#butter tarts are amazing#as are ketchup chips and poutine#peameal bacon is actually pickled pork loin#rolled in cornmeal#it’s best grilled and put on a bun (I eat mine with mustard on a bun - plain if it’s fork and knife)#peameal bacon ≠ Canadian bacon (which is ham and until recently never seen in any grocery store in my area)
