Here’s my latest posting @dotwearjewelry on Etsy! The focal point of this handsome artisan crafted assemblage necklace is a Tsubota Pearl Cigarette Case from Japan. The case is made of rare two-tone croc embossed leather with striking brass and tortoise tone earring adornment. The case is in excellent condition and is functional. Could be used as a business card case if cigarettes don’t appeal. The tassel is made of a red coral piece, tortoise tone ornamental glass bead, with resin spacers and short burgundy tassels. The beaded necklace is made of red glass Egyptian cartouche beads with gold heiroglyphics, handcarved elephant and shaped wooden beads, red turtle beads, metallic bone and brass beads and 1 inch hand crafted and fired copper colored beads. Drop Length: 22" Pendant Length: 9" Pendant Width: 3.5" Symbolically, an elephant with a trunk pointing upward shows happiness and delight and means luck and prosperity for the wearer. The turtle lives a long life of up to 150 years and symbolizes long life and health for the wearer. This vintage necklace has been artisan designed and assembled for an eclectic mix of color and culture for a one of a kind statement piece.
