At the beginning of the 2010s, I was in college at @scrippscollege where I was doing a double major in Media Studies and Asian Studies. See what I did below — // By being in #SanFrancisco for the @sffilm #filmhouse residency, I’ve come to the realization of my passion for #truestories. And my passion to tell stories honestly and truthfully. And I feel that comes from my documentary background in college. #Repost @kearnystreetworkshop with @get_repost ・・・ In college, @scrippscollege @scrippscollegealumnae of the #claremontcolleges, I was in #mediastudies, and my film work was in #documentaries. My #thesisfilm was a #documentary on the status of #women in #China, and I focused my film in #shanghai. I interviewed over 20 people - men and women, on their thoughts on education, relationships, careers, etc. The film later received the @pomonacollegemuseumofart @pomonacollege #chinainsights exhibit grant. And i also received the #PaytonWatkins #MediaStudies Award.
