Info about me and my Fanfics <3
Hey! How are you all? This is for anyone who likes to read fanfiction about Patrick Stump <3
I'm Allie! (Or Ares, whatever you prefer to call me). I'm 22. I love writing and I love Patrick Stump, so why not combine them?
I have open requests and I would be happy to write about anything similar to this:
I do write:
comfort fics.
fluff.
sad fics.
Patrick x reader (my favorite lol)
romance
any situation you can think of and want to read about Patrick :3
I don't write:
smut.
ships.
Hmm idk. Nothing like the stuff from before bc I wrote it when I was a teenager and I'm totally over it now, you know?
This is my master list
And I think that's all. For now, I'll only be writing about Patrick bc I feel there's a shortage of fanfiction about him here. Maybe I'll add other options later, who knows :).
Kisses!!! 💗

Better Off as Lovers
Tumblr media
Summary: your best friend has something he needs to get off hus chest, but he's had a little too much to drink.
Pairing: Patrick Stump x best friend!reader
Reader's pronous used: none!
Word count: 903
Tumblr media
You were a little sloshed at the time. Your best friend's band had just played a big show and now you were out at the after party, drinking like it was nobody's business. You made your way through the crowded room to where Patrick was.
He was a bright shade of red from drinking. He was humming and singing as he swayed in his seat, his eye opening slightly as you got closer. Patrick nearly fell out of his seat at the sight of you, catching himself on your shoulders.
“Y/N!” Patrick said, slurring his words slightly. He pulled you closer to him, smushing your face against his chest. “Ooohhh, Y/N. You are so precious. Look at you, so cuuuteee!”
You pull yourself up a little so you can look at Patrick and let out a laugh from how he was acting.
“Trick, you're getting flirty, I think you've had enough.” You say, still laughing.
“Noooo, I'm just telling you how cute you are and how much I love you. You're the best thing that has ever happened to me, Y/N.” Patrick said, clumsily leaning in the chair.
“I love you too, Trick.” You tell him, plopping down in the chair next to him.
“No you don’t. Not like I love you. You're just so cute and smart and amazing. I want to just give you everything in the world and call you mine.” Patrick says, his eyes closed and a smile plastered on his face.
You suddenly sobered up a bit, heat rushing to your face as you realized that your best friend had just confessed to you.
“Trick, I think you should really stop drinking now. You're starting to not make any sense.” You say, standing up and helping Patrick out of his seat.
You began to move him towards the door so you could get him back to his apartment. You walked out the door and down the street with Patrick's arm slung over your shoulder for support. The entire walk Patrick kept humming songs and stumbling at every step. After a long and cold walk, you arrive at the front door of Patrick's apartment. You use your spare key to open the door and struggle getting Patrick up the stairs.
Once inside, you drop Patrick down on the couch and turn back to close the door. You take off your coat and shoes and go into the kitchen and retrieve a glass of water and bring it to Patrick.
“Here, Trick. You need to drink some water.” You tell him, trying to put the glass in his hands.
“You're so cute when you worry about me.” Patrick hums. He lifts the glass towards his mouth and ends up dumping most of the contents onto himself.
You let out a sigh, helping Patrick back up and bringing him towards his room.
“Alright, you're probably better off just going to sleep. Go ahead and get that wet shirt off and get in bed.” You tell Patrick.
Patrick begins taking off his shirt, but gets the collar stuck on his head. You let out a sigh once again and begin helping Patrick get his shirt off. Once he gets his head through the collar, Patrick looks down at you and smiles.
“Y/N?” He says.
“Yes?” You answer back.
“Hi.” Patrick says, the biggest grin on his face as he giggles like a kid.
You begin to lead him to his bed, but before you know it, Patrick has wrapped his arms around you and is now pulling you onto the bed with him.
“Stay with me tonight, please?” Patrick says, his face now nuzzled into your shirt.
“Trick..” you begin to say.
“Just for one night, let me pretend that you're mine.” Patrick says, his voice no louder than a whisper.
“You don't have to pretend, Trick.” You say as you return the favor and wrap your arms around Patrick.
Soon, both of you are lost in sleep.
Tumblr media
Bonus!:
The next morning you wake up, still in Patrick's arms. The light of the day gently peaking through the gaps in the blinds and dancing across Patrick's shirtless body.
Your heart drops for a second before you recall the events of the previous night. Once you have the situation settled in your mind, you fall back into ease. Soon Patrick starts to wake up as well, peaking one eye open to look down at you.
“Oh God, what did I do last night?” Patrick says, his voice hushed and husky with sleep.
“Well, you got really drunk, I brought you home, you spilled water all over yourself, and then said you wanted me to be yours.” You tell him, matching the hushed tone that he had.
Patrick began to blush and tried to bury his face into his pillow.
“And I've decided that I'd like that.” You say, somehow even quieter than your last sentence.
Patrick's head slowly rises back up to face you, “y-you.. what?” He says.
A warm smile spreads across your face as you see the shocked look he has.
“I said I would like to be yours. I think we'd be better off as lovers anyway.” You say as you bring your head closer to Patrick's chest, nuzzling into him. Patrick's shock slowly fades as he slowly pulls you closer to him, an equally warm smile growing on his face and he holds you closer.

Speaking of first impressions I was just watching this interview the other day (https:// youtu .be /uqUQxzn55Z8?feature=shared) and the way when they're asked about their musical influences Patrick is sheepishly like I was a fan of [Pete's] old band....... I'm just screaming thinking about it bc obviously if you're a teenage Patrick Stump navigating the Chicago hardcore scene there's no way you DIDN'T have a huge embarrassing crush on Pete of arma angelus and then suddenly this random guy you meet in a bookstore tells you he knows Pete Wentz and THEN he actually brings Pete Wentz to your HOUSE and you're trying to think about how short he is to distract yourself from how hot he is and then Pete demands that you sing for him even though you never once in your life thought of yourself as a singer but like this hot guy from a band you like is in your basement so wtf are you gonna do??????? And now suddenly you're the lead singer of his band 😭😭😭😭😭😭
RIGHT????? LIKE, HOW DID THIS ALL HAPPEN????? HOW IS IT NOT SOMETHING FICTIONAL????? SOMETHING MADE UP IN A FEVER DREAM??????
AND THEN.
The Hot and Cool Pete Wentz from Arma Angelus says he wants you to be his singer, but, like, clearly he doesn't really mean it, right? Like, any minute now he's going to come to his senses and realize you're a loser and he can do much better than you and this is a joke band and it means nothing to him and he's totally going to just move on and forget all about you so you'd better not get used to having Pete Wentz around, right???? You'd better keep all the best songs for yourself and not just hand them over to this dude who's totally going to ditch this band and walk out of your life and break your heart. Like, no way is Pete Wentz going to keep looking at you like that and quit every other band to focus on yours and promise that you're going to conquer the world together and call you his golden ticket and give you all of his words and just never let you go.
No way is that ever going to happen.

Sorry, Hayley Williams and Fall Out Boy: Marjorie has stolen the show again. Not that Taylor Swift’s beloved grandmother actually puts in a vocal appearance from the great beyond, as she did on the “Evermore” album three years ago. But Marjorie Finlay still manages to be a dominative force in the Vault Tracks for the newly released “Speak Now (Taylor’s Version),” by having her photos appear throughout the lyric video for the closing track, “Timeless,” and having her relationship with Taylor’s granddad be a focus of the inspirational ballad. Twenty-first-century pop-punk or emo can hardly compete with that emotional a capper.
But for those less sentimentally inclined, Paramore’s singer and Fall Out Boy’s Patrick Stump will be way up there in what Swift fans immediately take away from the six previously unheard compositions that have been appended to the previous 16-track running order of 2010’s “Speak Now.” The duet with Williams, “Castles Crumbling,” is particularly pungent, as a lament that just about could have been an outtake from the more recent “Folklore” or “Evermore” instead of an album that came out a full decade before those. As for the FOB-aided track, it’s the farthest thing from a Swift classic. But — having been written, like the rest of these tracks, when the artist was 18 or 19 — the number does hark back to an era when girls (and Fall Out Boys) could just wanna have fun.
A more careful inspection of the 16 re-recorded tracks will have to wait, since the details of what feels the same or different bear a certain amount of forensic analysis, or at least repeated A/B comparisons. (Of course, the whole world has just done an instant side-by-side of the altered lyrics of “Better Than Revenge” — see our story about that here.) But before we figure out how more or less haunting the new “Haunted” is, here are insta-reactions to the six never-before-heard tunes.
“Electric Touch”: Although the recreations of the 16 original songs credit Christopher Rowe as Swift’s co-producer (filling in for O.G. producer Nathan Chapman), when it comes to the six Vault Tracks, Swift splits those producing collaborations between her two modern-day mainstays, Aaron Dessner and Jack Antonoff. Neither guy gets to do anything either as modern-sounding or eccentric as they have on Swift’s last few albums — they stay true to the stylistic spirit of 2010, for the most part, with the organic pop-rock band sound she favored at the time. “Electric Touch” is probably the least immediately interesting song here, compositionally; it lacks any of the truly great, peculiar lines that mark a Swift song as unmistakably hers (or “Mine”). Yet embedded underneath the hopeful, anthemic and — honestly — somewhat generic rock veneer is a lot of the pessimism and self-doubt that goes so far toward making Swift our most relatable superstar. “I’m trying hard not to look like I’m trying,” Stump sings, stealing some of 19-year-old Taylor’s lines, “’cause every time I tried hard for love it fell apart.” It’s the uneasy tension between luck and predestined loss that gives this one a little tension amid the breeziness, before it tips on the side of even the losers getting lucky sometimes.
“When Emma Falls in Love”: Dessner is at the co-reins again on this one, but this time leading things off with a lilting piano that lends the song a childlike spirit. On the scale of sweet songs about fictional girls that have Swift doing a little third-person projecting, “Emma” is close to being up with there with “Betty.” “She’s the kind of book that you can’t put down / Like if Cleopatra grew up in a small town / And all the bad boys would be good boys / If they only had a chance to love her.” Any chance this could actually be about a small-town gal from Reading, Pennsylvania? Nah, because Emma makes all the right moves and figures out that’s how you get the boy. It has a happy ending right out of “Love Story,” but by the time of making what was her third album, Swift was feeling like she had to assign something that cheerful to an alter ego.
“I Can See You”: Well, now, here is a groove. Jack Antonoff comes on board for the first time on the revamped album, and you might have to look to “1989’s” “Style” to find another song in the Swift catalog that benefits as much from the simple electric funkiness of a well-played rhythm guitar. (This particular riff sounds especially fine in headphones, landing just off the beat and bouncing between ears ever so slightly.) Swift never had an office job, but must have attended Take Your Daughter to Work Day just enough to wonder what it’d be like to seduce a guy in a suit and tie. “I could see you up against the wall with me,” she sings — because she knows places you two can hide, and they’re just around the corner from the copy machine!
“Castles Crumbling”: As mentioned, this sounds like a flash-forward to the Swift Songbook of 2020, and surely would have had a different production in 2010 than it gets now with the artist and Antonoff updating as a more modern mood piece. Williams is her duet partner on this one, and it recalls Swift’s vocal collaboration with Phoebe Bridgers on the previous “Taylor’s Version” just a little, in that both this song and “Nothing New” have her writing about foreseeing the end of her fame, or at least her acclaim. In a way, its paranoia prefigures the defensiveness against a fan base she sees turning on her that would come to real fruition in later years on the “Reputation” album. But in another sense, this is the less chin-up mirror image of “Mean,” a song that obviously did make the original “Speak Now.” “Mean” had her bucking up against a blogger who told her she “can’t sing,” and in this number, it’s as if she imagines a whole nation of fans as that blogger, turning backs on her. It’s like she’s following that maxim about imagining the worst and you won’t get disappointed.
“Foolish One”: A strummed acoustic guitar starts this one, and although a bit of drum programming soon kicks in that probably isn’t what Nathan Chapman would’ve done, it still belongs distinctly to the turn of the decade it came from. As with “Electric Touch,” this teeters back and forth between possible optimism about the outcome of a relationship and fatalism, but lands on the side of one-sided love doomed to go to heck in a handbasket. It still sounds impossibly cheerful, in the way that Swift’s falsetto tips up at the end of lines, as is so often her trademark, with a final realization: “He just wasn’t the one.” What’s with this gentle acceptance, for a singer we want to obsess over scarves forever?
“Timeless”: The most truly “organic”-sounding of all the bonus tracks on this new edition — it has ukulele and flute floating in the background behind those acoustic guitars and organs — “Timeless” is a ballad you can imagine Swift having considered for a “Speak Now” album-closer at the time, instead of the brotherhood-of-the-road anthem “Long Live.” Most of the initial lyric videos Swift put up on YouTube have visuals of the static or circular screen-saver variety, but this one is the exception, consisting largely of a lot of photographs of Swift’s grandparents, modeling a great love she believes would have happened in any era, falling just shy of putting in an endorsement for reincarnation. It’s not the emotional tour de force that the song “Marjorie” was — there’s no otherworldly soprano reaching out from beyond the grave to jerk your tears, here, and good, since fans can only handle so much of that in one lifetime. But the grandmother’s solely visual cameo may still ply misty from you.

Winter/Christmas Alphabet - O is for Opening Presents
Pairing: Patrick Stump x Female Reader Rating: General Requested By: None Word Count: ~500 Author’s Note: All the fluff!
Tumblr media
Patrick's stomach was in knots as he waited at (YN)'s door. She'd invited him over to give him his Christmas present, and he had brought hers along as well. They had made their relationship official a few months prior, and Patrick was still nervous he was going to screw everything up.
"That's what I'm gonna get (YN)," he had announced, pointing to the necklace being advertised on the TV by a large chain jewelry store.
Pete looked up and scoffed. "No way, man."
"What?! Why not?"
"Girls don't actually like that kinda shit, they just wear it because they feel like they have to because their boyfriend bought it for them. Have you ever seen (YN) wearing heart shaped jewelry before?"
Patrick stopped and thought for a moment.
"I guess not... But what am I supposed to do?!" He wailed.
"I'll help you figure something out. Come on, let's go to the store," Pete said comfortingly.
When (YN) opened the door, her smile made Patrick's nerves disappear for a moment before they came rushing back worse than before.
"Hi 'Trick, thanks for coming over," she greeted him warmly.
Inside her apartment was decorated with all kinds of bright twinkle lights, a small tree in the corner decorated with glittering strands of beads and baubles.
"Here, I got you this, I hope you like it," (YN) smiled nervously, handing him the small, neatly wrapped box.
Patrick untied the ribbon with fumbling fingers. Lifting the lid, he pulled out a new, high quality leather guitar strap.
"I noticed at one of your shows your old one looked kinda worn out, so I got you a new one. You don't have to use it if it doesn't work, I dunno," (YN) rambled nervously.
"I love it," Patrick smiled up at her. "It's really thoughtful, thank you! I’ll think of you every time I pick up my guitar."
A smile spread across (YN)'s face at his reaction. "You're welcome! Do you want some Christmas cookies?" She asked, getting up.
"Wait!" Patrick said, grabbing her hand before she walked by. "I have a present for you too."
"You didn't have to!" She said sitting down next to him again.
"Of course I did," he smiled and pulled out her gift from his pocket. "Sorry, I'm not good at wrapping boxes."
"That's ok," she smiled as she tore away the paper. Opening the box, her eyes went wide. "They're so pretty! Thank you Patrick!" She beamed as she carefully ran her fingers over the earrings that resembled golden star bursts, sparkling with black rhinestones.
“I got em because when I think about you, my heart kinda,” and Patrick made an exploding noise.
(YN) laughed with delight as she wrapped her arms around him, burying her face against his neck. As he pulled her tight against him he heard her mumble something against his neck. “What?”
“I said I love you Patrick,” she smiled up at him.
Patrick’s eyes went up in surprise. “Wow really? I love you too (YN),” he grinned before leaning in and kissing her with every bit of love in his heart.

I Ripped Myself Apart
Tumblr media
Summary: You find Patrick comparing himself to Pete and he needs a little reminder that he's just as important as well.
Pairing: Patrick x Reader
Word Count: 769
Tumblr media
You were just getting packed for the tour when you found him. The band had just finished up an interview where they were answering some fan questions. You entered the spare closet to grab a jacket that you remember you had put in there. When you opened the door you found Patrick Sitting on the floor, tears running down his face.
“Trick? What's wrong, baby?” You asked, quickly kneeling down next to him. Patrick tried to quickly dry his face and clear his throat.
“Oh, nothing. Don't worry about it, I was just reminiscing and got carried away, I'm fine.” He said, trying to stand up. You grabbed his hand as he began to leave, Patrick looking you in the eyes, seeing the worry that you held in them, and let out a sigh. Patrick sat back down on the floor and held your hand.
“It's just… What if I wasn't actually made for this? All the fans look up to Pete and always ask him about everything. Where he get the inspiration for songs, what it's like to be famous, like they all know that I have no idea what I’m doing and that I don't belong in the same room as him.” He says these words with such a sad look in his eyes, like these were facts he had read all his life.
You give his hand a squeeze, pulling him from falling back into his deep thoughts. Patrick give you a slight smile as a thanks for being with him, but it quickly fades as he looks back at the ground. “I know I'm not meant to be this big singer or anything. All I wanted was to play music with my friends and it all spiraled out of control. Now I'm stuck pretending like I know what I'm doing. Hell, even the fans know that I'm not good, that's why they always look up to Pete and see him as the head of the band. It’s why everyone wants Pete, with how fit he is and how he has the better fashion sense.”
Your heart breaks hearing what Patrick says about himself.
“Trick, that's not true. The fans all look up to you too. The way you sing and play is inspiring and such an integral part of the band. You inspire so many people all across the world, baby.” You say, leaning in closer to Patrick. He looks up at you and gives you a slight smile, this time with genuine warmth radiating from his eyes.
“Plus,” you tell him, “if Pete was the attractive one, I wouldn't find you so yummy.” You say with a wink.
Patrick laughs, “Ew!” He says jokingly. You giggle a little too, leaning more into Patrick.
“But seriously, You are truly talented. AND you’ve worked so hard to get yourself and the band to where you are now. If you really were just faking it and didn’t know what you were doing, then the fans would be able to see right through it. But you put your entire heart on your sleeve, and that’s what matters, not looks or clothes or anything like that. And if other people truly didn’t find you attractive then they wouldn’t share your pictures with “My dinner” commented on them.” You tell Patrick.
Patrick laughs, visibly better than he was when you found him. He stands up and offers you a hand, you take it and stand with him. Patrick wraps his arms around you, resting his head on top of yours.
“Thank you, Y/N.” He says, pressing a kiss to the top of your head.
Tumblr media
Bonus!
“Oh wow, you weren't joking about the “my dinner” thing… what does that even mean?” Patrick says, scrolling through a sea of random pictures if him, all with the caption “my dinner 😋”.
“Honestly, I have no idea where or why that started, but to be fair, you are quite the dish.” you say, playfully nudging him with your elbow.
Patrick then decided to look up “Patrick x Y/N”. Almost instantly turning red.
“Whatcha lookin at?” You say leaning over and looking at Patrick's phone. Your vision was then overwhelmed by the sight of dozens of drawings of the two of you, most of them in not so PG scenarios.
As you and Patrick sat there, red as beets, Pete glanced over at the phone screen.
“WOAH-OH OH!” Pete exclaimed. Patrick tried to quickly turn off the screen, but it was too late.
“Oh man! I know what I'm printing out and hiding on the tour bus!” Pete said, laughing as he walked away.
