Happy Thanksgiving! Today I'm thankful that Jack Dalton is alive to make his grandma's secret recipe stuffing

Happy thanksgiving, friend! I can't tell you how happy it makes me when people reference my stories. It didn't come up in Savoring Thyme but Jack really deserves so much credit for managing to keep the recipe a secret for all these years, since the main herb ingredients are the title of the third album of a folk rock group from the 60's.

(It's Simon and Garfunkel and every year I read my recipe and go 'hey! it's simon and garfunkel!' as though I'm surprised by this information)

(okay okay, actually it's the ballad "Scarborough Fair" which predates simon and garfunkel but Jack would know it because of them.)

I've been thinking about this story and all the years of secret stuffing recipe silliness a lot this week. Makes me happy that maybe I'm not the only one
