Radiant Installs Terrace Awning for Client in Notting Hill, London

Radiant Blinds and Awnings, an awnings and blinds manufacturer and installer based in Surbiton, Surrey, has recently done work on installing a terrace awning for a private client living in Notting Hill, London.

This private client has a good roof terrace that can get very hot in the summer as it is completely exposed to the elements. Deciding on the Markilux 1600 Stretch awning offered by Radiant Blinds and Awnings was a practical choice as this particular awning is good for narrow widths that require large projections. Although it is a semi cassette, the round profile makes it look like a full cassette.

The client then chose a frame colour of “Anthracite Metallic” which is a very popular choice at the moment. Radiant installers then fitted a goal post system with cranked vertical legs to support the entire structure. The Radiant installers and the client were all pleased with the finished product. The roof terrace now has some much-needed shading for the hot summer days ahead.

At first glance, it just seems like a depository for selfies and videos of people doing… “things.”

But, it’s really a tool that you can use to build your tribe – those people who have things in common, use your product/service, and are fans of your business.

What are some of the ways you can use Instagram for your business?

1. Business Culture

Give your clients and followers a peek into your facilities, your employees, meetings, activities and more.

2. Tools & Equipment

Show them photos of some of the tools you use. Maybe it’s manufacturing equipment, construction vehicles, a new war room, a production line, or computer system.

3. Materials or Ingredients

Go on Instagram or use a few of the tools or apps that are available and come up with 10-20 hashtags to add to the end of your Instagram post. A hashtag (or #) helps people with the same interests and likes find your posts. Let’s say your company is located in Cincinnati and manufactures patio awnings, you might add #patioawnings, #cincinnati #patios #patioshading, #awningcompany #landscaping, etc… You’d be surprised at how many people use hashtags to search for stuff!

8. Employment Opportunities

Yes, people actually use Instagram to find jobs. You can post a job summary along with a photo showing someone in that role or maybe a photo of what product/service your company provides. Again, find hashtags that include #employment #jobs #careers, etc…
