I'm aware there's very little point in disputing a screenshot repost from a twitter account but I'm tired. this is not an "anti-skateboard lattice" it's a freshly laid "pervious paver" (dumb name) pathway cutting across a newly created green space that wouldn't otherwise have a path. that's not gravel, it's soil. "pervious"/permeable surfaces allow good drainage and have all kinds of other ecological benefits such as preventing heat island effects and allowing critters easy crossing. most certainly these things can be misused and put in thoughtlessly inconvenient places but that's clearly a park, there's regular paving in the distance, this is the ideal use of this item and literally the opposite of hostile. I even found the development policy document for them and all it wants to talk about is drainage. here's what it will look like once the grass has grown.

Types of Permeable Paving: Finding the Perfect Fit for Your Project
Permeable paving isn't a one-size-fits-all solution. There are several types to choose from, each with its own advantages:
Pervious concrete: This option looks similar to traditional concrete but contains larger stones that allow water to pass through. It's a good choice for high-traffic areas.
Porous asphalt: Similar to pervious concrete, porous asphalt uses a special mix that allows for water infiltration. It's a cost-effective option for driveways and parking lots.
Interlocking pavers: These precast concrete or stone units are spaced apart with gravel or planted with grass, creating a visually appealing and functional surface.
The best type of permeable paving for your project will depend on factors such as traffic volume, drainage requirements, and aesthetics. Consulting with a professional can help you choose the right option.

Greening the Workplace with Kyle Aichele (Santa Rosa Beach, FL): Innovative Commercial Landscaping Ideas for Eco-Friendly Businesses
In today's environmentally conscious world, businesses are increasingly seeking ways to incorporate sustainable practices into their operations. One area where eco-friendly initiatives can make a significant impact is commercial landscaping. By transforming outdoor spaces into vibrant, sustainable ecosystems, businesses can not only enhance the aesthetics of their properties but also contribute to environmental conservation efforts. In this blog, we will explore innovative commercial landscaping ideas for eco-friendly businesses, from native plantings to rainwater harvesting systems, that promote sustainability while creating inviting outdoor environments for employees and customers alike.
Native Plantings and Biodiversity Gardens
One of the most effective ways to promote sustainability in commercial landscaping is by incorporating native plantings and biodiversity gardens into outdoor spaces. Native plants are well-adapted to local climates and soil conditions, requiring minimal water, fertilizer, and pesticides to thrive. By using native plants in landscaping designs, businesses can conserve water, reduce chemical usage, and support local ecosystems by providing habitat and food for native wildlife such as birds, butterflies, and pollinators.
Biodiversity gardens go a step further by incorporating a diverse array of plant species, including native flowers, grasses, shrubs, and trees, to create vibrant, resilient ecosystems. These gardens not only enhance the visual appeal of outdoor spaces but also promote ecological resilience, soil health, and biological diversity. By cultivating biodiversity gardens with the help of experts like Kyle Aichele (Santa Rosa Beach, FL), businesses can demonstrate their commitment to environmental stewardship and create havens of natural beauty that inspire and uplift employees and visitors alike.
Sustainable Irrigation Systems
Water conservation is a critical component of sustainable landscaping practices, particularly in regions prone to drought and water scarcity. To minimize water usage and promote efficient irrigation, businesses can invest in sustainable irrigation systems such as drip irrigation, smart irrigation controllers, and rainwater harvesting systems. Drip irrigation delivers water directly to the root zones of plants, minimizing evaporation and runoff, while smart irrigation controllers adjust watering schedules based on weather conditions and plant needs, optimizing water usage and reducing waste.
Rainwater harvesting systems capture and store rainwater from rooftops and paved surfaces for later use in irrigation, reducing reliance on municipal water sources and mitigating stormwater runoff. These systems can be integrated into landscaping designs through rain barrels, cisterns, or underground storage tanks, providing a sustainable source of water for plants while reducing water bills and conserving valuable resources. By implementing sustainable irrigation systems with the help of experts like Kyle Aichele (Santa Rosa Beach, FL), businesses can minimize their environmental footprint, conserve water, and promote the health and vitality of their landscapes.
Permeable Surfaces and Green Infrastructure
Traditional hardscapes such as concrete and asphalt contribute to stormwater runoff and urban heat island effects, exacerbating environmental challenges such as flooding, water pollution, and heat-related illnesses. To mitigate these impacts, businesses can incorporate permeable surfaces and green infrastructure into their landscaping designs. Permeable pavements, such as permeable pavers and pervious concrete, allow rainwater to infiltrate into the ground, reducing runoff and replenishing groundwater supplies.
Green infrastructure features, such as bioswales, rain gardens, and vegetated swales, help manage stormwater onsite by capturing, filtering, and absorbing rainwater runoff. These features not only reduce flooding and water pollution but also enhance the aesthetic appeal of outdoor spaces and provide habitat for native wildlife. By integrating permeable surfaces and green infrastructure into their landscapes with the help of experts like Kyle Aichele (Santa Rosa Beach, FL), businesses can mitigate the environmental impacts of development, create healthier and more resilient communities, and demonstrate their commitment to sustainability.
Energy-Efficient Lighting and Outdoor Amenities
In addition to promoting environmental sustainability, businesses can enhance the functionality and comfort of outdoor spaces by incorporating energy-efficient lighting and outdoor amenities into their landscaping designs. LED lighting fixtures consume less energy and last longer than traditional lighting sources, reducing electricity usage and operating costs while providing bright, consistent illumination for outdoor areas.
Outdoor amenities such as seating areas, walking paths, and recreational spaces encourage employees and visitors to spend time outdoors, promoting physical activity, relaxation, and social interaction. By creating inviting and functional outdoor environments with the help of experts like Kyle Aichele (Santa Rosa Beach, FL), businesses can improve employee morale, productivity, and well-being while attracting customers and enhancing the overall experience of their properties. From shaded seating areas to outdoor fitness zones, the possibilities for enhancing outdoor spaces are endless, providing businesses with opportunities to create welcoming and inclusive environments that reflect their values and priorities.
Sustainable Landscaping Practices and Maintenance
Incorporating sustainable landscaping practices into maintenance routines is essential for ensuring the long-term health and vitality of outdoor spaces. From organic fertilization and integrated pest management to proper pruning and soil management, businesses can adopt eco-friendly landscaping practices that promote soil health, plant resilience, and ecological balance.
Organic fertilizers, compost teas, and natural soil amendments enrich the soil with essential nutrients and beneficial microorganisms, enhancing plant growth and vitality without harmful chemicals or synthetic additives. Integrated pest management techniques, such as biological controls and habitat modification, minimize the use of pesticides and promote natural pest suppression, preserving beneficial insects and minimizing harm to the environment.
Proper pruning and plant care techniques promote plant health, aesthetics, and safety, reducing the need for excessive pruning or removal of vegetation. By investing in sustainable landscaping practices and maintenance protocols, businesses can minimize their environmental impact, reduce operating costs, and promote the long-term sustainability of their outdoor spaces.
Cultivating Sustainable Outdoor Environments
Green landscaping practices offer businesses a unique opportunity to promote environmental sustainability, enhance the aesthetic appeal of their properties, and create inviting outdoor environments for employees, customers, and communities. From native plantings and biodiversity gardens to sustainable irrigation systems and green infrastructure, businesses can incorporate a wide range of innovative landscaping ideas to green their workplaces and demonstrate their commitment to environmental stewardship.
By embracing sustainable landscaping practices with the help of experts like Kyle Aichele (Santa Rosa Beach, FL), businesses can conserve water, reduce energy consumption, mitigate stormwater runoff, and support local ecosystems, contributing to healthier, more resilient communities and a more sustainable future for all. From small businesses to large corporations, every organization has the power to make a positive impact through sustainable landscaping, one green space at a time. Let us work together to cultivate vibrant, eco-friendly outdoor environments that inspire and uplift us all.

Sick of Swampy Lawns? Discover the Magic of Modern Drainage Solutions!
A swampy lawn is not only unsightly; it can also pose serious structural threats to your home’s foundation. This is why proper drainage is so important!
These solutions will help reduce soil erosion by directing water away from your property. They can include French drains that collect the water, regrading your landscape or adding a new drainage solutions like a catch basin or permeable pavers.
Catch Basins
A catch basin is a box-like drain that’s placed in the ground where standing water tends to accumulate. It features a grate that allows water and debris to drain from the top, which is then connected to an underground piping system that leads to the local drainage or storm sewers.
The main function of a catch basin is to funnel away excess rainwater from problem areas. This helps prevent flooding, puddles, and soil erosion that could cause damage to landscaping or driveways. In addition, it prevents contaminated water from flowing into groundwater sources and damaging local plant life.
During heavy periods of rainfall, a catch basin can also help protect indoor areas from long-term moisture problems, which can damage flooring and furniture. Additionally, since a catch basin removes stagnant water, it can reduce the amount of bugs and bacteria that thrive in warm, moist areas.
Lastly, a catch basin can increase your property value by preventing drainage issues like flooding and mold from occurring. A professional can examine your drainage issues and recommend the right catch basin solution for you.
Permeable Pavers
Permeable pavers allow surface water to pass through their surfaces into the ground beneath. This can help to prevent flooding, puddling and ice accumulation that can occur on driveways, patios, walkways, parking lots and other impervious surfaces.
Many municipalities require sustainable stormwater management practices, and choosing to install a pervious paving system on your property can be a great way to comply with those requirements. In addition, these systems can help reduce the amount of pollutants that are carried into local waterways and rivers from paved surfaces.
Unlike traditional concrete, asphalt and brick, permeable paving stones have void spaces and a layered structure that helps to reduce absorbed heat. This can help to reduce the urban heat island effect. In addition, the underlying stone layers can undergo natural filtration and help to improve water quality in local aquifers and lakes.
While permeable paving is not as cost-effective as standard concrete, it can be less expensive than other options like paver stones or concrete slabs. In most cases, these systems are installed on top of a base that is open graded and made up of large gravel, medium sized gravel and what is called “fines.” This material creates a holding tank for the water until it can seep into the soil below called sub soil. This allows the water to be used by plants and trees, reducing your water bill.
Outdoor Water Drainage Solutions
Drainage problems can be costly, but they don’t have to be insurmountable. Often, you can fix the issue yourself or with a little help from your landscape professional. It’s important to address drainage issues right away, as excess water can damage the health of your yard, gardens and trees as well as your home’s foundation.
If your problem is limited to a few low areas, you might try spreading some topsoil over the trouble spots and raking it in. If you’re experiencing a lot of standing water, you may need to look for more comprehensive outdoor water drainage solutions.
One popular way to manage surface water is by installing a French drain. These are trenches filled with gravel atop perforated pipe that effectively whisk away water from your lawn. Another less expensive option is to install corrugated plastic tubes buried in your yard that connect to downspouts and facilitate the flow of water away from your property.
You can also plant water-absorbing plants that work with the natural drainage process in your yard. Some popular choices include sedum species and stonecrops. These plants help keep the soil moist and prevent mudslides, and they also add beauty to your garden. If you need help identifying your drainage issues and implementing a solution, get in touch with a Dennis’ 7 Dees landscape professional to see how we can help.
Call Us Today
The proper drainage of your yard is crucial to prevent flooding, soil erosion, and unhealthy plants. It’s also an important factor in preventing basement flooding, foundational damage, and serious health issues such as mosquito bites, mold, and fungus.
If your yard isn’t properly drained, it can cause your home’s foundation to shift and crack, leading to expensive repairs. If your yard isn’t draining correctly, it can also lead to puddles that soak into the ground and drown grass or plants and create a breeding ground for pests such as mosquitoes, which carry diseases like Zika and West Nile virus.
Water runoff that isn’t directed away from the yard can also wash away chemicals from fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides, which could then end up in your drinking water supply. A good drainage system prevents this by directing water where it belongs, away from your house and into the surrounding landscape.
Whether you need a French drain, plastic corrugated pipes, a grassy swale, or another solution, our experienced team can recommend the right system for your unique property and landscaping needs. Call us today to schedule a consultation! We’ll help you solve your drainage problems and keep your lawn, patio, driveway, and sidewalk looking their best. It’s an investment in your safety, beauty, and comfort that will pay off for years to come!

What Is Stamped Concrete | Stamped Concrete Process | Stamped Concrete Cost
Tumblr media
What Is Stamped Concrete?
Tumblr media
Stamped Concrete When the concrete top surface is decorated with different patterns, shapes, colors, etc. then it is called stamped concrete. Stamped concrete is very popular in western countries like the United States, the UK, Canada, etc. It is mostly used to decorate the floor in patios, car porches, driveways, and sidewalks. Decorating concrete with stamps not only adds strength to the floors but also provides a pleasing appearance. This is a very good and effective idea for low-cost landscaping where costly granites, interlocking paver blocks, and patios involve high costs. This type of concrete is also known as textured concrete or imprinted concrete. Stamped concrete after stamping looks similar to stones such as slates or flagstones, brick, tile, or with good quality control they can also look like wood. Stamped concrete is the best choice for decorating the pool decks, courtyards, and entries of the residential building. It is also the best choice for house outdoor paving. Read More: Pervious Concrete – Its Application & Advantages
Stamped Concrete Process
Following steps to be followed to make stamped concrete, 1. Base Preparation
Tumblr media
Stamped Concrete Base Preparation The first step of the stamped concrete process is to prepare a base for concrete laying. This whole area is cleaned such that no impurities are left on the ground where the concrete is placed. Then compacting the base properly with the rammer, will increase the strength of the base and reduce changes in soil settlement below the concrete. 2. Placing Formwork for Concrete
Tumblr media
Stamped Concrete Formwork Place the formwork on the base according to slab dimension accurately. Formworks are generally made of wood or plastic. Check that forms are properly fixed in place and assure that they will not get lost during concrete pouring. 3. Reinforcement Arrangement
Tumblr media
Stamped Concrete Reinforcement Reinforcement is essential to install in any concrete member which has to take some load, wear and tear. Reinforcement is made of steel or wire mesh can be used.  The reason behind adding reinforcement in a concrete slab is to control cracking, provide structural capacity, increase impact resistance, and reduce joint maintenance. Read More: Concrete Driveway Cost and Types With Application 4. Placing of Concrete and Finishing Concrete is made by two methods either machine mixing on-site or ready mix concrete plant. If concrete is made on site it should be properly mixed in the machine to form a homogeneous mix. Ready-mix concrete is made by the control method in the plant its quality is good compared to site-mix concrete.
Tumblr media
Stamped Concrete Placement Concrete must be disposed to close to formwork because if it is dumped from height there are changes of segregation in concrete which is a sign of bad concrete. To protect adjacent buildings plastic sheets can be used to cover them or other existing slabs from concrete splatter. Types and grades of concrete also play an important role. As the poring work is completed finishing work should start. Give a proper level and smooth finish to the top surface of the concrete. 5. Apply Color Hardener
Tumblr media
Applying Color Hardener for Stamped Concrete In the stamped concrete process, first, the color hardener is applied on the surface as concrete is reached the required plasticity. The Color hardener is thrown on the top surface of the concrete such that it spread over a large area evenly. After the first layer of color hardener has been applied to the surface, allow it at least 10 min to absorb water from the concrete and then apply float on the surface. As floating is done properly do the second layer of color hardener and repeat the above steps. 6. Apply Release Agent
Tumblr media
Applying Release Agent A powered release agent is used in stamped concrete to serve two main purposes: Firstly, they impart fine-textured color to the concrete surface and act as a bond breaker to prevent the stamping mats or skins from sticking to the concrete and disturbing the imprint texture. It is suggested to use a Tampico brush about 8 inches wide to apply the release agent. Read More: 8 Signs Of Bad Concrete Pour & Defects In Concrete 7. Check Concrete Plasticity Before starting stamping work it is essential to check plasticity of the concrete has reached the right stage or not. If stamping is started too early, the concrete may not have sufficient strength to carry the weight of workers or hold a well-defined imprint. If the stamping is started too late, then stamping work will require more effort, you'll produce little or no texture with the stamps, especially as you reach the end of the job. 8. Start Placing Stamps on Concrete Surface
Tumblr media
Stamping Process Now, we have to start the stamped concrete process. Take the form or mold of the stamp and place them on the concrete surface. After placing it apply the required pressure on it so that it imparts its inner shape on the concrete surface. Always start stamping from one side to another to avoid any mismatch between them. 9. Clean Stamped Surface and Apply Curing Compound Now remove excessive release agents and dust from the concrete surface and stamped joints. Then after applying the curing compound on the surface. As the concrete surface is sufficiently cleaned and allowed to dry. 10. Install Joints
Tumblr media
Stamped Concrete Joint Installation Cutting contraction joints is essential to install concrete at proper depth and spacing in the slab soon after placement. This joint provides stress relief at required locations and prevents uncontrolled random cracking. We can also start cutting the joint as concrete starts to set by a groove or you can wait to cut the joint until after the concrete has been set using a saw equipped with a diamond or abrasive blade. In the stamped concrete process a sawed joint is less noticeable than grooving. 11. Final Finishing Once the concrete surface is sufficiently cured then apply a finish coat of sealer. Most of the stamped concrete contractors recommend applying sealer several weeks later, after a light surface cleaning. But take care not to apply sealer too heavily, which could trap moisture in the slab. The best practice for sealer application is to combine both spraying and rolling, especially when the stamped pattern has deep grout lines.
Stamped Concrete Cost
Basic Stamped Concrete Cost $8-12 per square foot A cheaper option featuring: - One stamp pattern - One color Medium Quality Stamped Concrete Cost, $12-18 per square foot A mid-range choice with: - Borders - Contrasting patterns - Multiple colors High-Quality Stamped Concrete: $18+ per square foot The most expensive, but most realistic, selection with: - Multiple stamp patterns and colors - Specialty scored designs - Detailed hand-coloring
DIY Stamped Concrete Process Tips
- If you are trying to utilize a new pattern of stamped then it is advisable to first use it on compacted sand to see its pattern clarity. - Always try to avoid stamped pattern repetition, especially for patterns that mimic natural materials such as stone or slate. The random stamped pattern looks more real and attractive. - For better results you can precoat, your stamp mats with some of the release agents. This will create extra bond-breaking to help ensure a clean imprint. - To create the random antiquing effect, apply a very little amount of powdered release to the surface of the concrete and then spray the liquid release over the top of it. - Always be sure that the release agent gets well-compressed into the concrete by the stamp. Otherwise, it will simply wash off the concrete surface without leaving the desired color.

“It’s much better for the environment because it helps cut down on storm runoff, which picks up motor oil and other pollutants, overburdens water treatment facilities, and can ultimately end up in local waterways,” says Margaret Mayfield, an architect in Los Osos, California.
“Along with green roofs and landscaping, it’s one more tool in the tool chest in terms of cutting down on runoff. It can also be more beautiful than traditional asphalt.”
Permeable, or porous, driveways come in a range of styles, some high-tech and others decidedly Old School. For patios and walkways, in addition to driveways, common permeable options include:
Grass with tire strips. In dry and mild climates, a grass driveway may work perfectly well, particularly if two 18-inch-wide gravel or impermeable paved strips are included. That combination produces much less runoff than a single-slab, impermeable driveway, experts say.
Loose stones or gravel: This method has been supporting vehicle traffic for centuries, and is as viable as ever.
Concrete or recycled plastic grid systems: This option has become increasingly popular in many areas. It consists of grids or blocks that form a hard surface, allowing water to flow freely through the spaces in the grids. The grids can be filled with sand, gravel, soil or turf, and are long-lasting and easy to install.
Permeable Pavers: These include cobblestones, stone or concrete paving stones with gaps between them filled in with sand, so that water can flow through.
Pervious concrete and porous asphalt: New types of concrete or asphalt actually let water soak through. This allows for pavement-style parking and driving surfaces where local regulations might not permit alternatives.
Environmentalists say that porous surfaces like these can play a big role in reducing the amount of rainwater that runs down hard surfaces and fills rivers, ponds and municipal water systems, picking up debris along the way. That rush of water can pollute local waterways because water-treatment facilities can’t handle it all.
According to the Environmental Protection Agency, permeable pavements can also help reduce flooding of building foundations and ponding of water on driveways, sidewalks and patios.
And while permeable options can be a little pricier than non-permeable paving, that isn’t always the case, and proponents say their benefits are worth it.
Permeable pavements have been used successfully in many parts of the United States and Canada, including in cold climates, says EPA spokeswoman Enesta Jones.
When selecting a permeable surface, she says, consider adjacent land uses and the prevalence of soils, mulch, leaf litter or other fine particles that might create clogs. In such cases, take care to design the driveway or walkway to avoid loss of permeability. If permeable, interlocking concrete pavers are selected, you might want to buy some spares in case the pavement is damaged or pavers are lost.
Many communities across the country offer incentives like rebates or reduced stormwater utility fees to those who opt for permeable paving, so check with your community office before launching a permeable paving project.

The Benefits of Permeable Tarmac Paving
Permeable pavements help restore natural hydrologic balance by reducing runoff volume and capturing precipitation. By preventing large pulses of precipitation from entering the stormwater system, these pavements reduce peak discharge rates.
They also help reduce pollution concentrations by trapping pollutants and allowing bacteria and other microbes to breakdown and utilize them. Because of these benefits, permeable pavements are increasingly becoming the most popular choice for urban, suburban and rural areas.

FDPPs
The advantages of permeable tarmac paving over traditional materials are many. The cost benefits are immediate and long-term. Plastic grid pavers with flexible joints and rollout systems are relatively inexpensive compared to traditional materials. Permeable stormwater management systems are generally more expensive than traditional materials, but are worth the investment. They help control stormwater runoff and help prevent flooding.
Initially, the association only wanted to use the porous pavement on parking lots, but its recent success has broadened its uses. Read on to discover the benefits of porous asphalt. And remember: Porous asphalt is environmentally friendly.
Pervious concrete
Permeable tarmac pavers are constructed from concrete or brick pavement stones with gravel-filled spaces between. Permeable tarmac pavers have a lower drainage rate than other types of pavement. They also help improve stormwater quality. They collect sediment, urban litter, and runoff, and help combat the West Nile virus. Listed below are some of the benefits of permeable tarmac pavers.
Interlocking concrete
A new type of paving surface is emerging in the market, the interlocking concrete for permeable tarmic pavers. These pavers are often chosen for their architectural aesthetic and durability. Although the concrete itself is not permeable, the interlocking grid allows some water to drain through the surface.
However, the concrete and brick pavers become clogged after some time, so the permeability of these surfaces decreases over time. They are largely limited to light commercial and small residential applications.
Permeable tarmac pavers
Using permeable tarmac pavers allows water to seep through them and into the ground. These pavers are eco-friendly, as standing water can cause serious damage to walkways and patios. Moreover, runoff can pollute waterways, so these pavers reduce pollution. Moreover, the permeable pavements can be easily cleaned, and their durability and low maintenance cost make them a popular choice for sustainable installations.
Stream erosion
Permeable tarmac pavers have numerous benefits for stream erosion control. These types of paving materials are permeable, allowing water and pollutants to drain freely. Instead of running off, this water breaks down naturally and recharges local aquifers. They also require no external energy or harsh chemicals to maintain. Consequently, they are considered an excellent choice for stream erosion control.
Flood control
One of the main benefits of permeable tarmac paver is that they are environmentally friendly. The permeability of the material allows water to percolate through them without creating an unpleasant runoff or flooding effect. Unlike other types of pavement, permeable tarmac pavers aren't susceptible to clogging and are ideal for areas where water may be a problem during heavy rainfall.

[ad_1] Grass River Property gained approval to raze a part of a shopping mall in Wilton Manors to make manner for a six-story, mixed-use constructing with 252 residences. The Wilton Manors Metropolis Fee on Tuesday voted unanimously to approve a growth settlement between the town and Miami-based Grass River, together with a public entry easement settlement and a plat modification in help of the corporate's redevelopment plan. The fee additionally voted 5-0 to approve an allocation of 252 flexibility items to the residential element of Grass River's mixed-use growth on the procuring middle on the intersection of Northeast 7 Avenue and Wilton Drive, referred to as the Shoppes of Wilton Manors. Flexibility items could also be allotted in Wilton Manors to permit residential growth in zones that embody the Wilton Drive Arts and Leisure District, which encompasses the Shoppes of Wilton Manors. In 2018, Grass River and one other Miami-based agency, Downstream Realty, paid $21 million to accumulate the Shoppes of Wilton Manors at 2220-2292 Wilton Drive. Grass River is led by the corporate's founder, Justin Kennedy, who beforehand served as a co-CEO of LNR Property. Grass River plans to retain and renovate one in all two buildings on the procuring middle, an L-shaped construction alongside Wilton Drive anchored by Georgie's Alibi Monkey Bar and Hunter's Nightclub. The second business constructing, which is about again from Wilton Drive, can be demolished and changed with the six-story, mixed-use constructing, referred to as Wilma on the Drive. It might have 252 residences, a parking storage, and about 24,000 sq. ft of latest business house. Grass River is deliberate residences that vary in measurement from 610 sq. ft to 1,771 sq. ft. The deliberate six-story peak of Wilma on the Drive is one story workshop than the usual five-story restrict on constructing peak in Wilton Manors. Grass River certified for the constructing peak bonus by assembly a set of circumstances that included planning first-floor eating places, lounges, and retailers to activate the property at road degree alongside Northeast 7 Avenue and Wilton Drive. Grass River additionally agreed to put in public artwork on the property, to make use of solely pervious paving supplies in non-landscaped areas, and to fulfill a neighborhood open house requirement by designing the event with a 7,510-square-foot entry plaza and a brand new public courtyard spanning about 15,600 sq. ft.
