I wasn’t kidding when I said I was on abt yarrow n pripre lol

[The morning is quiet, when Peipre gets around to clocking out. Marrow and Dex went on a date, so she’s got no doubt they’re sharing a bed for the day, and… she could use some company. So she finds herself at Yarrow’s door. She knocks, quiet as ever, but, reliable as always, Yarrow greets her at the threshold.

The drinker’s hand is cool in her own, after she showers, and it’s nice. It used to be surprising, how soothing the cool could be, after washing off the sinew of the night.

A lot of things about Yarrow used to be surprising.

The sheets on the woman’s bed are soft, silken, and they’re as cool as the troll that rests in them. Yarrow is laying on her side, wings folded behind her to rest along the edge of the mattress and over her hip like something out of a painting.

Or a boudoir.

Heavens, sometimes Peipre just has to marvel at the beauty of those she’s lucky enough to surround herself with.

When she lays on the free half of the mattress, Yarrow reaches out a hand to trace across the new stars on Peipre’s shoulder, a smirk on her lips as she lingers over one near the bottom.

They sit in silence for a moment, there, before Yarrow takes her hand back to kiss the pads of her first two fingers, to press it to the green moon amidst the stars.

“Your boys are lucky to have you, know that?”

She’s smiling, but there’s something she’s not saying. That little bit of tension at the corners of her eyes, the hint of a crease between her brows… it’s the sort of moment that makes Peipre’s pusher ache. The things she’d do to hold her close, to help sooth away the creases that set themself into her face by the end of each shift, to take care of her so much more…

Peipre takes a breath and rests her hand over Yarrow’s own with a hum.

“I’d say I’m the lucky one, in our situation.”

Another moment of silence, then. Peipre is perfectly happy with silence, if Yarrow is, so she gives the hand under hers a gentle squeeze before closing her eyes to start willing her body to relax where she’d not been able to manage quite yet.

Yarrow hums, and those too-smooth sheets are pulled over Peipre- over the both of them, presumably- and she smiles. The woman is too kind to her, she thinks. But Peipre isn’t infallible… she’ll gladly accept the softness when it’s offered, on mornings like this.]

Ok so um kinda pushing it here I think with a couple but um!

First is Miss Phenga Arionn who I’ve not made any descendants for but she’s absolutely got em, she’s a model and occasionally acts, and um. Local rich lady likes being a sugar mommy. She’s niceys :3 also has a habit of seeing someone she thinks is cute and just giving them money to treat themselves. What can I say lol

In the middle on the second is Reef, bigender sea mom, adopting seadwellers where he can, also very kind :3 she’s kissing ur forehead as we speak

On the right is uhh Devien Vaaths who’s pangender and uhm. Not terribly famous but if they’re known, it’s usually for like. They were a rebel and caved to the empire. Oopsies got her friends killed. Now he’s a mom to one of those dead friends’ descendants, and is like. Not terribly well-regarded usually. But she is there lol

Also!! Including (Khalia) Yarrow and Peipre Charme bc they’re not in the Olds category but they have made grubs together that r like very early twenties :] peipre is agender but just putting yarrow felt like a crime lol

Yarrow is uuhhhh mutant rainbowdrinker bartender, she’s very gay, loves when gossip and is kinda mean, considers herself a lot crueler than she is in practice but don’t tell her that part lol

And Peipre is casino security :3 she’s strong and also has power of. Sing at u to control u. She’s kinda quiet and Observant but also very kind bc I like when the characters would b nice to me u see, but that will Not make her take Anyone’s shit :3

Also I have Sinnew Offals, another pangender anypronouns, who I can’t find the scattered doodles for, but uhm. Redblood who won’t stay dead and is a clown cult sacrifice abt it. May or may not have smth going on with the clergy. Definitely sure does get killed a lot lol

I’m sure I’ve got others that would qualify but I was mostly scrolling through images I’ve got on my phone to remind me who I’ve got lol

Obvs Kitevh, my firstest and love of my heart who makes plushies soso much and loves giving them away but also ofc sells em

Heehoo whittles little woodcarvings (and sometimes things out of bone. But usually he prefers them bone shaped)

Loser makes helmets and masks and custom pieces to add lights to things, he really likes putting neon colors in things, if I’ve got a character with a helmet that lights up um. Most of the time it’s from him. Also ransom’s mask :3

RELATEDLY. Aurrel really fucking likes doing embroidery. It takes him a million years and he needs the patience to sit down abt it but several important people in his life just like. Have an item of clothing that keeps getting more embroidery added over time.

Archon and Coyote and Balist bake, like they sell their goods at a bakery type level, and Yerren and Ravkon aren’t as deep into the sweets, but they very much bake with them as well :3 (also ventre ofc she works at the bakery too)

Buddy isn’t very good at sewing but!!!!! Does make lil bitty teeny tiny lol guys sometimes out of scrap cloth that would’ve gone away otherwise. Like fits in that tiny pocket on ur jeans small. They rarely get the chance but the lil pocket full of lil things brings them joy :3

Carver um. Used to paint for a living. She doesn’t anymore due to losing her sight but that was a very significant thing in her life

Phenga absolutely adores cooking!! Her food is always sososo good even if it usually is people, she’s gotten very comfortable working with a vegan pantry as well for in casies of a guests preference

Peipre makes wire jewelry and sculptures!! She’s made several little charms for the various folks she cares about, that can go on a chain or she can put it on an earring or smth, she doesn’t get to work at it as much as she used to, but! Still

Podsol does photography idk if that counts as a craft but IM counting it bc it’s cool as hell

Sweets does 3d modeling and used to make a living at it, till the whole new identity thing happened, now it’s just for the funsies and he’s got a 3d printer she uses at every opportunity when it’s plugged in

Teddie works with ceramics and has made a whole ton of dishware for his church!! Puts a lil thumbprint on the bottom of every piece :3

AND ransom does these both entirely as hobbies to fill the time but um. Needlefelting little shelf decorations as well as having a book full of pressed flowers :3
