These Pulled Pork BBQ Nachos are the ultimate game-day snack or party appetizer. Loaded with tender pulled pork, melted cheese, and fresh toppings, they're perfect for sharing with friends and family.
Ingredients: 1 pound pulled pork. 1 bag tortilla chips. 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese. 1/2 cup diced red onion. 1/2 cup diced jalapeos. 1/2 cup diced tomatoes. 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro. 1/4 cup BBQ sauce. 1/4 cup sour cream.
Instructions: Set the oven temperature to 175C 350F. Line a sizable baking sheet or ovenproof platter with the tortilla chips and spread them evenly. Spoon the pulled pork evenly over the tortilla chips. Over the pulled pork and chips, scatter the shredded cheddar cheese. After preheating the oven, place the baking sheet or platter inside and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and melted. As the nachos bake, get your toppings ready. Chop the tomatoes, jalapeos, and red onions. Finely chop the recently harvested cilantro. Drizzle the nachos with BBQ sauce after removing them from the oven. Over the nachos, evenly distribute the diced red onion, jalapeos, tomatoes, and fresh cilantro. Serve right away with sour cream on the side. Savor your mouthwatering BBQ pulled pork nachos!

Who doesn't love a good party? Whether it's for a special occasion or just an excuse to get together with friends, parties are always a great time. But what's a party without good food? If you're looking for the perfect party starter, look no further than smoked chicken wings.
Smoked chicken wings are the perfect party food. They're easy to make, full of flavor, and always a hit. The key to making smoked chicken wings is to use a good quality smoker. A good smoker will help you get the perfect level of smoky flavor in your wings. Once you have your smoker fired up, it's time to get cooking!
Start by seasoning your wings with your favorite blend of spices. You can use anything from a classic combination of garlic, oregano, and paprika to something more creative, like a sweet and spicy dry rub. Then, place your chicken wings on the smoker and let the magic happen.
Smoke your wings for around two hours, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F. Once the wings are cooked, you can throw them in the oven for a few minutes to crisp up the skin and give them that extra crunch.
Look at this silly beast. I have thought it would be good fun to start hunting them with a rocket launcher. I saved up enough of my caps from not paying my Sanctuary Slocum's Joe workers to buy the Partystarter, so now I will exclusively hunt for meat using it.
Now, I have written a poem about doing this exact thing.
~~~~~~
I take aim, the Radstag runs
Cowering in fear, its time has come
Once it was free, now it is done
A flick of my finger, the rocket ready to fly
The explosions burst, the Radstag a victim of my mind
The flames consume her, steam covers me
Destroying all that I can see
The sound of the missiles, they echo in the air
The Radstag is vanquished, never to fear
The ashes settle, the clouds part
A lifeless body where once it had a heart
I smile, for I have done what I must
Refusing to accept whatever comes of rust
The pain, the outrage
The rage, the fury
Igniting the fire, I claim my glory
"Go to hell MAMA MURPHY! I WIN," I said
The hunt was done, I'd avenge those dead
Scarred, beaten, alive and alive
I won't forget that day as long as I survive
Later in My Room, Preston plays with my bald head
I know the Radstag had been here, my eyes full of dread
I know it was me who pulled all the strings
Who lit up the darkness and fate of all things.
