If anyone is here for the crafty side of my personality, I have a new sweater in the making so..

I'm crocheting again. This time it's a dark grey turtleneck. I'm in the turtleneck/mock neck era because I'm old and frail and I get easily ill now if my neck is uncovered in the cold weather so...

BUT THIS TIME I'M MAKING THE CUFFS AND THE WAISTBAND AS KNIT INSTEAD! AH HA! You aren't catching me making crochet rib again, no sir, I'm knitting it instead. 😤 I'll have to crochet it again for another project I have in mind down the line but.. I just didn't want to deal with it this time. Plus, I miss knitting.. 😩 I'm knitting the cuffs flat and I'll knit the waistband in the round. Why not knit both in the round or knit both flat? Don't ask me, I just do things weirdly.. I felt like knitting the cuffs flats and the waistband in the round, beats me too.

Also if you want a tutorial for how to make this, I used this video I found on youtube as a general guide. She explains it very well, so I think anyone that can do basic crochet should be able to do it too if you'd like! I didn't use the same chain count because I'm using a 3.5mm crochet hook and I'm not doubling my yarn but the concept was the same, I just added more chains and more rounds.
