The new PJO series

Is surprisingly good! Yes they didnt make gabe enough of a jerk but what they did do was allow annabeth a great character moment where she is the one who figures out that Percy is a son of Poseidon which is a spectacular way to show how smart she is. Luke's scar was a bit lackluster but Mr.D and Chiron were both amazing and THEY WERE PLAYING PINOCLE IN A SCENE!!! I also don't understand why they did not mention the oracle of Delphi at all but honestly idc. The minotaur scene was a wonderful way to show something without showing it until the last moment and the combat in said scene was also really well done. I am genuinely surprised that they did so well so far even if I didn't like a few things it was still an amazing premier for the series I hope they do all of the books because that would be so beautiful. OH AND DON'T EVEN GET ME STARTED ON THE SWORDS!!! They actually based the swords off of gracean blades of the time which were very similar to some of the first swords ever found especially the pommel. They had Annabeth's Yankees cap, Mr.D drinking diet coke, and Clarisse's electric spear. The fight choreography was so stupendous during the lake fight scene and really let Percy shine. OMG I LOVE THIS SERIES SO MUCH!!!

The Kids Of The Sun 3

A/n: Surprise so since the amazing release of the percy Jackson seriesi decided to continue my Pjo series yaaaaaay. If you guys want to be added just comment and I'll add you in the series. I hope you enjoy itt

Chiron directed us into his office sitting us down in the outdated wooden chairs that were in front of the desk.

He stared at us with one of his hard looks, his tail was swinging side to side and I couldn't stop staring at it. " Explain." His voice boomed causing us to jump

We all began talking at the same time trying to explain the scroll situation and the fact we snuck out because we wanted to get our prophecy read again and everything. He raised his hand making us stop.

Jake was chuckling in the back , Chiron glared at him and he quickly stopped. " so your saying your prophecy changed and the scroll….threatened you." We nodded

" We were going to come tell you until well…you showed up." Mr.D was pacing the room behind us scratching his chin

" No one is safe? What did it mean by that" Chiron huffed. " I don't know but the camp has to be on high alert for now on."

" Until I give an all clear there will be no one entering or leaving the camp and especially no sneaking around at night."

He turned towards jake." I need everyone in Cabin 7 in my office in 20 minutes for a meeting." Jake nodded leaving but not before throwing out a wink.

Kayla glared at him as he walked out. " I also need to hear from cabin 5 " Niki nodded

" Due to the circumstances that me and dionysus have to handle we will not punish you." I exhaled the breath I was holding ." But that doesn't mean you're off the hook completely." He stood up " You girls will be running some of the classes tomorrow for the new comers, Kayla you in charge of registration." She groaned

" That means I have to wake up early." He turned towards Niki. " You're in charge of weapons and combat." She smirked " But only for the 13-15 age group." Her smile dropped. " Children really." Then he looked at me." And you get the best job of all." I winced

You're on gift duty, I need you to help the newcomers who have been claimed work on their powers. " I raised my eyebrow " Wait that's all?" He nodded " yeah that's it."

I smiled." Cool."

We left the office walking back to our cabins the sun was beginning to rise. " Looks like I have to get ready." Kayla groaned. " Don't worry how hard could our days be tomorrow, I think it's going to be fun." I beamed

" You're only smiling because you think you got the best job out of all of us but you didn't." I shrugged " we will see." We headed our separate ways walking in to our cabins.

A lot of them were already up doing their morning runs or early morning duties

Today was going to be easy

Okay that day started off easy, you're morning class was filled with kids who were still trying to figure out their gifts and their strength, your work was cut out for you. And you were having fun.

That was until the afternoon class

You reset the bullseye targets back in the ground stumping it in place so I wouldn't fall over. " Niyah." Rose ran over hugging you making you smile down at her. " Hey rue what's up." She was smiling the roses popping on top of her head. " You are my teacher for today." She clapped happily

The rest of the kids started coming into the open field then my smile dropped. Heeseung was one of them.

" You've got to be joking." I groaned

He walked over to me smirking " Miss me fangirl." I looked at him disgust all over my face. " you wish." He chuckled walking away, joining the other kids. I gathered myself putting a daisy crown on my head turning around and smiling

" Welcome campers I'm Niyah of cabin 21 and today we will be working on our powers and gifts we received from our godly parents."

They all looked around at each other awkwardly. " Okay so who wants to start first?" No one raised their hand or step forward. This was already starting bad

" Okay well ill start us off then." I rubbed my hands together shaking them " the important thing about controlling your powers in concentration. You must have a clear head."

The ground turned a light pink and a strawberry bush raised from the ground. Everyone began clapping. Someone scoffed" oh please she grew a fruit that's how your. Going to teach us about control." Heesung rolled his eyes.

I smiled " well heeseung, would you like to show us an example of control." He shrugged " Sure it's definitely going to be better than whatever that is." A couple kids laughed at what he said.

He went beside me and waved me away. I rolled my eyes moving out of his way. He looked over at me." I'm going to show you a real example."

He he looked up at the sky closing his eyes he inhaled . The sky began to turn a dark Gray the clouds only hovering over our heads. Everyone stopped to look over in our area.

Lighting was coursing through the clouds above us giving us a light show then loud thunder was heard loud enough to shake the ground under us. Then it stopped.

Heeseung opened his eyes and exhaled. He looked around and everyone was staring at him in shock. Rose was the first one to start clapping followed by everyone else.

He smiled looking at me and I slowly clapped. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't impress, but I could do way better than a thunderstorm.

" Thank you heeseung for that great example, now let's get target practice." Everyone got into 3 separate lines facing a target .

" Okay Penelope you go first." The little girl with a red streak in her hair braided in to a ponytail stepped up

Her hands were sweating and shaking " Hurry up." The boys behind her taunted heeseung glared over at them. " It's okay Penelope take your time."

He said tapping her shoulder making her smile. She nodded she exhaled and directed a quick whistle at the bullseye causing it to rip the center.

I applauded " Great job Penelope." She lifted her head up smiling and gave heeseung a high-five as she skipped to the back of the line.

The rest of the time was spent working on new tricks and strengthen what they already had

" Okay everyone last exercises grab a partner and show them what you've learned." I smiled.

Everyone partnered up. I looked up and saw Heeseung partnering up with rose.

I sat down on the ground and watched showing off their new or enhanced skills.

Rose was showing heesung her new skill which was growing a tree and changing the colors of the leaves which ever she wanted.

The boys from earlier we snickering behind her making me frown my eyebrows. " Wow I thought you were the son of Zeus why didn't you partner up with someone stronger, instead you partnered with a child."

" Shut up." Rose said stumping her foot the tree crumbled to the ground She turned back around facing him. " It's your turn."

Heesueng nodded waved his hand in the air a gust of wind surrounding him a rose in a calm tornado way. " That's so cool." She gushed he smiled at her. " You can do better than that." The boys yelled. " Leave him alone he's still learning. " She returned back." If he could make a thunderstorm then he can make a tornado." The air started to shift around everyone it to change and I hopped up.

" Do it." The boy said over and over again. Heeseungg was losing focus. Then the tornado grew bigger

" Oh no." I said running towards them. " Rose move." I yelled she looked over at me as she was thrown up into the air.

Heeseung was slowing control. "Oh no." He yelled trying to control the air but it wasn't working. Rose was screaming in fear then it stopped. The air around her disappeared

She was falling

" I got it." Heeseung yelled trying to start it up again but I pushed him out of the way.

" You've done enough." Dionysus and Chiron were running towards us as I conjured a big banana leaf catching her.

I bent down and held her in my arms as she cried in my shoulder. Everyone started crowding around us. " I didn't mean - I'm so sorry I thought I had it." People started to whisper while looking at him

Niki and Kayla were right beside me checking on the girl that was shaking in our arms. " Who's responsible for this?" Chiron asked looking around but no one said anything

" I am sir." Heeseung said " I thought it would be cool to show off. I was wrong and I ended up hurting someone." He looked at rose " I'm sorry." " Follow me then." Heeseung nodded following the minotaur to his office . " You can leave now." Niki said making everyone skater

This was going to be a long day you could feel it.

When dinner came around everyone was back to normal rose was sitting with her friends and you were with Kayla and niki. But heeseung's table was empty with just him, Jake and jungwon. " I wonder where everyone went."I Said looking at the table " no one wants to be around a demigod who can't control their gift." Kayla said resting her chin on her hand " it's honestly sad."

Dinner was over and you were making your back to you cabin " niyah wait." You turned around and heeseung was jogging to catch up to you. " What." I continued walking " I wanted to apologize again. I didn't mean for that to happen I swear. Those boys just kept talking and it was frustrating me. I don't know what happened. I continued walking, " Your mind wasn't clear, literally the first thing I taught this morning." Heeseung ran in front of me blocking my way. " I'm sorry about what I said to you when we first met. I was just upset about everything that's been going on."

I opened my mouth to speak when a loud bang was heard the ground shook and I fell forward heeseung catching me " Are you okay." He was looking down at me. I nodded then another bang was heard. A loud siren blared through the camp. " FURRIES RUN." someone yelled heeseung looked towards the way we walked from seeing a crowd of kids running towards us. He grabbed my arm and we ran.

Overhead furries were flying over us screeching. " How did they get in?" I yelled. We slid down the slide of the hill with everyone else. Trying to make it to the " Safe area." Ares and Artemis kids had their bows pointed up at the sky firing at it. Niki was in the front directing everyone where to run.

" The barrier must of broke." A girl was was grabbed by a fury screaming and thrashing her body. I gasped touching blade of grass growing it and making it as sharp as a needle throwing it in the air hitting the beast. It dropped her. I conjured a calm breeze to gently level her down to the ground.

" That was cool." Heeseung said I shrugged . " that was child's play you should see me in the winter." The safe area quickly approaching.

I stopped running ushering everyone toward the big cabin. Kayla ran towards me laying her hand on my back trying to catch her breath. " I -I can't find niki." I looked over at the people still running in fear. I scanned each face.

And she wasn't among any of them. I looked at Kayla and she nodded like she knew what I was thinking.

We both ran the opposite direction bumping into campers as we tried to make our way back to the front. "Niki." I yelled for her but their was no response.

We ran until their were no more campers around us and it was just silence.

" Somethings off." Kayla whispered I nodded agreeing with her. " I don't hear any birds." Then we heard a loud scream.

We ran towards the sound to see a furry on top of Niki. She had her sword in front of her blocking the furry from her face as she layed on the ground.

" shit." She cried out as she was losing power in her arms.

" I knew it was you." The furry said smiling down at her " 18 year old Niki Huntsman you've grown so much." I could see her arms shaking " Kayla she won't be able to hold on for long we have to help her." Kayla nodded making her way on the other side of the forest and I kneeled down.

" it's been years since I've last seen you and your little flower friend. How is she?" The furry pushed the sword down more and Niki screamed the blade cutting her hands. " Oh don't tell me you don't remember me, you're the one who did this to me." It glared down at niki showing how it only had one eye and half a face

" oh I thought all furries looked as ugly as you." She breathed out. It stirred at her " I should have killed you the day I saw you Huntsman or none of this would have happened."

Niki was kicking her feet trying to get her shoes off

Her mind was racing, is this how she was going to die? To the hands of a beast and not in battle? What would her father think? What is her mom going to do without her around? She had to find a way out. The tears were flooding her earlobe. The sword was inching closer and closer to her throat " 1 down 5 more to go."

An arrow flew through the air percing the furry in the left wing causing it scream out in pain niki enough time to slide her self from under the creature.

I turned around to see Jake holding his bow up with another arrow attached to it. " Go get her." He yelled I nodded running down grabbing her and pulling behind a tree.

The furry tried to go after us but Kayla throwed a rope around its neck pulling it down to the ground. She put her foot on the rope holding the the furry low to the ground. " Let go of me." It shrieked out loudly. Jake slid down the hill throwing another rope around its neck.

" plant your feet." He groaned trying to keep the bird like creature from flying away. " I don't need you to tell me what to do." She gritted pulling back trying to keep the beast down.

Heeseung and jungwon appeared by our sides helping us up. " You know splitting up never works in the movies right." Heeseung said helping me to my feet. Niki was being picked up by jungwon.

Kayla and jake groaned as they were being lifted from the ground. " Don't you have charmspeak or whatever." Jake wrapped his hand around the rope tighter for a better grip." Yes I do but I'm not in the headspace to use it right now shithead don't you think I would have used it sooner." A big yank was given to Kayla rope and she fell forward almost losing balance.

Heesung ran down grabbing a rope out of Jake's bookbag and throwing me one " come on." He tied and arrow at the end of the rope grabbing Jake's bow. I grabbed niki bow that was discarded beside a rock doing the same thing he was.

" Aim for the wings." He raised the bow up and I did the same shooting it. The beast screeched, heesung did the same grabbing the rest of the rope that was left over. " Pull." We all pulled together with all the strength we hand. It hit the ground hard knocking it out.

Kayla and jake bent over trying to to catch their breathes. " Wow we work good together" Jake said holding his hand out towards the beautiful halfblood. Kayla scoffed, slapping his hand away from her." You wish." She walked away from him quickly pulling me into a hug.

We walked together were niki was leaned against a tree and jungwon was beside her.

She was finally wide awake, wincing at how much pain she was feeling.I reached I'm Jake's bookbag grabbing the bandages I saw earlier wrapping them around her hands.

We all gathered around her. " That was too easy." She breathed out. " That wasn't challenging enough."

Jake scoffed. " We literally just saved you from death. How challenging can it get?" " Trust me, this is a way to ease something that doesn't feel right." She tried getting up. I quickly put my hand behind her back so she could lean on me and Kayla did the same.

We helped her walk on our way back to the Safe Cabin. " It's almost like this was planned." Jake throws his bookbag over his shoulder catching up with us. " Well we can figure this out later but let's get as far away from this thing as we can, I have a feeling if it wakes up were not going to win again." Jungwon guided us back to the cabin.

" How did you know where to find us?" I asked them, Heesuung shrugged " when I saw you and Kayla run I tried following you but I got lost but I saw someone and he directed me to where you were , jungwon and Jake decided to tag along. I frowned my eyebrows " what do you mean you saw someone everyone was already at the cabin when we went to look for niki."

" It was some dude who seemed weird and had dark glasses black leather jacket." I stopped walking. " Did you say black leather jacket?"

" And black glasses?" Kayla finished. Heesung nodded, " it was a trap." Niki breathed out. " I should have seen it a Mile away."

My breathing became uneasy. " I'm confused." Jake said " what's going on." " this whole thing was a trap and we fell for it." The ground began to shake again making us all fall to the floor.

" We have to go, come on." I got up grabbing Niki and we all ran to the cabin. A low growl was heard through the forest. Jungwon grabbed Niki from us, picking her up bridal style. Making it easier for us to run.

The birds began to swarm in the sky almost blacking out the sun.

" He's near." Kayla yelled we slid down a hill heesung grabbed my hand helping me up as we continued to run. " Who's near What the hell is going on." The ground underneath us was turning to ash. " The prophecy that's what's happening."

Niki yelled looking over jungwons shoulder thier was a figure in the distance. " What prophecy." Jake grabbed his bow connecting and arrow to it just in case something happened

"6 demigods being led by one of the big three descendants shall shake the lower and upper kingdoms, changing it forever. And I don't know if you counted but there's six of us and you heeseung are the son of zeus." Niki yelled obviously scared for her life like the rest of us. Her cool attitude crumbling.

" And it said we will be tested soon and this is definitely the test and we totally failed." The cabin was in our view finally " the dude you guys ran into was not just some random dude." We slid over a log as the air around us becoming foggy and cloudy from the smoke.

" It was an entity, a vision, a delusion, a trick to get all of us together" Chiron was standing at the door waving us on trying to get us to inside.

" What you saw was the father of all gods, his name is kronos." The cabin was in the eye's view but something was off about it. " Is the cabin getting farther or are we getting slower ."

Just as jake said that everything went dark, we stopped running. " Circle." Heeseung ordered and we all put our backs to each other. " Everyone stay alert he could be anywhere."

All that was heard was our breathing , the Grey smoke that was surrounding us was blocking our vision from everything around us. " I thought Kronos was locked up somewhere." " he is but that doesn't mean he can influence people, he doesn't it all the time." Niki had her sword drawn ready to fight when the time came. " He's very manipulative you be surprise how many people he's possessed to do his dirty work."

We heard a leaf crunch and niki raised her sword ready to fight.

LGBTQ+ Percy Jackson Headcannons

Hello everyone, I hope everyone’s day is going good. I wanted to do these headcannons for so long and I was waiting for Pride Month but fuck it, I want to do them. Love is Love and don’t let anyone tell you otherwise because your valid and amzing the way you are! Spoilers for TOA, Jason’s not dead!

- Percy Jackson is bisexual

- He’s less of a leader of the camp and more like the big brother. Most campers go to him to come out because he’s such a supportive person and such a great listener.

- If that camper has a crush on another camper and Percy knows that other camper likes them back, Percy along with the help of Piper get them togther.

- Bisexual Piper (or Pan)

- The Aphrodite Cabin help curious or confused campers figure out there sexuality or gender. They know pretty much know all sexuality’s and genders and help.

- If there’s a camper who dose not identify what there assigned gender at birth is, the Aphrodite cabin helps them feel more masculine, feminine, both or neither. They will give them clothes that they like because they have the biggest closet in Camp. They give makeup and tips, if someone wants to cut there hair, they will cut it. They just like to make people feel beautiful, handsome, or both.

- If there’s an asexual or aromatic Aphordite kid who thinks something is wrong with them, there siblings tell them that there vaild and loves them so much.

- Aphrodite is so supportive of her kids. She wants them to love whoever they want and even if they don’t, she’s still happy for them. Sometimes if one of her kids have homophobic mortal parents, she will go talk to that child and tell them that love is love and that there vaild for liking who the like.

- Aphrodite cabin team up with the Athena cabin to teach the camp about the different sexuality and genders. The Athena Cabin more specially teaches the history.

-Pansexual Annabeth

- Athena Cabin teaches and educated people on every aspect of the LGBTQ community. If someone is uneducated, they teach them. They teach the Camp about the history and how it’s important.

- They will have literal charts, graphs and even discussions and debates if a character in there favorite book is LGBT or not.

- Malcome Pace is gay.

He’s dating Conner Stroll and they didn’t really tell anyone because they lowkey forgot. Everyone just thought there were best friends. One night at the campfire, Conner comes to sit with Malcome because at this point, no one follows the rule. He kisses him on the the cheek and the Apollo kids stop singing. The whole Camp is in shock, and they both reliazed what happened.

- The Athena Cabin and Hermes Cabin were asking them so many questions like “When did you get togther”, “How did you get togther”, or “Why didn’t you tell us”. The Aphrodite cabin was just squealing because they shipped them for so long. Everyone was asking questions. Mr.D was like “Ha, called it”, Malcome and Conner both said that “They just assumed everyone knew”, like did the camp see how close they were?

- Travis is so happy for his little brother, and supported them so much. Katie Gardener is happy for Conner because even though they get on each other’s nerves, Conner deserves someone who loves him as much as Travis loves her. Annabeth is so happy for her little brother. She asked “When did you two get togther?” They both replied with “8 months ago”. The entire Camp gose nuts of that fact that Malcome Pace and Conner Stroll got togther eight months ago without anyone knowing.

- In Olympus, Hermes keeps gloating to Athena that one of his kids is with hers.

- Back at Camp, the counselors are ready to do the normal Camp tradition when a new couple gets togther. Conner and Malcome know what’s coming, the Aries kids pick them up and dump them into the lake. It’s a tradition that started with Percebth.

- Conner’s gay

- The Aries Cabin are a little weary of the community but after one of there siblings come out, they become so protective of them.

- Pansexual Will

- During Pride Month, every single day during the Campfire, the Apollo cabin sing LGBTQ anthems.

- They put on LGBT movies during Pride Month for movie night. Conner and Travis tried to sneak in R rated movies but got caught.

- Apollo being so bi as fuck when he’s at camp and encourages campers to come out.

- In fact all the Gods not caring what gender or sexuality there kid is and supports them. After all, the Greeks were never straight

- Hazel and Calypso being so confused about the community because they weren’t around when the terms were made. Annabeth and Piper help educate them on the community

- Hazel finding a term that identity’s with her because even though she loved Sammy and loves Frank but there were a few girls back home that she liked. She’s happy that it isn’t unnatural.

- Pansexual Hazel

- Frank being so supportive and happy that she found out a part of her.

- Bisexual Leo

- Also Trans Leo (FTM)

- Leo being trans and insecure about his identity because of some transphobic foster homes. Piper and Jason being the first people to know and slowly felt more comfortable it’s telling people.

- Leo’s terrified to tell Calypso because he’s scared she will leave him. He puts off for a long time and Calypso knows something’s up. After much encouragement from his friends, he finally decided to tell Calypso. He asks her on a date in Bunker Nine.

- It was a very enjoyable date and they had a great time. Leo was stalling and Calypso knew but didn’t push him. He finally spit it out and was braced for Calypso to be disgusted and leave him but instead she was confused. Calypso never really grasped the term and just asked questions. Leo was shocked at her reaction and explains to her and she understood a lot more and was fine with it.

- Leo was shocked and rambled on about how he dosen’t meet her expectation of a “cis guy” and Calypso cuts him off with a hug and tells him she loves him no matter what. Leo was on the brink of tears and they just stayed there for a while.

- A couple days later, Calypso made Leo a homemade binder using the same material that she used when she makes him fireproof clothes. Leo was very happy. (I can do more of Trans Leo if anyone wants any)

- The Hunt obviously accepts trans girls because trans girls are girls!

- Artemis also hunts transphobes for fun with the help of Reyna and Thaila.

- Meg curses out anyone who is homophobic or transphobic.

- Mr.D threatening to turn someone into a dolphin if he hears someone say something homophobic or transphobic. Chrion giving that person cleaning duties for a month after dinner.

- Rachel blasting out Girl In Red in her cave.

- Percy, Leo, and Piper blastes our Sweather Weather at 3am, in the Posiden Cabin, singing it in the top of there lungs

- There’s a support group in Camp Jupiter for the LGBTQ+ community and Hazel obviously joins. The group gladly accepts there praetor.

- The Demeter Cabin makes rainbow flower crowns during Pride Month.

- Sally Jackson makes rainbow cookies for Pride.

- The Hephuetus Cabin teams up with the Aphrodite cabin to make rainbow jewelry.

- During Pride Month, the Iris Cabin decorated the entire camp in rainbows, they had a whole celebration all month. Things like Pride songs every night or movies, accessories and flags and even a parade.

- Jason being the whitest, straightest, cisest, male out there and supporting all his friends no matter what. He takes them to Pride, donates to charitys and organizations for LGBTQ+ teams or adults. Jason educates himself and will be there every step of the way. Calypso and Frank also being huge supporters!

- Nico being so happy that things have changed and he’s finally in an environment where he is accepted and loved. Will loves seeing his boyfriend smile.

- At the end of the month, the Hephuetus Cabin puts out a rainbow firework show, showing how everyone is accepted no matter what.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

Today is Nico di Angelo's birthday and in honour of him, here are some of my favourite moments (I’m copy pasting the full scenes so read it if you wanna)

•I looked down at my clothes. They were slashed to pieces and full of bullet holes, but I was fine. Not a mark on me. Nico's mouth hung open. "You just . . . with a sword . . . you just—" "I think the river thing worked," I said. "Oh gee," he said sarcastically. "You think? (oml this reminds me of the fandom in 2016 with the "persassy" and "sassico" 💀😭)

•As for my brothers,' Zeus said, 'we are thankful -' he cleared his throat, like the words were hard to get out - 'erm, thankful for the aid of Hades.' The Lord of the Dead nodded. He had a smug look on his face, but I figure he'd earned the right. He patted his son Nico on the shoulders, and Nico looked happier than I'd ever seen him. (Nico was happy so it deserves to be here)

•Nico di Angelo ran up to me with a big grin on his face. "Percy, this is awesome!" His blue-feathered bronze helmet was falling in his eyes, and his breastplate was about six sizes too big. I wondered if there was any way I'd looked that ridiculous when I'd first arrived. (Percy 100% looked that ridiculous, if not more)

• Hey, can I see that sword you were using?" I showed him Riptide, and explained how it turned from a pen into a sword just by uncapping it. "Cool! Does it ever run out of ink?" "Um, well, I don't actually write with it." "Are you really the son of Poseidon?" "Well, yeah." "Can you surf really well, then?" I looked at Grover, who was trying hard not to laugh. "Jeez, Nico," I said. "I've never really tried." He went on asking questions. Did I fight a lot with Thalia, since she was a daughter of Zeus? (I didn't answer that one.) If Annabeth's mother was Athena, the goddess of wisdom, then why didn't Annabeth know better than to fall off a cliff? (I tried not to strangle Nico for asking that one.) Was Annabeth my girlfriend? (At this point, I was ready to stick the kid in a meat-flavored sack and throw him to the wolves.) [I LOVE THIS WAY TOO MUCH (minus the Annabeth yeeting herself off a cliff part of course...)]

• “And, whoa!" He turned to Mr.D. "You’re the wine dude? No way!" Mr.D turned hi eyes away from me and gave Nico a look of loathing. "The wine dude?" "Dionysus, right? Oh, wow! I've got your figurine!" "My figurine." "In my game, Mythomagic. And holofoil card, too! And even though you've only got like five hundred attack points and everybody thinks your the lamest god card, I totally think your powers are sweet!" (oh sweet lord, baby nico🥺🥺)

•Nico strode forward. The enemy fell back before him like he radiated death, which of course he did. Through the face of his skull-shaped helmet, he smiled. “Got your message. Is it too late to join the party?” (bet, he practiced saying this in front of the mirror so many times to impress Percy)

•”You will suffer, son of Hades!“ What else is new? Nico thought (high key wanna strangle Uncle Rick for this part)

Nico is an icon and there are so many other scenes that I absolutely do not have the patience to type in, but here’s my tiny lil very big miniscule gigantic appreciation post for him, happy birthday😚😚

Once we escorted Percy to where Chiron and Mr. D were, I had to go help someone in the infirmary.

"Good luck kiddo," I whispered to Percy. The poor thing looked terrified. I walked to the infirmary, only to be greeted by Luke Callestan.

"The hell did you do this time, Luke?" I asked.

"I fell off of a pegasus." He answered sheepishly.

I shook my head and treated his wounds.

"So, hows the new kid?" He asked while I checked out his purple wrist.

I shrugged, "He's in shock, denial, scared like hell. Pretty normal after finding out your mom died."

Luke nodded wordlessly. We sat in comfortable silence while I wrapped my hands gently around his wrist, a glowing light peeked from the cracks of my fingers. I let go of Luke, while he moved it around to test it out.

"Are you sure you aren't a child of Apollo?" Luke asked.

"Luke, two men can't biologically have a child. Do I need to give you some sex ed?"

"Gods no! It's just, you're a talented musician, and you have healing powers, who else has that?"

"Um, a lot of minor gods?"

"Oh," yeah, oh. See, at camp, if you are the child of a major god, you have a low chance of getting claimed. And it's an even lower chance if you're the child of a minor god. Cause there isn't even a cabin for Hades, much less than any of the other gods that don't have a throne on Olympus.

"Why do we even make our lives revolve around them?" I looked at him with a questioning glance, prompting him to go further.

"I mean, look at you, you've been at camp how many years? You've come back from two quests alive, and you've been nothing but faithful to the gods. And what do you get? Being crammed into the Hermes cabin, having to deal with new campers, and having no clue who your godly parent is."

I just sat there, taking in what he was saying. I never really thought I had a bad life. I mean, my stepmom was awful, she used to hit on my dad and me all the time. And I found camp when I was 5, so I could escape her for summer. And the only reason he married her was to hide my scent from monsters. So when I found camp, he divorced her and kicked her out of our small apartment a year later. So I don't really remember her much. Then when I was seven, he met Fineas Laurel, a really good guy that became a really good family friend. About a year later, they started dating. They got married when I was 12, and adopted my precious little sister, Sofia, a year later. So my family life is great, and the two quests I went on weren't traumatizing or anything. I mean, the four people I went with, hated me and only had me come along because I had healing abilities. And on the first one, they tried to sacrifice me to save their own asses. The second one I blocked out of my memory, cause it was so bad. But I have no clue why exactly it was so bad. And being crammed in the Hermes cabin, well I don't really know a life in camp that I wasn't crammed in that incredibly small cabin. I guess to an outsider my life isn't that great, but in reality, I'm one of the lucky ones.

"ellooo. Phoebe? Earth to Phoebe" Luke's voice snapped me out of my trance.

"My life isn't bad, Luke. And what complications I've had, I don't blame on the gods. Even they don't have control over everything. The only thing is, why are you trying to turn me against the gods?"

"I just think the whole thing is stupid." I couldn't disagree with him there.

"Well, I'm gonna check up on the kid. He's playing Pinochle with Mr.D."

As I walked on the porch of the big house, I saw Mr. D fill his goblet with wine. Percy's jaw dropped. I almost laughed. But the poor thing must've been so confused.

"Mr.D, your restrictions," I warned casually, looking at the ongoing game. Mr.D looked up at me before saying,

"Dear me." He looked at the sky and yelled, "Old habits! Sorry!"

Thunder boomed.

Mr. D waved his hand again, and the wineglass changed into a fresh can of Diet Coke. He sighed unhappily, popped the top of the soda, and went back to his card game.

Chiron turned to Percy. "Mr. D offended his father a while back, took a fancy to a wood nymph who had been declared off-limits."

"A wood nymph," he repeated, still staring at the Diet Coke can like it was from outer space. It was almost comical.

"Yes," Mr. D confessed. "Father loves to punish me. The first time, Prohibition. Ghastly! Absolutely horrid ten years! The second time-well, she really was pretty, and I couldn't stay away-the second time, he sent me here. Half-Blood Hill. Summer camp for brats like you. 'Be a better influence,' he told me. 'Work with youths rather than tearing them down.' Ha.' Absolutely unfair."

Then he looked at me, saying, "Who are you, my mother, Penelope?"

"I have no comment to that sir."

"Wait- I thought your name was Phoebe?" Percy asked. I smiled nodding.

"He has a problem with names."

"No, I don't Patricia. I'm fantastic with names. You just have a weird one, Percy."

Percy's head shot up, filled with confusion.

"Sir, my name isn't Patricia or Percy."

"Well, what is it?"

"Phoebe."

"Bah, Perry is a better name. Isn't there a pony named Perry the Pony or something."

"Perry the Platypus, sir."

"See, Polly is a better name for you instead of Patty."

"W-wait" Percy butted in, stammering, "y-y-your father is..."

"Di immortales, Chiron," Mr. D said. "I thought you taught this boy the basics. My father is Zeus, of course."

I just shook my head. Watching Percy wrack his brain to figure out who the hell Mr.D would be.

"You're Dionysus," He finally said. "The god of wine."

Mr. D rolled his eyes. "What do they say, these days, Grover? Do the children say, 'Well, duh!'?" "Y-yes, Mr. D."

"Then, well, duh! Percy Jackson. Did you think I was Aphrodite, perhaps?"

"You're a god."

"Yes, child."

Ah yes, the epitome of conversation.

"A god. You."

Mr.D just started at the child, probably sending a silent threat of, "If you test me, you get turned into a dolphin."

"Would you like to test me, child?" he said quietly.

"No. No, sir."

The poor kid looked terrified.

Mr.D turned back to his card game. "I believe I win." "Not quite, Mr. D," Chiron said. He set down a straight, tallied the points, and said, "The game goes to me."

"Ooh, good hand Chiron," I said, congratulating the man.

Mr.D looked at me like he was gonna vaporize me, then looked at Chiron, before he gave up, sighing through his nose, already used to losing to the centaur.

"I'm tired," Mr. D said. "I believe I'll take a nap before the sing-along tonight. But first, Grover, we need to talk, again, about your less-than-perfect performance on this assignment."

Grover's face beaded with sweat. "Y-yes, sir."

Mr. D turned to Percy. "Cabin eleven, Percy Jackson. And mind your manners." He walked into the Big house, Grover following miserably. I felt bad for the satyr, he just had the worst luck sometimes.

"Will Grover be okay?" He asked Chiron and me.

I nodded, "Old Mr.D isn't really mad. He just hates his job."

Chiron continued saying, "He's been ... ah, grounded, I guess you would say, and he can't stand waiting another century before he's allowed to go back to Olympus."

"Mount Olympus," Percy said. "You're telling me there really is a palace there?"

"Well now, there's Mount Olympus in Greece. And then there's the home of the gods, the convergence point of their powers, which did indeed used to be on Mount Olympus. It's still called Mount Olympus, out of respect to the old ways, but the palace moves, Kiddo, just as the gods do." I explained to him.

"You mean the Greek gods are here? Like ... in America?"

"Well, certainly. The gods move with the heart of the West." Chiron answered.

"The what?"

Chiron furthered explained. "Come now, Percy. What you call 'Western civilization.' Do you think it's just an abstract concept? No, it's a living force. A collective consciousness that has burned bright for thousands of years. The gods are part of it. You might even say they are the source of it, or at least, they are tied so tightly to it that they couldn't possibly fade, not unless all of Western civilization were obliterated. The fire started in Greece. Then, as you well know-or as I hope you know, since you passed my course-the heart of the fire moved to Rome, and so did the gods. Oh, different names, perhaps-Jupiter for Zeus, Venus for Aphrodite, and so on-but the same forces, the same gods."

"And then they died."

I snorted. Chiron silenced me with a look before continuing, "Died? No. Did the West die? The gods simply moved, to Germany, to France, to Spain, for a while. Wherever the flame was brightest, the gods were there. They spent several centuries in England. All you need to do is look at the architecture. People do not forget the gods. Every place they've ruled, for the last three thousand years, you can see them in paintings, in statues, on the most important buildings. And yes, Percy, of course, they are now in your United States. Look at your symbol, the eagle of Zeus. Look at the statue of Prometheus in Rockefeller Center, the Greek facades of your government buildings in Washington. I defy you to find any American city where the Olympians are not prominently displayed in multiple places. Like it or not and believe me, plenty of people weren't very fond of Rome, either America is now the heart of the flame. It is the great power of the West. And so Olympus is here. And we are here."

"Who are you, Chiron? Phoebe? Who ... who am I?"

I gazed at him with sympathy, being thrown into the world of gods is a lot for anyone.

"Who are you?" Chiron mused. "Well, that's the question we all want answered, isn't it? But for now, we should get you a bunk in cabin eleven. There will be new friends to meet. And plenty of time for lessons tomorrow. Besides, there will be s' mores at the campfire tonight, and I simply adore chocolate."

"Bleh," I said under my breath.

"I still can't fathom how you don't like chocolate, Phoebe."

I shrugged. Chiron rose from his wheelchair. Turning into the half-man, half stallion I grew up with. Percy looked like he was about to combust. I laughed slightly at the bewildered expression on the child.

"What a relief," the centaur said. "I'd been cooped up in there so long, my fetlocks had fallen asleep. Now, come, Percy Jackson. Let's meet the other campers."

I helped him up saying, "So uh, it's a lot isn't it?"

"uhhuh"

"Don't worry kiddo, the first time I met Mr.D, I accidentally thought he filled his goblet for me, so I took a sip of it. I quickly found out it was weird tasting fruit juice. I still don't think he's forgiven me."

Percy looked at me with an open-mouthed expression that said, "Huh?", "How?", and "What the hell" at the same time.

I chuckled, "I was five, and I didn't know any better."

He just nodded, his mouth still hung open, so I said in a British accent, "Now, now Percy, close your mouth, we are not codfish."

His face filled with relief, probably because something finally made sense to him. "Mary Poppins?"

"Of course."

With that, we followed Chiron, who was waiting for us to follow.

Nico Di Angelo AU - Part 1

Spoliers for the entire Percy Jackson Serise. If your not caught up do not read.

Disclaimer - I don’t own the characters or any of the books plot. That is owned by Rick Riordan not me I sort of own the idea. There is other people in the internet who have this idea, this is just my take. Also I got most of the information of the plot and details thanks the the Fandom Wiki so credits to them.

AU - Nico Di Angelo was the child of the prophecy instead of Percy Jackson. Pretty much the serise as a Solangelo cannon instead of Percbeth. Some things are different but most things are kinda the same like the quests.

P.O.V - So in the orignal series it’s all in Percy’s POV but I got the idea that it switches POV’s like “Heroes of Olympus”. This is switched between Nico,Will,and Bianca

The Lightning Thief

Arrival at Camp

A twelve year old boy and thirteen year old girl were taken out of there military school by a lawyer (Alecto in disguise) to go to a Camp for them to be safe. There names were Bianca and Nico Di Angelo.

On the way they were attacked by the Minotaur which was chasing the limo.

Alecto told them to run to Percy’s tree and tell the people at the camp there that there haftbloods. Bianca and Nico ran towards a big pine tree but the Minotaur caught up to them. To protect her brother Bianca killed the Minotaur with her bare hands and somehow survived. Bianca and Nico fainted by the pine tree and before Nico passed out he yelled Help.

A camper immediately saw them and rushed them to the infirmary.

Nico woke up and saw a cute blonde hair boy (Will) rambling about how Bianca killed the Minotaur with her bare hands and how these kids are powerful. The boy noticed and got him a glass of water. Nico asked “Where am I”and “Where’s Bianca”. the boy said “Your okay and your safe” calming him down. Another boy (Lee Flecher) came in and told Will to take Nico to Mr.D and Chiron.

The blonde hair boy took Nico to two men both in there late 40s and Bianca who Nico immdently hugged. The men introduced both as Mr.D and Chiron. Chiron asked the blonde hair boy who he called Will to set up a place where Bianca and Nico to sleep in Cabin 11. Chiron explained to them about the Greek Gods and how there real. Nico was in shock while Bianca thought that it was all fake. Chiron asked them if they had ADHD or Dylexisia, if they’ve had an absent parent figure, or if werid thing have happened around them.

They both said yes and we’re taking it in. Chiron asked if they had any parents. Bianca responds with “Are mother died and are father was never around but after are mom died, are dad that we never met sent us to this hotel for a few weeks and then to a miterally school.” Chiron said “That’s strange, the records say - never mind there probely wrong. Mr.D told them to go to Hermes Cabin which Luke led them to since he was passing by.

Nico saw Will and went over to him. He thanked him for fixing his arm. Will blushed and told him that he didn’t and that was Lee. Will said that he really wants to be a child of Apollo because he loves working in the medicence field and that Lee let’s him help sometimes. Will asks him that if he knows the game Mythomagic and Will teaches him

Over the next few days Will and Nico became inseparable and did all there activitys togther. Until a few days before the Capture the Flag game a Aries camper was roughhousing with there sibling, which resulted in a wound on there arm. Will quickly fixed and healed with magic (Like Magnus Chase’s healing magic) and was claimed by Apollo. Nico was heartbroken. His best friend was claimed. Will and Nico still spent there free time togther but it wasn’t the same and Nico was all alone execpt he had Bianca

The Claiming

On the Capture the Flag game the captins were Athena and Aries. Athena took the Hermes and Apollo cabin while Aries took the rest. Nico and Will were on border patrol being kids but Will was asked to help in the infirmary as an Apollo kid so Nico was alone. Nico heard something in the woods and went to go look at what is was. It was a hellhound and it almost attacked Nico but Bianca stopped it and the hellhound backed away. Everyone saw what happened and were shocked. Bianca hugged Nico and made sure he was okay and then they were claimed by Hades. Everyone had fear in there eyes including Will.

No one talked to them after that and if they did they had fear in there voice. Everyone treated them differently as they were the black sheep of the camp. Chiron ended up letting them stay in the big house since the Hermes Cabin were terrified. He also gave them a new schedule so most of the time they wouldn’t be with the other campers.

One day they went to the forge to make weapons with Cabin 9. The Hephaestus kids were all terrified. Becknodorf didn’t care there were children of Hades and told them if his siblings gave any trouble talk to him. Bianca made a sliver bow and arrow and Nico makes a black Celsetial Bronze sword.

The Prophecy

Later that night in the big house. Nico couldn’t sleep because he heard noises from the room above him. He went to check it out and the Oracle started to speak to him and gave a prophecy to him.

“You shall go west and face the god who has turned,

You shall find what was stolen and see it safely returned,

You will be betrayed by one who calls you friend,

And your journey shall be a fight till the end”

Chrion finds a terrified Nico and tells him a prophecy has been issuied. He calls a councilor meeting instantly. It was pretty much all the oldest campers in the camp with the exception of Annabeth because the head counselor for the Athena cabin was in the infirmary thanks to a grusesome sword fight with Clarisse and she went instead.

While taking Bianca decided to go on the quest since she could not leave her brother alone. Even though Annabeth has been waiting for her chance she decided not to go because two children of the big three will result in a “death trap” which Luke whispers in her ear something about being nice. Nico tells them the lines of the propchey and they all unpack it. They also explain to the Hades’s kids about what happened at the solstice and what’s at stake in which Nico is internally freaking out since the fate of the world is on his shoulders

They still needed a third quest member. Nico asks Becknodorf but he declines since he’s needed at camp. Bianca thinks that no one wants to come since there children of Hades but Nico still has some hope. The next day Will gives Nico a “Quest kit” packed with ambrosia, necter, a first aid kit, and money. Will tells him how this quest is important and he’ll do great. Nico dosen’t and says “I can’t. The fate of the world is in my shoulders and I don’t even have a third quest member”. Will calms him down and tells him he’ll go and Nico hugs him and says “Thank you”

Nico and Will tell Chrion and he announces it at Breakfest. Bianca is shocked but happy. Most of the camp is shocked that a son of Apollo is going on a quest with two children of Hades. The Apollo cabin is mostly mad execptially Micheal Yew.

After breakfest Will goes to his cabin to grab a few things before the quest. Micheal Yew is infuriated and yells at Will on how he’s going to get himeself killed and how he can’t trust children of Hades because there evil. Will yells back and tells all of his siblings how Bianca and Nico are good people and how there all judging them for their dad which is stupid. He leaves the cabin and is off to Percy’s tree. Before he leave Lee tells Will he’s proud of him for standing up for his friends and that he’s going to do great on the quest.

Bianca, Nico, and Will are by Percy’s tree off to find Zeus lighting bolt. Before they leave though Beckendorf gave Bianca a magic rope he made, to help her in tricky situations.

Starting the Quest

After Nico, Will, and Bianca are driven into town, they take a bus into New Jersey. When they get on the bus, Zeus send monsters after them which Bianca defeats with her bow and arrow

They escape to Aunty Em's Garden Gnome Emporium. After they are served food, Aunty Em wants to take a picture of them to use as models for her statues. However, she tries to turn them to stone instead of using them as models because she is Medusa. Nico cuts off her head, and they leave. They find a lost dog, return it, and get $200. They buy train tickets with that money and get off at the Gateway Arch.

When Nico is alone on the top, Echidna reveals herself, along with her pet, the Chimera. Nico battles the Chimera and is poisoned during the fight. Before he “dies” he prays to his father that Bianca and Will will be safe on the quest. Before Echidna kills him Nico accidentally shadow travels away ( there were shadows around him. I know it dosen’t make sense but I have to work with it) to the ground beneath him.

Going Futher West

Weaken, Nico tries to find Will and Bianca in which he dose. Will and Bianca are crying because Nico is on the verge of death. Will tries to use his healing magic but it isn’t enough. He was sobbing at that point and his tears healed him and took away the poison. They all cry happy tears and Bianca punches Nico is the shoulder and told him not to do that again.

The trio gets on the train and are taken to Denver.

They get off, and go into a diner. Ares comes in and tells them to get his shield at Waterland, and, in turn, he would give them a ride west

They go to Waterland and find out the ride was set up with a trap by Hephaestus. They get out with Aphrodite's Scarf and go back to the diner, and Ares shows them a Kindness International truck

Las Vegas

Once they reach Las Vegas, a bellhop from the Lotus Hotel and Casino invites them to come in. Bianca is a little  skeptical and says this place is familiar. The bellhop insists and says it’s okay. The argee and went in. The receptionist asks for there names and when Bianca says them. The receptionist says that Nico and Bianca have a room and asks if they want to renew it. Bianca didn’t trust them but ends up going so Nico and Will are safe.

Nico, Will, and Bianca are given a room. After they enjoy the perks of staying in such a luxurious suite, they decide to go down to the arcade.

Will finds a boy, Darrin, who thinks the year is 1977. Will asks a few more people what the year is, to which they answer 1985 and 1993.

Will finds Nico and Bianca and they immediately leave the hotel

They are relieved to find out from a newspaper that it is still the same year. However, 5 days have already passed, leaving only one day to retrieve the lightning bolt.

The Night Outside

That night they decide to camp outside so they can get some rest. Nico decided to take first watch while Will and Bianca slept. Will woke up in the middle of his shift from a nightmare.

Nico asks if he was okay and Will said yes. Nico knew he lied and asked him again. Will said he dreamt of Nico dying in arms like he did before. Nico promised him he won’t do that again.

Will saw there was something wrong with Nico and asked him. He blurted it out of how he hates being a child of Hades. How everyone thinks of him as an outcast and that they wouldn’t cared if he was dead. Will told him he would upset if he was dead. Nico was his best friend.

Nico thanked him and also thanked him for coming on this quest. They stared into each other eyes for a moment and then Nico quickly looked away. He asked Will why is the pine tree on the hill called Percy?

Will tells him the story of Percy Jackson the other child of the big three. A group of haft bloods and a saytar were chased by a Cyclopes. There names were Annabeth Chase, Luke Castellan, Grover Underwood, and Percy Jackson son of Posiden. He was very loyal and did anything to protect his friends. They were about to reach Camp but the Cyclopes caught up to them. Percy sacrificed himself to save his friends. Posiden was upset his only son was dead and turned him into a pine tree. That tree watches over the camp and once you reach it you know your safe.

Bianca who wasn’t sleeping the whole time but the boys didn’t know that, decided to take watch. Nico and Will fell asleep and Bianca defently knew something was between them.

Reaching the Underworld

While searching for the entrance to the Underworld, they encounter Procrustes. Since Posiden is mad that Hades had two children breaking the oath twice, he sends his son Procrustes to trap Nico and Bianca. He traps Nico and Bianca using his signature technique — causing them to lie down on a bed while being stretched by ropes until they are exactly the same height of the bed

Will tricks him into lying down on one such bed. Procrustes is killed, and the trio proceed to DOA Recording Studios, the cover place for the gates to the Underworld, then enter. There Charon lets Nico and Bianca being children of the Underworld but doesn’t let Will in. Nico says that if he dosen’t his father will hear about this. (Please tell me someone got that reference)

Inside, they discover that the entrance to the Underworld proper is being guarded by Cerberus. Bianca tames him and then Will plays with the giant dog by using a little red ball to keep him distracted, giving Nico and Bianca enough time to pass to see there father

They walk through the Fields of Asphodel and pass by the path to the pit of Tartarus. As they approach the entrance to Tartarus, Beckendorf’s rope try to pull Bianca into it, but she manages to slip out of it. They get into there father’s place.

Nico confronts Hades who believes that he and Bianca were just some spawn and that he dosen’t care about them. He only cares because he needs them to clear his name. Hades says that’s not true and that he cares he just dosen’t have a good way of showing it. He then explains there past of how he put them in the Loucas Hotel for about 70 years to protect them from Zues. He also explains about there mother Maria Di Angelo and how he begged her and there children to live in the underworld which she declined. He also explains how Zues struck her with a lighting bolt and how he needed to protect them. Nico and Bianca were surprised but understood.

While Hades was taking, Nico realizes that Ares has tricked him when he discovers the Master Bolt is in his backpack. He and his friends were teleported by Hades out of the underworld

Fighting Aries

Hades return Nico, Bianca,and Will back to an ocean. They reach the shore, meet Ares, and confront him. Nico then challenges him to a fight.

He uses his sword to battle Ares. Nico eventually stabs him in the heel and Ares starts to bleed ichor. He is about to kill Nico when an evil force in the form of a dark aura convinces him to not strike Nico.

Ares then leaves, giving Nico the Helm of Darkness. Nico tosses it to the Furies, and they take it back to his father

Ending

Nico,Will,and Bianca fly back to New York City to give the lightning bolt to Zeus, despite the dangers of flying.

He proceeds to the Empire State Building and reaches the top, where Olympus is currently located. Zeus accepts the bolt and decided not to kill them. Hades was there to congratulate his children in not dying. Nico and Bianca have a short talk with there father before returning to camp.

Nico bumps into Beckendorf who reveals that he stole the bolt and helm for Kronos and then calls out a poisonous scorpion which stings and nearly kills Nico. Nico is unconscious after the attempt to kill him. Beckendorf manages to escape and leaves Camp Half-Blood. Will cures Nico and they, along with Bianca and Chrion discuss Beckendorf betrayal.

The camp beads are awarded, and the bead for this year - Nico, and Bianca’s first year is a white bead painted with a black helmet in the middle. Will’s was a black bead with a golden sun in the middle. Will leaves Camp Half-Blood to visit his mom Naomi Solace. Nico and Bianca stay at camp year around. The camp slowly learns to accept them and relized there kind, caring, funny people and didn’t judge them on there parentage. Sure some camper still have them dirty looks or talked behind there back but they didn’t care. They found a place where they belonged.

How was that? I worked pretty hard on it and I think it was great. This is going to be a serise and I’m planning on doing PJO and HOO but not TOA because I do not know how to write around that.
