one not to have a super power or a secret?” Ned asked, jokingly.
“Ned, you are so lucky to be normal.” [Name] said with a smile.
“And I was wondering….”
“Then can you see your soulmate?”
“Ned!”
“Sorry, I was just curious. I mean, don’t you want to see yours Peter?”
Then Ned gasped, “Maybe you already know!”
[Name] shook her head and hands, “No! I try really hard not to touch the thread.” She promised.
“Oh. Well you have my permission to see mine.” Ned looked pretty excited. She rolled her eyes.
“Look, we just went over the fact that I don’t want to do this and-“
“I’m not asking you to manipulate it. Just want to see what my soulmate’s doing, that’s all.”
[Name] glanced at Peter who seemed interested in it as well. [Name] sighed, wiped off her tears and grabbed Ned’s left pinky. A blurry vision appeared in her head. She concentrated hard.
“She’s just a student. I expect you will meet her during college? I think. 80% sure.” She said letting go of his hand. Ned looked pretty excited about this.
“Um, can you check mine?” Peter asked, holding out his hand. [Name] hesitated. She didn’t want to see his soulmate. But seeing excited look on his face, she couldn’t decline it. She reached out for his hand and grabbed it. She closed her eyes, concentrating hard but nothing. That was strange. She tried it again, this time slower. Like riding a train along the thread, to the other end. But still it was like something blocked her path.
“[Name]?”
She let go of him. “I’m sorry Peter. I couldn’t see.” One way, she was glad she couldn’t. One way she felt bad seeing disappointment on his face.
“Oh… that’s a shame… She, or he’s not dead, right?”
“Of course they are not dead. Your thread is…” She looked at the extraordinary color of crimson, “still red.”
Peter sighed in relief. [Name] smiled as well, unknown jealousy crawling inside her heart.
“So… We are not going to talk about this anymore, okay?” Ned nodded but Peter raised his hand as if to ask a question.
“What?”
“I want to know if you have seen your soulmate before.”
[Name] bit her lips. Glanced at her finger but still couldn’t see anything. She shrugged.
“I can’t see my thread. I’ve never seen my own.” She sighed. Peter stared at her. His eyes were twinkling.
“Peter? Is something wrong?” Ned asked.
“What? No. Nothing. It’s nothing.” Even though he said that [Name] could still see excitement and twinkling in his eyes.
Sharing their secrets made Peter and [Name] even closer. [Name] found herself spending more time with Peter than before. She liked hanging out with him and he made her comfortable.
“Are you going out with Peter?” The question her mother asked during a weekend made her flinch.
“No. What do you mean?”
“Well you seem to like him. And I found you two alone many times so I suspected that you were dating him?” Her mother closed the newspaper she was reading and raised her brow.
“Am I wrong?”
“Yes! I don’t even like him that way. That’s crazy! Me and Peter dating?” [Name] sat down on the couch across her mother.
“What’s wrong with him?”
“No. Nothing’s wrong with Peter. It’s just that I’ve seen so many people dating who aren’t their soulmates. I know they will break up eventually. Why break a sweat? I don’t wanna get hurt.”
Her mother gave [Name] soft look.
“Honey. You know that’s not true. Yes, soulmates exist and you will meet them someday but there’s nothing wrong with meeting other person. You just build up new relationships.”
[Name] listened. “But… Yes I understand but I don’t like Peter that way.”
Her mother smiled, “Are you sure?”
And that had been bothering her for the whole weekend. When she went to school Monday, she felt nervous, butterflies in her stomach. She was walking carefully not to be seen by Peter or Ned.
“[Name]!” she shrieked and turned around to see her best friends standing there.
“Sorry. Did we scare you?” Peter asked. [Name] didn’t answer, just stared at his face.
“[Name]?”
She came back to Earth. “Oh um, I’m sorry.” She turned around and ran to the girl’s bathroom went to see the mirror. She was blushing. Half from running, half from…. She was breathing heavily and hearts were pounding fast.
Peter’s face was filling her head along with her mother’s words.
‘Are you sure?’
“Yes.” She whispered to herself. And that was what she wanted to believe.
‘Are you sure?’
“Yes!” she closed her eyes but she couldn’t think of anything else and her answer was like a dagger stabbing herself.
‘Are you sure?’
She opened her eyes, stared into the mirror. She looked miserable. She didn’t feel well either. She had two beliefs before coming to Midtown. One; her ability was a disaster. That was proven wrong by Peter. Two; dating someone other than your soulmate is a waste of time. And that, that was….
“No.” she admitted. Emotions weren’t something she could control. She looked down, eyes closed to hold back the tears and when she opened her eyes she gasped. Something was shining on her left pinky and soon created a long long crimson thread. It flew out the bathroom door. She followed it out and bumped into someone.
“[Name]? Are you okay?” It was Peter. His eyes widened as he saw tears in her eyes. He raised his hand to touch her face and she saw it. Her thread looping its way to Peter’s finger. She stared at it for a moment and hugged him.
“[Name]….?” He asked as he hugged back. She sobbed silently, feeling relieved that she would never ever lose this feeling.

Petey!
Request/Prompt: Peter is interrupted on a fieldtrip to Stark Towers, and some interesting revelations come to light.
Warnings: bullying   (I will always try and tag as many warnings as I can think of for each writing, if you read through and find something that I haven’t listed which may be a trigger for someone please send me an ask or message me so that I can add it to this list, thanks!)
Pairings: N/A
Fandom: mcu
Words: 1,416
A/N: This is just a little something that’s been niggling at my brain recently and I really needed to get it out! Please keep in mind that this is AU, it takes place after endgame, Tony is alive and well (as he should be). Peter had been adopted by the Starks after Aunt May died in a car accident.
REQUEST A ONESHOT
“PETEY!”
Peter stopped in his tracks and waited for the inevitable, opening his arms, preparing himself for the impact. As expected a small blur of brunette rammed into him, squeezing tight as she jumped to wrap her arms around his neck, giggling when he lifted her and her feet left the floor.
“Woah you almost knocked me over this time squirt,”
“I’ll try better next time,” came the cheeky reply he was expecting.
“Who’s that Penis? Your girlfriend?” Flash snickered,
“Flash,” Peter hissed in warning,
“Ewww, that’s icky.”
“Yeah, it is, just ignore him squirt,” Peter replied, ruffling her hair as she wriggled free and glared at Flash, her arms crossed and hip cocked. Flash stood, his eyes darting round, uncomfortable at the glare this little girl was giving him.
“Will you stop looking at me like that,”
Her glare only intensified, an eyebrow now raised as if to say ‘who do you think you are?’.
“Seriously stop! Who even are you?” Flash exclaimed, hands gesturing in annoyance.
“I’m Morgan Stark,”
“M - Mor - Morgan Stark?” Flash exclaimed, mouth agape as he looked between Morgan and Peter, “bu - but how do you know Penis Parker then?”
Morgans’ face scrunched into a ball, eyes narrowing as she practically screamed, “he’s my brother you stupid, and stop calling him names or I’ll tell daddy on you!”
“B - Brother?”
“Morgan, I think it’s time we got you back to dad,” Peter whispered, grabbing her hand and trying to tug her away, desperate to escape the situation he’d just found himself in.
“No! I want daddy to tell him off!” Morgan cried, pointing her chubby index finger in Flashs’ face.
Peter tried not to show how smug he was when Flashs’ face paled and eyes widened. He tried not to grin as Flashs’ mouth hang agape. He tried not to turn around when he noticed Flash wasn’t looking at Morgan anymore, he was looking at a point past his shoulder.
“Who do I need to tell off Princess? You let me know and I’ll sort it out.”
Peter whipped round instantly, letting go of Morgans’ hand in the meantime, allowing her the chance to run past Peter. Before Peter could even comprehend what was going on, Morgan had wrapped herself around their dads legs and was pointing once again at Flash.
“He’s being mean to Petey!”
“Dad, I - “ Peter stammered, unaware of his choice of words, too caught up in not wanting him to know about Flashs’ bullying.
“DAD?!” Flash shrieked, echoed by a smattering of mutters from his classmates in the background.
“You been bullying my son?” Tony asked, eyebrows raised as he ignored the motions Peter was making in his direction, trying to get him to stop. No way is he going to stand there while some stupid little twerp bullies his son.
“SON? I - I,” It seemed Flash could no longer take it, shock taking over his body as it flopped to the floor in a heap.
“Oh dear, it would appear he’s fainted,” Tony remarked nonchalantly, staring down at Flash as he started to come around. “Emily, please get someone to escort him out of the building,”
“Of course Mr Stark,” replied the tour guide, instantly radioing security to come and take care of him. Nobody said a word as two security guards picked Flash up under his arms, carrying him to the elevator and out of Stark Industries, Mr Bell following behind.
Tony turned his attention to his daughter, still tucked around his legs, blowing raspberries and sticking her tongue out at Flash as he was escorted away.
“Let’s leave Peter to enjoy his school trip princess, okay?” Tony chuckled, grinning as she skipped over to give Peter a brief hug.
“Okay daddy, let’s go,” Morgan replied, already pulling Tony towards the private elevator that only family and the avengers had access to.
“Have fun son,” Tony called, sending a wink in Peters direction as him and Morgan disappeared out of view, Morgan waving the whole way up.
“Daaad!” Peter whined before the elevator closed, rubbing his face in his hands as he turned to see his whole class, expect MJ and Ned, gaping at him. He was about to address the situation but was stopped by the barrage of questions suddenly thrown in his direction.
“Did that really happen?”
“Peter is Tony Stark really your dad?”
“Why didn’t you tell us?”
“Yes, yes and because it’s none of your business,” Peter ground out, overwhelmed by the amount of attention he was getting.
“That’s so cool!”
“Uhh, thanks?” He questioned, sure he was used to this type of attention and these comments while he was spiderman, but at the moment he was Peter Parker, and Peter Parker was not ‘cool’. In his opinion at least. “Mr Harrington?”
“I - uh, yes Peter?” Mr Harrington replied, he himself rather shocked at the turn of events.
“Is it alright if I leave the trip early? Im sure my dad won’t mind and I live just a few floors up.” Peter rambled, not wanting to offend any of his classmates but really wanting to just get out of this situation. “I’m really not feeling like finishing, I know where and what everything is from this floor upwards, and I don’t want to answer anymore questions about my dad or about anything really. It’ totally okay if not, I just -”
“Of course Peter, just make sure Mr Star - uh, your dad, calls the school to let them know he ‘picked’ you up early,” Mr Harrington interrupted, allowing time for Peter to actually breath instead of rambling on.
“Thanks Mr Harrington,” sighing in relief Peter walked over to where MJ and Ned had been watching the scene go down and trying not to laugh.
“See you tomorrow Peter,” Ned chuckled, quickly initiating their secret handshake,
“Bye Ned,” Peter replied once they’d finished, before taking a step to the right and addressing MJ. “I’ll call you tonight, okay?” he whispered as he pulled her in for a hug and gave her a quick kiss on the cheek, eliciting another gasp from his classmates.
“See ya loser,” MJ called, cheeks now a tint of red as she waved him up the elevator.
Peter could not believe what had just happened, he ran his hands through his hair, a frustrated groan bouncing off the glass walls of the elevator. He retracted his hands, swinging his bad higher up onto his shoulders, as the ding of the elevator sounded.
“How’d it go underoos?” was the first question he was assaulted with as he made his way out of the elevator and into the living room.
“Daad! Did that seriously just happen?” He moaned, flopping himself down on the couch next to his dad.
“Petey!”
“Hey squirt,” Peter sighed, grunting as she jumped onto the sofa next to him, snuggling into his side.
“Did you have fun with your friends?” She asked, peering up at him through her lashes.
“I - yeah,” He answered, not wanting to explain to her what had happened, or get into the fact that it was partially her fault. Not that he’d ever tell her or make her believe she was in the wrong.
“Everyone’s going to know I’m your son in a few hours, there’s no way Flash will keep his mouth shut.” Peter whispered, as he noticed Morgan snuggling closer, eyelids fluttering closed every so often.
“It’s about time, don’t you think Pete,” Tony replied, guiding Peters head onto his shoulder, knowing that it must have been a tiring day for him.
“Yeah - I just ..”
“I can get them all to sign disclosures,” Tony admitted, trying desperately to hide the pain in his eyes. Immediately Peter jerked his head off his dad's shoulder, looking him dead in the eyes.
“No, no! I - I didn’t mean it like that, I love being your son and being a part of this family, It’s just going to be a lot, ya know?” Peter didn’t want him to think for one second that he was ashamed of being a part of this family, in fact it was everything he could’ve dreamed of.
“I know Pete, I love being your dad too you know,” Tony murmured softly, guiding Peters head back onto his shoulder and wrapping an arm round both his children.
“Thanks, love you dad,” Peter mumbled, quickly losing his battle with sleep.
“Love you too underoos.” Tony whispered, drifting off into dreamland, the two most precious things in his world wrapped in his arms.

Treated Wounds
Pair: Peter Parker x Reader
Prompt: Reader and Peter Parker are good friends so once he gets badly injured, instead of going to the hospital, he goes to her place instead.
Word Count: 1880 words (woohoo!)
A/N: I feel like there are a thousand fics like this but whatever.  I decided to join the club.  Anyways, this was fun to write so enjoy!
Tumblr media
You quickly grabbed the finished popcorn out of your microwave ignoring the fact that the popcorn was at a high temperature and slightly burning your fingertips.  You poured the popcorn into a large bowl and walked back to the living room which consisted of multiple drinks, chips along with blankets and pillows.
“Finally,” Peter said before sitting up on the couch and grabbing the remote.
“Sorry!  You know how much I like my popcorn,” you said before setting the bowl of popcorn down on the coffee table and sitting next to Peter.
After an hour, your living room was littered with crumbs, empty cans and fallen pillows due to tickle fights and continuous laughter.  You and Peter were still laughing at the latest scene before the sound of an alarm went off.  Peter immediately stopped his laughter and scrambled to find his phone that was supposedly making the noise.
After a minute or so, Peter quickly threw off the blanket covering the both of you and stood up from the couch.  “I-I gotta go, family emergency.  I’ll call you, I promise,” he said all in one breath before he grabbed his bag.
“Oh, okay,” you said, following him to the door, “I hope everything is okay,” you said with a small smile.
“I hope so too, I’ll make it up to you.  See you Y/N,” he said finally before quickly walking out the door and out of the building.
You sighed before closing the door and returning to your now empty living room.  You knew you had no right to be upset but you were.  Peter leaving halfway through your weekly movie nights or days the two of you were hanging out began to occur more often.  You knew he was acting differently as well, he seemed more distant yet more alert.  You sat down on the couch and tried to finish the rest of the movie the two of you were originally watching, however, you found your mind wander through endless thoughts of Peter, his actions, and your guys’s friendship.
You slowly began to think that maybe he didn’t want to be friends anymore, or that he didn’t like you, however, you thought that was impossible.  Peter would have told you, right?  Once the movie had ended, you turned off the TV and began cleaning up the leftover crumbs and snacks.  Once the living room appeared to your liking, you grabbed the blanket left on the couch, wrapped it around yourself, and proceeded to your bedroom.
You walked into your room and turned on the light and as you did so, you saw Spider-Man outside leaning against your window.  You stared at the vigilante that was outside and noticed that he was severely injured.  You quickly dropped the blanket wrapped around your shoulders and ran to your window.  You immediately opened it and helped the injured vigilante inside your room and onto your desk chair.
“Sorry,” you heard Spider-Man say quietly, referring to the drops of blood that was now on the floor.
“Oh don’t worry about that, why did you come here!?” you exclaimed, “wait, never mind that, you’re hurt.”
You hastily grabbed the nearest piece of clothing which so happened to be on the floor and placed it on his gaping wound located on his torso.
“Keep that there, I will be right back,” you said before running to your bathroom and grabbing your first aid kit that had all the necessary supplies since both of your parents were doctors.
You quickly ran back to the injured hero in your room and placed a towel on the floor before motioning him to lie down.  “You’re insane,” you said quietly before proceeding to clean his wound.
“You’re not the first person to tell me that,” he replied.
You froze, his voice, it sounded so familiar, just like Peter’s.  You shook your head thinking to yourself, there’s no way, before going back to care for his wound.
“In order for me to really see what I am dealing with, I have to ask you to take off your suit.  Unless you want me to cut it open,” you said taking out a pair of scissors from your kit.
“It’s fine, I got it,” he said before slowly sitting up.
You watched as the hero in front of you took off the top portion of his suit, revealing his toned muscles and abs, along with his gaping wound.  You watched as each of his muscles tensed as he laid back down.  Although he kept his mask on, you could tell he was clearly in pain.  You snapped out of your thoughts and reached for a clean towel and hydrogen peroxide.
“This is going to hurt but it’s the only way your wound won’t get infected.  Here, squeeze my hand,” you said, soaking the towel with the liquid.
He nodded before grabbing your left hand and waited for you to proceed.  You quickly pressed the towel onto his wound causing him to flinch immediately, clutching your hand for dear life.  You felt awful knowing that he was in so much pain but you knew this was the only way to keep him alive.  Once you successfully cleaned the wound, you lifted the dirtied towel and placed it in the trash bag next to you.  You felt his grasp around your hand loosen before you examined the wound once again.
“I am going to have to stitch it up,” you said quietly, grabbing the necessary supplies.
The boy before you nodded slightly as you began stitching up his wound.  You watched him tense as the needle went through his skin.  “I am sorry I don’t have anything to take away the pain,” you said quietly.
“It’s all right, I will be fine,” he replied.
You finished stitching him up and wrapped some gauze around his treated wound before cleaning up your surroundings.  Once you were finished doing so, you helped him onto your bed into a more comfortable position.
“I will be right back,” you mumbled before leaving your room.
You quickly grabbed a glass of water and a granola bar from the kitchen and headed back to your room.
“Y/N?” you heard your parent ask.
“Shit,” you mumbled to yourself, “Yeah?”
“Are you okay?  I saw that the first aid kit wasn’t in the bathroom,” they replied.
“I am fine, I just-I just uh-cut myself when I was shaving,” you stuttered.
“Oh all right, just be careful okay?”
“Will do!” your replied back before returning to your room.
Once you entered your room, you placed the glass of water on your nightstand and took a seat next to the boy whose body was still.  You began to panic thinking to yourself that he was dead.  You slowly began to lift his mask in order to check if he was breathing.  Suddenly, the boy in front of you woke up, his hands quickly locking around your wrists refraining you from moving making you scream.
“Y/N!?” you heard your parent yell.
“I-I am fine!  I just dropped something that’s all,” you replied.
You watched as the boy in front of you started breathing heavily, loosening his grip around your wrists before mumbling a quick, “sorry.”
“It’s fine, I just wanted to make sure you were alive that’s all.  That water is all yours.  Look, I may have patched you up but I believe you have a couple of bruised ribs.  That’s something I can’t help you with so I really think you should go to the hospital,” you said with a worried tone.
“I will be fine,” he mumbled before sitting upright on your bed.
“Suit yourself,” you replied before standing up.
Suddenly, you heard an phone alarm go off, the same alarm as Peter’s.  You froze, it can’t be, you thought to yourself.  You turned around to face the boy seated on your bed before asking, “Peter?”
“Peter? Who’s Peter, I don’t know a Peter, I need to get going,” he said frantically proceeding to stand up.
As he stood up, you heard him groan in pain before you ran to his side refraining him from falling over.  “You most certainly are not going anywhere,” you scolded, leading him back to your bed.
“But I have to,” he said trying to get back up.
“No! I don’t care who you are or how important that call is or whatever but you are not going anywhere.  You are in no shape to do so!” you exclaimed.
The boy sighed in defeat before mumbling, “fine,” and resting his head on your pillow.
You sighed before sitting next to him.  “Peter, is that you?” you asked softly, looking down at your hands.
There was a moment of silence between the two of you.  Peter froze, he knew you knew but he couldn’t afford to tell you.  Not when people were out there planning on taking those he cared about.  After a couple of seconds of silence you said, “I know it’s you, is this the reason why you had to leave in the middle of our hang outs or why you were also so alert when we rode the train?”
You watched as Peter slowly nod before he proceeded to take off his mask.  You watched as his face slowly was revealed.  You sighed before replying, “Why didn’t you just tell me?  You really had me worried there, I thought you didn’t want to be my friend anymore or something.  God, don’t scare me like that!” you exclaimed before lightly slapping him on the shoulder.
“I wanted to tell you, I really did.  But I couldn’t, I couldn’t put you in danger.  You don’t know what those people can do out there.  If they found out that I care about you or that you even know who I am, who knows what would happen.  I couldn’t risk it.”
You sighed before taking his hands in yours.  “I know you’re worried okay, but don’t worry, I can take care of myself.  Besides, you shouldn’t have to keep things like this to yourself.  I am your friend Peter, I want to help you, I do.  So please, just talk to me next time okay?  It would save me all of the stress,” you said with a smile.
He nodded before saying, “Thank you.”
“No problem loser.  Okay now you get some rest, I am going to sleep on the floor,” you replied.
“Wait,” he said causing you to turn to him.
You felt yourself get pulled closer to Peter before you felt his lips touch yours.  You froze, however, once you knew what was happening, you began kissing back.  The two of you broke off the kiss, gasping for air.  “Stay with me,” he whispered,  leaning his forehead against yours.
“Okay,” you whispered back before lying next to him.
“I hate you you know,” you said as Peter reached over and turned off the light on your nightstand.
“What for?” he asked, wrapping his arm around your shoulders as your head rested on his bare chest.
“For not telling me,” you mumbled, lazily drawing patterns along his skin.
“I know, but I will make it up to you, I promise,” he replied before placing a kiss onto your forehead.
“You better,” you mumbled before Peter pulled the covers over the both of you.

The Starks (Chapter 1)
The Starks Chapter 1
 Relationships: Tony!Father x Reader!Adoptive daughter
             Peter Parker x Reader
A/N The time is currently set about 7 months prior to Captain America: Civil War. So starts before Peter got his power, since he said it has been about 6 months since he got his power in the Civil War. I’m not a huge fan of Marvel universe but I wanted to write MCU version of my original story ‘Noah Sterling’ because the main character has similar personality to Tony. Hope you enjoy this
Not much story in this chapter so I will upload the next soon.
-
[Name] Stark is not her real name. But that doesn't matter. She was just a normal girl, suffering through school because of bullies, suffering at the orphanage because of the director, and suffering through the never-ending nightmare that seem to torture her endlessly. That’s when her supposedly savior came.
Tony Stark never intended to have a child. Never. Children were nuisance. And with him being a world-wide famous playboy, he thought having a child would just mean having mini version of himself running through the house, which was quiet annoying even from the thought of it.. But things changed that day when he saw tuff of white hair -more than usual- and decided that he at least needed a successor to the Stark Company. And that was why he searched through the whole orphanage of New York and finally found a ‘perfect’ figure –a teenager, he would never have someone younger than 13, with brilliant mind that he expected was enough to keep the Stark Industry from dying.
When [Name] arrived at the Avengers Tower for the first time she was 15 and the first thing that greeted her was the voice of an AI, F.R.I.D.A.Y.
“Welcome to the Avengers Tower, Miss [Name]. F.R.I.D.A.Y. at your service, ma’am.” The polite voice of the system made her smile.
“Come to the elevator and I will lead you to your room.” [Name] nodded to the invisible assistant? Butler? She doubted he would like those descriptions.
[Name] carried her bag to the elevator and it went up. She didn’t have much to bring, just some of her text books, a teddy bear, and journals. After all, her new parent did tell her there’s no need of bringing clothes or anything like that. So she didn’t.
She examined her reflection in the elevator door. Certainly not an image you would want from Stark. Messy hair, dull eyes, bags under them, and the cloths. Technically didn’t seem like cloths at all. They were just rags. But not wearing a makeup made her look slightly younger than her age. Still, her cloths bothered her to some point, being automatically compared to the place she was in. She sighed but she decided long ago not to mind that. No one cared anyway.
With a bright ‘ding’ sound the elevator door opened.
“Welcome to the 72nd floor, this is where the Avengers members stay, except for the boss.”
For a moment, she couldn’t believe her eyes and just stayed there.
“Is anything wrong ma’am?”
The voice made her come back to Earth and she got off the elevator. She had never seen such an amazing apartment flat, it was gorgeous.
Starting from the elevator, there was some kind of ‘catwalk’ with two steps on the either side of it. The walk crossed the floor to the other side, dividing it in half.
“Can I take a look around?” She asked.
“Of course, ma’am.”
[Name] took a look around. On the left side of the walk was the living room. She carefully stepped down, the ‘living room’, it had square mahogany coffee table in the middle, soft rug covered the floor and two couches with very dark shade of red was next to the table. Both facing the table, one faced the catwalk and the other faced the wall.
Speaking of the wall, the wall on the side of the building was made of glass. So she could see the beautiful view of Manhattan when it becomes night time. The other wall, the one that the couch was facing, had huge television hanging on it.
[Name] stared at it for a moment and then headed to the other side.
It was kitchen she was in now. All the cabinets, sink, fridge, etc. were all in beautiful shade of burgundy with silver edges. They were covering up half of the wall and right next to the window – taking up the other half of the wall- was counter, replacing the need for dining table. There were 3 stools on the either sides of the counter in rainbow color. She smiled and stroked the top, made of marble. Next to the stool was the dining table, it wasn’t huge but it was big enough for 10 people to eat at the same time.
But both the living room and the kitchen were empty. She wondered where were the other members went.
“The other members have went to train.” F.R.I.D.A.Y. said, as if she read [Name]’s mind.
“I see.” [Name] said.
She then headed back to the catwalk and went to where it led to. The walk soon became a hallway and the light turned on itself, there numerous amount of doors on either side of the wall. The door all had different colors, the member’s signature or favorite color.
“Your room is at the end of the hallway.” F.R.I.D.A.Y. instructed.
[Name] walked down the hall which seemed to be endless until she reached the door, literally signaling the end. She opened it and for a moment she didn’t move.
The room was a giant rectangle. But it was more like a small apartment or a fancy hotel room than a teenage girl’s room. There were two doors on the wall left to the place she was standing, and one on the right. The door on the right led to a small room and except for those doors, it was just a room.
She, deciding to check the doors later, stepped in to the room in order to take a closer look, a giant bed on the corner next to the room’s wall, a drawer next to the bed with night stand on it. And a mini fridge on the other corner.
She decided to take a look around and went into the small room that was taking up 1/5 of the whole room. She thought it would be a bathroom.
It was a walk-in closet. And it seemed bigger now that she was in there. It was organized very well and were filled with clothes, shoes, accessories, bags, etc. and had a big make up table as well. Now if she was a normal teenage girl she would be squealing in excitement but unfortunately she wasn’t. She didn’t care much for the clothes. Although she appreciated very much that someone, probably Tony Stark or Ms. Potts, was very concerning about her. She appreciated it very much.
“It was Ms. Potts’ idea to make a closet this big, although boss didn’t appreciate it very much.” F.R.I.D.A.Y. said to her boss’ defense.
“I got it.” [Name] answered. Staring at the collection of the cloths. There were only few that suited her taste, she kept a note to herself to check them out later.
She walked out of the room and headed to the room across her. A bathroom. Rather big for a bathroom though. It had ivory tiles on the floor, toilet and the sink close to the door, cabinet above the sink, shower stool on the left corner and a bath tub on the right. The tub was Jacuzzi. She stroked the wall, in the color of very pale yellow, and blinked. Trying to sink in that this was her own bathroom. That she didn’t need to share it with anyone else.
“Is there anything wrong ma’am?” F.R.I.D.A.Y. asked and [Name] shook her head. She thought it would take a long time to get used to such treatment.
She then headed to the next room. Hoping it was finally something she would appreciate. And she opened the door and gasped.
It was a library.
Her own personal library.
All 4 walls were covered gigantic bookshelves of very dark shaded wood. The shelves in the wall were filled with books of all sorts of genres, well categorized. In the middle of the room there was a desk of same shade of wood, on top of it were a humongous desktop computer, and few other objects. She walked up closely to see what they were. She was excited by the fact that she had to go through other small empty bookshelves to get to the desk.
There were white brand new smartphone, a tablet PC, and a Master card. She sat on the desk, squealing in excitement.
“I’ll report to Mr. Stark that you have arrived. He just came back.” F.R.I.D.A.Y. said and it became silent.
And now she was left alone, fully alone. Her face was filled with happiness as she looked around the room. She had asked for books when Tony asked her about what she wanted to have, and now she was surrounded by them.
“I have a good taste.”
That was what Tony said, satisfied with his choice of kid.
She then spotted a post-it on the screen of the desktop. She teared it off and read it out in a whisper.
“Hope you like it sweetheart.” She grinned, grateful that he was treating her like she was a princess or something.
She was about to pick a book but she heard a ‘ding’ from outside and with slight disappointment she walked out of the room.
She spotted Tony standing in front of the elevator, looking for his daughter.
He spotted her and she walked up to him.
“So, I guess F.R.I.D.A.Y. has already gave you a tour? Did you like it? Would you like for me to rearrange it?”
[Name] quickly shook her head, “No, no. Mr. Stark, it, it’s perfect, th-thank you.”
Tony raised his brow, “Well, we might need to work on this ‘Mr. Stark’ thing. I’m your father now. Remember?”
[Name] flinched a bit. Barely noticeable.
“Should I call you Father then?”
Tony just shrugged. He would have preferred ‘Tony’ or ‘dad’ but if that's what she wanted then he would go along with it.
“Well, um Father? Thank you so much for everything.” [Name] said timidly. Tony smiled and awkwardly patted her shoulder.
“Well kiddo, it’s you and me from now on. So if you have any problem, just tell me. We are family now, got it sweetheart?”
[Name] gave a sweet smile and nodded.
Never did they know, never did they know.

Goodbye to Farewells [Peter Parker x Reader]
This is written on Peter’s point of view. And this is just a fanfiction
Warning: Bit of angst?
Based on the song: さようならへさよなら!by μ’s (via Project Love Live!)
Tumblr media
Peter remembered the color of the sky when he first met [Name]. It was a beautiful shade of orange mixed with bright blue and spread across the sky. It was few days after Peter realized that he had a super power. Incredible one. He was so happy that he got one like the Avengers he admired so much. He had put on a hooded shirt, a pair of black shaded sunglasses, a mask with spider on it, a pair of comfortable pants, and went out at night.
He was felt excitement fueling his body as he jumped across the buildings, going around the City of Queens. That was when he heard a scream. He stopped himself. And that was the time when he felt arrogant having the power so he actually considered going there or not. He did. He saw a girl of his age getting attacked by guys in huge size.
“Let go of me!” She was on the brink of tears as she tried to push them away.
“Aww c’mon, I promise it will be fun.”
“Really? Can I have some of that too?” The men turned around to see a guy wearing a pair of sunglasses when it was almost sunset.
“Who do you think you are?” One of the men asked.
“Me? Just a friendly neighborhood.” The guy said immediately punching him in the jaw.
As Peter chased them off he turned to see if the girl was okay. She looked terrified. Her body was shaking hard and flinched when he approached.
“Hey, are you okay?” He helped her up. She nodded, still shaking. Peter escorted out the alley and asked if she needed help.
“N-no. I, I will be fine. Th, thank you.” She stuttered. Peter smiled under the mask and watched her go.
The next time he saw her was at school. He was talking with Ned when he spotted her talking with her friends by her locker. He stopped where he was to check if his eyes were deceiving him. No they were not. It was definitely the girl he saved last night. He felt relieved inside to see that she made it safely to her home. He wondered if he should go up to her to say ‘hi’ but stopped himself. He didn’t want anyone to know he had some powers.
“Hey, is anything wrong?” Ned asked, waving his hand in front of his friend.
“What? No, I’m fine. Dude, stop with the waving.” Peter said with a smile. He gave her one last look and walked away.
It didn’t take long to figure out her name. He thought it was cute, she was only in one of his classes but that was good enough for him.
And few days later he got an opportunity to talk with her again, but not as Peter Parker.
“Hey!” He shouted at the thugs trying to attack her. Different guys from last time. He felt bad for her that she got attacked twice in the week.
“That’s my friend you are trying to hurt you know.” He turned to see a twinkle of relief on her eyes.
After he rescued her, she thanked him and told him her name.
“I wish there were some way to show you my gratitude…” She dug through her bags but nothing was found.
“Hey that’s fine. Just be careful around. It’s second time this week I saw you like this.” Peter said. She smiled and continued to go through her bags.
“Um, I’ve got nothing. Sorry, um… How should I call you?”
Peter blinked. He hadn’t thought up of name he should use while he was like this. He quickly rolled his brain but nothing came up.
“Oh, well then umm….” She looked closely at him. He was worried for a moment about her finding out who he was.
“How about Spiderman?” He blinked. He was suddenly curious why she come up with that name.
“There’s spider on your mask.”
Oh.
“Um, do you like it?” She asked.
“Yeah, it’s fine.” She smiled as he escorted her out.
“Well then, see you later Spiderman!” He waved at her and she was gone.
Peter was in a good mood for the whole week until he saw Uncle Ben’s murder right in front of his eyes. Guilt engulfed him as he screamed. The day after the funeral he was sitting at the corner of the alley where he first met [Name], crying.
“Spiderman?” he glanced up to see [Name] looking down at him. He quickly put on his sunglasses and looked away from her.
“Are you okay?” she sat down next to him.
“Well, no. I… It’s just that, someone very important to me died and it’s all my fault.”
“Oh… Can I ask what happened?” She asked.
“I, I let go of this thief and he, he….”
[Name] grabbed his shoulder. “I’m so sorry.” She whispered.
“Spiderman, it’s, I’m so sorry to hear that.” He buried his head into his knees.
“I used my power in a wrong way. I shouldn’t have used it for my own good.”
[Name] watched him and shook her head.
“No, you saved me before, twice. That wasn’t for your own good. I thank you, and my family would’ve been in the same sadness as you were if you didn’t save me that day.”
Peter didn’t reply. Words swam inside his head. Her words and Uncle Ben’s words.
“Right….” Peter grunted. [Name] patted his shoulder.
“So, what are you going to do from now on?” she asked.
“I think I know.” He replied with hoarse voice.
She smiled at him, “Hope that’s the right answer for you.” She patted his shoulder, stood up and held out her hand toward him.
“C’mon. Get up. You shouldn’t be just lying around here like that.” She smiled at him.
Maybe that was when Peter fell for her. Perhaps before that but he was sure that was the moment he was in love with her. He had saved her and in return she saved him as well. He eyed her during the class, looked for her at hallways and found himself just staring at her during lunch.
“I thought you liked Liz.” Ned said, realizing that Peter was staring at someone other than the school’s most popular girl.
“Well, I figured out that was hopeless.” Peter replied, eyes still glued to [Name].
“And you think you have chance with her? You barely had a chance to talk to her before.” Ned pointed out. Peter wanted to say that wasn’t true but Ned was half right. [Name] never talked to Peter Parker before. She only had a conversation with Spiderman.
“Hey, by the way, have you seen that video on YouTube? There’s this guy flying around in a weird costume.” He heard one of [Name]’s friend at the hallway. He stopped and listened while pretending to look through his locker.
“Mmhm?” [Name] didn’t really seem surprised by the news.
Peter’s heart pounded, wondering if she will mention that she knew the guy in the video. He wondered what she will say about him.
“Yeah, it’s really cool. Wonder why he’s doing those things.”
“He’s a real hero. Going around neighborhoods. You don’t see the Avengers doing that.” [Name] said.
Peter tried hard not to smile. His lips quivered but he did his best not to smile like an idiot.
“Look, someone’s got a crush on the local hero.” [Name]’s friend teased.
“Oh, shut up.” [Name] giggled.
Peter closed the locker door and quickly walked away, he felt his heart about to burst. He kept down his excitement but it was very hard. He wanted to run out of the school and scream. It was hard to control.
That night after he went out for a patrol he stopped by [Name]’s apartment. She told him where she lived, just in case he wanted to pay a visit.
“Hey Spiderman!” She said, climbing out the window to the fire escape.
“Hey!” Peter sat down on the rail. She looked around, worried anyone might see him but hardly anyone came to an alley filled with trash dumps.
She giggled, “Still can’t get used to the costume.”
“Hey, I’m a hero! Hero needs a costume, like Iron Man!”
She nodded with a grin, “Right.” Peter had told her that he admired Iron Man.
“C’mon, you know that.” Peter smiled under the mask.
“Yeah I know.” And they stared at each other for a moment until Peter, blushing under the mask, broke the silence and brought up conversation by asking her about school. And after about an hour of talking, Peter left.
It was a torture for him to hide his identity. It really was. He had thought up of telling her numerous times but he pushed away the thought. Every time. And for some reason, she never asked either. Peter did ask if she wanted to see under the mask but she just shrugged.
“Well, I knew you as Spiderman from the start. To me you are just Spiderman.” She replied.
“So you don’t want to know who’s under the mask?” Peter’s voice shook.
“Not now. Someday, I will. But not now. This is fun anyway. Knowing someone who’s smart enough to make that web but not even knowing his name. I don’t know.” She grinned.
And so they kept it like that.
Even after he got new suit from Iron Man himself. She was impressed, yes. And she seemed worried about his attitude.
“What happened to Friendly neighbor Spiderman?” She asked, touching his cheek over the mask.
“Hey, Iron Man himself came to recruit me! I’m pretty much an Avenger now. New –and better- Spiderman!” Peter said.
“Well, I just liked the old Spidey too as well.”
Peter shrugged, “You better say goodbye to that old Spiderman then.”
[Name] looked at him. After a minute of silence, she opened her mouth, “I will save up goodbye until later.”
“Okay…?”
“We may meet again someday.” She smiled.
Peter didn’t reply, he felt upset that she wasn’t as happy as he was with the new suit and being an almost-Avenger.
“Or,” She said.
“I will say goodbye. Goodbye means we will meet again somday.”
Peter raised his brow, “It does?” He asked.
[Name] smiled, “To me it does. It can also mean ‘hello’ to the future, right? Goodbye’s a word meaning ‘see you again’ and it will be.”
Peter was puzzled. Was she that upset to see him like this?
“Hey, [Name]… Do you not like me this way?”
“No. I like you in any form. I liked you in that crappy old homemade suit,”
“Hey!”
“And I like you in that high-tech looking suit as well.” She nodded.
“Well, glad to hear that. I think I should get going.”
“Okay, see you around.”
“Yeah, see you around.”
But from then it was hard to have conversation with her. With Peter’s desire to impress Tony Stark, he did even more patrols and [Name] seemed busy with her own business. Peter had short conversation with her from time to time but she seemed to avoid him so all Peter could do was to stare at her at school, his head divided into Team Red and Team Blue whether to tell her about who Spiderman is or not. Of course, he never got guts to tell her that he was Spiderman, or the fact he liked her.
Oh and who knew she would never meet the Old Spidey again.
A month passed after the conversation.
And Peter spotted a note on the wall of the alley they first met.
‘Come meet me as soon as possible – [Initial]’
Peter headed straight to see her. She looked sad.
“Hey, long time no see.” Peter said.
“Yeah.” She looked down, not knowing what to say.
“Hey, what’s wrong?” He asked, helping her climb out the window.
She hesitated, “I, it’s just that…” She looked up at him, straight into the spot where his eyes would be.
“I, my family’s moving away.”
Peter’s world stopped around him.
“Wait, what?”
“You know I’ve been busy these days… Me and my family are going out of the country.”
“What? But why?” Peter’s voice was filled with despair. His voice was already begging her not to go.
“Dad got a new job, and he has to move. He couldn’t leave me here alone so the whole family’s moving.” She said. She avoided his gaze, looking down and swallowing the tears.
“When…?” He asked.
“This weekend.”
Peter was speechless. He reached out for her cheek with shaking hand, cupped her cheeks and had her look up at him. He leaned down and kissed her lips over the mask, wiping the tears away. She froze where she was. He broke the kiss and looked down at her. [Name] reached out for the mask, and he waited for her to take it off but she only uncovered his lips. And kissed it.
Peter embraced her and deepened the kiss. Tears were flowing down his cheek as well. He had been too much of a coward to tell her that he loved him and now he could and she was leaving.
They shared kiss for a while until she crouched down and sobbed. He pulled down his mask and sat next to her, hugging her.
“I don’t want to go Spidey…. I want to stay here with you… I really, I…” She choked on her tears while leaning onto his chest.
“Shh…” He tried calmed her down while smoothing down her back. But he couldn’t stop his tears. No he could never.
They didn’t let go of each other and held onto each other hard.
The thought that this would probably the last of her for him to see was stuck in his brain.
“Hey [Name]… This…” he thought for a moment and kissed her cheek.
“You told me that goodbye means ‘we’ll meet again’. Right?”
She nodded. She was still leaning against his chest, sobbing.
“Well I will say that…. You don’t say it. Okay…?” He asked softly. She nodded.
“I just want time to stop right now.” She manage to say it.
“I know. Me too.”
They stayed silent and still for a long time. The time they never wanted it to end was over. Peter had to go, and [Name] had to go back inside.
“I’m glad you came tonight. I will go to school tomorrow and, and get my stuff….” She told him.
Peter leaned in and kissed her one last time. Soft, wet kiss.
“Goodbye (See you again) [Name].” He said, like he promised.
She nodded. Setting the farewell aside. He gave her one last look and took off.
-
Peter saw her at school the next day. Holding a box filled with her belongings.
“Huh, I guess she’s going away.” Ned said, looking at the box.
“Yeah, I guess so.” Peter said, choking on tears.
“Hey, are you okay?” Ned asked. Peter didn’t answer.
“Will you excuse me for a moment?” he asked his friend.
“Yeah sure.” Ned replied, heading away to his locker.
Peter watched her bidding farewell to her friends and when she was just with her mother he walked up to her.
“Hey [Name].” She stopped to turn around, clearly puzzled why he stopped her.
“Take your time sweetheart.” Her mother headed out the door, leaving the two alone.
“Can I help you?” [Name] asked, eyes red from crying the day before.
He felt his hear ripping by seeing that.
“I, um….” He bit his lips. She was waiting.
“Uh, goodbye.”
[Name] seemed indifferent and was about to say something too but he stopped her.
“You promised me that you won’t say that.” Peter said with shaky voice.
She raised her brow.
“You also said goodbye means ‘we’ll meet again someday,’ right?” He managed to smile with quivering lips.
She froze on the spot. Her eyes were welling up with tears and her arms, holding the box, were shaking.
Peter grabbed the box, preventing it from falling.
“Peter, I….” She opened her mouth, her expression of despair made Peter’s world crumbling down.
“[Name], no. We promised. It’s really painful saying it out loud. And I don’t want you to be.”
She took a deep breath, swallowing back the tears, “You will always be in my heart.” She managed to give him one last bright smile.
He returned the smile. He wanted to hold her hands, hug her, kiss her, never let her go. She finally turned around and walked to the exit. Before she opened the door she turned around one last time.
“Goodbye [Name].” Peter croaked out.
[Name] smiled and went out the door, where her mother was waiting for her.
Peter looked up at the ceiling, keeping the tears from coming out. But there was a lump in his heart that wouldn’t be gone for a long time.
‘Goodbye to farewell!’           A silly urge, but I found myself wanting to say it…                    It might be a good thing to say, after all!
A/N: some people might ask me to write the sequel, please don’t. The song’s about ‘hope that cannot be promised in front of farewell.’ If I write part 2 of this then it will be a promised hope. I want to leave it like this. But I would love to hear opinions about this ^^
