💫 ok uhhh so Coal would already fit in well (because hes also in a pmd universe hhh) so maybe I'll go with Peach from @DailyOwten instead :> ? I mean unless you had a different idea for him haha

As Peach is a fakemon, she most likely wouldn’t be able to exist in the world of Kaender for very long! Fakemon that don’t originate in this world tend to be seen as spacial and temporal displacements by the Legendaries, and are generally brought back to their rightful homes as swiftly as possible by Palkia and/or Dialga! A wayward fakemon can attempt to bargain their way into the world of Kaender, and if they do so successfully, the species can find themselves being a normal part of Kaender life in due time. At first, other Pokemon may eye them nervously, not knowing what they are just yet, but as life goes forward and knowledge on their species is acquired, they’d be able to pass as normal.

Coal would probably live in Vitalia as well, either because he was born there, or because he moved away from the city nestled within the peaks of Alpenglow. He’d most likely have his food stand, and would probable get visits from Force and his team often.
