until, you know - that spider in the subway tunnel got a nip at you, and you found yourself suddenly capable of the unimaginable. a break in the space-time continuum on top of that? sick. 

this break plucks a couple other spider-people from their own shit going on and drops them into your world, and it’s your job to get them all home - so it goes. 

you lose your uncle in the tangle. you find yourself, too. 

all is set right with the world(s) and the credits are ready to roll. 

maybe you didn’t grab on tight enough? maybe your fingers slipped? you must’ve gotten caught up in the dimensional divide because now -
