orion was insane for recontextualizing haikidous relationship by showing that while kidou keeps going on and on about what asuto did for haizaki and what awaits him next on the world stage he does not realize one bit that what HE did for haizaki meant the MOST to him. like its wild that they managed to turn the undeserved, gratingly forced enki parallels of ares into a bit of very interesting kidou characterization that adds layers and complexity to haikidous relationship. the rest sucked major ass but that part was crazy

i think we as a collective did not go insane about haizakis orion line about his light(s) enough... the enki parallels are so superficial and mostly pushed by kidou who sees himself in haizaki. but the truth of the matter is that to haizaki himself, kidou did so much more for him and means the world to him. hes essentially his closest friend and the person he respects and trusts the most. i dont deny asuto is something like a light for him but thats where the orion line comes in. kidou is blinding in comparison thats how bright his light shines to haizaki. and he doesnt know! hes so caught up in his own idea that haizaki is like him so asuto must be like endou to him that he has no idea about how big of a role he played in helping and changing haizaki and how much he means to him!! and haizaki knows... he stays quiet when kidou talks about his light... and he only comments on it when kidou is out of earshot... he probably knows kidou doesnt know. makes me go crazy is he just fine w things staying as they are... is he worried about being disappointed that he might not mean as much to kidou if he tells him... haikidou so great where ARE you guys
