Me: fuckin sucks how confusing they got all this benefit shit.

Mom: It has to be that way.

Me: but why? If people're gonna cheat the system, they'll cheat it regardless. They'll always find a way. No matter how hard They (the gov.) try to make it. All this fear'n' bullshit is just makin shit worse for people in need. Think about it, there really ain't that many people who actually cheat the system. Besides, we have the money, the money is there, we just gotta re-appropriate it.

Who am I to speculate when and how?#man.#dealing with welfare is draining too... and mine isn't even that serious...
