Took a couple days off in attempt to get mind and body tuned up. sitting in the #laboratory working on the next moves...Ever feel like in your chest/heart you just know - it’s right there almost like on the tip of your tongue - it’s a comforting feeling - your body knows what’s going on and you just need to get out of its way and get it out and on paper or on the schedule. : That’s how I feel today - looking forward to letting go of a Terrible #September and moving in to a very very busy #PSL season aka #HansSolo season in October with a good sense of direction and a plan for the next steps. Set a goal, Tell the world, Walk your talk: #RaceReady :: :: Thank you to @persistencefactory for my race gear package - will be sporting my PF hat for Sunday!! This training has been a physical and emotional roller coaster. I cant say I am 100% there or 100% ready to go physically BUT I can say I am 100% there mentally.
