"A Digimon that has evolved from the data of various agility-based sports and activities within urban and sub-urban areas. It enjoys moving about at high speeds, employing the wheels on its heels and its immense leg strength to move about its environment swiftly. It hates sitting still, quickly growing violent if forced to remain in one spot for an extended period of time.

Its upper body and arms are covered in a rubber-like material, helping disperse the electricity from its own attacks. It also stiffens on impact, providing mild protection against blunt hits like punches.

Its Signature Move is Amp Arc, where it swings its legs in a wide arc and slams the enemy with an electricity-filled wheel.

Additionally, it employs "Free Impulse", capable of charging its body with electricity to boost its movement speed and reflexes for a short amount of time."
