so i decided to have a bmth listening marathon for no particular reason. i generally like everything they do, but listening to all albums back to back really solidified for me that people are just overreacting about their change in sound lmao. unpopular opinion but the difference between "count your blessings" and "amo" is not as severe as people bitch about. sure there is a difference between (melodic) deathcore and metalcore with poppy influences but honestly? they still sound like bmth no matter what they do. it's not like their sound is completely unrecognisable lol.
