I think the precolonial east coast of north america was probably the sexiest time/place in human history. Basically everyone had a reliable balanced diet, most people had active lifestyles so almost everyone was in good shape, there was almost no taboo against public nudity permitting weather (adults had to cover their junk and that's about it) and capitalism didn't exist so no one was overworked. Everyone spent their copious free time making cool outfits, decorating their houses, and tattooing each other while eating lots of delicious medicine. There were also barely any endemic diseases, so no scars from the common European infections of the time. Pretty much every early European visiting said there were tons of people and everyone was hot as fuck. Wish I was there now. Second place goes to the Sioux nation, before colonization but after the arrival of horses. Another seriously romantic time period.
