Honestly shout out to my new boss for saying she was willing to get in trouble with corporate to get me a pronoun pin 👍

#bare minimum of using you privilege btw but still nice #i will apparently be the first across the company which is #.#sad #regardless im glad #hopefully it will cut down the amount of time i get misgendered by 30%#ive worn pronoun pin at jobs in the past and its obviously not infallible #people dont view retail worker as human so they usually dont pay much attention to me #also some of them cant read apparently. sad #i am looking forward to the uncomfortable middle aged white mom staring at my chest tho 👍#its definitely the devil talking but being visibly trans and making thw cis uncomfortable is my special treat
