I think qTubbo needs purgatory, in a weird way, I think he’s drawn to it. He hates it but he needs it.

He needs the time to slide into that blood thirsty mindset, get the blood under his nails, feel dirt and fire under his skin. He needs it to not think just survive, turn off every other function and focus on survival

And it hurts him each time, it ends with physical and mental scars. But he has to go back, he can’t end on a loss after all, can he? Surely eventually his skin will harden, he won’t be as effected anymore

Surely this purgatory, this pain will give him a purpose far greater then anything could

He dreams of the eye sometimes, inbetween hanging out with his daughter and her friends, when he lays down for the night. He sees it, watching him. It’s always fucking watching.

On the surface it sounds Fine and the first part of it was okay but like.

You need to stop treating your juniors like kids and this should have been like High Five where Chiaki officially handed the mantel of leader off to Tetsu instead of an entire episode of Chiaki talking about how much being Ryusei Red means to him.
