Should I Take My Rescued Dog to the Vet after Bringing them Home?
Tumblr media
Yes, it is highly recommended that you take your rescued dog to the veterinarian as soon as possible after bringing them home. A vet can assess the dog's overall health, check for any underlying medical conditions, and give them any necessary vaccinations. They can also help you create a preventive care plan and advise on proper nutrition and exercise. Additionally, if your rescued dog was not spayed or neutered, your veterinarian can advise you on the best time for this procedure. A veterinary visit will give you peace of mind and ensure your rescued dog is healthy and happy in their new home.
Here is my personal story:
I adopted my girl (one-year-old Boxer) a month ago from a nearby shelter. The fear in her eyes is what broke my heart and I knew I can’t leave her there. I began the adoption procedures right away. When I finally got her custody I took her to the nearest clinic to meet the veterinary doctors in Newtown.
Thankfully, I took the instant decision as I found out she had a urinary tract infection. The vets at Corona Newtown assured me that they can treat her and she’s still under medical supervision. The good news is my little girl is getting better eventually, her medications are working. When I notice how her ear position has changed, how her sparkly eyes meet mine, and how relaxed she is nowadays, I thank my stars every time. Life has never felt so complete before. I always wanted a dog and I am very happy I met her and rescued her right when I needed her the most. Thank you Corona Newtown for your prompt treatment and facilities.

Prostate Cancer- Stages: PART 2
Tumblr media
Determining the stage of Prostate Cancer
The stage, or how far the cancer has spread, is an important part of assessing prostate cancer. When choosing therapies, knowing the stage helps define the prognosis. The four-stage TNM system, abbreviated as Tumor/Nodes/Metastases, is the most prevalent one. It is made up of the size of the tumor, the number of lymph nodes that are involved, and whether or not there are any other metastases.
Whether or not the cancer is still confined to the prostate is the most crucial distinction made by any staging system. Clinical T1 and T2 cancers are only found in the prostate in the TNM system, whereas T3 and T4 cancers have spread elsewhere. There are a number of tests that can be used to find signs of spread. When a doctor diagnoses early prostate cancer with a low risk of metastasis, medical specialty professional organizations advise against using PET, CT, or bone scans. When a CT scan looks for spread in the pelvis, a bone scan looks for spread to the bones, and endorectal coil magnetic resonance imaging looks closely at the prostatic capsule and seminal vesicles, those tests would be appropriate.
A pathologist examines the samples under a microscope following a prostate biopsy. The grade of the tumor is reported by the pathologist if cancer is present. The grade indicates the likelihood of the tumor growing quickly and how significantly the tumor differs from normal prostate tissue. Prostate tumors are graded using the Gleason system, which assigns a score between 2 and 10, with a score of 10 representing the most abnormalities. The pathologist gives the pattern that is seen most frequently under the microscope a number between one and five, and they do the same for the pattern that is seen second most frequently. The Gleason score is the sum of these two numbers. Another approach that is sometimes utilized is the Whitmore-Jewett stage.

Kaju's story (update 1): Today's nearly continue rain made things bleak at first. Two of our members from yesterday were unable to accompany our forerunner member today. After looking around everywhere in the rain by herself, our lone member had to return. Fortunately, things did not end there. In the second half of the day, our busiest member got off work and was able to get help to find and pick up Kaju for the next step in his treatment. His wound was cleaned again, and we're happy to report that it's free of maggots 🙂 the vet at Paws and Claws Pet Clinic, Kasba, prescribed a daily dressing of betadine and an antibiotic to be applied locally. Look at our sweet tween heartthrob being co-operative and brave 😊😊 he's such a good boi!! (at Kasba, Kolkata) https://www.instagram.com/p/CER-pWmpXuc/?igshid=18h4sxl6s17v7

Latest free webinars in homeopathy
Homeopathy has grown in almost every country in the world. Homeopathy, however, has been heavily attacked.
The National Health Care system in England has made it difficult to fund homeopathy under pressure from some doctors in England. Other European countries also follow England. Doctors say there is no scientific evidence that homeopathy works and that the NHS of England should not fund these types of operations. Homeopathic doctor referrals in England from GPs have fallen significantly.
Homeopathy works differently in different people. Classical homeopathy treats different individuals with different remedies based on their personality type. One person may use one agent to treat a disease, while another could use a different agent to treat the same disease.
Homeopathy is curative. It deals with the cause (internal disease or the imbalanced energy) and not the expression (diagnostic symptoms specific to the disease) of the disease. The symptoms are used only as an indication to choose the right remedy for the individual. It treats the person as a whole and not their individual body parts. Homeopathy takes into account the expressions of a disease characteristic of the individual and a curative remedy chosen on this basis gives a gentle and permanent cure.
Homeopathy is online homeopathy portal where you can find and search any of remedies, medicine and treatment related homeopathy.
