as your bedroom door opened slowly, you could see a familiar face peeking in.

“hola, querido.” you said softly, looking up from your computer. you could feel a slight smile start you creep up as you saw the figure walk in.

“hola.” he says, walking over to the bed and immediately plopping down. he lets an arm drape over your stomach, as you closed your computer.

“you okay pablo?” you asked, letting your nails softly scratch his scalp.

“tired..” he mutters, pulling you closer.

“have you eaten? i can whip something up real fast.”

he shakes his head, and you smile slightly.

“well, go take a shower. when your finished just come to the kitchen to eat, and then i’ll help you sleep. okay?”

you knew when he was tired after a long day, he just needed you to lay beside him so he could feel your presence, and be able to tell you about his day.

he nods at your request, and gets up to the shower. before closing the door, he looks at you and mutters a ‘thank you’, before closing it completely.

that leaves you smiling, and then getting up to make some food for your dear boyfriend.
