I will say i looove the idea of King as a Collector because its potentially ... scary , like i think he would make an even more intimidating offputting antagonist , just because King is very impulsive, he would chase you around until youre tired and turn you into a plushie for his evergrowing pile, and watch out because he plays rough. The Hound is Canes Venatici ! Deep down he just wants to be wild and free...

Meanwhile "Prince" (though i like calling them Silvy) is just a lil guy really really eager to make friends and play, tries a bit too hard to please people and his clinginess deters some away , really wants to fit in the Isles ... they just gotta meet the Most Loyal Friend of all!

Silvy teaches Hound to play nicer and have more patience with people, Hound is a tad even more possessive than Collector is and barks at people but he IS learning.

the autographimal reminded me of how, when I was a kid, I had a weird aversion to animate words in a way I couldn't really explain. and I don't think I ever really told anyone about, either (because even then I knew this was too weird/ironically couldn't put it into words).

not a genuine phobia or a reaction so bad that I couldn't tolerate them, but something about it just creeped me out. separate letters were fine, it was just full conjoined words where they were "alive" in unison that bothered me.

if I could hazard a guess into why in hindsight, it might be the uncanniness of identifying body language that I Should understand but is Off in something that also lacks a face, giving me no other visual signals to interpret. probably. it's me and even I don't know.

ok so like. i'm working on this halloween wocky redesign for virtu.pet, and i was lining it and shit and only after i'd lined the whole face did i go 'hmm... the eyes feel like they're just not quite wocky enough' and redrew them while looking at the blue circle pose for reference, and
